Abstract
The invention discloses an all-weather real-time monitoring system based on an operation area, which relates to the technical field of weather monitoring and comprises a weather monitoring module, a data collecting module, a data storage module, a communication module, an operation control module and a management client; the method comprises the steps that measures required by each operation on various weather changes and the corresponding relation between each operation machine and a responsible person are collected in advance through a data collection module; when the weather monitoring module monitors weather changes, the operation control module remotely operates the corresponding operation machine to finish corresponding operation by acquiring measures required to be adopted by each operation machine in the current weather changes; the problems of high labor cost and untimely or excessive reaction of each operation machine in traditional operation area weather monitoring are solved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of meteorological monitoring, relates to the technology of the Internet of things, and particularly relates to an all-weather meteorological real-time monitoring system based on an operation area.
Background
The meteorological monitoring means the activity of the meteorological monitoring mechanism for integrally monitoring and early warning the meteorological environment condition through a meteorological monitoring system. To achieve the above objective, an embodiment according to a first aspect of the present invention provides an all-weather real-time monitoring system based on an operation area, which includes a weather monitoring module, a data collecting module, a data storage module, a communication module, an operation control module, and a management client;
the weather monitoring module is used for monitoring weather change conditions of an operation area in real time;
the weather monitoring module is an all-weather monitor; the weather monitor is a weather station capable of monitoring all weather in real time based on a weather monitoring system; the weather station is provided with a wireless signal receiving and transmitting device;
the data collection module is used for pre-collecting the coping conditions of various working machines in the working area to weather changes and the corresponding relation between the working machines and responsible persons;
the data collection module collects the measures of each operation under various weather according to different types of operation in the operation area in advance; the countermeasure is to remotely control the working machine executing the corresponding operation to complete the corresponding operation according to the type of the operation; the work machine should have a function that can be remotely controlled;
for each job, the data collection module collects only countermeasures under weather that have an impact on it;
the data collection module is electrically connected with the data storage module; the data collection module sends the collected countermeasures of each working machine under various weather to the data storage module for storage;
the data collection module collects management client account numbers of responsible persons of each working machine; the corresponding relation between each operation machine and the account number of the responsible person management client is sent to a data storage module for storage; the responsible person is selected manually in advance;
the communication module is mainly used for connecting the operation control module with the weather monitoring module, each operation machine and the management client;

in a preferred embodiment, the weather monitoring module is an all-weather monitor; the weather monitor is a weather station capable of monitoring all weather in real time based on a weather monitoring system; the weather station is flat and open, and the surrounding is free from addresses of tall buildings, forests and water sources;
the weather station is provided with a wireless signal receiving and transmitting device; it will be appreciated that the weather station establishment location is generally remote from the work area; therefore, the communication between the weather station and the operation area is required to be completed by the communication module;
the data collection module is mainly used for pre-collecting the coping conditions of various working machines in the working area to weather changes and the corresponding relation between the working machines and responsible persons;
it will be appreciated that different types of operations within the work area are sensitive to weather changes to a different degree, for example, outdoor operations should cease when they are about to fall, while indoor operations are not affected by falling rain; therefore, the data collection module collects the measures of each operation under various weather according to different types of operation in the operation area in advance; the countermeasure is to remotely control the working machine executing the corresponding operation to complete the corresponding operation according to the type of the operation; the work machine should have a function that can be remotely controlled;
it will be appreciated that for each job, the data collection module only collects the countermeasures under weather that have an impact on it;
the data collection module is electrically connected with the data storage module; the data collection module sends the collected countermeasures of each working machine under various weather to the data storage module for storage;
further, the data collection module collects management client account numbers of responsible persons of each working machine; the corresponding relation between each operation machine and the account number of the responsible person management client is sent to a data storage module for storage; the responsible person is selected manually in advance;
the operation control module is mainly used for remotely controlling the operation machines in the operation area and notifying each operation machine responsible person; in a preferred embodiment, the job control module may be software located in a computer server within the job area; the software has the functions of analyzing the meteorological data sent by the meteorological monitoring module, and communicating with the operation machines and the management clients of all operation areas;

