In the purchase order generation method provided in this embodiment, if the preset function is not started, the price and the supplier corresponding to the purchase order are updated to be in the customizable editing state. When the target configuration does not start the functions of automatically allocating prices and suppliers, the corresponding prices and suppliers of the purchase orders are updated to be in a self-defined editing state, and the purchase orders can be edited subsequently, so that order data are more visual and can be updated in time, and the unified management of the data is enhanced.
Based on the first embodiment, a sixth embodiment of the purchase order generating method according to the present invention is provided, in this embodiment, after step S102, the method further includes:
step S601, if the target configuration does not exist, displaying preset prompt information in an information display interface.
In this embodiment, when determining whether a corresponding target configuration exists according to field information of a target demand line, if the target configuration does not exist, preset prompt information is directly displayed in an information display interface, for example, an order generation configuration module exists, where the order generation configuration module includes at least one order generation configuration, and field information corresponding to each order generation configuration is different, and the field information corresponding to the target demand line is compared with the field information corresponding to each order generation configuration to determine whether a matching condition exists, where the matching condition may include: the field information is the same; and if the matching condition does not exist, namely the target configuration does not exist in the order generation configuration, the purchase order is not generated, and preset prompt information is displayed in an information display interface, wherein the preset prompt information aims to prompt that the target configuration does not exist in the target requirement line.
In the method for generating a purchase order, if the target configuration does not exist, a preset prompt message is displayed in an information display interface. The generation of wrong purchase orders is avoided, the integration of supply chain information is accelerated, the efficiency in the process of generating the purchase orders is improved, and the unified management of data is enhanced.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, a seventh embodiment of the purchase order generating method according to the present invention is provided, in this embodiment, the purchase order generating method further includes:
step S701, when the price corresponding to the purchase order and the supplier are updated, updating the purchase order module table in the database based on the purchase order.
In this embodiment, when the price and the supplier corresponding to the generated purchase order are updated, the purchase order module table in the database is updated according to the purchase order, for example, when the purchase order is generated, if the target configuration starts the automatic price allocation and supplier function, the purchase order automatically allocates the corresponding price and supplier according to the purchase demand information, if the target configuration does not start the automatic price allocation and supplier function, the price and the supplier corresponding to the purchase order are updated to a customizable edit state, and after the price and the supplier corresponding to the purchase order are automatically allocated or updated to a customizable edit state, the purchase order module table in the database is updated according to the purchase order.
In the method for generating a purchase order, when the price and the provider corresponding to the purchase order are updated, the purchase order module table in the database is updated based on the purchase order. When a purchase order is subsequently generated, if the fact that purchase demand information is the same is detected, the purchase order can be directly derived according to the purchase order module table, order data are visual, the generation efficiency of the purchase order is improved, the problems of high time cost, low efficiency and high error rate caused by manual processing are solved, and the data can be subsequently managed or analyzed in a refined and unified mode.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a purchase order generation system, and referring to fig. 3, the purchase order generation system includes:
the demand pool module 10 is configured to determine, in each demand line, a target demand line to which an order needs to be transferred based on a user instruction, and acquire field information and purchase demand information corresponding to the target demand line;
an order generation configuration module 20, configured to determine whether a target configuration exists in the order generation configuration based on the field information;
a purchase order generating module 30, configured to generate a purchase order based on the target configuration and the purchase demand information if the target configuration exists, and determine whether a preset function is started by the target configuration;
and a purchase order updating module 40, configured to update the price and the provider corresponding to the purchase order based on the purchase demand information if the preset function is started.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a purchase order generating device, where the purchase order generating device includes: a memory, a processor and a purchase order generation program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the purchase order generation program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the purchase order generation method as described above.
Furthermore, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, preferably a computer-readable storage medium, having a purchase order generation program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the purchase order generation method as described above.

Claims (10)

1. A purchase order generation method is applied to a purchase order generation system, and comprises the following steps:
determining a target demand line needing to be transferred to orders in each demand line based on a user instruction, and acquiring field information and purchase demand information corresponding to the target demand line;
determining whether a target configuration exists in the order generation configuration based on the field information;
if the target configuration exists, generating a purchase order based on the target configuration and the purchase demand information, and determining whether the target configuration starts a preset function or not;
and if the preset function is started, updating the price and the supplier corresponding to the purchase order based on the purchase demand information.
2. The purchase order generating method of claim 1, wherein if the preset function is activated, the step of updating the price and the supplier corresponding to the purchase order based on the purchase demand information comprises:
acquiring an effective price associated with the purchase order based on the purchase demand information, and determining whether an effective goods source list associated with the purchase order exists or not;
if the effective goods source list exists, updating the price and the supplier corresponding to the purchase order based on the effective price and the effective goods source list;
and if the effective goods source list does not exist, updating the price and the supplier corresponding to the purchase order based on the effective price.
3. The purchase order generation method of claim 2, wherein the step of updating the price and the supplier corresponding to the purchase order based on the effective price and the effective source list if the effective source list exists comprises:
determining whether a first supplier exists based on the list of valid sources;
if the first supplier exists, determining a first price corresponding to the first supplier based on the effective price, and taking the first price and the first supplier as a price and a supplier corresponding to the purchase order;
and if the first supplier does not exist, determining a second price and a second supplier corresponding to the second price in the effective goods source list based on the effective price, and taking the second price and the second supplier as the price and the supplier corresponding to the purchase order.
4. The method of generating a purchase order of claim 2, wherein updating the price and the supplier for the purchase order based on the effective price if the list of valid sources does not exist comprises:
and determining a third price and a third supplier corresponding to the third price based on the effective price, and taking the third price and the third supplier as the price and supplier corresponding to the purchase order.
5. The method of generating a purchase order according to claim 1, wherein after the steps of generating a purchase order based on the target configuration and the purchase demand information if the target configuration exists, and determining whether the target configuration starts a preset function, the method further comprises:
and if the preset function is not started, updating the price corresponding to the purchase order and the supplier to be in a self-defined editing state.
6. The purchase order generation method of claim 1, wherein said step of determining whether a target configuration exists in the order generation configuration based on said field information further comprises:
and if the target configuration does not exist, displaying preset prompt information in an information display interface.
7. The purchase order generation method of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said purchase order generation method further comprises:
and when the price corresponding to the purchase order and the supplier are updated, updating the purchase order module table in the database based on the purchase order.
8. A purchase order generation system, comprising:
the demand pool module is used for determining a target demand line needing to be subjected to order transfer in each demand line based on a user instruction, and acquiring field information and purchasing demand information corresponding to the target demand line;
the order generation configuration module is used for determining whether target configuration exists in the order generation configuration based on the field information;
the purchase order generation module is used for generating a purchase order based on the target configuration and the purchase demand information if the target configuration exists, and determining whether the target configuration starts a preset function or not;
and the purchase order updating module is used for updating the price and the supplier corresponding to the purchase order based on the purchase demand information if the preset function is started.

A purchase order generating apparatus, characterized by comprising: memory, a processor and a purchase order generation program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the purchase order generation program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the purchase order generation method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the readable storage medium has stored thereon a purchase order generation program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the purchase order generation method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
