When high-pressure boiling water is injected from the center of the k-cup cover 4, the high-pressure boiling water is injected into the coffee container receiving box 1002 through the tiny pores on the spray cover 6 in the water accumulation cavity between the k-cup cover 4 and the spray cover 6 so as to brew and form coffee. Coffee flows into the k-cup pocket 1 through the bottom after being filtered by the small-hole filter screen 1004 and then enters the coffee collecting box 3 through the k-cup pocket outlet 104 at the bottom of the k-cup pocket 1.
When the top nozzle of the coffee machine is not matched with the top of the k-cup cover 4 or a gap exists due to the fact that the coffee box is drawn every time, high-pressure boiling water can overflow from the top of the k-cup cover 4. At this time, the overflowing boiling water is collected into the guide chute 101 through the overflow gutter 401, and then flows into the k-cup pocket 1 through the coffee flow inlet 102. In another case, when the amount of coffee powder in the k-cup7 or the coffee pod 10 is too large, the k-cup sealing ring 5 can not be effectively sealed with the k-cup7 or the coffee pod 10, and then the coffee in the k-cup7 or the coffee pod 10 overflows and leaks from the front, or the filter screen at the bottom of the k-cup7 or the coffee pod 10 is blocked and part of the coffee overflows from the k-cup7 or the coffee pod 10; in this case, the overflowing coffee flows directly into the guide grooves 101 and then into the k-cup pocket 1 through the coffee inflow port 102, thereby preventing the coffee from overflowing.
When the capsule coffee is brewed, the k-cup pocket 1 can be replaced by a capsule coffee pocket 11 and a coffee filter cover 14. The k-cup flap assembly replaces the encapsulated coffee flap assembly and coffee can be made from the coffee capsule 15. Placing the coffee capsule 15 into the capsule coffee bag 11, and fixing the coffee capsule 15 by a capsule sealing ring 13 in an extension cylinder at the lower end of the small capsule fixing cover 12; when the nozzle of the coffee machine punctures the coffee capsule 15, the boiling water is infused into the capsule, coffee powder in the infused capsule forms coffee, the coffee powder enters the coffee collecting box 3 after being filtered by the coffee filtering cover 14, and finally the coffee powder flows out through the coffee outlet 301. When the nozzle of the coffee machine is not tightly matched with the capsule fixing cover 12, a small amount of boiling water overflows from the top, the overflowing boiling water is collected by the capsule coffee bag water collecting tank 1101, flows into the capsule coffee bag 11 through the capsule coffee bag inflow port 1102, and finally flows into the coffee collecting box 3 through the water leakage holes 1103 at the two bottom ends of the capsule coffee bag 11, so that water or coffee is prevented from overflowing. Also, when the water pressure of the coffee maker is high, the coffee cannot be completely discharged from the bottom through the inside of the coffee capsule 15, and the coffee reversely overflows from the top piercing hole of the coffee capsule 15, at this time, the coffee overflowing from the inside of the coffee capsule 15 flows into the coffee collecting box 3 through the bottom water leakage hole 1103, thereby preventing the water or coffee from overflowing.

the k-cup flap assembly comprises: a k-cup cover (4), a k-cup sealing ring (5) and a spraying cover (6); an overflow groove (401) is formed in the outer side of the k-cup cover (4), and second rotating shafts (402) which are hinged with second rotating shaft holes (201) in the two sides of the hand pumping mechanism (2) are arranged on the two sides of the k-cup cover (4); a k-cup coffee leakage through groove is formed in the k-cup cover (4);
the top end of the spray cover (6) is installed at the bottom end of the k-cup cover (4) through a k-cup sealing ring (5), and the k-cup cover (4) is located above the inner box body mechanism;
a capsule coffee pocket water collecting tank (1101) is arranged on the inner side of the capsule coffee pocket (11), a capsule coffee pocket inflow port (1102) is formed in the tail end of the capsule coffee pocket water collecting tank (1101), and two bottom water leakage holes (1103) are symmetrically formed in the bottom end of the capsule coffee pocket (11) along the axis; two sides of the outer part of the capsule coffee pocket (11) are provided with shaft rods assembled with the hand-drawing mechanism (2);
