Description

Method and device for processing code number abnormality of eSIM card, terminal equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing code number abnormality of an eSIM card for a terminal device, and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
Compared with a pluggable SIM card, the eSIM card has the advantages of difficult loss, convenient management, difficult deformation, difficult wetting, good and stable contact and the like in physical characteristics. The popularization of the terminal is gradually started in the field of the Internet of things industry including the power industry terminal and the like. In the related art, a corresponding solution is not provided for how to operate the terminal device when the network disconnection abnormality occurs in the network connection process using the current code number (Profile), so that the terminal device cannot process after the abnormality occurs and cannot continue to log on.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, a terminal device, and a computer-readable storage medium for processing code number anomalies of an eSIM card for a terminal device.
The application provides a method for processing code number abnormality of an eSIM card, which is used for terminal equipment, wherein an initial code number endowed with a first attribute is downloaded and installed in the eSIM card, the first attribute is a default attribute, and the processing method comprises the following steps:
After a first user code number is successfully activated, responding to the network disconnection abnormality of the first user code number in a network connection state, and disabling the first user code number;
enabling the initial code number endowed with the first attribute to log on the network.
In the method, the first attribute is given to the initial code number which is downloaded, installed and successfully activated, so that in the process of using the user code number later, when the abnormal condition of network disconnection occurs due to the first user code number, the initial code number with the first attribute can be started to log on the network, and the networking capability is recovered. Therefore, the method and the device can automatically switch the code number under the condition that the terminal equipment is disconnected from the network in the network-logging process by using the current code number, and can always keep the network-logging state due to the fact that the initial code number is activated successfully and has networking capability, so that the condition that the terminal equipment cannot log on the network due to the code number of the eSIM card can be effectively avoided.
In certain embodiments, the treatment method comprises:
sending a request for downloading an initial code number to a remote configuration management platform;
downloading and installing an initial code number;
activating the initial code number;
After the initial code number is successfully activated, notifying a remote configuration management platform to issue an action instruction for setting a first attribute;
and responding to the received action instruction, and endowing the initial code number with a first attribute.
Therefore, when the terminal equipment is installed, the initial code number can be dynamically downloaded and activated, and finally the initial code number is successfully activated, so that the mobile cellular data network can be normally used. The first attribute is given to the initial code number, so that when the network disconnection occurs in the subsequent network login process by using the user code number, the network disconnection is switched back to the initial code number with the first attribute, and the terminal equipment can always keep the network login state.
In certain embodiments, the treatment method comprises:
responding to a first user code number downloading request sent by a remote configuration management platform, and downloading and installing the first user code number;
activating the first user code number;
and after the first user code number is activated and the network connection is successful, a second attribute is given to the first user code number, wherein the second attribute is a backup attribute.
Therefore, after the eSIM card of the terminal equipment is successfully activated with the initial code number, the mobile cellular network networking capability and the data short message receiving and transmitting capability are provided, and the remote configuration management platform can realize remote user code number management of the terminal equipment of the Internet of things. After the user code number is downloaded and installed and the network is successfully logged on after the user code number is activated, the user can normally use the terminal equipment.
In certain embodiments, the treatment method comprises:
responding to a second user code number downloading request sent by a remote configuration management platform, and downloading and installing the second user code number;
activating the second user code number;
and if the second user code number is activated and the network connection is successful, transferring the second attribute to the second user code number to take the second user code number as a first user code number.
Thus, according to the actual requirement in the use process, a request for downloading the second user code number can be sent, and similar to the process of downloading the first user code number and safely activating the internet surfing, when the second user code number is successfully activated, the second attribute originally given to the first user code number is transferred to the second user code number, and every time the newly downloaded user code number exists, the second attribute is transferred after the internet surfing is successfully activated.
In certain embodiments, the treatment method comprises:
and if the second user code number fails to activate or is successful in activating but fails to log on, starting the first user code number endowed with the second attribute to log on, and deleting the second user code number.
Therefore, the second attribute is used as a backup attribute, so that the current code number can be returned to the user code number with the backup attribute under abnormal states such as activation failure or activation success but network connection failure, and the terminal equipment can be continuously and normally used.
In some embodiments, the disabling the first user code number includes:
and performing network access retry by the first user code number, and disabling the first user code number after the continuous failure for a preset number of times.
