Figure RE-GDA0003832862710000111
And calculating reactive power Q' during the wiring error period according to the actually measured data of the user on site:
Figure RE-GDA0003832862710000112

Figure RE-GDA0003832862710000113
by combining the analysis of the two methods for calculating the compensation electric quantity, when the active power in the error period is calculated according to the actual measurement data of the user on site
Figure RE-GDA0003832862710000114
We can directly count back sigma active electric quantity to Q 'during the user error'
Then, calculating the active total electric quantity sigma P and the reactive total electric quantity sigma Q during the wiring error period:
∑P=P forward direction +|P Reverse direction |=89.33+0.02=89.35 (7)
In the formula: p is Forward direction of rotation Generating forward active power for the duration of the wiring error; | P Reverse direction | is the absolute value of the reverse active power generated during the wiring error.
∑Q=Q Forward direction of rotation +|Q Reverse direction |=177.07+0.39=177.46 (8)
In the formula: q Forward direction Generating forward reactive power for the duration of the wiring error; | Q Reverse direction | is the absolute value of the reverse reactive power generated during the wiring error.
The calculation result of the formula (7) is expressed as Q ', and the calculation result of the formula (8) is expressed as P', and then we can take the formulas (3) and (6) to calculate the active power correction coefficient K:
Figure RE-GDA0003832862710000115
and actually calculating the total active power:
ΔW p =(K×P')×G=3.44×89.33×1000 =307295.2kW·h
in the formula: g is the comprehensive multiplying power of the user metering points.
Power adjustment for compensation:
△& L =[(△W P ×(Y p +Y F +Y N +Y M ))×L T ]-Y L =[307295.2×(0.3754+0.1616+0.0072+23)×0.5%]-483736.778 =-447561.68
in the formula: l is T The actual electricity fee increase and decrease (%) coefficient of a single fault electricity fee month is measured for a client, and is calculated as +0.5% through table look-up, Y L The single electricity rate month has paid the power transfer rate.
As shown in table 3, the formula for calculating the supplementary electric charge of the customer is:
&=Δ& L +Δ& P +Δ& J +Δ& M +Δ& N +Δ& O = (-447561.68 +81824.061+5013195+35223.144+1569.348+ 5519.964) =4818069.957076 (yuan)
