The setting mode is very complicated, and when a large number of backlogs needing to be set are faced, setting errors are easy to occur, and the setting efficiency is low.
In view of the problems in the related art, embodiments of the present application provide an automatic event recording method, apparatus, electronic device, and storage medium, which can solve the problem of low efficiency in setting backlogs in the related art.
The following describes in detail the automatic event recording method provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an automatic event recording method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the automatic event recording method may include steps 210 to 230, and the method is applied to an automatic event recording device, and specifically as follows:
step 210, in a case that a user input is received or in a case that the electronic device is in a preset operating environment, scanning a preset application set in the electronic device to obtain first scanning content, where the first scanning content is related to date information.
The user input may be an instruction for scanning a preset application set, and the preset application set in the electronic device may be scanned when the user input is received, so as to obtain a scanned content related to the date information.
The aforementioned related preset operation environment may refer to a preset time, for example, the preset time may be from 1 point to 5 points in the morning every day, or may be a time when the other user does not operate the electronic device, which is not limited herein; the aforementioned related preset operation environment may also refer to a preset operation state of the electronic device, for example, a foreground task running in the electronic device is smaller than a preset threshold.
Wherein, the preset application set may include: third-party calendar applications (e.g., perpetual calendar, etc.), information applications, mail applications, electronic books, notes, albums, file management applications, stored documents (e.g., txt, word, pdf, pictures, excel), structured Query Language (SQL) data tables, and the like.
It will be appreciated that the set of preset applications may be a set of applications that are to generate a to-do event. Specifically, the setting may be performed by a user, or the setting may be obtained according to history data.
The first scanning content is content which is scanned from a preset application set and is related to date information. For example, a date repayment reminder included in the short message, an appointment meeting time included in the chat application, a birthday blessing recorded in the memo, and the like.
Here, in a case where a user input is received or in a case where the electronic device is in a preset operating environment, a preset application set in the electronic device is scanned to obtain a first scanning content. The preset application set in the electronic equipment can be scanned under the condition that the use of the user is not influenced, the influence on the use of the user during scanning can be reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In a possible embodiment, before step 210, the following steps may be further included:
under the condition that the first application is detected to comprise the keywords of the preset type, marking the first application;
based on the marked first application, a preset application set is generated.
Illustratively, the preset type of keyword may include: the last day, the next week, the fifth day, the morning, the sixth day, the eighth day, etc. The semantic information of these preset types of keywords is related to date information.
Here, by marking the first application in which the preset type of keyword occurs when detecting that the first application includes the preset type of keyword, and generating the preset application set based on the marked first application, when facilitating subsequent scanning, the application in the preset application set is directly scanned without scanning the application in which the preset type of keyword never occurs in the electronic device, the scanning time is shortened, and the scanning efficiency is improved.
In a possible embodiment, the number of the first applications is multiple, and the step of generating the preset application set based on the marked first application may specifically include the following steps:
sequencing the plurality of first applications according to parameter information of keywords of a preset type in each first application to obtain sequence information of the plurality of first applications, wherein the parameter information comprises at least one of the following items: the occurrence frequency of the preset type of keywords, date information corresponding to the preset type of keywords and the preset grade of the preset type of keywords;
and generating a preset application set according to the sequence information.
It can be understood that the more times the preset type of keywords occur, the more event and date information that needs to be recorded in the first application, the higher the ranking of the first application. The more ahead the date information corresponding to the preset type of keyword is, which indicates that the more urgent the event in the first application is, the more ahead the ranking of the first application is. The higher the preset level of the preset type of keyword is, the higher the importance of the event in the first application is, the higher the ranking of the first application is.
It is understood that the number of occurrences of the preset type of keyword is the number of times the preset type of keyword is detected. The date information corresponding to the preset type of keyword may include information such as "next day" and "next thursday", where "next day" precedes "next thursday". The preset levels of the preset types of keywords may be divided according to levels set by a user, or may be determined according to the preset types of keywords, and the preset levels may be determined according to granularity of the date information, for example, the preset level of "two and a half afternoon on the next thursday" may be higher than the preset level of "the next thursday", that is, in a case where the keyword is the date information, the more accurate the level corresponding to the date information is, the higher the level is. The plurality of first applications are sequenced according to the parameter information of the preset type of the keyword in each first application to obtain the sequence information of the plurality of first applications, and the preset application set is generated according to the sequence information, so that the plurality of marked first applications can be sequenced, the marked first applications in front of the sequence information can be scanned preferentially in the subsequent scanning process, and the scanning efficiency is improved.
In a possible embodiment, in a case that the first scanning content is not content obtained by scanning for the first time, the first scanning content is not overlapped with the second scanning content, where the first scanning content is scanning content obtained by scanning for the preset application set in the electronic device for the nth time; the second scanning content is obtained by scanning the preset application set in the electronic device for the first N-1 times, wherein N is an integer greater than 1.