Therefore, under the condition that the network disconnection occurs in the network logging process by the first user code number, the network connection retry can be performed, and the first user code number is prevented from being forbidden due to the network disconnection caused by environmental factors such as network fluctuation and the like but not the first user code number. When the reconnection attempts fail, the interference factors can be basically eliminated, and the network disconnection caused by the first user code number is confirmed, in this case, the first user code number is forbidden, the code number with the first attribute is switched back, the networking capability of the terminal equipment is maintained, and the new user code number is downloaded.
In certain embodiments, the treatment method comprises:
responding to a code number deleting instruction, and confirming the current state of the target code number;
and deleting the target code number according to the current state of the target code number and the attribute configuration of the target code number.
Thus, when the code number needs to be deleted, the current state and attribute configuration of the target code number need to be confirmed to determine the specific mode of deleting the target code number.
In some embodiments, deleting the target code number according to the current state of the target code number and the attribute configuration of the target code number includes:
and refusing to execute the deletion of the target code number when the target code number is in a network-logging state currently.
Thus, if the target code number is currently in the use state of network connection activation, the deletion operation cannot be performed, and the deletion operation can be tried again after other user code numbers are downloaded and network connection is successfully activated.
In some embodiments, deleting the target code number according to the current state of the target code number and the attribute configuration of the target code number includes:
and deleting the target code number according to the attribute configuration of the target code number when the target code number is in an unregistered state.
Thus, if the target code number is currently in a state of not being network enabled, then a delete operation will be enabled, and the specific delete operation also requires the attribute configuration of the target code number to determine.
In some embodiments, the deleting the target code number according to the attribute configuration of the target code number when the target code number is currently in the unregistered state includes:
If the target code number is endowed with the first attribute, sending a request for transferring the first attribute to the remote configuration management platform;
and responding to a received transfer instruction of the first attribute sent by the remote configuration management platform, and endowing the first attribute with a preset code number.
Therefore, if the target code number is given the first attribute before deleting, the remote configuration management platform needs to be informed to issue a transfer instruction to transfer the first attribute to other code numbers ensuring normal network access, and then the target code number can be deleted, so that the terminal equipment is ensured to always maintain the network access state.
In some embodiments, the deleting the target code number according to the attribute configuration of the target code number when the target code number is currently in the unregistered state includes:
and if the target code number is given the second attribute, giving the second attribute to the code number given the second attribute before.
Thus, if the target code number is previously assigned with the second attribute instead of the first attribute, the second attribute is transferred to the code number which is recently assigned with the second attribute according to the assignment sequence, and then the target code number is deleted, so that the user can log on with the terminal equipment normally.
In some embodiments, the deleting the target code number according to the attribute configuration of the target code number when the target code number is currently in the unregistered state includes:
and deleting the target code number in response to completion of the attribute transfer of the target code number.
In this way, after transferring the attribute of the target code number, the operation of deleting the target code number can be performed.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are exemplary and intended for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
Currently, a SIM card is commonly used in an internet of things terminal device such as a power device in the power industry. After the SIM card is installed, the power equipment is usually placed outdoors, the pluggable SIM card can have the problems of easy loss, inconvenient management, easy deformation of a card base, damp, easy poor contact and the like, and because the identity and the data information are recorded in the SIM card, hidden danger of power private network code number management in safety is also caused. With the advent and popularization of eSIM cards, the internet of things terminal is gradually replacing a pluggable SIM card on a terminal device side wireless communication module with an embedded eSIM card. However, in the network access process of the terminal device, the network access failure and other situations may be caused by some non-human factors, so that the terminal device of the internet of things cannot access the network normally.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present application provides a method for processing Profile exception of a SIM card, which is used for a terminal device. The Profile exception handling method comprises the following steps:
001: after the first user Profile is successfully activated, responding to the network disconnection abnormality of the first user Profile in a network connection state, and disabling the first user Profile;
002: enabling the initial Profile given the first attribute to log in.
The application also provides a Profile exception handling device of the eSIM card, and the Profile exception handling method can be realized by the handling device. The processing device comprises a processing module, wherein the processing module is used for responding to the network disconnection abnormality of the first user Profile in the network connection state after the first user Profile is successfully activated, disabling the first user Profile and enabling the initial Profile endowed with the first attribute to conduct network connection.
