A user uploads a video through a block link node; the block chain node calculates the hash value of the video by using an MD5 algorithm, and then issues a duplicate checking request according to an intelligent contract; if the same hash value is inquired in a database of the block chain, a copyright tracing function is triggered to inquire whether the user is the latest copyright holder of the video, if so, uploading is allowed, if not, uploading is prohibited, and an infringement prompt is sent to the user; if the same hash value is not inquired, watermark detection is carried out on the video; if the watermark is detected in the video, calculating the length of the video containing the watermark; if the difference value between the duration and the overall duration of the video is smaller than the adjacent watermark interval, the video is a modified version of the video obtained by query, the video should belong to the same copyright person, a copyright tracing function is started to query whether the user is the latest copyright person of the video, if not, uploading is prohibited, and if so, a new copyright registration record is generated for the modified version of the video; if the difference between the time length between the first watermark and the last watermark and the whole time length of the video is larger than the interval between the adjacent watermarks, the video refers to partial content of the original video of the copyright owner, and a reference marking link is required. If no watermark is detected in the video, the video is the original video without the copyright owner, and the user can apply for the copyright owner of the original video.
And S3, submitting the copyright watermark and the copyright ciphertext of the user by the block link points, and embedding the copyright watermark into the video at equal intervals.
The blockchain node sends a notification to the user that registration is allowed and asks the user to submit a copyright watermark and copyright information for the video. This example requires the user to submit a picture of a specified size and format as the copyright watermark, the copyright information submitted being a text file describing the video content. After receiving the copyright watermark and copyright information, the block chain nodes inquire whether the watermark is registered in a block chain network, and if the watermark is registered, the block chain nodes inform a user to submit a new picture as the watermark. And starting a watermark embedding module by using the block chain link points, and embedding the copyright watermark into the video at equal intervals. The watermark embedding module is configured to perform the steps of:
the user submits a mark as a copyright watermark at the same time of submitting the video through the block chain node. The video is divided at a fixed time interval. A digital watermarking algorithm is used to embed the synchronization mark and the copyright watermark in each video segment. The synchronization mark is used to identify the location of the copyright watermark in the video. Optionally, an image robust watermark embedding algorithm can be used to embed copyright watermarks into image frames of the video at equal intervals; an audio robust watermark embedding algorithm may also be used to embed copyright watermarks at equal intervals into audio frames of the video. And recombining the video segments containing the copyright watermark into a video.
The embodiment provides a method for embedding watermarks at equal intervals in video frames, as shown in fig. 4, including:

The invention marks ownership of copyright person to video by embedding robust watermark of copyright person at equal intervals in video, can prevent infringement person from removing watermark by editing video, thereby providing a uniform copyright identification method for homologous video, and solving copyright ambiguity between multiple modified versions of video and original video. The watermark embedding method at equal intervals can also provide a method for calculating the quoting duration and accurately marking the quoting position for quoting videos of other people, and the method can be combined with the copyright tracing function to help a quoting person accurately contact a copyright person.
A robust watermark is a mark associated with the identity of the copyright owner and the video content, and is referred to herein as a copyright watermark. The copyright watermark has good robustness and can be extracted with larger similarity after the video is subjected to operations such as clipping and the like. The algorithm for completing the functions of watermark embedding and watermark extraction is called a digital watermark algorithm and consists of an embedding algorithm and an extraction algorithm. The digital watermarking algorithm in the invention refers to a robust watermarking algorithm, and the algorithm can still extract the watermark with a very low bit error rate after the video is subjected to operations such as clipping and the like. In the invention, the watermark is embedded into the video by the watermark embedding module, and the watermark is extracted from the video by the watermark extracting module.
The watermark extraction module is configured to perform the steps of:
detecting a synchronization mark from a video start position to obtain an embedding position of a watermark; extracting the watermark from the location using an extraction algorithm; extracting all similar watermarks according to the embedding intervals of the watermarks; detecting the similarity of the watermarks; when the similarity is larger than a set threshold value, judging the similarity as the same watermark; calculating a time interval between a first watermark and a last watermark; when others refer to part of the content of the video, the time interval can be used as a reference duration so as to lock the position of adding the reference prompt; all video segments are recombined into video.
And S4, storing the video without the watermark and the video with the watermark on a network platform where the nodes are located by the block link points, and commonly identifying the transaction records of the transaction types, the uploaded person identity information, the copyright owner public key, the copyright watermark, the hash value, the copyright ciphertext, the timestamp, the registration traceability code, the copyright transfer cost and the use authorization cost which are formed into the copyright registration transaction records to all the nodes in the network to form a new block.
Carrying out hash operation on the video with the watermark by using the MD5 algorithm by the block link points to obtain a hash value of the video; and the block link point encrypts the copyright information, the hash value and the copyright person identity information by using a copyright person private key to form a copyright ciphertext. The block chain link point forms the information of the identity information of the uploader, the public key of the copyright owner, the copyright watermark, the hash value, the copyright ciphertext, the timestamp, the tracing code, the copyright transfer fee, the use authorization fee and the like into a transaction record and sends the transaction record to the block chain network. The contents of this transaction record are shown in table 1 as the copyright entry row. The blockchain network initiates a consensus mechanism to agree on a copyright registration consensus among all blockchain nodes, and then stores the transaction record in the block. And the block chain nodes store the video without the copyright watermark and the video with the copyright watermark in the affiliated platforms.

