The inventory management problem is a typical technical problem in the field of logistics, and numerous chinese patents are related to the technical problem, for example, CN112529491B, CN111861662B, CN108711022B, etc. In the current e-commerce transaction process, some e-commerce sellers still keep the mode of warehouse management and operation, and even some e-commerce sellers do not use professional teams for warehouse management after the purchase and sale scale is large. Due to the fact that e-commerce sellers basically lack general professional skills and tools for warehouse management, many e-commerce sellers have the problems of insufficient inventory or excessive inventory, which lead to resource waste, and in order to solve the technical problems of low resource allocation efficiency and low warehouse management efficiency, professional warehouse management service providers are required to provide corresponding services and solutions. However, the existing professional warehousing management parties are all warehousing solutions for providing large goods for large or ultra-large enterprises, the solutions are extremely high in price, small and micro enterprises cannot bear related expenses at all, and the services are not open to small goods. The invention provides a relative method, wherein, a storage service provider can configure a stock management terminal, and allows a small seller to purchase service and access the stock management terminal, and relative commodity information of the small seller is prestored in the stock management terminal; the inventory management terminal is in communication connection with the warehouse of the warehousing service provider, and the inventory management terminal can interact with an executing mechanism of the warehouse so as to complete the management and counting of commodity warehousing and ex-warehouse.
FIG. 1 is a flow diagram of a method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown, the method of the present invention comprises:
s11: the method comprises the steps that a first terminal receives purchase information sent by a second terminal, wherein the first terminal is a seller terminal, the second terminal is a buyer terminal, and the purchase information at least comprises identification information of a purchase object (the purchase object is a commodity to be purchased by a buyer); in one example, the purchase information is information to be submitted in a general "online shopping", such as basic information of a buyer, basic information of a seller, a price, a purchase quantity, a name of an article in an online shopping platform, identification information of the article, and the like. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience of management, the goods have corresponding numeric codes on the seller side, which are "identification information of the goods", and for convenience of reading by the buyer, the goods generally display Chinese or English names on the related application program or website, and the numeric codes of the goods are not displayed;
s12: after receiving the purchase information, the first terminal sends the purchase information to the inventory management terminal; the management authority of the inventory management terminal belongs to a warehousing service provider, so that the first terminal cannot directly communicate with an execution mechanism located in a warehouse, the first terminal cannot directly control the execution mechanism located in the warehouse, and the inventory management terminal provides necessary technical support for safety guarantee of the warehouse;
s13: after receiving the purchase information, the inventory management terminal judges whether the purchase object belongs to the first class object or the second class object based on the identification information of the purchase object; in one example, a first type of object refers to a commodity that can be purchased in bulk (with bulk purchase possibilities), for example, in one example, a pair of ladies 'sports shoes is not unique, and a buyer can purchase two identical pairs of ladies' sports shoes at the same time for various reasons; in one example, a certain brand of soap is not unique, and a buyer can buy 10 identical soaps at a time; in one example, where a brand of computer host is not unique, a company buyer may purchase dozens of the same computer hosts at once for use by employees. In one example, the second type of object refers to an article that cannot be purchased in bulk, in one example, a piece of text playing article, which has uniqueness, the object purchased by the buyer is the piece of text playing article displayed on the application or the website, and the seller cannot provide the buyer with a different article from the article displayed on the application or the website; in one example, a particular jersey or a particular sneaker, such as a star signature, is unique in that the purchaser cannot purchase multiple such items at once, nor can the seller provide the purchaser with other replacement items;
s14: if the purchasing object is judged to belong to the first class object, the inventory management terminal continuously judges whether the stock of the purchasing object is larger than zero; those skilled in the art will appreciate that this feature should be understood as meaning, for example, that if a buyer purchases 10 items of a first category of items, then the inventory management terminal should determine whether the items a are in inventory of more than 10 by searching the memory of the inventory management terminal;
s15: if the stock of the purchase object is judged to be larger than zero, the stock management terminal sends a warehouse-out command to an execution mechanism positioned in the warehouse; following the foregoing example, if the number of purchased pieces by the buyer is 10 pieces, the condition judged here should be "if the stock of the purchase object is judged to be more than 10";