That is to say, the first scanning is to scan the preset application set in full, that is, all applications in the preset application set in the electronic device are scanned to obtain the first scanning content.
And under the condition that the first scanning content is not the content obtained by the first scanning, namely the scanning after the first scanning, only updating scanning is carried out, namely only scanning is carried out on the added content, the deleted content and the modified content, other acquired scanning contents are not recorded, and the event corresponding to the date information is acquired from the updated scanning contents.
For example, the first scanning content is scanning content obtained by scanning a preset application set in the electronic device for the 3 rd time, and the second scanning content is scanning content obtained by scanning the preset application set in the electronic device for the previous 2 times. The first scanning content and the second scanning content are not overlapped, and the first scanning content obtained by the 3 rd scanning is not overlapped with the content obtained by the previous 2 times of scanning.
Here, through obtaining the historical scanning condition of the electronic equipment, only updated contents can be limited to be scanned, and the scanning amount can be greatly reduced, so that the influence of the scanning process on the operation memory of the electronic equipment is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.
In step 220, an event corresponding to the date information is acquired from the first scanned content.
When the event corresponding to the date information in the scanned content is scanned, the date information in the scanned content needs to be judged, and if the date information is a future date, the scanned date information is associated to the corresponding date of the calendar application for future reminding. In addition, if one date information corresponds to a plurality of events, the events can be classified and synchronously associated with the set date of the calendar application. If the date information is a past date, the date information and its corresponding event may not be recorded.
Acquiring an event corresponding to the date information from the scanned content may include: and analyzing the scanned content, and determining date information and events corresponding to each other. Specifically, the scanned content may be as shown in fig. 3, and the scanned content scanned in the memo may include: the four-pm re-diagnosis in 1 month and 6 months, the department routine in four-pm every three weeks.
The date information and the events correspond to each other, and the corresponding relation between the events and the date information can be many-to-one, namely, a plurality of events to be reminded in a certain day; the corresponding relation between the event and the date information can be one-to-many, namely a certain event needs to be reminded on a plurality of dates; the corresponding relation between the event and the date information can also be one-to-one, that is, only a certain date is needed for reminding a certain event.
Step 230, in the calendar application, setting the event corresponding to the date information as the to-do item.
Here, the event corresponding to the date information can be automatically set as the to-do item in the calendar application at a time, without the need for the user to manually set different events one by one in the calendar application, which can improve the setting efficiency and improve the user experience.
And after the event is successfully bound with the corresponding date information, reminding the event corresponding to the date information under the condition that the date of the calendar application is detected to be consistent with the set date information.
Specifically, the prompt can be performed by displaying prompt information and/or outputting prompt voice.
If one date information records a plurality of events such as meeting reminders, visiting clients, birthdays and the like, a plurality of events are set under the same date information of the calendar application respectively. And different reminding modes can be respectively used for reminding according to the event content.
In a possible embodiment, step 230 may specifically include the following steps:
determining the period information of the event under the condition that the event is a periodic event;
in the calendar application, according to the period information of the event, the event corresponding to the date information is set as the to-do item.
The periodic event can be judged according to semantic information of the scanned content, and generally includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios: commemorative days, such as birthdays, wedding commemorative days, etc.; a certain fixed date of each month, such as a bank payment date, a credit card payment date, a regular meeting date of each month, and the like; a certain day of the week, such as the wednesday morning on a fixed meeting day, etc.
According to the period information of the event, setting the event corresponding to the date information as a to-do item, which may specifically be: and setting the periodic reminding to the same date of a later preset time period for the date needing the periodic reminding. The preset time period may be M years, and the specific duration of the preset time period may be set by a user or automatically set by the system. For example, six times a year, the event "children festival" corresponding to the 6 month-1 day-date information is set as the backlog.
Or, according to the period information, setting the event corresponding to the date information as the backlog in several periods later until the event is no longer a periodic event. For example, in three years, 10 th month is required to go to the hospital for a return visit, and in three years, the return visit event corresponding to 10 th month is set as a backlog.
Here, by setting events corresponding to date information as backlogs in a batch manner based on the period information of the events, there is no need to repeatedly set backlogs for the date information in each period, and thus, the efficiency of setting backlogs can be improved.
In the embodiment of the application, when the user input is received or the electronic device is in a preset operating environment, a preset application set in the electronic device is scanned, first scanning content related to date information can be quickly obtained, and then an event corresponding to the date information is obtained from the first scanning content. Finally, in the calendar application, the event corresponding to the date information is set as a to-do item. Here, it is not necessary for the user to manually view the to-do time to be recorded in the plurality of applications, and it is also not necessary for the user to edit and set the to-do events one by one in the calendar application, so that the recording efficiency of the to-do events can be improved.
According to the automatic event recording method provided by the embodiment of the application, the execution main body can be an automatic event recording device. In the embodiment of the present application, an automatic event recorder executing an automatic event recording method is taken as an example, and the automatic event recorder provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.
