In this embodiment, the control host 2 can switch to a special fresh-keeping program for different fruits and vegetables by manually clicking the fresh-keeping program in the control panel, selecting the fresh-keeping program for fruits and vegetables by the remote monitoring component, or transmitting information to the control component by the fruit and vegetable identification component. After the fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping program is selected and determined, an operation button in the control host 2 is started to start a fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping mode.
The following describes the use mode of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet in detail through three embodiments respectively so as to better understand the technical scheme of the disclosure.
Example 1:
the application mode of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet provided by the invention is introduced by taking green vegetables as an example. The specific implementation method is as follows:
(1) Fresh, clean, fresh green vegetables with leaves free of obvious mechanical damage and plant diseases and insect pests are selected, and the vegetables are gently pricked around the petioles by taking 1 jin as a bundle by using a clean packaging belt so as to avoid scattering the vegetables.
(2) And placing the bundled green vegetables on a partition plate (a first layer of left light area) below an illumination area of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet in an upright state with the root facing downwards and the blade facing upwards by taking the bundle as a unit, wherein the top ends of the blades are about 20cm away from the lower part of a lamp panel of the LED illumination system.
(3) Selecting a fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping program in the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet control panel in one of the following modes:
(1) clicking a menu of a fresh-keeping program, entering, selecting a left light area in a first layer, entering different fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping programs selectable by the light area, clicking a key of a menu of ' green vegetables ' right selection ', then pressing a key of ' return ', until the menu returns to a main interface of a control host, clicking ' running ', and starting a green vegetable fresh-keeping mode, wherein the environmental conditions of the left light area of the first layer are as follows: temperature: 12-15 ℃; humidity >85%; illumination: the light intensity of the red light is 500-800 lx, and the illumination period is 12h bright period/12 h dark period.
(2) Clicking a system menu, clicking a remote monitoring interface after entering a system interface, entering a remote monitoring system interface, scanning a two-dimensional code, inputting a password adding applet, entering the applet to select a fresh-keeping program of a corresponding green vegetable, and clicking to operate (the same manual selection and starting mode as in (1)).
(3) Clicking the 'automatic identification' menu, finding out the corresponding first layer left light area after entering, clicking the 'detection identification' key, returning to the main interface, clicking the 'operation' key, starting the fresh-keeping mode, and selecting the environment parameters of the first layer left light area in the same way as those in the step (1).
(4) The experiment takes the illumination condition (temperature: 12-15 ℃, humidity: 65-75%, illumination: white light, light intensity 2000lx, illumination time 13 h) of a low-temperature shelf of a supermarket as a comparison result, and the result shows that the green vegetables under the condition are yellowing and water loss phenomena at day 3, are largely rotted at day 5, and completely lose commodity value. The green vegetables stored under the environment conditions (temperature: 12-15 ℃, humidity >85 percent, illumination: red light, light intensity: 500-800 lx, illumination period: 12h bright period/12 h dark period) where the fresh-keeping program in the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet is started, still keep the color fresh green on the 7 th day, have no diseases, rot and other phenomena, and can prolong the fresh-keeping period of the green vegetables from 3-4 days to 7-8 days.
Example 2:
the invention provides a use mode of an intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet, which is described by taking cabbage as an example. The specific implementation method is as follows:
(1) Selecting fresh, clean, bright green cabbage with leaves free of obvious mechanical damage and plant diseases and insect pests.
(2) The picked cabbages are placed on a partition plate (a second layer of left light zone) below an illumination area of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet in a vertical state with the root facing downwards, and the top end of each cabbage is located at a position about 20cm away from the lower part of the LED illumination system lamp panel.
(3) Selecting a fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping program in the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet control panel in one of the following modes:
(1) clicking a menu of ' fresh-keeping program ', entering, selecting a ' left light area ' in a second layer, entering different fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping programs selectable by the light area, clicking a ' right ' selection ' key of the menu, then pressing a ' return ' key until the main interface of a control host is returned, clicking a ' running ', and starting a cabbage fresh-keeping mode, wherein the environmental conditions of the left light area of the second layer are as follows: temperature: 22-25 ℃; humidity >85%; illumination: the green light intensity is 1500-2000 lx, and the illumination period is 12h bright period/12 h dark period.