Referring to fig. 2, the present application further provides a terminal device. The Profile exception handling method of the application can be implemented by the terminal equipment of the application. The terminal equipment comprises an eSIM card, wherein the eUICC OS module is included in the eSIM card, and an initial Profile endowed with the first attribute is downloaded and installed in the eSIM card. The eUICC OS module is used for responding to the network disconnection abnormality of the first user Profile in the network connection state after the first user Profile is successfully activated, and disabling the first user Profile; and enabling the initial Profile given the first attribute to log in.
Specifically, the terminal device in the present application may be an internet of things terminal device or a personal mobile terminal device, which is not limited herein, and the terminal device is hereinafter described by taking the internet of things terminal device as an example.
The eSIM card in the application is a fused eSIM card, which supports standard interfaces such as ES10a, ES10b, ES10c and the like defined by GSMA standards and supports LPAe application defined by GSMA standards. In addition, the application also comprises an eSIM remote configuration management (Remote SIM Provisioning, RSP) platform which is suitable for the field of Internet of things, and the RSP platform supports both the RSP platform function defined by the GSMA standard and the eSIM remote configuration management function.
In the method, the eSIM technology is adopted in the terminal equipment, so that initial Profile does not need to be preset when the eSIM card is applied to the terminal equipment of the Internet of things. When the terminal equipment of the Internet of things needs to network with the code numbers of operators, the Profile is downloaded and installed through the interfaces of the ES10a, the ES10b and the ES10c of the GSMA standard. When the terminal of the Internet of things is used for surfing the Internet, the Profile in the converged eSIM is remotely configured and managed through the RSP platform.
The terminal equipment comprises an eSIM card and an LPAd application module. The eSIM card includes an eUICC OS module and an LPAe application module. The LPAd application module is used for interacting with the RSP platform, supporting the ES9+ interface protocol, and interacting with the eUICC OS module, and supporting the ES10x interface protocol. The LPAe application module is used for interacting with the RSP platform, supporting the ES9+ interface protocol and the SMPP/CMPP short message interface protocol, and interacting with the eUICC OS, and supporting the ES10x interface protocol.
Specifically, the LPAd application module establishes HTTP secure connection with the RSP platform through the networking auxiliary tool, sends a request for downloading initial Profile to the RSP platform and downloads the initial Profile, parses the Profile data, and installs the initial Profile to the fusion eSIM card. After the initial Profile is installed successfully and activated, the terminal device can use the mobile cellular data network normally. In the application, a first attribute is given to an initial Profile which is successfully activated, wherein the initial Profile is a seed code number, the first attribute is a default attribute, or the first attribute is used as an identifier of the seed code number, and when the network is disconnected abnormally, the code number can be switched by searching the identifier.
After the initial Profile is downloaded and installed and successfully activated, the user Profile needs to be downloaded, and after the initial Profile is downloaded and installed and successfully activated, the user can normally use the terminal device. The LPAe application module may obtain the user Profile from the RSP platform and send the user Profile to the eUICC OS module for installation.
It should be noted that, multiple profiles can be downloaded and installed on each eSIM card, but only the initial Profile can be given the first attribute and cannot be deleted at will. It can be considered that the initial Profile is used as a spam policy for maintaining the network-surfing state of the terminal equipment, and when the network surfing abnormality occurs by using the user Profile, the network surfing state can be switched to the initial Profile, so that the terminal equipment can maintain the network surfing capability, and then other user profiles are downloaded.
The first user Profile in the present application refers to the user Profile of the current active logon, and is not limited to downloading and installing timing. The abnormal disconnection occurring in the log-on state refers to disconnection caused by the Profile of the first user, for example, due to arrears, unsupported roaming segments, and the like, instead of the active disconnection operation performed by the user.
In this case, the eSIM card automatically disables the first user Profile and switches back to the initial Profile with the first attribute, so that the device has networking capability, and after the initial Profile is successfully logged on, the LPAe application module can acquire a new user Profile from the RSP platform and send the new user Profile to the eUICC OS module for installation activation.
