The term "one embodiment" means "at least one embodiment"; the term "another embodiment" means "at least one additional embodiment"; the term "some embodiments" means "at least some embodiments". Relevant definitions for other terms will be given in the following description.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like in the present disclosure are only used for distinguishing different devices, modules or units, and are not used for limiting the order or interdependence relationship of the functions performed by the devices, modules or units. It is noted that references to "a" or "an" in this disclosure are intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and that those skilled in the art will appreciate that references to "one or more" are intended to be exemplary and not limiting unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
In the related art, an interface of a Distributed Control System (DCS) displays a graphic image corresponding to each function module or each operated object in a configuration image, and a user can click the graphic image of the function module to enter a corresponding operation interface for operation, or click the graphic image of the operated object to operate the operated object. As shown in fig. 1, the distributed control system includes graphic images of a plurality of functional modules, such as a main protection switching module, a closed water system module, a bus topology diagram, etc., and is displayed on an interface in the form of a configuration image. Taking the main protection switching function as an example, a user clicks a graphic picture of main protection switching to enter a main protection switching picture, the main protection switching picture comprises corresponding graphic pictures of main protection of a unit boiler, main protection of a steam turbine and the like, and the user can click the graphic picture of the main protection of the steam turbine to put in or cut off the main protection of the steam turbine.
In practical application, the DCS based on the field bus technology can build a configuration picture according to field conditions and functional requirements, so that real-time control and monitoring of field bus equipment are realized. Taking the main protection switching function of the DCS as an example, all main protection of the unit is required to be put into use under normal conditions, and when the changes of the field bus measuring points and the hard-wired measuring points meet the main protection triggering logic, the main protection triggers, corresponding main equipment trips, and the unit stops running. When partial measuring points have faults, corresponding main protection can be quitted through the main protection switching picture, then the measuring point fault processing is carried out, and after the measuring points are recovered to be normal, corresponding main protection is put into use through the main protection switching picture. If the main protection is put into the system by mistake when the main protection is quitted, the main equipment of the unit can be started by mistake, and the unit is shut down unplanned. If the main protection is withdrawn by mistake when being put into use, the main equipment can not be tripped normally when abnormality occurs, and equipment damage is caused.
However, the DCS system needs to control and monitor the fieldbus device in real time, and there is no existing module and configuration method to add a password access function to the screen, so anyone can control and monitor the fieldbus device through the configuration screen of the DCS system, which seriously threatens the safe operation of the unit.
In view of the above, the present disclosure provides a password verification system, method and electronic device for configuration pictures to solve the above problems.
The following provides a detailed description of embodiments of the present disclosure.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a password verification system for a configuration screen, and as shown in fig. 2, the system 200 includes a permission verification interface generating unit 201, an obtaining unit 202, a verifying unit 203, and a control unit 204. The permission verification interface generating unit 201 is configured to generate a permission verification interface in response to a user entering a configuration picture, where the permission verification interface covers a picture object on the configuration picture, and the configuration picture carries a plurality of picture objects. The obtaining unit 202 is configured to send the input password obtained from the right verification interface to the verifying unit 203. The verification unit 203 is configured to verify whether the input password matches the preset password, and output a verification result signal to the control unit 204. The control unit 204 is configured to hide the permission verification interface when the verification result signal indicates that the input password matches the preset password, so that the user can perform an operation on the screen object.
By adopting the system, the password verification can be carried out on the picture object on the configuration picture. The permission verification interface generation unit is used for responding to a user entering a configuration picture to generate a permission verification interface, the acquisition unit is used for sending an input password acquired from the permission verification interface to the verification unit, the verification unit is used for verifying whether the input password is matched with a preset password or not and outputting a verification result signal to the control unit, and the control unit is used for hiding the permission verification interface under the condition that the verification result signal represents that the input password is matched with the preset password so that the user can operate according to the picture object. By the system, the password verification can be performed on the picture object on the configuration picture, the situation that an unauthorized user operates the picture object is avoided, and the safe operation of equipment corresponding to the picture object is guaranteed.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3, a configuration screen of the distributed control system carries a plurality of screen objects, the permission verification interface generation unit generates a permission verification interface in response to a user entering the configuration screen, and the permission verification interface covers the screen objects on the configuration screen, where the screen objects are invisible to the user, and the screen objects are covered by the permission verification interface, so that the user cannot operate the screen objects. The authority verification interface can cover one picture object or cover a plurality of picture objects, and the picture object can be a graphic picture corresponding to the function module or a graphic picture corresponding to the operated object. That is to say, the authority verification interface may be set for one or more functional modules, and only after a correct password is input, the authority verification interface is hidden, and the corresponding operation interface can be accessed through the graphic picture corresponding to the functional module for operation. In addition, an authority verification interface can be set for one or more operated objects on the function module operation interface, and only after a correct password is input, the authority verification interface is hidden, so that the operated objects can be operated through the graphic images corresponding to the operated objects, which is not limited by the disclosure.
