In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship, unless otherwise specified.
The embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
The embodiment of the application provides an intellectual property life cycle hosting management method, which is executed by electronic equipment, wherein the electronic equipment can be a server or terminal equipment, the server can be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, and a cloud server for providing cloud computing service. The terminal device may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, and the like, but is not limited thereto, the terminal device and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through a wired or wireless communication manner, and an embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
and step S10, acquiring hosting identification information.
Wherein the escrow identification information is used for representing information escrowed in each intellectual property life cycle.
Specifically, management process information hosted by each intellectual property life cycle is called to obtain hosted identification information, wherein the identification information comprises digital information, character information, two-dimensional code information or bar code information and the like, and the identification function is mainly provided.
It should be understood that for the management traceability of each intellectual property lifecycle management, a management identification information, i.e. a data tag, needs to be added to the management, and then traceability is performed in the management flow history by reading the data tag, so that the management identification information can be regarded as a key of an entrance, and a database can be opened by the key.
Step S11, determining first data node information to be managed and first node association information corresponding to the first data node information based on the hosting identification information.
In the embodiment of the application, service nodes such as consultation, application acquisition, intellectual property use, intellectual property transfer and permission, intellectual property strategy, intellectual property evaluation and pledge use, intellectual property change, intellectual property infringement protection and right maintenance and the like exist in the process of intellectual property lifecycle hosting, and each service node stores corresponding data information and node association information.
And S12, managing and tracing the first data node information to obtain second data node information and second node associated information corresponding to the second data node information.
In the embodiment of the present application, each different first data node information includes a plurality of different service nodes, such as: the intellectual property transfer comprises nodes such as transfer analysis, contract management and control, opinion data statistics, transfer material collection, property right provision, transfer state tracking and the like, the second data node information can point to any service node, and the second node association information can point to association information corresponding to any second data node information.
Step S13, constructing first data node group information according to the first data node information and the second data node information.
For the embodiment of the present application, the block chain technique is adopted based on the first data node information and the second data node information to construct the first data node group information, and the specific construction process includes: determining problems and goals, determining the most appropriate consensus mechanism, determining the most appropriate platform, and design architecture, where determining problems and goals requires defining the problem to be solved and how the program solves it. The most appropriate consensus mechanism is determined because blockchains are a decentralized system that requires all members of the network to authenticate transactions, a process known as consensus. For example, bitcoin uses working certification as a consensus mechanism. Although it is the most popular approach, there are many other alternatives depending on individual needs. Determining the most appropriate platform, the blockchain platform can help build distributed applications without creating a separate blockchain from the beginning. Most of these platforms today are open source, so the choice will depend on the consensus method and the problem to be solved. The design architecture, blockchain solution, may exist in a cloud, internal or hybrid model. There are also many options for hardware and software configurations, such as processor, operating system, memory and disk size, etc.
And S14, performing association construction on the first data node group information according to the first node association information and the second node association information to obtain second data node group information.
Specifically, first node association information corresponding to the first data node information and second node association information associated with the second data node information are added to the first data node group information for association construction to obtain second data node group information, so that association information between the data node information is obtained.
Step S15, each piece of data node information in the second data node group information is accessed to obtain primary information, wherein the information quantity of the primary information is equal to the information quantity of the data node information in the data node group information.
In this embodiment, the first-level information indicates a management process label and management process data corresponding to the first data node group information and the second data node group information, where the management process label corresponds to the management process data one to one.
And S16, comparing the primary information to obtain node comparison information, and generating secondary information according to the node comparison information.
When the intellectual property lifecycle hosting is managed, hosting identification information of each intellectual property lifecycle hosting is obtained, first data node information needing to be managed and first node association information corresponding to the first data node information are determined, the first data node information is managed and traced, second data node information and second node association information corresponding to the second data node information are obtained, first data node group information is constructed according to the first data node information and the second data node information, association construction is carried out on the first data node group information according to the first node association information and the second node association information, second data node group information is obtained, then each piece of data node information in the second data node group information is accessed, primary information is obtained, the information quantity of the primary information is equal to the information quantity of the data node information in the second data node group information, the primary information is compared, node comparison information is obtained, secondary information is generated according to the node comparison information, verification is carried out, and the secondary information of the intellectual property lifecycle management information is obtained, and the accuracy of the intellectual property lifecycle management data is improved.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the step S16 specifically includes a step S161 (not shown in the figure), a step S162 (not shown in the figure), a step S163 (not shown in the figure), and a step S164 (not shown in the figure), wherein,
step S161, comparing the designated node information and the non-designated node information in the first-level information to obtain first comparison result information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the designated node information is generally a node at an intermediate position in the primary information, for example: the number of the node information is 7, the fourth node information is the designated node information, and the non-designated node information is the node information except the fourth node information. Comparing data information in the designated node information with non-designated node information respectively to obtain first comparison result information, wherein the specific comparison mode is as follows: the node information includes a, b, c, d, and e, the a node information includes a1, the b node information includes a1 and b1, the c node information includes a1, b1, and c1, the d node information includes a1, b1, c1, and d1, and the e node information includes a1, b1, c1, d1, and e1. The designated node information is c node information, the non-designated node information is a, b, d and e node information, a1 and b1 in the c node information are compared with a1 and b1 in the a node information and b node information respectively, then a1 and b1 in the c node information are compared with d, and a1 and b1 in the e node information are compared, and therefore first comparison result information is obtained.
Step S162, comparing each node information in the non-designated node information with the non-designated node information, respectively, to obtain second comparison result information.
Specifically, the node information comparison method is the same as the comparison method in step S161, and is not described herein again.