For example, when a user wants to download a video, a usage right purchase request may be initiated by the blockchain node. And after receiving the purchase request, the blockchain node triggers a right-of-use transaction contract, and the blockchain network performs copyright tracing to inquire the current copyright holder of the video. And detecting the balance of the purchaser by the block chain network, automatically deducting if the amount of money is sufficient, and initiating a payment request if the balance is insufficient. After payment is completed, the current copyright holder account increases the income. And the block chain node generates a use right watermark according to the purchaser identity information and the copyright ciphertext of the video. The block chain node starts the watermark embedding module, and embeds the usage right watermark into the next video image of the copyright watermark at the time interval Δ T, as shown in fig. 4. The hash value of the video with the usage rights watermark is calculated using the MD5 algorithm. The block chain node points form information such as the use right identity information, the copyright owner public key, the copyright owner watermark, the video hash value, the copyright ciphertext, the time stamp, the purchase expense and the like into a use authorization transaction record and send the use authorization transaction record to the block chain network, and the content of the transaction record is shown in a use authorization row in table 1. After receiving the new transaction, the block chain network recognizes all the nodes together according to the intelligent contract and generates a new block.
As shown in fig. 4, the right-of-use watermark refers to a robust watermark automatically mapped by the blockchain network according to the identity information of the right-of-use purchaser, the identity information of the copyright holder, and the copyright information of the video. The method can prevent the video from being infringed after being leaked by a user by detecting whether the uploaded video has the right-of-use watermark or not, and can search the owner of the right-of-use watermark in a block chain network to track the leaked person. The right-of-use watermark needs to have strong robustness, and the embedding method and the extraction method of the right-of-use watermark can be the same as those of the right-of-version watermark. The relative positions of the copyright watermark and the usage right watermark in the video should have strong correlation and be non-repeatable, so that when the two watermarks are extracted, which one is the copyright watermark and which one is the usage right watermark can be determined according to the relative positions of the two watermarks.
And S7, detecting a copyright watermark and a use right watermark in the video uploaded by the user by the block chain node under the condition that the reference mark is not detected.
In the step, block chain nodes detect copyright watermarks and right-of-use watermarks in videos uploaded by users, and use authorization transaction records are searched according to the right-of-use watermarks so as to obtain identities of right-of-use purchasers;

if the reference mark is approved to be added, the block chain network adds a reference prompt of the latest copyright owner in the reference part of the video;

Tracing the copyright source according to the extracted copyright watermark to form a copyright path, and searching initial registration time corresponding to the copyright watermark of the suspected infringement video;

if the initial registration time of the infringed video is earlier than that of the suspected infringed video, the suspected infringed video belongs to the infringed video, and the initial copyright holder of the infringed video is the initial infringement holder. For example, the applicant initiates a manual review request through the node, and submits the website, the copyright watermark and the copyright ciphertext of the infringed video and the suspected infringed video.
Judging whether the applicant has copyright to the infringed video, and the specific steps comprise:

If the verification is successful, the applicant is confirmed to possess the copyright of the infringed video, and the initial copyright registration time of the video is obtained from the initial block.
The method comprises the following steps that an auditor compares whether an infringed video and a suspected infringed video are homologous videos, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
if the suspected infringing video is the homologous video, whether the watermark of the authorized user exists in the suspected infringing video is detected, and if the suspected infringing video exists, the authorized user is the infringing person.

