If one of the small bags is broken, substances in the small bag can be slowly discharged due to small explosion shock waves, and after one small bag is broken, the other three small bags are slowly released from the break, so that intestinal damage is avoided, and the phenomenon that the intestinal tract is damaged due to large shock waves generated when a single bag body is used for explosion is avoided.
The non-tension feeling saccule of the application has the advantages that water is added into the saccule to simulate faeces in the recovery period after the rectal operation, which plays a role in expanding intestinal anastomosis and prevents the contracture process (scar of the anastomosis).
The design of the tension-free saccule has simple structure and convenient operation, and enables the testing process to be closer to the human body excrement storage functional state, so the testing data is more accurate and effective, and the method has more significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment; the operation method is simple and easy to learn, and is also suitable for long-term family rehabilitation training treatment of patients. By using the device for planned rehabilitation and training, the initial feeling of the anorectum can be gradually awakened, the defecation feeling of the anorectum can be regulated, the nerve access of the anorectum can be restored, and the rehabilitation of abnormal anorectum feeling can be promoted. For patients with anus or rectum stenosis or anastomotic stoma stenosis caused by few clinical operations and trauma, the tension-free expansion effect of the device can effectively expand and treat the patients, reduce pain and distention discomfort of the patients, and also lead the patients who have failed to expand by other instruments to be treated well. In addition, the non-tension balloon component of the device can be used for connecting an anorectal pressure measuring instrument, so that the rectal compliance test result in the anorectal pressure measuring content is more accurate.
This patent simple structure, convenient operation, the tension-free design makes anorectal pressure test more be close to human physiology stores up just state, and the tension-free pressure stimulus is more true to restore anorectal proprioceptive reflex process, provides more objective real effective data for the clinic, guides the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment scheme better, in further clinical treatment and the family rehabilitation training, uses this patent tension-free pressure stimulus reflection, under planned treatment planning, the effect is obvious.
The tensionless anorectum proprioception testing device has the advantages that the tensionless saccule length and volume meet the requirement that the saccule is tensionless filled and expanded in the anorectum intestinal cavity after water injection, the excrement storage process of a normal physiological state of a person is reflected more truly, and the neuroproprioception response of the anorectum under certain pressure stimulation is presented truly. The device is convenient to operate independently; is suitable for family training and rehabilitation therapy. In addition, the application of the patent not only mainly tests the proprioception, trains the anorectal sensory function and carries out rehabilitation treatment, but also can connect with an anorectal pressure measuring instrument at the non-tension sensory saccule part of the device, thereby leading the compliance detection to more accurately reflect the functional state. The existing clinical practice is that the tension balloon is used for anorectal pressure measurement, and the pressure generated by the contact part of the spherical crown filled by the tension balloon and the intestinal cavity after air injection activates nerve reflection under certain pressure stimulation, so that the ratio of the generated anorectal volume to pressure change is called anorectal compliance and reflects the functional state of the anorectal; however, due to the limitation of the tension property of the tension balloon, the deviation between the numerical value of the pressure and the volume and the actual physiological process is too large, so that the tension-free balloon of the pressure measuring device is connected with an anorectal pressure measuring instrument, and the measured anorectal compliance reflects the actual functional state more objectively, and the measured numerical value is more accurate. The device is also used for patients with anal stenosis or anastomotic stoma stenosis after colorectal surgery; the expansion property of the tensionless saccule skillfully avoids the wound or the anastomotic site, and the tensionless saccule fills in the low-pressure space of the intestinal cavity under inflation or water injection, so that the patient is prevented from suffering, and the aim of effective expansion is achieved clinically.

Training is carried out 1-2 times per day for 10-20 minutes each time, 1 treatment course for 2 weeks, under the guidance of doctor or following doctor's advice. The training is followed gradually, so that the body feeling of the patient is gradually awakened and the function is gradually restored.
For the dilating treatment of anal stenosis and anastomotic stoma stenosis after anorectal operation or trauma operation, the balloon overflows along with natural space in the intestinal cavity due to the nature of no tension dilation, does not cause strong dilation on wounds, anastomotic stoma and stenosis, reduces pain of patients, and has obvious clinical effect after repeated addition dilation. The balloon can be used for the expansion treatment after the tensionless feeling balloon is incorporated, and the slow gas injection is adopted, after the initial feeling is stimulated, the gas injection is stopped, the expansion is carried out for 15-20 minutes, and the expansion is carried out twice a day for 1 treatment course for 2 weeks. The gas filling rate gradually increases with symptom relief until the symptom of stenosis is relieved.
For the compliance test of anorectal pressure measurement using the tensionless sensory balloon member, only the tensionless sensory balloon is connected with the anorectal pressure meter, and compliance is collected by the anorectal pressure meter by means of the characteristics of the tensionless sensory balloon, and the collecting method and the operating system thereof are not related to the content of the anorectal pressure measurement, so that the content of the patent is not described herein. Compared with the traditional balloon, the rectal compliance measured by the tensionless balloon is more accurate and reliable.
The patent breaks through the limitation of the traditional tension balloon, and the design of the tension-free balloon enables the test to simulate the human physiological excrement storage process; and the operation is simple, and the daily rehabilitation training of patients is easy. The anorectal initial feeling is awakened through planned training, the anorectal defecation feeling is regulated, the nerve paths of the anorectal feeling are restored, and the recovery of anorectal paresthesia is promoted. Is suitable for anorectal and pelvic floor diseases, especially for anorectal paresthesia patients with outlet obstruction constipation, and is also suitable for the dilatation treatment of anal stenosis and anastomotic stoma stenosis.
The application is applicable to the prior art where it is not described.