In summary, in the present application, a first attribute is given to the initial Profile that is downloaded, installed and successfully activated, so that when an abnormal situation of network disconnection occurs due to the first user Profile in a subsequent process of using the user Profile by the terminal device, the initial Profile with the first attribute may be started to log on the network, and the networking capability is restored. Therefore, when the terminal equipment is in a network disconnection abnormal state in the network connection process using the current Profile, the Profile can be automatically switched, and the initial Profile is activated successfully before and has networking capability, so that the terminal equipment can always keep a network connection state, and the condition that the terminal equipment cannot be in a network connection state due to the Profile of the eSIM card can be effectively avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the exception handling method includes the steps of:
003: sending a request for downloading initial Profile to the RSP platform;
004: downloading and installing an initial Profile;
005: activating an initial Profile;
006: after the initial Profile is successfully activated, notifying the RSP platform to issue an action instruction for setting the first attribute;
007: in response to the received action instruction, a first attribute is assigned to the initial Profile.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to send a request to the RSP platform to download an initial Profile; the method comprises the steps of downloading and installing an initial Profile; for activating an initial Profile; after the initial Profile is successfully activated, notifying the RSP platform to issue an action instruction for setting the first attribute; and the method is used for responding to the received action instruction and endowing the initial Profile with the first attribute.
In some embodiments, the terminal device further includes an LPAd application module, where the terminal device is configured to send a request for downloading an initial Profile to the RSP platform, download and install the initial Profile, activate the initial Profile, and after the initial Profile is successfully activated, notify the RSP platform to issue an action instruction for setting the first attribute, and assign the first attribute to the initial Profile in response to the received action instruction.
Specifically, in the application, the eSIM card does not need to preset an initial Profile when leaving the factory, and the initial Profile is dynamically downloaded and activated through the LPAd application module when the terminal equipment is installed, wherein the LPAd application module can establish HTTP secure connection with the RSP platform by means of a networking auxiliary tool such as WIFI or bluetooth because the networking capability of the mobile cellular network is temporarily unavailable when leaving the factory.
The LPAd application module sends a request for downloading initial Profile to the RSP platform, the RSP platform downloads initial Profile data to the LPAd application module after receiving the request, the LPAd application module analyzes the initial Profile data and installs the initial Profile into the eSIM card, the eSIM card sends a Profile installation success notification to the LPAd application module after the Profile is successfully installed, and the LPAd application module forwards the Profile installation success notification to the RSP platform.
So far, the initial Profile is downloaded and installed successfully. The LPAd application module sends a Profile activation request to the eSIM card, and after the eSIM card executes the Profile activation successfully, the LPAd application module sends a Profile activation success notification to the LPAd application module, and the LPAd application module forwards the Profile activation success notification to the RSP platform. To this end, the initial Profile activation is successful and the mobile cellular data network may be used normally. After the activation is successful, the LPAd application module informs the RSP platform to issue an instruction for setting the first attribute, receives an action instruction for setting the first attribute, which is sent by the RSP platform, forwards the action instruction to the eSIM card, and the eSIM card executes the operation of attribute giving and gives the first attribute to the initial Profile.
Thus, when the terminal equipment is installed, the initial Profile can be dynamically downloaded and activated, and finally the initial Profile is successfully activated, so that the mobile cellular data network can be normally used. And when the network is disconnected in the subsequent network logging process by using the user Profile, switching back to the initial Profile with the first attribute, and always keeping the terminal equipment to be always in a network logging state.
Referring to fig. 4, the exception handling method includes the steps of:
008: responding to a first user Profile downloading request sent by an RSP platform, and downloading and installing the first user Profile;
009: activating a first user Profile;
010: and after the first user Profile is activated and the network surfing is successful, the second attribute is given to the first user Profile.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to respond to a first user Profile downloading request sent by the RSP platform, download and install the first user Profile, and activate the first user Profile, and assign a second attribute to the first user Profile after the first user Profile is activated and the network connection is successful.
In some embodiments, the terminal device is configured to respond to a first user Profile downloading request sent by the RSP platform, download and install the first user Profile, and activate the first user Profile, and assign a second attribute to the first user Profile after the first user Profile is activated and the network connection is successful.
Specifically, after the initial Profile is successfully activated, the built-in fused eSIM card of the terminal equipment has networking capability (BIP) of the mobile cellular network and receiving and transmitting capability (SMS) of the data short message, and the RSP platform can realize Profile management of a remote user of the terminal equipment of the internet of things.
