Description

Method and system for monitoring and managing law enforcement big data analysis mining
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of big data and law enforcement records, in particular to a method and a system for monitoring and managing law enforcement big data analysis and mining.
Background
At present, in the data management of big data, a plurality of problems are faced, the problems prevent the interconnection and the high-efficiency utilization of the data, become the bottleneck that the data value is difficult to release effectively, and mainly comprise the following points:
one is the lack of unified data views. The data resources are scattered in a plurality of business systems, owners and business personnel cannot timely sense the distribution and update conditions of the data, cannot quickly find the data meeting the own requirements, and cannot find and identify valuable data for management.
Secondly, data islands are ubiquitous. The reasons for the data island include technical aspects and standard and management aspects, which prevent smooth data sharing among business systems and reduce resource utilization rate and availability of data.
Third, the data quality is low. Poor data quality often means poor traffic decisions, which directly lead to problems such as inaccurate data statistics analysis, difficult traffic supervision, difficult decisions for higher-level leaders, etc. Data can be regarded as a production element and has increasingly great value, and the premise is that the quality of the data is continuously improved.
Fourth, a data environment lacking security. The risks caused by data security mainly comprise data leakage, data abuse and the like. With the rapid accumulation of data, once a data security event occurs, its hazard to users will become greater, constraining the release of data value.
Fifthly, a data value management system is lacked. Most enterprises have not established a model for efficient management and application of data, including data value assessment, data cost management, etc., nor have they lacked compliance guidelines for data services and data applications to find an "optimal path" for releasing data value.
In particular to law enforcement supervision, the law enforcement recorder is widely applied to the fields of public inspection law, various indoor and outdoor detection places and other scenes needing real-time communication. However, the large amount of data collected by law enforcement recorders often does not allow for efficient sharing of data, particularly while law enforcement is being monitored afterwards in the event to assist users in searching for relevant information during law enforcement or after evidence collection.
For example, chinese patent application CN113596368A discloses an information acquisition method based on law enforcement recorder and law enforcement recorder, wherein the accident type is deduced from voice information; matching one or more corresponding accident elements according to the accident type; and screening element images from video stream data according to the accident elements, and associating the element images with the accident elements, wherein the video stream data is obtained by shooting by a camera arranged on a law enforcement recorder. The application can facilitate law enforcement personnel to conveniently find the effect of the related data.
However, the above-mentioned patent application does not enable efficient sharing of large amounts of data of law enforcement recorders, especially sharing while law enforcement is being supervised afterwards in the event to assist users in searching for relevant information during law enforcement or after evidence collection.
Thus, it is desirable to provide an efficient collaborative in-affair post-hoc regulatory law enforcement.

Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be more readily understood, a detailed description of the invention is provided below along with specific embodiments and accompanying figures.
< first preferred embodiment >
Fig. 1 schematically shows a system block diagram of a regulatory, law enforcement big data analysis mining according to a first preferred embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a system for supervising and enforcing big data analysis mining according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of law enforcement recording means 10, a server 20 and a large database 30.
Among them, the law enforcement recording device 10 has a function of capturing video, pictures, and audio, and transmits the video, pictures, and audio captured in real time to the server 20 through a wireless network.
The server 20 processes the video, picture and audio received from the law enforcement recorder 10 and stores them in the large database 30 as evidence data.
More specifically, the server 20 receives the video received from the law enforcement recording device 10, extracts human face image information from the video as first digest information of the video, extracts voiceprint information of sound from the video as second digest information of the video, and stores the first digest information and the second digest information together in association with the video as video evidence data in the large database 30.
Preferably, the first digest information and the second digest information are stored in metadata of the big data.
Also, upon receiving the video from the law enforcement recording device 10, the server 20 extracts the human face image information and the voiceprint information from the video, and searches the first digest information and the second digest information of all video evidence data in the large database 30 using the extracted human face image information and voiceprint information, and upon retrieving video evidence data in which the first digest information and the second digest information match the extracted human face image information and voiceprint information, respectively, all evidence information (e.g., all text, video, picture, and audio information of the same case as the video) stored in the large database 30, which is related to the matched video evidence data, is fed back to the corresponding law enforcement recording device 10.