If the videos are not the same source videos, whether the contents of the two videos belong to the copied videos is checked through watching the videos and copyright information submitted by the user. If the video is not the reproduction video, the complaint is rejected. If the video is a reproduction video, determining infringers according to the following steps:
and starting a watermark detection module to extract the copyright watermark of the suspected infringement video.
And tracing the copyright source according to the extracted copyright watermark to form a copyright path, and searching the initial registration time corresponding to the watermark.
And comparing the initial registration time of the infringed video and the suspected infringement video. If the initial registration time of the infringed video is earlier than that of the suspected infringed video, the suspected infringed video belongs to the infringed video, and the initial copyright person of the infringed video is the earliest infringed person. Otherwise the application is rejected.
The public and private keys are a pair of public key and private key generated by the blockchain network for the user by using a public key cryptographic algorithm, the public key is recorded in each copyright transaction record, and the private key is stored by the user.
Verifying the identity of the copyright holder means decrypting the copyright ciphertext submitted by the user and the copyright ciphertext stored in the block chain network respectively by using the public key stored in the transaction record, and if the decryption results are the same, confirming the ownership of the video by the copyright holder. The identity verification module is configured to perform the steps of:
the user submits the copyright ciphertext through the block chain node; the copyright ciphertext is data formed by encrypting copyright information, a hash value of the video, and copyright identity information by a user using a private key of the user. Copyright information refers to a text file that describes characteristics of the content, production method, and the like of a video.
The blockchain network decrypts the received copyright ciphertext using the user public key stored in the transaction record.
The blockchain network decrypts the copyright ciphertext stored in the transaction record using the user public key stored in the transaction record.
If the decrypted plaintext content is the same, the copyright holder's ownership of the video may be verified.
The tracing code comprises a registration tracing code and a right transferring tracing code, and is data respectively recorded in transaction records of copyright registration and copyright transfer. The registration traceback code is a hash value of the block in which the last registration record was located. For the first registered video, since the registration is recorded in the starting block, the registration traceability code in this case may be empty or set as a special code indicating the starting block. The transfer right tracing code is the hash value of the block where the last copy right transfer record is located. The transfer right tracing code in the first copyright transfer transaction record is the hash value of the block where the copyright is registered.
The fast traceability of copyright registration means that in the process of video circulation, if a video is uploaded again after the video content is modified by a video director, a plurality of modified homologous videos are registered in a block chain network. When copyright disputes occur, copyright registration and tracing are required to be carried out on the homologous videos, so that a comprehensive copyright registration path is provided for legal copyright holders. As shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes:

Tracing to the source downwards: and obtaining the hash value of the block where the latest copyright registration record is located from the block header of the block next to the latest copyright registration record, and searching the next copyright registration record by downwards searching the registration traceability code which is the same as the hash value of the block where the latest copyright registration record is located so as to determine the homologous videos of other versions.
And forming a complete copyright registration path from the initial block to the block where the last registration record is located so as to find out the registration information of all modified versions of videos which are homologous with the initial video.
The fast tracing of the copyright transfer refers to that the copyright transfer path of the video is searched in a jumping mode according to the copyright transfer tracing code. As shown in fig. 3, the method specifically includes:
and searching the copyright transfer record of the video at the last time according to the copyright watermark in the video.
Upward tracing: the last copyright transfer record can be quickly found according to the copyright transfer tracing code in the copyright transfer record. Similarly, the last copyright transfer record can be continuously searched according to the copyright transfer tracing code in the copyright transfer record until the copyright registration record of the video is traced.
Tracing downwards: and taking the hash value of the current block from the block header of the next block of the current copyright record, and then searching the same transfer right tracing source code with the hash value downwards so as to find all the subsequent copyright transfer records.
From the copyright registration block of the video to the block where the last copyright transfer record is located, a complete copyright transfer path can be formed.
The copyright path is a path formed by combining a copyright registration path and a copyright transfer path and sequencing according to time in a timestamp, and can provide scientific and accurate basis for infringement tracking. The copyright tracing in the invention refers to the generation of the copyright path of the video.
The invention provides a video copyright protection method based on a block chain and a digital watermarking technology, which sets a traceability code in a transaction record of copyright registration and copyright transfer to perform quick traceability of copyright registration and copyright transfer on homologous videos. The invention overcomes the problem of slow tracing speed caused by the block-by-block searching mode of the block chain technology, and can reduce the operation burden of the block chain network.
The copyright watermark is used as the unique identifier for identifying the right relation between the copyright owner and the video, and the copyright of the original video, the copyright of the homologous video which is modified and re-created on the video and the partial ownership of the video content quoted in other works can all belong to the copyright watermark owner in a mode of embedding the copyright watermark at equal intervals. The invention belongs all videos with copyright watermarks to the same copyright person, thereby solving the copyright ambiguity between various modified versions of videos and original videos and promoting the rapid spread of the videos.
The invention strengthens the relevance between the copyright owner and the video by using the asymmetric cryptographic technology. The invention utilizes the public and private keys to form the unique corresponding relation between the copyright owner and the video copyright information, can verify the identity of the copyright owner and also can provide a basis for the infringement tracking of the homogeneous video.
The invention can effectively track the users who reveal the video by embedding the use right watermark at equal intervals. If the content of the video is referenced by others without making copyright annotations in their own works, or if the right-to-use purchaser of the video uploads the video or modified versions thereof to others or even to the network again, the right-to-use purchaser infringes the ownership of the copyright holder. The invention can lock the video leakage by searching the use authorization transaction record corresponding to the use right watermark.
The method for embedding the watermarks at equal intervals can provide a scheme for lawful reference of video contents by others. On one hand, copyright tracing according to copyright watermarks can help a quotation user accurately contact the latest copyright owner of the video, and on the other hand, the quotation duration can be calculated by calculating the time interval from the first watermark to the last watermark in the video, so that a copyright prompt locking position is accurately added.