Specifically, the RSP platform sends BIP trigger short messages to the LPAe application module, and the LPAe application module returns BIP trigger short message receipt to the RSP platform and requests the RSP platform to establish BIP connection. The RSP platform acknowledges the establishment of the BIP connection with the LPAe application module. The RSP platform actively sends a first user Profile downloading request to the LPAe application module through BIP connection, and after the LPAe application module downloads and installs the first user Profile successfully, the LPAe application module sends a Profile downloading success notification to the RSP platform.
Further, the RSP platform sends a request short message for activating the first user Profile to the LPAe application module, and the LPAe application module returns a short message receipt for activating the first user Profile to the RSP platform. The LPAe application module requests the eSIM card to be reset, and after the eSIM card is reset, the first user Profile is used for attempting to log on the network. If the network is successfully logged in, the LPAe application module sends a message of successful activation of the Profile of the first user to the RSP platform. And the RSP platform sends a confirmation message for successfully notifying the first user Profile to the LPAe application module. After the LPAe application module receives the confirmation short message, the first user Profile activation is confirmed to be successful, and the short message receipt is confirmed to be sent to the RSP platform.
After activation and successful network surfing, the eSIM card assigns a second attribute to the first user Profile. Wherein the second attribute may be regarded as a fallback node identification for identifying that the first user Profile may successfully log on. The rollback node refers to that if the newly downloaded user Profile cannot be activated normally or cannot log on normally in the subsequent terminal using process, the user Profile can be rolled back to the first user Profile with the second attribute, so that the device can be kept to log on normally.
Therefore, after the eSIM card of the terminal equipment is successfully activated with the initial Profile, the mobile cellular network networking capability and the data short message receiving and transmitting capability are provided, and the RSP platform can realize the Profile management of the remote user of the terminal equipment of the Internet of things. After downloading and installing the user Profile and activating to successfully log on the network, the user can normally use the terminal equipment.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the exception handling method includes:
011: responding to a second user Profile downloading request sent by the RSP platform, and downloading and installing the second user Profile;
012: activating a second user Profile;
013: and if the second user Profile is activated and the internet surfing is successful, transferring the second attribute to the second user Profile so as to take the second user Profile as the first user Profile.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to respond to a second user Profile downloading request sent by the RSP platform, download and install the second user Profile, activate the second user Profile, and transfer the second attribute to the second user Profile after the second user Profile is activated and the network connection is successful, so as to take the second user Profile as the first user Profile.
In some embodiments, the terminal device is configured to respond to a second user Profile downloading request sent by the RSP platform, download and install the second user Profile, activate the second user Profile, and transfer the second attribute to the second user Profile after the second user Profile is activated and the network connection is successful, so as to take the second user Profile as the first user Profile.
Specifically, during the use of the terminal device, the user may have a need to change the number due to problems such as signal strength, tariffs, etc. of the Profile of the current user. In this case, download installation and activation of the second user Profile may be performed. The downloading and installing process may refer to the explanation of the downloading and installing and activating of the Profile of the first user, which is not described herein.
It should be understood that the second user Profile in this application is relative to the first user Profile, which as previously described, refers to the user Profile currently activating logon. On this basis, the second user Profile refers to the latest downloaded user Profile.
After downloading the second user Profile and successfully activating surfing, the second attribute is transferred to the second user Profile, and the terminal equipment uses the second user Profile to carry out subsequent communication operation. The second user Profile becomes the first user Profile. And so on, each time a new user Profile is successful in activating the internet, the second attribute is transferred to the new user Profile. The new user Profile is used as the first user Profile.
Thus, according to the actual requirement in the use process, a request for downloading the Profile of the second user can be sent, and similar to the process of downloading the Profile of the first user for safely activating the internet surfing, when the Profile of the second user is activated and surfing is successful, the second attribute originally given to the Profile of the first user is transferred to the Profile of the second user, and then the second attribute is transferred after surfing is successfully activated every time when the Profile of the newly downloaded user exists.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the exception handling method includes the steps of:
014: and if the second user Profile fails to activate or the activation is successful but the network connection fails, enabling the first user Profile endowed with the second attribute to log in the network, and deleting the second user Profile.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to enable the first user Profile given the second attribute to log in and delete the second user Profile if the second user Profile fails to activate or if the activation is successful but the log in fails.