(2) Clicking a system menu, clicking a remote monitoring interface after entering a system interface, entering the remote monitoring system interface, scanning a two-dimensional code, inputting a password adding applet, entering the applet to select a corresponding cabbage fresh-keeping program and starting operation (the same manual selection mode as in step (1)).
(3) Clicking the 'automatic identification' menu, finding a corresponding second layer left light area after entering, clicking a 'detection identification' key, returning to a main interface, clicking an 'operation' key, and starting a cabbage fresh-keeping mode, wherein the environmental parameters of the second layer left light area are the same as those selected in (1).
(4) The experiment takes the illumination conditions of a supermarket normal-temperature shelf (the temperature is 22-25 ℃, the humidity is 60-70%, the illumination is white light, the light intensity is 400-600 lx, and the illumination time is 13 h) as a comparison, and the result shows that the cabbage under the conditions has the phenomena of yellowing and water loss of surface layer blades at the 10 th day, has diseases and rot at the 8 th day, and completely loses commodity value. The intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet has the advantages that the cabbage stored under the environment conditions (temperature: 20-25 ℃, humidity: 85%, illumination: green light, light intensity: 1500-2000 lx, illumination period: 12h bright period/12 h dark period) where the fresh-keeping program is started, the surface layer leaves still keep bright green color at 15 th day, phenomena of water loss, diseases, decay and the like are avoided, and the fresh-keeping period of the cabbage can be prolonged from 9-10 days to 15-17 days.
Example 3:
the use mode of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet provided by the invention is introduced by taking juicy peaches as an example. The specific implementation method is as follows:
(1) The juicy peach fruits with white color, harder hardness, fresh and clean leaves and no obvious mechanical damage and plant diseases and insect pests are selected, and the pedicel is vertically placed in the tray downwards.
(2) The tray provided with the juicy peach is placed on a partition plate (a light area in a third layer) below an illumination area of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet, and the top end of the juicy peach is located at a position about 30cm away from the lower part of a lamp panel of the LED illumination system.
(3) Selecting a fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping program in the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet control panel in one of the following modes:
(1) clicking a ' fresh-keeping program ' menu, entering, selecting a ' middle light zone ' in a third layer, entering different fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping programs selectable by the light zone, clicking a ' right ' selection ' key of the ' peach ' menu, then pressing a ' return ' key until the ' return ' key returns to a main interface of a control host, clicking a ' running ', and starting a peach fresh-keeping mode, wherein the environmental conditions of the light zone in the third layer are as follows: temperature: 22-24 ℃; humidity is 70% -80%; illumination: the blue light intensity is 900-1200 lx, and the illumination period is 12h bright period/12 h dark period.
(2) Clicking a system menu, clicking a remote monitoring interface after entering a system interface, entering the remote monitoring system interface, scanning a two-dimensional code, inputting a password adding applet, entering the applet to select a corresponding peach fresh-keeping program and starting operation (the same manual selection mode as in step (1)).
(3) Clicking the 'automatic identification' menu, finding out the corresponding light area in the third layer after entering, clicking the 'detection identification' key, returning to the main interface, clicking the 'operation' key, and starting the peach fresh-keeping mode, wherein the environment parameters of the light area in the third layer are the same as those selected in the step (1).
(4) The experiment takes the illumination conditions of a supermarket normal-temperature shelf (the temperature is 22-25 ℃, the humidity is 60-70%, the illumination is white light, the light intensity is 400-600 lx, the illumination time is 13 h) and 1000lx red light, green light and white light as the comparison, and the result shows that the peach under the conditions still has no obvious color change on the 8 th day, has softening and slight rotting phenomena, has serious rotting phenomenon on the 10 th day and completely loses commodity value. The peach stored under the environment condition (temperature: 20-25 ℃, humidity: 70-80%, illumination: blue light, light intensity: 900-1200 lx, illumination period: 12h bright period/12 h dark period) where the fresh-keeping procedure in the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping showcase is started, has red and bright color at the 5 th day, but does not have softening and rotting phenomena, and can remarkably improve the high-quality product rate of the juicy peach by more than 20%.