Claims (10)

1. A video copyright protection method based on block chain and digital watermark technique is characterized by comprising:
s1, block chain nodes submit personal identity information of a user for registration, a block chain network generates a pair of public and private keys for the user, and the user registration information is identified to all the nodes and is stored in a chain mode;
s2, uploading videos of users at block link points, calculating hash values of the videos, and inquiring whether the videos are registered or not according to the hash values; if the hash values are the same, sending prompt information of repeated video uploading to the user; if the hash values are different and the original video without the copyright watermark is found, executing the operation of the step S3; if the hash values are different and the modified video with the copyright watermark exists, executing the operation of the step S4;
s3, submitting copyright watermarks and copyright ciphertexts of the user by the block link points, and embedding the copyright watermarks into the video at equal intervals;
s4, storing the video without the watermark and the video with the watermark on a network platform where the nodes are located by the block link points, and commonly identifying the transaction records of the transaction types, the uploaded person identity information, the copyright owner public key, the copyright watermark, the hash value, the copyright ciphertext, the timestamp, the registration traceability code, the copyright transfer cost and the use authorization cost which are formed into copyright registration transaction records to all the nodes in the network to form a new block;
s5, carrying out automatic copyright transfer or semi-automatic copyright transfer according to the copyright transfer cost;
s6, performing automatic use right authorization transaction according to the video used by the user;
s7, detecting a copyright watermark and a use right watermark in the video uploaded by the user by the block link node under the condition that the reference mark is not detected;
s8, block link points submit copyright examination requests of users, apply for copyright detection on suspected infringement videos and trace infringers back;
and S9, the block link points submit manual auditing requests of the applicant and submit websites, copyright watermarks and copyright ciphertexts of the infringed videos and the suspected infringed videos.
2. The video copyright protection method of claim 1, wherein the automatic copyright transfer according to the copyright transfer fee comprises:
the block chain nodes submit copyright purchase requests of copyright purchasers;
the block chain network carries out copyright tracing to search a current copyright holder of the target video;
the copyright purchaser becomes a new copyright holder of the target video after paying the copyright transfer fee to the current copyright holder;
the block chain network sends a notice of successful right transfer to the original copyright holder, sends the video without the copyright watermark stored in the platform of the original copyright holder to the network platform of the node of the new copyright holder, and deletes all homologous videos of the target video under the name of the original copyright holder;
the block chain node generates a public and private key pair for a new copyright owner, and copyright watermarks of the new copyright owner are added into the target video at equal intervals;
the block link node encrypts the copyright information, the video hash value and the identity information of the new copyright owner by using a private key of the new copyright owner to form a copyright ciphertext;
setting new copyright transfer cost and use right permission cost by a new copyright owner;
the block chain nodes form a copyright transfer transaction record by transaction types, new copyright owner identity information, a new copyright owner public key, a new copyright watermark, a video hash value, a copyright ciphertext, a timestamp, a source tracing code, copyright transfer cost and use authorization cost to all nodes in the block chain network to form a new block.
3. The video copyright protection method according to claim 1, wherein said performing semi-automatic copyright transfer according to copyright transfer fee comprises:
the block chain links submit a copyright purchase request of a copyright purchaser;
the block chain network carries out copyright tracing to find the current copyright holder of the target video and inquires whether the copyright is approved to be sold;
