The first block chain corresponds to a digital collection issuing platform, and the second block chain corresponds to a digital work right confirming platform.
When a digital Tibetan issue party has digital Tibetan issue requirements, the identity of the issue party is verified on the digital Tibetan issue platform by relying on the digital Tibetan supervision platform, and meanwhile, when the identity of the issue party passes verification, the digital works are verified in the digital works right confirming platform in a cross-chain calling mode, so that right supervision in the digital Tibetan issue process is realized through the platform, and in-business supervision is realized.
In order to explain the technical solution described in the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a first flowchart of a block chain-based digital collection issuance supervision method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a block chain-based digital collection issuance supervision method includes the following steps:
step 101, obtaining a verifiable statement of the digital work uploaded by the first client.
The digital Tibetan needs to be authorized by the original author to the digital Tibetan distributor before being authorized to be distributed as the digital works.
After being allowed to be distributed, the digital works become digital collections after being casted by NFT (Non-homogeneous Token) contracts in a block chain corresponding to a digital collection distribution platform.
After obtaining the authorization, in order to avoid copyright dispute of the digital Tibetan, the digital Tibetan issuing party needs to check the ownership of the digital work of the original author by means of a digital Tibetan supervision platform before relying on the digital Tibetan issuing platform to issue the digital Tibetan.
The digital collection is called NFT, which means that a unique and unchangeable digital certificate is generated corresponding to specific works such as voice, characters, pictures and the like by using a block chain technology, and the digital copyright of the digital collection is protected, and the digital collection is truly and reliably distributed, purchased, collected, given away and used.
The first client corresponds to a digital collection issuer, and the digital collection issuer uploads a verifiable statement of the digital works to the digital collection supervision platform through the first client.
The digital work can verify that the statement contains the identification of the target digital work, the account information of the distributor of the digital collection and the digital signature of the issuer of the statement.
When a digital collection issuer issues a digital collection on a designated issuing platform of the digital collection, the digital collection issuer needs to register an account on the issuing platform to realize identity authentication so as to issue the digital collection in the issuing platform.
The first client is specifically a client used by the digital collection issuer.
When the digital collection is issued on the issuing platform, the digital collection needs to be ensured to be subjected to right confirmation and verification, so that the infringement behavior of the digital collection is avoided.
The digital work verifiable statement is specifically generated by issuing a target digital work by an original work author of the target digital work, the original work author submits the verifiable statement to a digital collection issuer after the verification statement is generated by issuing, at the moment, the digital collection issuer generates a digital collection issuing requirement, and the digital work verifiable statement is uploaded to the digital collection supervision platform through the first client, so that the digital collection supervision platform checks the ownership and issues the digital work.
Correspondingly, in an optional embodiment, the obtaining of the verifiable statement of digital work uploaded by the first client includes:
after the first client side obtains the verifiable statement of the target digital work issued by the statement issuer and adds the account information of the digital collection issuer to the verifiable statement to generate the verifiable statement of the digital work, a digital collection issuance verification request uploaded by the first client side is obtained;
the digital Tibetan issuing verification request carries the digital work verifiable statement and the designated information of the digital Tibetan issuing platform, the digital Tibetan issuing platform corresponds to the first block chain, and the digital Tibetan issuing platform is used for issuing digital Tibetan based on the digital work with the confirmed weight.
Under normal circumstances, it is stated that the issuer should be the author of the creative work of the target digital work.
In one implementation scenario, as shown in FIG. 2, the author of the creative work may authorize his/her digital work to be distributed to a digital collection distributor. At this point the author of the creative work will issue a verifiable statement of the digital work to the digital collection issuer. After receiving the verifiable statement, the digital Tibetan distributor submits the verifiable statement to the digital Tibetan supervision platform on the basis of the verifiable statement.
Specifically, the author of the creative issues a verifiable assertion of DID (Decentralized identity) to the digital collection issuer. Optionally, the verifiable statement mainly contains 3 parts of content: cliciminfo, subject, and signnature. The claiming fo includes a creative work author field, and the field value of the field is specifically a DID account registered by the creative work author on the second blockchain. The subject comprises a digital collection issuer field, and the field value of the field is specifically a DID account registered by the digital collection issuer in the first blockchain; the subject also comprises an attribute field, and the attribute field specifically comprises a unique identifier of the original work, such as a work name, a work hash, a work digital fingerprint and the like. signature is the result of a digital signature of both cliciminfo and subject by the author of the creative using a private key. The author of the original work signs the verifiable statement of the related information of the work by using the private key, and the right-confirming certificate of the work is stored in the second chain and is used for verifying and signing the verifiable statement.