It can be seen that upon receipt of a video from law enforcement recording device 10, server 20 stores the received first summary information and second summary information of the video in association with the video in large database 30 as video evidence data, while utilizing the received first summary information and second summary information of the video to retrieve in the large database so as to feed back all evidence information stored in large database 30 that is related to the matched video evidence data to the corresponding law enforcement recording device 10. In this way, the currently stored video information and associated data of the big data are fed back together in real time to the law enforcement recording device 10 for display. So that the law enforcement recorder 10 can learn which video information the video currently fed back is for according to the video sent by itself, which is beneficial for staff or law enforcement personnel to distinguish the attribution problem of the fed back information when frequently obtaining evidence.
For example, when the similarity of the extracted human face image information and the first digest information in the large database 30 is greater than a first threshold, it is determined that the extracted voiceprint information matches the first digest information in the large database 30. For another example, when the similarity of the extracted voiceprint information and the second digest information in the large database 30 is greater than the second threshold, it is determined that the extracted human face image information matches the second digest information in the large database 30.
Therefore, the invention effectively realizes a high-efficiency collaborative in-process supervision law enforcement scheme, and can acquire the past law enforcement information of the related personnel from the large database while the law enforcement recording device performs law enforcement, thereby realizing effective in-process sharing of the law enforcement information.
In addition, as the face information and the voiceprint information of the video acquired in real time are compared, the data accuracy is effectively improved, and evidence leakage caused by incorrect feedback of evidence data to law enforcement personnel can be prevented.
In addition, the invention effectively reduces the data retrieval amount, improves the data retrieval efficiency and improves the data feedback efficiency because only the abstract information is retrieved instead of video retrieval.
Also for example, law enforcement recorder 10 is a law enforcement recorder or is integrated with a law enforcement recorder. Law enforcement recorder is a forensic technical device which integrates functions of real-time video and audio recording, photographing, recording and the like, and is worn by public staff such as police officers or personnel working in authorities to perform business. The law enforcement recorder integrates the functions of shooting, photographing, intercom, positioning and storage, and can be used for carrying out dynamic and static on-site situation digital recording in the law enforcement process through wireless connection real-time video transmission such as a 4G network, so that a user can conveniently perform law enforcement in various environments.
Further preferably, each law enforcement recorder 10 has a unique identification code representing the evidence reading authority, and the law enforcement recorder 10 transmits the unique identification code representing the evidence reading authority as additional information to the server 20 in association while transmitting the video, picture and audio captured in real time to the server 20 through the wireless network.
Typically, the evidence read rights represented by the unique identification code of law enforcement recorder 10 are related to the authorities or units of law enforcement recorder 10. For example, court and police systems may have higher rights to acquire and read evidence than authorities such as metropolitan authorities.
The server 20 checks whether the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code in the additional information of the video evidence data to be fed back is not higher than the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code of the corresponding law enforcement recording device 10 before feeding back the video evidence data to the corresponding law enforcement recording device 10, and feeds back the video evidence data to the corresponding law enforcement recording device 10 only in the case where the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code in the additional information of the video evidence data to be fed back is not higher than the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code of the corresponding law enforcement recording device 10.
For example, in the case where the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code in the additional information of the video evidence data to be fed back is higher than the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code of the corresponding law enforcement recording device 10, the video evidence data is not fed back to the corresponding law enforcement recording device 10, or the authority out-of-range warning information may be fed back to the corresponding law enforcement recording device 10.
Therefore, the invention can feed back the evidence based on the evidence reading authority, thereby avoiding confidential information from being read by low-authority personnel and ensuring confidentiality and security of the evidence.
< second preferred embodiment >
All features and advantages of a system for regulatory, law enforcement big data analysis mining according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention are applicable to this second preferred embodiment.
Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a system block diagram of a regulatory, law enforcement big data analysis mining, according to a second preferred embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in addition to the various elements of the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, that is, a system for supervisory, law enforcement big data analysis mining according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of law enforcement recording devices 10, a server 20, and a big database 30, a system for supervisory, law enforcement big data analysis mining according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: a search device 40.
The retrieval means 40 is used for providing the server 30 with the current face photograph of the target person to be retrieved and the previous year face photograph (e.g., the face photograph ten years ago or five years ago), and providing the server 30 with the current sound information of the target person to be retrieved and the audio recording of the previous year.
Upon receiving the data from the retrieval device 40, the server 30 retrieves the first summary information of all video evidence data in the large database 30 using the current face photograph and the past year face photograph retrieval to obtain a set of video evidence data matching at least one of the current face photograph and the past year face photograph.