the operation control module is connected with each operation machine in a wireless network mode; it will be appreciated that for ease of control, each work machine has a unique number; the number may be a physical address set by each machine at the time of shipment; when the distance between the operation control module and the operation machine exceeds the coverage distance of the wireless network, the operation control module is connected with the operation machine by taking the intelligent gateway as a signal transit station; it will be appreciated that each work machine stored by the data storage module is stored in numbered form;
the operation control module is connected with the management client by adopting a wireless network mode; the operation control module and the management client are connected with the Internet; the job control module is used as a server background, and the management client is used as a mobile client; the job control module is connected with the management client through the Internet;
the weather monitoring module sends weather change conditions to the operation control module in real time;
the operation control module is electrically connected with the data storage module; the operation control module reads the corresponding measures of each operation machine under different air conditions from the data storage module in advance; the operation control module stores counter measures of each operation machine under different weather in a memory in a form of a table; and the table is simply called a countermeasure table;
in a preferred embodiment, the operation control module receives weather changes in real time; searching the serial number of the working machine which needs to take the corresponding measure under the condition of the current weather change from the corresponding measure table according to the weather change condition; the corresponding measures of the operation machine under the corresponding meteorological changes are obtained; the job control module sends the countermeasures to the corresponding numbered job machines; after the corresponding operation machine receives the countermeasures, the corresponding operation is automatically completed;
further, the job control module reads a responsible person corresponding to the job machine needing to take measures from the data storage module; the measures taken by each operation machine are sent to the management client of the corresponding responsible person;
the management client is mainly used for receiving measures taken by the working machine sent by the working control module and modifying the measures;
in a preferred embodiment, the management client is an APP in a mobile phone; the APP is installed in the mobile phone of the responsible person of each operation machine in advance; and the responsible person of each working machine needs to pass the true identity authentication before using the APP;
after receiving the measures taken by the operation machine sent by the operation control module, the management client initiates a ringing prompt, and pops up a dialog box to prompt the operation machine responsible person;
further, the management client also has a function of modifying measures; the work machine responsible person sends a measure modification signal to the work control module through the management client; the action modifying signal includes a new action taken with respect to the work machine; the job control module sends the received new measure to the corresponding work machine.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the weather monitoring module is used for monitoring weather change conditions of the operation area in real time;
the data collection module is used for pre-collecting the coping conditions of various working machines in the working area to weather changes and the corresponding relation between the working machines and responsible persons;
the communication module is mainly used for connecting the operation control module with the weather monitoring module, each operation machine and the management client;
the operation control module is mainly used for remotely controlling the operation machines in the operation area and notifying each operation machine responsible person;
the management client is mainly used for receiving measures taken by the working machine sent by the working control module; and make modifications to the measures.
The above formulas are all formulas with dimensions removed and numerical values calculated, the formulas are formulas which are obtained by acquiring a large amount of data and performing software simulation to obtain the closest actual situation, and preset parameters and preset thresholds in the formulas are set by a person skilled in the art according to the actual situation or are obtained by simulating a large amount of data.

the data storage module is used for storing the coping conditions of various working machines in the working area on weather changes and the corresponding relation between the working machines and responsible persons;
the operation control module is used for remotely controlling the operation machines in the operation area and notifying each operation machine responsible person;
the communication module is used for connecting the operation control module with the weather monitoring module, each operation machine and the management client;
the management client is used for receiving measures taken by the working machine sent by the working control module and modifying the measures;
the communication module completes the connection between the operation control module and the weather monitoring module, each operation machine and the management client side, and the following modes are included:
the weather monitoring module is connected with the operation control module in a wireless network mode; when the distance between the weather monitoring module and the operation control module exceeds the coverage distance of the wireless network, the weather monitoring module is connected with the operation control module by taking the wireless base station as a signal transfer station;
