Background
The maintenance and repair of transmission lines and transformers is extremely important in power routing inspection, any error in the maintenance and repair process can cause serious accidents, and workers are often required to fasten nuts on equipment and lines in the maintenance and repair process. The present invention also provides an electronic device, comprising: a memory for storing a computer program; and the processor is used for realizing the steps of the control method of the electric wrench control circuit for the insulation rod when executing the computer program.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

The battery used was a 12V 2AH lithium battery.
The embodiment can provide quantitative operation for fastening the high-altitude bolt and improve bolt fastening and dismounting efficiency.

A shell is arranged on the outer side of the direct current motor; the shell respectively wraps the direct current motor and the battery; the bottom of the shell is provided with an insulating rod connector; one end of the insulating rod connector is movably connected with the shell, one end of the insulating rod connector is connected with the shell through a bolt, and the other end of the insulating rod connector is movably connected with the insulating rod; the middle part of insulator spindle connector is equipped with the holding tank that is used for holding wireless transmission module and control circuit board, wireless transmission module and control circuit board set up in the holding tank. The insulating rod connector can be connected with the shell in a mode of adopting threads and spring buckles, and is simple to disassemble and firm in connection.
A control box is arranged outside the control terminal, the top of the control box is provided with an opening, the opening is provided with an upper cover, and the upper cover is provided with a through groove matched with the display screen; the antenna is arranged on one side of the control box; the control box is connected with the upper cover through a bolt.
One side of upper cover is equipped with the arch that is used for the location installation, one side of control box is equipped with the draw-in groove with protruding assorted.
The insulating rod is movably connected with one side of the control box. One side of control box is equipped with the buckle, realizes and insulator spindle swing joint, makes things convenient for the staff to change the position of control box.
It should be noted that, the insulating rod may be a collar rod.
The boosting gearbox is connected with the sleeve through a 1/2 type square head.
The wireless transmission module is a Bluetooth communication module.
The control circuit board comprises an MCU, a resistor R1, a resistor R2, a resistor R3, a rectifier U1 and an H bridge driving board; the R1 and the R2 are voltage division sampling resistors used for measuring the voltage of the battery; the R3 is a current sampling resistor used for acquiring current data of the main loop; the MCU is used for receiving the data received by the wireless transmission module, and the MCU controls the forward and reverse rotation of the H-bridge driving module and the duty ratio of PWM (pulse-width modulation) to enable the driving board to drive the forward and reverse rotation and the rotating speed of the direct current motor.