if the copyright person agrees to sell, the required right transfer fee is sent to the block chain network; if the copyright purchaser agrees to pay the required copyright transfer fee, the copyright purchaser becomes a new copyright holder of the target video;
the block chain network sends a notification of successful right transfer to the original right holder, sends the video without the watermark stored in the platform where the original right holder is located to the network platform of the node where the new copyright holder is located, and deletes all homologous videos of the target video under the name of the original right holder;
the block chain node generates a public and private key pair for a new copyright owner, and copyright watermarks of the new copyright owner are added into the target video at equal intervals;
the block chain node encrypts the copyright information, the video hash value and the identity information of the new copyright owner by using a private key of the new copyright owner to form a copyright ciphertext;
the copyright owner sets new copyright transfer cost and use right permission cost;
the block chain nodes form a copyright transfer transaction record by transaction types, new copyright owner identity information, new copyright owner public keys, new copyright watermarks, video hash values, copyright ciphertexts, timestamps, tracing codes, copyright transfer fees and use authorization fees and commonly identify the copyright transfer transaction record to all nodes in the block chain network to form new blocks.
4. The video copyright protection method according to claim 1, wherein the performing of the automatic usage right authorization transaction according to the video used by the user comprises:
the block chain node submits a use right purchase request of a use right purchaser;
the block chain network carries out copyright tracing and inquires the current copyright holder of the target video;
the usage right purchaser pays a usage authorization fee to the current copyright holder;
the block chain node generates a right-of-use watermark according to the right-of-use purchaser identity information and the copyright ciphertext of the target video, and embeds the right-of-use watermark into the target video;
calculating video hash values with the watermark of the right of use by the block chain nodes;
the block chain nodes form a usage authorization transaction record to all nodes in the block chain network to form a new block, wherein the transaction type, the usage right identity information, the copyright owner public key, the copyright owner watermark, the video hash value, the copyright ciphertext, the time stamp and the authorization cost are formed into the usage authorization transaction record.
5. The video copyright protection method of claim 1, wherein the block chain node detects a copyright watermark and a usage right watermark in the video uploaded by the user in the case that no reference mark is detected, and the method comprises:
detecting a copyright watermark and a use right watermark in a video uploaded by a user by a block chain node, and searching a use authorization transaction record according to the use right watermark to obtain the identity of a use right purchaser;
the block chain link points carry out copyright tracing according to the watermark of the copyright owner and search the latest copyright owner;
comparing the identity information of the user and the right of use purchaser by the block link point pairs, and if the user and the right of use purchaser are not the same person, prohibiting uploading;
if the user and the right-of-use purchaser are the same person, detecting whether the quoted video has a quoted prompt of the latest copyright person;
if the quotation prompt exists, uploading is allowed, and the copyright registration link is switched to; the quote prompt is used for prompting the public of ownership of the video part content by a copyright person;
if the citation prompt of the latest copyright person does not exist, calculating the length of quoting other people videos in the uploaded videos by the block chain link points according to the watermark interval;
the block chain network sends an infringement prompt to a user, displays the length of infringement content, and inquires whether to add a reference mark on the cited video; if not, prohibiting the video from being uploaded continuously;
if the reference mark is approved to be added, the block chain network adds a reference prompt of the latest copyright owner in the reference part of the video;
and the block chain network takes the video of the user as an original video to carry out copyright registration and then transfers the original video into a copyright registration link.

