Claims (10)

1. A television channel sorting method is applied to a television, the television is in communication connection with a cloud server, and the television channel sorting method comprises the following steps:
acquiring file request information corresponding to the television, and sending the file request information to a cloud server;
receiving a target channel ordering file which is sent by the cloud server and corresponds to the file request information;
and sequencing the search channels searched by the television according to the target channel sequencing file.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of sending the file request message to a cloud server comprises:
acquiring one or more of a factory country identifier, an order number identifier and a customer name identifier in the file request information;
and sending one or more of the factory country identification, the order number and the customer name identification to a cloud server.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said step of ranking search channels of said television search according to said target channel ranking file comprises:
acquiring a search channel searched by the television;
if a plurality of search channels exist, acquiring a preset channel sequence in the target channel sequencing file;
and sequencing the search channels according to the preset channel sequence.
4. A television channel sorting method is applied to a cloud server, the cloud server is in communication connection with a television, and the television channel sorting method comprises the following steps:
acquiring order information of channel sorting, and configuring a preset channel sorting file according to the order information;
if file request information sent by a television is received, acquiring a target channel sorting file according to the file request information and the preset channel sorting file;
and transmitting the target channel sequencing file to the television.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein said step of configuring a preset channel lineup file according to said order information comprises:
determining channel sorting information corresponding to the order information according to the order information;
and combining the order information with the channel sorting information configuration to obtain a preset channel sorting file.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said determining channel ranking information corresponding to said order information based on said order information comprises:
determining the preset channel name and the preset channel priority of the preset channel corresponding to the order information;
and associating the preset channel name with the preset channel priority, and using the associated information as the channel sorting information.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of obtaining a target channel lineup file based on the file request information and the predetermined channel lineup file comprises:
if a plurality of order information exist, matching the file request information with each order information;
and determining matched order information matched with the file request information in the plurality of order information, and taking a preset channel sorting file corresponding to the matched order information as a target channel sorting file.
8. A television channel ordering system, comprising a television and a cloud server:
the television is used for acquiring file request information corresponding to the television and sending the file request information to a cloud server;
the television is used for receiving a target channel ordering file which is sent by the cloud server and corresponds to the file request information;
the television is used for sequencing the search channels searched by the television according to the target channel sequencing file;
the cloud server is used for acquiring order information of channel sequencing and configuring a preset channel sequencing file according to the order information;
the cloud server is used for acquiring a target channel sorting file according to the file request information and the preset channel sorting file if the file request information sent by the television is received;
and the cloud server is used for transmitting the target channel sequencing file to the television.

A television channel ordering apparatus, characterized in that the television channel ordering apparatus comprises a memory, a processor, and a television channel ordering program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the television channel ordering program being configured to implement the steps of the television channel ordering method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