Step S163, determining whether preset abnormal information exists in the first comparison result information and the second comparison result information, and if preset abnormal information exists in the first comparison result information and the second comparison result information, determining abnormal data position information and calibration data information corresponding to the abnormal data position information according to the second data node group information and the first comparison result information and/or the second comparison result information in which the preset abnormal information exists.
For the embodiment of the application, the abnormal data position information is node information with an abnormality, a corresponding data position is not difficult to obtain according to the second data node group information, then data is traced back according to the corresponding abnormal data position, and calibration data information is obtained, for example, the a node information is initial data information, the b node information is secondary data, the c node information is tertiary data, and the d node information is quartic data, when the tertiary data is abnormal, tracing back the initial data information and the secondary data, when the data at the position corresponding to the secondary data is different from the data at the position corresponding to the initial data, the initial data is used as a standard, and if the data is the same, the secondary data is used as a standard.
And step S164, replacing the calibration data information with initial data information of the abnormal data position information to generate secondary information.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, step S164 further includes step S641 (not shown in the figure) and step S642 (not shown in the figure), wherein,
step S641, calculating a weight value of the comparison result information with the preset abnormal information in the sum of the first comparison result information and the second comparison result information.
Specifically, after the node information is compared pairwise, the total quantity of the first comparison result information and the comparison result information of the preset abnormal information is respectively determined, and the ratio of the quantity of the comparison result information to the quantity of the first comparison result information is calculated to obtain the weight value.
Step S642, judging whether the weight value exceeds a preset first threshold value, and if the weight value does not exceed the preset first threshold value, determining and marking illegal personnel information according to the second data node group information and the first comparison result information and/or the second comparison result information with the weight value not exceeding the preset first threshold value.
For the embodiment of the present application, if the preset first threshold is 80%, that is, when the weight value obtained in step S641 is not greater than 80%, determining a corresponding operator in the node information according to the second data node group information and the node information corresponding to the weight value that is not greater than the preset first threshold, defining the operator as an offender, and marking the offender correspondingly.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, step S642 further includes step S643 (not shown in the figure), step S644 (not shown in the figure), step S645 (not shown in the figure), and step S646 (not shown in the figure), wherein,
and step S643, acquiring information of responsible personnel.
The responsible personnel information is used for representing personnel information responsible for intellectual property life cycle hosting management.
Step S644, calculating a ratio of the offender information in the responsible employee information, and determining whether the ratio exceeds a preset second threshold.
Specifically, the number of offenders in the offender information and the number of responsible persons in the responsible person information are calculated, and the ratio of the number of offenders to the number of responsible persons is calculated to obtain the ratio.
For the embodiment of the present application, the preset second threshold is 20%.
And step S645, if the occupation ratio exceeds a preset second threshold, calling the conference scheduling information, and performing occupation record analysis on the conference scheduling information to generate the conference information.
Specifically, the meeting information includes meeting time, meeting content, and meeting personnel.
Step 646, determining administrator information according to the second data node group information and the illegal person information, and sending the meeting information to the administrator information and the target device corresponding to the illegal person information.
Specifically, the administrator information is corresponding responsible persons of different management process departments, and the meeting information is sent to the responsible persons and the offenders, so that the responsible persons carry out professional training on the offenders.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the number of the data node information in the second data node group information is six or more.
In the embodiment of the present application, the reason for limiting the number of data node information in the second data node group information is to improve the accuracy of the final verification result, because as the number of data node information increases, the cost of economic loss and quality of service is higher and higher, because all nodes in the second data node group need to be opened, and when the cost of economic loss is higher than that of gaining benefits, the economic original power is cancelled.
On the other hand, if so many nodes can be opened, a relatively complete circulation chain is supposed to be owned, and the owner of the circulation chain is not motivated by economic loss.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, after step S16, the method further includes: step S17 (not shown), step S18 (not shown), and step S18 (not shown), wherein,
and S17, performing data extraction on the secondary information to obtain asset management data.

The asset type information mainly comprises: asset purchasing: supporting multiple purchasing modes such as government centralized purchasing, online bidding, self purchasing, bid inviting purchasing and the like; and (3) procurement demonstration: performing offline configuration demonstration on the necessity, the advancement, the safety, the benefit prediction and the like of asset purchase, and supporting the uploading of a demonstration material to a system; and (4) asset acceptance: performing offline expert acceptance on the appearance, quantity, variety, function, technical indexes and the like of the assets, and supporting the acceptance report to be uploaded to the system; contract management: signing an electronic contract on line, protecting the text of the contract from being falsified and forged by using a digital encryption technology, and realizing the full on-line execution of each link of signing the contract by using an electronic signature technology and depending on a CA (certificate authority) digital certificate; asset account establishment: establishing an asset information ledger, and associating assets with units, personnel, storage places and the like; asset depreciation and amortization: and carrying out monthly counting and depreciation on the capital construction and warehousing assets according to related national regulations. Data of each link of the asset management platform is collected, so that complete and comprehensive data can be obtained, and comprehensive data reference is provided for follow-up.
And S19, constructing a business chain model for the asset class information to generate an asset life cycle model.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, step S19 specifically includes: step S191 (not shown), step S192 (not shown), and step S193 (not shown), wherein,
and step S191, dividing the asset data of the corresponding category according to the asset source in the asset category information to obtain a plurality of resource period stage data, and establishing a corresponding service management layer.
Step S192, the data of each resource period phase are arranged in order to obtain an arrangement result.
And step S193, associating the service management layers according to the arrangement result, establishing a data transmission channel between two adjacent service management layers, and generating an asset life cycle model.