the block chain node submits the copyright watermark of the applicant, the infringed video of the applicant and the suspected infringed video of other people;
judging whether the applicant has copyright to the infringed video;
and the block chain node extracts the copyright watermark from the infringed video, if the copyright watermark extracted from the infringed video is different from the copyright watermark submitted by the applicant, the application is rejected,
if the copyright watermark extracted from the infringed video is the same as the copyright watermark submitted by the applicant, searching the latest copyright holder according to the copyright watermark extracted from the infringed video;
judging whether the copyright watermark of the latest copyright owner is the same as the copyright watermark of the applicant or not;
if not, rejecting the application;
if yes, verifying that the applicant has ownership of the copyright watermark and the infringed video;
if the verification is unsuccessful, rejecting the application;
if the verification is successful, the applicant is confirmed to have the copyright of the infringed video, and the initial copyright registration time of the infringed video is obtained from the initial block;
tracing the latest copyright holder of the suspected infringement video;
detecting whether copyright watermarks exist in suspected infringement videos or not;
if not, the applicant is prompted to submit a manual review request.
And if so, extracting the copyright watermark from the suspected infringing video, and determining the infringer.
7. The video copyright protection method of claim 6, wherein the extracting copyright watermark from the suspected infringing video and determining infringer comprises:
comparing whether the extracted copyright watermark is the applicant copyright watermark or not;
if yes, rejecting the application;
if not, submitting copyright tracing to form a copyright path of the suspected infringing video, and obtaining initial registration time of the suspected infringing video;
if the initial registration time of the infringed video is earlier than that of the suspected infringed video, the suspected infringed video belongs to the infringed video, and the initial copyright person of the infringed video is the initial infringer.
8. The method for protecting video copyright according to claim 1, wherein the block chain node submits an applicant's manual review request, submits websites, copyright watermarks and copyright ciphertexts of the infringed video and the suspected infringed video, and comprises:
the method comprises the steps that a manual auditing request is submitted by a block link node, and websites, copyright watermarks and copyright ciphertexts of an infringed video and a suspected infringed video are submitted;
judging whether the applicant has copyright to the infringed video;
extracting a copyright watermark from the infringed video by the block link node;
if the copyright watermark extracted from the infringed video is different from the copyright watermark submitted by the applicant, rejecting the application;
if the copyright watermark extracted from the infringed video is the same as the copyright watermark submitted by the applicant, searching the latest copyright owner according to the copyright watermark extracted from the infringed video;
judging whether the copyright watermark of the latest copyright owner is the same as the copyright watermark of the applicant;
if not, rejecting the application;
if yes, verifying that the applicant has ownership of the copyright watermark and the infringed video;
if the verification is unsuccessful, rejecting the application;
if the verification is successful, the applicant is confirmed to have the copyright of the infringed video, and the initial copyright registration time of the infringed video is obtained from the initial block;
judging whether the infringed video and the suspected infringement video are homologous videos or not;
if the suspected infringement video is the homologous video, whether the watermark of the user is in the suspected infringement video is detected; if so, the usage right is an infringer; if the copyright owner watermark does not exist, judging whether the extracted copyright owner watermark is the same as the watermark submitted by the applicant; if the two are the same, rejecting the application; if not, the owner of the extracted copyright owner watermark is an infringer;
if the videos are not the same source videos, whether the contents of the two videos belong to the copied videos is checked through watching the videos and copyright information submitted by a user; if the video is not the reproduction video, the complaint is rejected; and if the video is a copied video, determining the infringer.
9. The video copyright protection method of claim 8, wherein the determining an infringer comprises:
and (4) extracting copyright watermarks of the suspected infringement videos.
Performing copyright tracing according to the extracted copyright watermark to form a copyright path, and searching initial registration time corresponding to the copyright watermark of the suspected infringement video;
comparing the initial registration time of the infringed video and the suspected infringement video;
if the initial registration time of the infringed video is earlier than that of the suspected infringed video, the suspected infringed video belongs to the infringed video, and the initial copyright person of the infringed video is the initial infringer.

The video copyright protection method according to claim 9, wherein the tracing copyright source according to the extracted copyright watermark to form a copyright path, and searching for initial registration time corresponding to the copyright watermark of the suspected infringing video includes:
searching the latest copyright registration record of the suspected infringing video according to the copyright watermark in the suspected infringing video;

obtaining the hash value of the block where the latest copyright registration record is located from the block header of the next block of the latest copyright registration record, and searching downwards for a registration traceability code which is the same as the hash value of the block where the latest copyright registration record is located so as to search for the next copyright registration record, thereby determining the homologous videos of other versions;
and forming a complete copyright registration path from the initial block to the block where the last registration record is located so as to find out the registration information of all modified versions of videos which are homologous with the initial video.