In some embodiments, the terminal device is configured to enable the first user Profile given the second attribute to log in and delete the second user Profile if the second user Profile fails to activate or if the activation is successful but the logging in fails.
Specifically, after downloading and installing the second user Profile, the second user Profile is activated. If the activation fails or the activation succeeds but the network connection fails, in order to continue to normally use the terminal device, a Profile rollback operation needs to be performed, that is, a Profile that can be normally used for network connection is rolled back. It can be understood that the second attribute is given according to the sequence of successful internet surfing activation after the user Profile is downloaded, and when the second user Profile is activated or the internet surfing is abnormal, the first user Profile given with the second attribute is activated again, and internet surfing is performed again.
And deleting the second user Profile with abnormal activation or network access so that the RSP platform can continuously send a downloading request to the eSIM card to download the new user Profile.
Specifically, if the internet surfing using the second user Profile is unsuccessful, the LPAe application module requests a terminal hot reset. After a hot reset of the eSIM card, the first user Profile assigned the second attribute is used to attempt successful logon. And the LPAe application module sends a second user Profile activation failure notification short message to the RSP platform. And the RSP platform sends a confirmation message for activating the Profile failure notification of the second user to the LPAe application module. And after the LPAe application module receives the confirmation short message, confirming that the second user Profile fails to activate. The LPAe application module sends a new Profile failure notification activation confirmation message receipt to the RSP platform.
In this way, the second attribute is used as a backup attribute, so that the current Profile can be returned to the user Profile with the backup attribute under abnormal states such as activation failure or activation success but network connection failure, and the terminal equipment can be continuously and normally used.
In certain embodiments, step 001 comprises:
and performing network surfing retry by using the first user Profile, and disabling the first user Profile after the continuous failure is performed for a preset number of times.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to perform a network surfing retry with the first user Profile, and disable the first user Profile after a predetermined number of consecutive failures.
In some embodiments, the terminal device is configured to perform network entry retry with the first user Profile, and disable the first user Profile after a predetermined number of consecutive failures.
Specifically, when the network disconnection occurs by logging in the first user Profile, network reconnection is attempted again by logging in the first user Profile, so as to avoid the network disconnection caused by occasional factors. The predetermined number of times may be three times, five times, etc., and is not limited herein, and when the number of attempts reaches the predetermined number of times and the network cannot be logged on, it is confirmed that the first user Profile has the network disconnection abnormality, the first user Profile is disabled, and the first user Profile is switched to the initial Profile.
Therefore, under the condition that the network disconnection occurs in the process of logging in the network with the first user Profile, network retry can be performed, and the first user Profile is prevented from being disabled due to network disconnection caused by environmental factors such as network fluctuation and the like but not the first user Profile reason. When the reconnection attempts fail, the interference factors can be basically eliminated, and the network disconnection caused by the first user Profile is confirmed, in this case, the first user Profile is disabled, the Profile with the first attribute is switched back, the networking capability of the terminal equipment is maintained, and the new user Profile is downloaded.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the exception handling method includes:
015: responding to the Profile deleting instruction, and confirming the current state of the target Profile;
016: and deleting the target Profile according to the current state of the target Profile and the attribute configuration of the target Profile.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to respond to the Profile deletion instruction, confirm the current state of the target Profile, and delete the target Profile according to the current state of the target Profile and the attribute configuration of the target Profile
In some embodiments, the terminal device is configured to respond to the Profile deletion instruction, confirm the current state of the target Profile, and delete the target Profile according to the current state of the target Profile and the attribute configuration of the target Profile.
Specifically, during the use of the terminal device, the Profile installed in the eSIM card may be deleted according to the use requirement, the limit of the storage capacity of the eSIM card, and other factors. In the deleting process, according to the current state and attribute configuration of the target Profile to be deleted, relevant configuration is carried out in the deleting process. For example, for Profile with a first attribute or a second attribute, the relevant attribute needs to be transferred before deletion to ensure that the terminal device can maintain networking capability and normal use.