Before the verifiable statement of the target digital work is not subjected to the authentication verification, whether a person who issues the verifiable statement is an author of the original work with true copyright cannot be determined, so that the target digital work needs to be subjected to the authentication verification based on a digital signature contained in the verifiable statement of the digital work.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, before obtaining the verifiable declaration of the digital work uploaded by the first client, the method further includes:
acquiring a digital work right confirmation request sent by a second client;
responding to the digital work right confirmation request, and after the digital work to be confirmed indicated in the digital work right confirmation request is confirmed to finish the right confirmation, sending a right confirmation certificate uplink request to a second block chain; the entitlement confirmation and credit uplink request is used for indicating that the entitlement confirmation of the digital work to be confirmed is stored in the second block chain.
Wherein the authorization-confirming uplink request may include authorization-confirming information of the digital work to be authorized. The entitlement confirmation information may specifically include a collection identifier of the digital work to be entitled and a digital signature of an author.
In the embodiment of the application, the digital collection supervision platform can also assist original works authors in determining the rights of digital works.
Specifically, with reference to fig. 2, the author of the creative work applies for the approval of the creative work from the digital collection administration platform. After receiving the application for the right confirmation, the digital collection supervision platform needs to complete the right confirmation of the original work by means of a supervisor, and the right confirmation after the right confirmation of the original work is written into the digital work right confirmation platform, i.e. a second block chain (specifically corresponding to the main chain in fig. 2). The first blockchain corresponds to the child chain in fig. 2.
The title of the work, the hash of the work and the digital fingerprint of the work can be written in the right-confirming certificate, the right-confirming certificate is completed on a main chain (a second block chain), and the work belongs to a DID account of an author of the original work.
The second blockchain may be a national digital collection unified supervision blockchain, and takes responsibility of the original work confirmation and the dynamic supervision of the digital collection distribution. The original works need to be authenticated on the main chain first, and the authorization relationship validity of the digital works is authenticated by relying on the main chain when the digital collections are issued.
Step 102, sending a digital work verification request to a first blockchain based on the digital work verifiable statement.
The digital work verification request is used for requesting the first block chain to carry out account registration verification on the digital collection issuer and calling a second block chain in a cross-chain mode after the account registration verification is passed to carry out right confirmation verification on the target digital work; the digital collection which is distributed by the registered account on the chain and is based on the digital works with the confirmed weight is stored in the first block chain, the confirmed weight storage certificate of the digital works with the confirmed weight is stored in the second block chain, and the digital works with the confirmed weight storage certificate comprise digital works identification and digital works author signatures.
The digital collection supervision platform receives the digital work verifiable statement, and before the digital collection is released, the digital work indicated in the verifiable statement needs to be subjected to information verification based on the first blockchain and the second blockchain.
The digital collection supervision platform sends a digital work verification request to the first blockchain specifically, a service contract of the first blockchain is triggered, the service contract analyzes the content of the verifiable declaration of the digital work, account information of a digital collection issuer is extracted, it is confirmed that a digital collection issuer field in the verifiable declaration of the digital work is consistent with a chain DID account of the digital collection issuer in the first blockchain, at the moment, the first blockchain calls a cross-link contract which calls a cross-link contract in the second blockchain through a cross-link gateway, after the cross-link contract in the second blockchain is called, the verifiable declaration verification contract in the second blockchain is called through the cross-link contract, the verifiable declaration can be analyzed by the verifiable declaration, a chain DID account of an author of the original work in the verifiable declaration in the second blockchain is inquired, a public key corresponding to the DID account is inquired, and a public key of a digital signature of the issuer in the verifiable declaration is signed.
The verifiable statement is a digital certificate, and is a descriptive statement issued by one DID endorsing some attributes of another DID, and attaching a digital signature of the verifiable statement to prove the authenticity of the attributes.