Any numerical value recited herein includes all values of the lower and upper values that increment by one unit from the lower value to the upper value, as long as there is a spacing of at least two units between any lower value and any higher value. For example, if it is stated that the number of components or the value of a process variable (e.g., temperature, pressure, time, etc.) is from 1 to 90, preferably from 20 to 80, more preferably from 30 to 70, then the purpose is to explicitly list such values as 15 to 85, 22 to 68, 43 to 51, 30 to 32, etc. in this specification as well. Claims (9)

1. The intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet is characterized by comprising a fresh-keeping display cabinet body, an illumination assembly, a fruit and vegetable identification assembly and a humidifying assembly; the fresh-keeping showcase body is provided with two or more storage interlayers which are stacked at intervals along the vertical direction; each storage interlayer is provided with a door plate which can be opened and closed; each storage interlayer is provided with more than two illumination partitions, and different illumination partitions are respectively provided with an illumination component and a fruit and vegetable identification component which can be independently controlled; each storage interlayer is provided with an independently controllable humidifying hole, and the humidifying assembly comprises a humidifier which is communicated with the humidifying holes and is positioned outside the fresh-keeping display cabinet body; each storage interlayer is also provided with a temperature and humidity sensor and a temperature adjusting component;
the fresh-keeping showcase body is also provided with a control host electrically connected with the illumination assembly, the fruit and vegetable identification assembly, the temperature and humidity sensor, the temperature adjusting assembly and the humidifying assembly; the control host comprises a controller and a memory for storing fresh-keeping environment condition parameters of different types of fruits and vegetables and corresponding temperature, humidity and illumination thereof;
the controller controls the illumination assembly, the temperature adjusting assembly and the humidifying assembly to provide a preset fresh-keeping environment for the corresponding illumination partition according to the stored fresh-keeping environment condition parameters: the control host is provided with a display touch structure for displaying and inputting operation instructions; the storage of the control host is also stored with an automatic fresh-keeping mode and a manual fresh-keeping mode, and the display touch structure is used for receiving the operation of a user to select the fresh-keeping mode; the controller enters a manual fresh-keeping mode and sends out prompt information when the fruit and vegetable identification component cannot identify the fruit and vegetable types, and the display touch structure is used for receiving fresh-keeping environment conditions selected by a user based on the prompt information;

The intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the control host is further provided with a network communication module electrically connected with the controller, the display touch structure is used for displaying two-dimension codes of small programs with remote monitoring functions, and the intelligent terminal enters the small programs after identifying the two-dimension codes to switch fresh-keeping programs of all illumination partitions of the fresh-keeping cabinet so as to regulate and control fresh-keeping environments of the intelligent terminal.
3. The intelligent LED light preservation display case according to any one of claims 1-2 wherein the light assembly is disposed on top of the storage compartment and the fruit and vegetable identification assembly is configured to be mounted on the light assembly.
4. The intelligent LED light preservation display case of claim 3 wherein the two or more light partitions comprise: a left light zone, a middle light zone, and a right light zone; the left light area, the middle light area and the right light area are respectively provided with an illumination component and a fruit and vegetable identification component which can be independently controlled.
5. The intelligent LED lighting fresh-keeping display cabinet of claim 4, wherein the humidification holes which can be independently controlled are arranged in different partitions.
6. The intelligent LED lighting fresh-keeping display cabinet of claim 1, wherein the lighting assembly comprises an LED lamp panel with a plurality of LED lamp beads arranged in an array; the fruit and vegetable identification assembly comprises a fruit and vegetable identification probe arranged on the LED lamp panel.
7. The intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the door plate is a sliding door structure, and is made of transparent toughened glass.
8. The intelligent LED light preservation display case of claim 1, wherein the humidifier is an ultrasonic humidifier.
9. The intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet of claim 1, wherein the display touch structure is centrally arranged on the top of the fresh-keeping display cabinet body; the fresh-keeping showcase body is provided with four storage interlayer.