Thus, when the Profile needs to be deleted, the current state and attribute configuration of the target Profile need to be confirmed to determine the specific mode of deleting the target Profile.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, step 016 comprises:
0161: and refusing to execute deleting the target Profile when the target Profile is currently in a network-on state.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to refuse to execute deleting the target Profile when the target Profile is currently in a logon state.
In some embodiments, the terminal device is configured to refuse to execute deletion of the target Profile when the target Profile is currently in a on-grid state.
Thus, if the target Profile is currently in the use state of network access activation, the deletion operation cannot be performed, and the deletion operation can be attempted again after downloading the profiles of other users and successfully activating the network access.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, step 016 comprises:
0162: and deleting the target Profile according to the attribute configuration of the target Profile when the target Profile is in an unregistered state.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to delete the target Profile according to the attribute configuration of the target Profile when the target Profile is currently in the uncapped state.
In some embodiments, the terminal device is configured to delete the target Profile according to the attribute configuration of the target Profile when the target Profile is currently in the unregistered state.
Specifically, if the target Profile is not currently in use for network entry activation, then deletion will be enabled. If deletion can be done directly, then further consideration needs to be given to whether the target Profile has a first attribute and a second attribute. If the target Profile is not assigned the first attribute or the second attribute, deletion may be performed directly. If the target Profile is assigned the first attribute or the second attribute, then the relevant attribute of the target Profile needs to be transferred when deleting the target Profile.
Thus, if the target Profile is currently in a state of not being network enabled, a deletion operation will be enabled, and the specific deletion operation also requires the attribute configuration of the target Profile to determine.
In certain embodiments, step 0162 further comprises:
01621: if the target Profile is endowed with the first attribute, sending a request for transferring the first attribute to the RSP platform;
01622: and responding to a received transfer instruction of the first attribute sent by the RSP platform, and endowing the first attribute to a preset Profile.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to send a request for transferring the first attribute to the RSP platform if the target Profile is given the first attribute, and to give the first attribute to the predetermined Profile in response to a received transfer instruction of the first attribute sent by the RSP platform.
In some embodiments, the terminal device is configured to send a request for transferring the first attribute to the RSP platform in a case where the target Profile is given the first attribute, and to give the first attribute to the predetermined Profile in response to a received transfer instruction of the first attribute sent by the RSP platform.
Specifically, if the target Profile is given a first attribute, the eSIM card notifies the RSP platform to issue a transfer instruction, and if the transfer instruction is received, the eSIM card transfers the first attribute to other specified profiles to ensure that the Profile can be normally logged on. It should be noted that, if the current eSIM card has only one Profile, the transfer instruction will be refused to be issued, and the deletion of the target Profile will not be performed.
Therefore, if the target Profile is given the first attribute before deletion, the RSP platform needs to be informed to issue a transfer instruction to transfer the first attribute to other profiles ensuring normal network access, and then the target Profile can be deleted, so that the terminal equipment is ensured to always maintain the network access state.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, step 0162 comprises:
01623: if the target Profile is assigned the second attribute, assigning the second attribute to the Profile previously assigned the second attribute.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to assign the second attribute to a previous Profile to which the second attribute was assigned, if the target Profile is assigned the second attribute.
In some embodiments, the terminal device is configured to assign the second attribute to a Profile to which the second attribute was previously assigned, in a case where the target Profile is assigned to the second attribute.
Specifically, if the target Profile is assigned a second attribute, the eSIM card will be according to the order of assignment of the individual profiles on the card. The eSIM card transfers the second attribute to the Profile previously assigned the second attribute according to this order. So that the terminal device can continue to be used normally. Similarly, if the target Profile is the only Profile to which the second attribute is assigned, no attribute transfer will be performed, nor will deletion of the target Profile be performed.
Thus, if the target Profile is previously assigned with the second attribute instead of the first attribute, the second attribute is transferred to the Profile which is recently assigned with the second attribute according to the assignment sequence, and then the target Profile is deleted, so that the user can log on with the terminal equipment normally.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, step 0162 comprises:
01624: and deleting the target Profile in response to completion of the target Profile attribute transfer.
In some embodiments, the processing module is configured to delete the target Profile in response to completion of the target Profile attribute transfer.
In some embodiments, the terminal device is configured to delete the target Profile in response to completion of the transfer of the target Profile attribute.
Thus, after transferring the attribute of the target Profile, an operation of deleting the target Profile may be performed.