The verifiable declaration verification contract is used for verifying an intelligent contract for verifying the issuance correctness of the verifiable declaration, is deployed on a main chain (a second block chain), and comprises methods of analyzing the verifiable declaration contract, verifying whether the verifiable declaration is uplink or not, inquiring a public key corresponding to an author of a creative work in the verifiable declaration, verifying a digital signature in the verifiable declaration and the like.
In the process, the first block chains corresponding to different digital collection issuing platforms can be subjected to cross-chain interoperation interaction with the main chain (second block chain) through the unified relay chain, the complexity of the structure between the sub-chains of the main chain is simplified, meanwhile, the cross-chain transaction of the interoperation can be verified on the relay chain, and traceability and non-tampering of the cross-chain interoperation transaction are achieved.
Step 103, obtaining verification result information fed back by the first blockchain or the second blockchain based on the digital work verification request, and outputting the verification result information to the first client.
In different embodiments, the verification result information may be fed back to the digital collection supervision platform by different block chains.
In one embodiment, when the first blockchain performs account registration verification on the digital collection issuer based on the digital work verification request, the verification result information fed back by the first blockchain that the account registration verification of the digital collection issuer fails is obtained.
In another embodiment, in the case that the second blockchain verifies that the target digital work is not verified to be not passed, and the verification result is output to the first blockchain in a cross-chain manner, the verification result information fed back by the first blockchain that the target digital work is not verified to be not passed is obtained.
In yet another embodiment, when the second blockchain verifies that the target digital work is authenticated and passes verification, and the verification result is output to the first blockchain in a cross-chain manner, obtaining verification result information of the authenticated and passed verification of the target digital work, which is fed back by the first blockchain; or,
in another embodiment, in a case that the target digital work is authenticated and verified by the second blockchain, verification result information that the target digital work is authenticated and verified is obtained, where the verification result information is fed back by the second blockchain.
In a different embodiment, when the second blockchain verifies the target digital work as passing the verification, the verification result information of the target digital work passing the verification of the right confirmation is obtained, which is fed back by the second blockchain.
In the above process, the verification result information may be that after the second blockchain completes the authentication verification of the target digital work, the result is directly fed back to the digital collection supervision platform. Or the verification result information may be that the verification result is fed back to the first blockchain in a cross-chain manner after the authorization verification of the target digital work is finished by the second blockchain, and is fed back to the digital collection supervision platform through the first blockchain. Or when the account registration verification of the digital collection issuer by the first blockchain is not passed, the process of transferring the second blockchain to perform the authorization verification of the digital works by crossing the chains is not entered, and the result that the account registration verification is not passed is directly fed back to the digital collection supervision platform.
The process can improve the realization diversity of the verification result feedback and meet the interaction requirements under different conditions.
According to the embodiments, the copyright validation verification of different digital Tibetan product issuing platforms when issuing the Tibetan products is completed by building the digital Tibetan product supervision platform and building a main chain (a second data chain), so that the infringement behavior is avoided, meanwhile, the validation and the storage of the original works are completed based on the main chain, and the cross-chain automatic verification of the Tibetan product authorization relationship is completed by utilizing the verifiable statement of the distributed digital identity, the verifiable statement verification contract and the interoperation framework of the relay chain and the gateway, so that the penetration and the automation of the digital Tibetan product supervision are realized.
In the embodiment of the application, a digital work verification request is sent to the first blockchain based on a verifiable statement of the digital work uploaded by the first client, so that the first blockchain can perform account registration verification on a digital collection issuer, and the second blockchain is called in a chain crossing manner to perform right confirmation verification on the target digital work after the account registration verification is passed, and then verification result information fed back by the first blockchain is obtained, and the verification result information is output to the first client. When a digital Tibetan issue party has digital Tibetan issue requirements, the process is based on a digital Tibetan supervision client, the identity of the issue party is verified on a digital Tibetan issue chain, and meanwhile, the right-confirming verification is carried out on the digital Tibetan by using a right-confirming storage block chain in a chain-crossing calling mode, so that the right supervision in the digital Tibetan issue process is realized, and the in-business supervision is realized.
Different embodiments of the digital collection issuing supervision method based on the blockchain are also provided in the embodiment of the application.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a block chain-based digital collection issuance supervision method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, a block chain-based digital collection distribution supervision method includes the following steps:
step 301, a verifiable statement of the digital work uploaded by the first client is obtained.