s16: if the stock quantity of the purchase object is judged to be equal to zero, the stock management terminal transmits a no-stock notification to the first terminal. After the first terminal receives the out-of-stock notification, the first terminal should send a message to the second terminal rejecting the transaction.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises: if the purchasing object is judged to belong to the second class object, the inventory management terminal continues to judge whether the purchasing object exists; it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the inventory management terminal of the present invention does not maintain the quantity of each item in the second class object for the second class object, and in one specific example, for example, seller a sells a limited version of a watch with a specific number, then the watch has only identification information in the inventory management terminal, but no corresponding quantity field; in one example, a purchase object is considered to exist if the inventory management terminal retrieves identification information of the purchase object in the memory, and the purchase object is considered to not exist if the inventory management terminal does not retrieve identification information of the purchase object in the memory; because the second class of objects are often high-value products, and serious problems are often caused by recording errors aiming at the information of the second class of objects, in order to avoid information errors, the quantity field is omitted aiming at the second class of objects, so that potential risks caused by updating the quantity field are avoided; if the purchase object exists, the inventory management terminal sends out an ex-warehouse command to an execution mechanism positioned in the warehouse; if the purchase object is judged not to exist, the inventory management terminal sends an inventory-free notification to the first terminal.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises: after receiving a warehouse-out command for a first type object, taking out a purchase object belonging to the first type object by an execution mechanism located in the warehouse based on the warehouse-out command for the first type object, wherein the purchase object belonging to the first type object has an identity identifier used for reading, and the identity identifier of the purchase object belonging to the first type object comprises identity identification information of the purchase object; in one example, the identity identifier on the purchase object may be a two-dimensional code or a bar code; in one example, the actuator at the warehouse may be a system of a server with several robots, the server controls several self-walking robots, when the self-walking robots transport the goods out of the warehouse, the identity identifier of the goods needs to be scanned by the server first, and then sent out by the courier; upon retrieving a purchase object belonging to the first class of objects, an actuator at the repository reads the identity identifier on the purchase object belonging to the first class of objects; after obtaining the identity identifier on the purchase object belonging to the first class of objects, the execution mechanism located in the warehouse sends inventory update information a to the inventory management terminal on frequency band a, wherein the inventory update information a includes a field AA and a field AB, wherein the field AA includes the identification information of the purchase object, wherein the field AB includes the update quantity; in one example, the corresponding relationship of the inventory update information a to the purchase condition may be as shown in the following table. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that a warehousing service provider must construct a plurality of warehouses for respectively storing corresponding goods, for example, the warehousing service provider generally needs to provide an electronic product warehouse, a daily chemical product warehouse, a fresh food warehouse, a fruit and vegetable warehouse, and the like.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003831196150000091
Figure BDA0003831196150000101
After receiving the inventory update information a, the inventory management terminal updates the stock quantity of the purchase object belonging to the first-class object based on the inventory update information a.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises: if the inventory management terminal does not correctly receive the inventory updating information A, the inventory management terminal judges whether the field AA of the inventory updating information A is correctly received and whether the field AB of the inventory updating information A is correctly received; if the field AA of the inventory updating information A is judged to be correctly received, but the field AB of the inventory updating information A is not correctly received, the inventory management terminal sends a command to an execution mechanism positioned in the warehouse to enable the execution mechanism positioned in the warehouse to resend the field AB of the inventory updating information A; in an example, since the warehousing service provider may provide services for a plurality of small micro-electrics, the data transmission amount between the inventory management terminal and each seller terminal may be large, and in order to reduce the overhead of data transmission, the present invention designs a technical means that a part of the information may be retransmitted separately (whereas retransmissions in the prior art are all for retransmission of one information, for example, if the inventory update information a is not decoded correctly, the entire inventory update information a is retransmitted), as shown in the foregoing example, the field AA of the inventory update information a necessarily occupies a large number of bits (because of a large number of types of goods, the identification information corresponding to the goods is long), and the field AB of the inventory update information a necessarily occupies a small number of bits, so that a CRC may be generated separately for the field AA of the inventory update information a, a CRC is generated separately for the field AB of the inventory update information a, and then a CRC is generated for the entire inventory update information a, and thus the inventory management terminal may determine whether each field receives a correct data independently; if it is determined that the field AA of the inventory update information a is not received correctly but the field AB of the inventory update information a is received correctly, the inventory management terminal sends a command to the actuator at the warehouse to cause the actuator at the warehouse to retransmit the field AA of the inventory update information a (at the same transmit power).
