Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention will be further described in detail with reference to the drawings and detailed description below in order to make the objects, features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a financial data verification processing method, including:
step 100, acquiring an order to be processed and an after-sales order corresponding to the order to be processed; the commodity sales amount is recorded in the order to be processed; the after-sale bill is recorded with refund numerical value and refund commodity information; the return commodity information includes the number and quantity of commodities. Specifically, the to-be-processed order and the corresponding after-sales order are obtained from a database of the merchant background. In addition, the order to be processed and the after-sales order corresponding to the order to be processed can be acquired through a manual introduction mode.
Step 200, acquiring commodity input and output documents corresponding to commodities in the order to be processed; the commodity warehouse-in and warehouse-out bill comprises a commodity warehouse-out bill and a commodity warehouse-out bill; the commodity delivery warehouse is characterized in that the commodity delivery warehouse list is recorded with the numbers and the quantity of commodities delivered out of the warehouse; the commodity warehouse-out list is recorded with the numbers and the quantity of commodities sent to the warehouse. Specifically, commodity warehouse-in and warehouse-out receipts are obtained from an ERP enterprise resource planning system, and commodity numbers are recorded in commodity warehouse-out and warehouse-out receipts so as to be convenient for corresponding selection with an order to be processed and an after-sales receipt.
And 300, calculating a merchant receiving value according to the sales amount of the commodity in the order to be processed, the commodity input-output bill corresponding to the commodity in the order to be processed and the refund value in the after-sales bill.
Specifically, step 300 includes:
1) And determining the number and the number of the commodities actually discharged from the warehouse according to the number and the number of the commodities in the commodity discharging warehouse and the number of the commodities in the commodity discharging warehouse. Generally, the number of the commodities with the same number and the corresponding number of the commodities are determined from the commodity warehouse-out bill according to the number of the commodities in the commodity warehouse-out bill, and then the number of the commodities with the same number in the commodity warehouse-out bill is subtracted from the number of the commodities in the commodity warehouse-out bill to calculate.
2) And calculating to obtain the commodity sales amount total of the order to be processed according to the number and the number of the commodities actually delivered out of the warehouse and the sales amount of the commodities in the order to be processed. Specifically, calculation is performed according to a preset calculation rule in ERP to obtain the total commodity sales amount.
3) And calculating the value to be received by the merchant according to the commodity sales amount total and the refund value in the after-sales bill. Specifically, commodity deposit value=commodity sales amount total+refund value in after-sales order.
Step 400, acquiring the balance record information of the order to be processed from a merchant database, and calculating a merchant actual receipt value according to the balance record information; the merchant database is a database storing the amount of the balance records of the merchant. In a specific application, the bill of the merchant can be directly obtained, and the actual collection value of the merchant is calculated through the recorded expense in the bill; such as a payment treasury daily bill, a bank card monthly bill, etc. In addition, in order to more comprehensively cope with various conditions, default values are also arranged inside the system so as to directly determine the actual collection value of the merchant.
And 500, judging whether the business receivable value is consistent with the business actual receivable value or not to obtain a first result. The first result includes the merchant account number being consistent with the merchant actual account number and the merchant account number not being consistent with the merchant actual account number.
Step 600, judging whether the number and the number of the commodities in the after-sales bill are consistent with the number and the number of the commodities in the commodity warehouse-out bill, and obtaining a second result; and comparing the corresponding returned goods with the actual returned goods, thereby determining whether the buyer returned goods are received in the merchant warehouse. The second result comprises that the number and the number of the commodities in the after-sales bill are consistent with the number and the number of the commodities in the commodity warehouse-out bill, and the number of the commodities in the after-sales bill are inconsistent with the number and the number of the commodities in the commodity warehouse-out bill.
Further, it may also be determined whether the number and number of the goods in the goods delivery warehouse are consistent with the number and number of the goods in the order to be processed, so as to determine whether to deliver according to the order when delivering, that is, whether the corresponding delivery goods are consistent with the actual delivery goods.
Through the comparison of the outgoing goods, the actual outgoing goods, the returning goods and the actual returning goods, the logistics process in the ring of the goods entering and exiting the warehouse can be more comprehensively known.
Step 700, determining a financial data state according to the first result and the second result; the financial data status includes financial data anomalies and financial data normals; and outputting a financial data abnormality reminder when the financial data state is financial data abnormality.
Specifically, step 700 includes:
1) When the first result is that the business receivable value is consistent with the business real receivable value, and the second result is that the number and the number of the commodities in the after-sale bill are consistent with the number and the number of the commodities in the commodity warehouse-out bill, outputting a financial data state to be a financial data normal reminding, and storing the business receivable value.
Further, when the financial data state is that the financial data is normal, the merchant receivable value, the commodity sales amount total and the refund value in the after-sales order are respectively and correspondingly stored into the entry of the statistical table, and the specific data type details in the statistical table are settings which can be carried out by the merchant according to the needs and generally comprise the merchant actual receivable value, the merchant receivable value, the type and quantity of the sent commodities and the type and quantity of the commodities remained in the warehouse.
2) And outputting a financial data state as abnormal financial data when the first result is that the business receivable value is inconsistent with the business actual receivable value or the second result is that the number and the number of the commodities in the after-sales bill are inconsistent with the number and the number of the commodities in the commodity warehouse-out bill.
Further, the financial abnormal data are listed, and the reasons for generating the abnormal data are analyzed by merchants and can be divided into two main types, wherein one type is reasonable abnormal, namely the financial abnormal data are in a preset error range; one type is unreasonable anomalies, i.e., financial anomaly data is not within a preset error range.
And for the financial abnormal data corresponding to the reasonable abnormality, recovering the financial abnormal data corresponding to the reasonable abnormality into the financial normal data through a preset adjustment plug-in or an artificial setting adjustment list. For example, because the platform adds extra benefit, when the amount of the real receipt is 30, the corresponding real receipt is only 29, although the amount of the real receipt is inconsistent with the real receipt, the method is based on the additional benefit of the platform, belongs to reasonable exception, and can add one to the real receipt by adjusting a single piece so that the financial data is normal, and the follow-up financial data verification is not affected. The reasons for the reasonable abnormality may be calculation errors in the calculation process, other reasons and the like, and a worker can define a limited range of the reasonable error according to actual needs.
In addition, for financial abnormal data corresponding to large-batch reasonable errors, the plug-in components can be automatically and periodically processed, and manually processed by one key to generate adjustment receipts, and meanwhile, accurate basic accounting data capable of being used for making accounts are formed, including sales income, cost, accounts receivable, commodity sending, inventory commodity, asset value reduction loss and the like.
For the financial abnormal data corresponding to unreasonable abnormality, the whole financial flow needs to be carefully checked, if internal management is involved or the condition of resource loss caused by external reasons is involved, the front-end warehouse and the rear-end warehouse of the business can be searched and tracked, and the reasons for abnormality can be further remedied and adjusted.
Finally, whether manual adjustment is made daily or automatic periodic processing of the plug-in processing, the end result should be consistent. And commodity data (including data in after-market bill and data in commodity warehouse-in and warehouse-out bill) of the previous day are not modified again after the data are acquired and counted on the same day (such as a newly added return list), and newly added modified content falls into the data counting of the next day and is in the data counting and calculating process of the next day. Whether the plug-in is manually adjusted or automatically processed regularly, when the financial data corresponding to the legal abnormality is processed, the adjustment processing bill is reserved, so that the later verification is facilitated, and the subsequent investigation and verification are not influenced.
