the file types comprise picture files, audio-video files and document files;
the usage data is the number of times the enterprise file is used and the usage time per use.

acquiring initial sector data of a disk in a virtual server through a sector detection tool;
importing the uploaded enterprise file into any disk of a virtual server in a virtual space;
carrying out security detection operation on the enterprise file in the virtual server;
acquiring real-time sector data of a disk used for storing enterprise files in a virtual server through a sector detection tool;
comparing the initial sector data with the real-time sector data;
if the real-time sector data is not changed, the enterprise file security analysis is passed;
if the real-time sector data changes, virus detection is carried out on the enterprise files by using a virus detection tool, when viruses exist, the viruses existing in the enterprise files are searched and killed by using a virus searching and killing tool, and the security analysis of the enterprise files after searching and killing is passed.

acquiring the total number of files in the enterprise files and the file type of each file;
counting the number of picture files of the picture files, the number of sound and video files of the sound and video files and the number of document files of the document files in the enterprise files;
comparing the number of the picture files, the number of the audio and video files and the number of the document files in sequence to obtain the picture file ratio, the audio and video file ratio and the document file ratio in the enterprise files;
traversing and comparing the picture file ratio, the sound and image file ratio and the document file ratio;
if the picture file proportion is the maximum value, classifying the enterprise file into a picture enterprise file;
if the ratio of the audio-video files is the maximum value, classifying the enterprise files into audio-video enterprise files;
if the document file percentage is the maximum value, the enterprise file is classified as a document enterprise file.

the picture enterprise files are distributed to the picture storage area, the sound and video enterprise files are distributed to the sound and video storage area, and the document enterprise files are distributed to the document storage area;
acquiring the memory value of each file in the picture enterprise files, summing the memory values of the files to obtain the total memory value of the picture enterprise files, and similarly, obtaining the total memory value of the sound and video enterprise files and the total memory value of the document enterprise files;
if the total memory value of the picture enterprise file is greater than or equal to the first picture memory threshold value, the picture enterprise file is stored in a first picture storage space under the picture storage area, if the total memory value of the picture enterprise file is smaller than the first picture memory threshold value and greater than or equal to a second picture memory threshold value, the picture enterprise file is stored in a second picture storage space under the picture storage area, if the total memory value of the picture enterprise file is smaller than the second picture memory threshold value, the picture enterprise file is stored in a third picture storage space under the picture storage area, and similarly, the sound and image enterprise file is allocated to a corresponding storage space under the sound and image storage area, and the document enterprise file is allocated to a storage space under the document storage area; the first picture memory threshold value and the second picture memory threshold value are positive integers with fixed numerical values, and the value of the first picture memory threshold value is larger than that of the second picture memory threshold value.