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises: after receiving the ex-warehouse command for the second class of objects, taking out the purchase objects belonging to the second class of objects by an execution mechanism located in the warehouse based on the ex-warehouse command for the second class of objects, wherein the purchase objects belonging to the second class of objects have identification identifiers used for reading, and the identification identifiers of the purchase objects belonging to the second class of objects comprise identification information of the purchase objects; upon retrieving the purchase object belonging to the second class of objects, an execution mechanism located in the repository reads the identity identifier on the purchase object belonging to the second class of objects; after obtaining the identifier on the purchase object belonging to the second class of objects, the execution mechanism located in the repository sends inventory update information B and a copy of the inventory update information B to the inventory management terminal on frequency band B, wherein the inventory update information B includes a field BA and a field BB, wherein the field BA includes identification information of the purchase object, wherein the field BB includes an identification information deletion instruction, wherein frequency band B is a different frequency band than frequency band a; in one example, the allocation of frequency band B to frequency band a may be determined based on commodity traffic expectations, and in one particular embodiment, for example, a warehouse may store 95% of the total inventory of commodities of the first type and 5% of the total inventory of commodities of the first type, then frequency band B may be allocated approximately 10% of the total frequency resources and frequency band a may be allocated approximately 90% of the total frequency resources. In one example, as previously mentioned, objects of the second type tend to have a higher value, so sending a copy of inventory update information B is designed to ensure proper sending of inventory update information B; after receiving the inventory update information B, the inventory management terminal deletes the identification information corresponding to the purchased purchase object based on the inventory update information B.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises: if the inventory management terminal does not correctly receive the inventory update information B and the copy of the inventory update information B, the inventory management terminal judges whether the field BA of the inventory update information B is correctly received and whether the field BB of the inventory update information B is correctly received; if the field BA of the inventory updating information B is judged to be correctly received, but the field BB of the inventory updating information B is not correctly received, the inventory management terminal sends a command to an execution mechanism positioned in the warehouse so that the execution mechanism positioned in the warehouse resends the field BB of the inventory updating information B at higher transmission power; in the invention, the executing mechanism in the warehouse is only required to increase the transmitting power when retransmitting the information of the second class object; if it is determined that the field BA of the inventory update information B is not properly received, but the field BB of the inventory update information B is properly received, the inventory management terminal sends a command to the actuator at the warehouse to cause the actuator at the warehouse to retransmit the field BA of the inventory update information B at a higher transmit power.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises: warehousing the purchase objects belonging to a first class of objects by an execution mechanism of the warehouse, wherein the purchase objects belonging to the first class of objects have identification identifiers for reading, and the identification identifiers of the purchase objects belonging to the first class of objects comprise identification information of the purchase objects; when a purchase object belonging to the first type of object is warehoused, an execution mechanism located in the warehouse reads an identity identifier on the purchase object belonging to the first type of object; after obtaining the identity identifier on the purchase object belonging to the first class of object, the execution mechanism located in the warehouse sends inventory update information C to the inventory management terminal on frequency band a, wherein the inventory update information C includes a field CA and a field CB, wherein the field CA includes the identification information of the purchase object, wherein the field CB includes the update quantity; after receiving the inventory update information C, the inventory management terminal updates the stock quantity of the purchase object belonging to the first-class object based on the inventory update information C.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises: warehousing, by an execution mechanism of the warehouse, a purchase object belonging to a second class object, wherein the purchase object belonging to the second class object is provided with an identity identifier for reading, and the identity identifier of the purchase object belonging to the second class object comprises identity identification information of the purchase object; when warehousing the purchase objects belonging to the second class of objects, reading the identity identifiers on the purchase objects belonging to the second class of objects by an execution mechanism located in the warehouse; after obtaining the identifier on the purchase object belonging to the second class of objects, the execution mechanism located in the warehouse sends inventory update information D and a copy of the inventory update information D to the inventory management terminal on frequency band B, wherein the inventory update information D includes a field DA and a field DB, wherein the field DA includes identification information of the purchase object, wherein the field DB includes an identification information adding instruction; after receiving the inventory update information D, the inventory management terminal adds the identification information corresponding to the purchased object to the inventory based on the inventory update information D.