The digital work verifiable statement comprises an identification of a target digital work, account information of a digital collection issuer and a digital signature of a statement issuer.
The implementation process of this step is the same as that of step 101 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described here again.
Step 302, based on the verifiable statement of the digital work, sends a verification request for the digital work to a first blockchain.
The implementation process of this step is the same as that of step 102 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described here again.
Step 303, obtaining verification result information fed back by the first blockchain or the second blockchain based on the digital work verification request, and outputting the verification result information to the first client.
The implementation process of this step is the same as the implementation process of step 103 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described here again.
And step 304, acquiring a digital collection issuing instruction sent by the first client under the condition that the authentication result information is that the target digital work is authenticated and verified.
Wherein the digital collection issuing instruction is used for indicating the digital collection issuing based on the target digital work.
Step 305, forwarding the digital collection issuance instruction to the first blockchain.
After the digital Tibetan distributor verifies the authorization validity of the target digital work through the digital Tibetan supervision platform and feeds back the verification result to the digital Tibetan distributor, the digital Tibetan distributor can trigger a digital Tibetan distribution instruction in the digital Tibetan distributor by itself and instruct the digital Tibetan distributor to distribute the digital Tibetan based on the target digital work.
Or the digital collection issuer can trigger the digital collection issuing instruction through the digital collection supervision platform.
Correspondingly, in the embodiment, a digital collection supervision platform is additionally provided with a digital collection issuing triggering function.
When the digital collection issuer obtains the verification feedback result that the digital work right verification passes from the first client, the first client can directly trigger the digital collection issuing instruction to the digital collection supervision platform.
The digital collection supervision platform can forward the digital collection issue instruction to a first block chain corresponding to the digital collection issue platform after acquiring the digital collection issue instruction.
The first blockchain is specifically based on a digital collection issuing instruction, and after a target digital work is cast by using an NFT (Non-variant Token) contract, the target digital work is changed into a digital collection to be written into the first blockchain, and the digital collection is associated with an account of a digital collection issuer.
In a specific application, when the digital Tibetan issue supervision platform provided in the embodiment of the application is used for digital Tibetan issue supervision, a digital Tibetan issue party can firstly input the parameter information of a target digital work on the digital Tibetan issue supervision platform, and directly trigger an issue instruction of the digital Tibetan after the parameter information is input, wherein the issue instruction carries a verifiable statement of the work issued by a digital work writer.
After the digital collection issuing supervision platform obtains the verifiable statement of the digital works, the digital collection issuing supervision platform can send a digital work verification request to the first block chain, and after the first block chain is used for carrying out account registration verification on a digital collection issuer and passing the account registration verification, and the first block chain is used for calling the second block chain in a chain crossing manner to carry out right confirmation verification on the target digital works, the digital collection issuing supervision platform directly sends an issuing request carrying parameter information of the target digital works to the first block chain so as to issue the digital collections on the first block chain.
Or, in another specific application, when the digital collection issuer uses the digital collection issuance supervision platform provided in this embodiment of the present application, the digital collection issuer may upload a data packet on the digital collection issuance supervision platform, where the data packet includes parameter information of a target digital work and a verifiable statement of the digital work, and after the digital collection issuance supervision platform uses the first blockchain to perform account registration verification on the digital collection issuer based on the verifiable statement of the digital work, and the first blockchain invokes the second blockchain to perform right verification on the target digital work, if the digital collection issuance instruction sent by the first client is obtained, the digital collection issuance supervision platform may match the parameter information of the digital work corresponding to the digital collection issuance instruction based on the digital collection issuance instruction and send an issuance request carrying the parameter information of the digital work to the first blockchain, so as to perform digital collection issuance on the first blockchain.
The parameter information of the digital work may specifically include a work sequence code, a work digital code, and other unique work identifiers of the digital work.
In the embodiment of the application, based on the digital Tibetan supervision client, when the identity of the issuer is verified on a digital Tibetan distribution chain, the right-confirming block chain is utilized to confirm and verify the digital works in a chain-crossing calling mode, after the digital works are verified, the convenient issuing of the digital Tibetan is realized, the right supervision in the digital Tibetan issuing process is ensured, the in-service supervision is realized, and the convenience of the digital Tibetan issuing is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram of a block chain-based digital collection issuance supervision apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment of the present application are shown.