In a possible manner, the control unit is further configured to hide the frame object on the configuration frame when the verification result signal indicates that the input password is not matched with the preset password. That is, although the screen object is invisible and inoperable to the user due to the coverage of the authorization verification interface, the screen object on the configuration screen is hidden to further ensure that the user cannot operate the screen object under the condition that the input password is not matched with the preset password. In addition, the screen object on the configuration screen may also be hidden when the password is not input, so as to further ensure that the user cannot operate the screen object when the password is not input, which is not specifically limited by the present disclosure.
In a possible mode, the verification unit comprises a high-low limit module and a negation module, the high-low limit module is used for setting a preset password aiming at a real password of a user, the preset password comprises a first preset password and a second preset password, and the first preset password is larger than the second preset password. The negation module is used for determining that the input password is matched with the preset password under the condition that the input password is smaller than the first preset password and the input password is larger than the second preset password.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, the verification unit includes a high-low limit module and a negation module. The high-low limit module can only set a digital interval which is higher than a high limit value (a first preset password) or lower than a low limit value (a second preset password), so that the digital interval which is lower than the high limit value (the first preset password) and higher than the low limit value (the second preset password) is obtained by setting the negation module, and the correctness of the input password is verified. For example, if the user's real password is 123456, the first preset password may be 123457, the second preset password is 123455, and when the input password is 123456, lower than 123457 and higher than 123455, it is determined that the input password matches the preset password. In addition, passwords may be set for multiple users by adjusting the digital interval, for example, the real passwords of three users are 123455, 123456, and 123457, respectively, then the first preset password may be 123458, the second preset password may be 123454, and so on, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In a possible mode, the system further comprises a pulse unit and a switching unit, wherein the pulse unit is used for converting the verification result signal from a long signal to a corresponding short signal under the condition that the verification result signal represents that the input password is matched with the preset password, and the short signal is valid within the preset time length. The switching unit is used for switching the state of the acquisition unit to a default state if the operation of the user for the picture object is not received within the preset time length. The control unit is also used for displaying the authority verification interface again under the condition that the state of the acquisition unit is the default state.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 4, the system further includes a pulse unit and a switching unit. The pulse unit may convert the verification result signal from the long signal to a corresponding short signal under the condition that the verification result signal represents that the input password matches the preset password, and the short signal may be set to be valid within a preset time length, where the preset time length may be set according to a requirement, for example, 5 seconds. The switching unit may be configured as an inverter, and when the user inputs the password, the obtaining unit is in a manual state (state is 1), and the obtaining unit outputs the input password which is the password verification interface. When the user does not operate the picture object in the preset time length, the negation device negates the state of the obtaining unit, the state of the obtaining unit is switched to a default state (the state is 0), and the obtaining unit outputs a preset default value. The preset default value is a number inconsistent with the real password, the default value is judged to be not matched with the preset password through the verification of the verification unit, and the control unit hides the picture object on the configuration picture. Therefore, after the user inputs the correct password, the picture object is prevented from being displayed on the interface all the time, the situation that the user without permission operates the picture object is further avoided, and the safe operation of the equipment corresponding to the picture object is guaranteed.
In a possible mode, the system further comprises a default value setting unit, the default value setting unit is used for setting default values, and the acquiring unit is further used for acquiring the default values from the default value setting unit in a default state so as to reset.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, the system further includes a default value setting unit, which may set a default value. When the acquisition unit is in a manual state, the acquisition unit outputs an input password of the password verification interface, and when the acquisition unit is in a default state, the acquisition unit outputs a set default value. The default value is a number inconsistent with the real password, the default value is judged to be not matched with the preset password through the verification of the verification unit, and the control unit hides the picture object on the configuration picture. Therefore, the operation of an unauthorized user on the picture object is avoided, and the safe operation of the equipment corresponding to the picture object is guaranteed.
It is worth to be noted that, taking DCS as an example, no existing module and configuration method is available to add a password admission function to a picture. However, when building a DCS system, a password setting logic (the password verification system described above) is built by using an existing basic logic unit controlled by software, wherein the acquisition unit may be a manual operator. And an authority verification interface is built by using an execution command module and a statement hiding function in the picture configuration tool GB, so that the password access function of each picture object of the DCS is realized.
Illustratively, the privilege verification interface is configured to select to execute an operation command, specifically a command "O _ OUTPUT _ Value get unit name $ password", which functions as a certain Value input by the get unit using the privilege verification interface. And, the authority verification interface sets a conditional statement "IF (mmzq.as = = ON)/nHIDE ()". The statement has the functions of hiding the authority verification interface and displaying the picture object after the password is input correctly. The MMZQ is an output point of password setting logic, and the point is set to be 1 when the password is input correctly and is set to be 0 when the password is input incorrectly. And a conditional statement "IF (mmzq. As = = OFF)/nHIDE ()" is set for the picture object, the statement functioning to hide the picture object when a password is input erroneously or a password is not input, and the like. Therefore, the authority management and the hierarchical management of the DCS can be realized without increasing extra development cost or equipment cost, and the operation safety of the unit is ensured.
In other possible implementations, the password authentication system of the configuration screen may be applied to other configuration screen systems, which is not limited in this disclosure.