The server 30 then retrieves, for the second summary information, from the set of video evidence data, with the current sound information and the audio recording of the past year, obtains video evidence data matching at least one of the sound tracks of the current sound information and the audio recording of the past year, and feeds back all evidence information related to the obtained video evidence data (e.g., all text, video, picture, and audio information of the same case as the video) to the respective retrieval means 40.
Since the facial features and the sound features of a person may change over a predetermined year, the present invention proposes to provide both the face and the sound information of the past year in addition to the current face and sound information, thereby preventing missed detection of evidence.
Therefore, the invention effectively realizes a high-efficiency collaborative post-supervision law enforcement system, and can effectively acquire the past law enforcement information of the related personnel from a large database when a user retrieves the law enforcement electronic evidence, thereby realizing effective post-enforcement sharing of the law enforcement information.
In addition, as the facial information and the voiceprint information of videos of different years provided by the user are compared, the data accuracy is effectively improved, and evidence leakage caused by incorrect feedback of evidence data to law enforcement officers can be prevented.
In addition, the invention effectively reduces the data retrieval amount, improves the data retrieval efficiency and improves the data feedback efficiency because only the abstract information is retrieved instead of video retrieval.
Further, it is further preferable that each retrieval device 40 has a unique identification code indicating evidence reading authority, and the retrieval device 40 associatively transmits the unique identification code indicating evidence reading authority to the server 20 as additional information while providing the information of the target person to be retrieved to the server 30.
Typically, the evidence read rights represented by the unique identification code of the retrieval device 40 are related to the organization or entity of the retrieval device 40. For example, court and police systems may have higher rights to acquire and read evidence than authorities such as metropolitan authorities.
The server 20 checks whether the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code in the additional information of the video evidence data to be fed back is not higher than the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code of the corresponding retrieval device 40 before feeding back the video evidence data to the corresponding retrieval device 40, and feeds back the video evidence data to the corresponding retrieval device 40 only in the case where the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code in the additional information of the video evidence data to be fed back is not higher than the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code of the corresponding retrieval device 40.
For example, in the case where the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code in the additional information of the video evidence data to be fed back is higher than the evidence reading authority represented by the unique identification code of the corresponding retrieval device 40, the video evidence data is not fed back to the corresponding retrieval device 40, or the authority out-of-range warning information may be fed back to the corresponding retrieval device 40.
Therefore, the invention can feed back the evidence based on the evidence reading authority, thereby avoiding confidential information from being read by low-authority personnel and ensuring confidentiality and security of the evidence.
< application example >
The invention can realize evidence sharing library, based on data management platform, constructing evidence sharing library data management system, realizing evidence homology, isomorphism and unified data caliber, realizing business scene including unified evidence collection, evidence transfer, evidence retrieval, etc.
Preferably, the present invention employs two standardized unified ports (an ingress port and an egress port), in other words, there is a standardized single ingress port and a standardized single egress port between the server and the large database. The two-end service (the service of the certificate-in end and the certificate-out end) is in butt joint with various application scenes. The evidence big database ensures the storage safety of the evidence through a standard evidence management system, and forms a digital evidence asset. The evidence entering end establishes a unified evidence collecting system by defining an electronic evidence collecting standard and a collecting scene to form a standard evidence collecting end. The evidence-issuing end establishes a cross-department, cross-region and cross-layer collaboration system through clear evidence sharing standards to form a normalized evidence sharing end.
The invention can reconstruct the panoramic portrait of law enforcement object (divided into enterprise portrait, natural portrait, etc.), and re-comb and define the dimension of the portrait, providing related functions such as natural portrait inquiry, knowledge map, etc.
The invention can also be used for realizing classified management of all related business approval matters related in the processes of supervision and inspection, punishment and case handling, collaborative command, law enforcement and supervision and other business work.
In addition, the invention can also form credit supervision thematic statistical report forms: displaying the statistical dimension data of the collaborative command series according to the areas, departments, time periods, types, matters, subjects, object distribution and system application conditions; evidence sharing statistical analysis report: including overall operation statistical analysis, evidence production collection statistical analysis, evidence storage asset statistical analysis, evidence sharing collaborative statistical analysis.
It should be noted that, unless specifically stated otherwise, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like in the specification are used merely as a distinction between various components, elements, steps, etc. in the specification, and are not used to denote a logical or sequential relationship between various components, elements, steps, etc.
