A full-automatic essence dosing machine comprises essence material cylinders (6), material injection valves (12), material injection cylinder fixing disks (23), fixing disk supporting frames (25), material injection valve fixing disks (26), rotary disk servo motors (28), electronic scales (29) and a control center (41), and is characterized in that a certain number of essence material cylinders (6) are fixedly arranged on the material injection cylinder fixing disks (23), material injection valves (12) corresponding to the number of the essence material cylinders (6) on the material injection cylinder fixing disks (23) are fixedly arranged on the material injection valve fixing disks (26), the material injection cylinder fixing disks (23) are fixedly linked with the material injection valve fixing disks (26) through the fixing disk supporting frames (25), the rotary disk servo motors (28) drive the material injection cylinder fixing disks (23) or the fixing disk supporting frames (25) or the material injection valve fixing disks (26) to rotate, and the electronic scales (29) are independently and fixedly arranged at a certain position under the circumferential motion track of the material injection valves (12); each essence cylinder (6) is communicated with the corresponding material injection valve (12) through an independent material injection conveying pipe (7), a one-way air inlet valve (39) is arranged on each essence cylinder (6), and the one-way air inlet valve (39) and the material injection valve (12) are in signal control connection with a control center (41).
