Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of an abnormal order processing method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, an execution subject of the method is a third-party monitoring system, and the method includes:
and step 110, regularly acquiring a first processing result based on the CRM interface, and updating the order state of the local terminal based on the first processing result, wherein the first processing result is used for indicating whether order processing aiming at the allocation application by the CRM system is successful.
The CRM system is a system that centers on management of customer data, automates activities such as marketing, sales, and service using information science and technology, and collects, manages, analyzes, and uses customer information. The CRM system does not actively feed back the processing result to the third-party monitoring system when executing the order process, so the processing result of the CRM system needs to be obtained at regular time, and the third-party monitoring system can obtain the processing result of the CRM system through the CRM interface. Here, the third-party monitoring System may be a System that communicates with the CRM to implement abnormal order detection and correction, and may be, for example, a DMS (Database Management System).
Specifically, in general order processing, a call out hall initiates a call application, the call application is transmitted to the CRM system, an order processing flow of the CRM system is triggered, and order call, delivery, receipt confirmation and the like are performed.
The third-party monitoring system can call the CRM interface once at intervals and obtain a first processing result of the CRM system through the CRM interface, wherein the first processing result is whether the order of the CRM system for the allocation application sent by the allocation hall is successfully processed; on the basis, the third-party monitoring system updates the order state of the local terminal through the acquired first processing result.
Further, aiming at the condition of successful processing, the third-party monitoring system can track the specific processing condition of the corresponding order and update the order state stored in the local terminal; for the case of processing failure, the third-party monitoring system returns the order state of the corresponding order stored at the local terminal to the previous flow node, for example, updates the order state to order cancellation.
Step 120, if the order is signed, acquiring a second processing result based on the CRM interface, and updating the order state of the home terminal based on the second processing result, where the second processing result is used to indicate whether the CRM system processes the signed order successfully;
here, the third-party monitoring system not only needs to monitor the order processing result of the CRM system for the allocation application, but also needs to monitor the order state when the order is signed, so that the whole order flow executed by the CRM system can be completely monitored, and therefore abnormal orders can be found in time and processed correspondingly.
Specifically, when the order is signed, the third-party monitoring system can call the CRM interface, and obtain a second processing result of the CRM system through the CRM interface, wherein the second processing result is whether the CRM system successfully processes the signed order; and the third-party monitoring system acquires a second processing result of the CRM system for the signed order through the CRM interface, and updates the order state of the home terminal according to the acquired second processing result.
Further, aiming at the condition of successful processing, the third-party monitoring system can track the specific processing condition of the corresponding order and update the order state stored in the local terminal; and returning the order state of the corresponding order stored in the local terminal to the previous process node by the third-party monitoring system according to the processing failure condition, and performing corresponding processing on the signed order processing failure condition by the CRM system again according to the processing failure condition of the order, for example, the third-party monitoring system acquires a second processing result of the CRM system again through the CRM interface.
And step 130, if the order state is that the order is finished and serial numbers are ready for sale, synchronizing the order data of the home terminal based on the CRM interface, and comparing and calibrating the order data based on a register to which the order data belongs.
Specifically, if the order status is order end and serial number for sale, the order status update is completed. Thereafter, order data of the local terminal is synchronized based on the CRM interface, wherein the order data of the local terminal comprises but is not limited to order state, serial numbers and attribution organization. And the third-party monitoring system synchronizes the order data of the CRM system with the order data of the home terminal through the CRM interface.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, steps 110 to 130 are all executed by a third-party monitoring system, the executed process of the third-party monitoring system is independent from the order process executed by the CRM system, the execution process of the third-party monitoring system does not influence the operation of the CRM system, and the CRM system does not need to be additionally configured and changed.
Further, after the order status update is completed, the home organization of the order data becomes the call-in hall, and the order data is stored in the home location register. The order data in the home location register is compared through transmitting the order data, so that abnormal orders are detected in time, and on the basis, the abnormal orders can be calibrated through the order data in the home location register.
According to the abnormal order processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the full-flow monitoring of the order is realized by detecting whether the order processing of the CRM system for the allocation application is successful or not and whether the order processing of the CRM system for the sign-in is successful or not, and then the order data comparison and calibration are carried out based on the register to which the order data belongs, so that the automatic capturing, detecting and calibrating process of the abnormal order is completed, and the abnormal order processing efficiency is effectively improved.
Based on the above embodiment, the third-party monitoring system may be a DMS, and the DMS needs to obtain the processing result of the CRM system based on the CRM interface at regular time. The DMS timing task specifically comprises the following steps:
the first step is to configure a timer; the second step is to configure the time interval of a timer; thirdly, configuring a starting timer; the fourth step is to configure the configuration file address and class load listener in the web.
Based on the above embodiment, step 110 includes:
if the first processing result is successful, determining the order state of the order corresponding to the first processing result as the order to be signed and distributed with serial numbers;
and if the first processing result is processing failure, canceling the order corresponding to the first processing result.
Specifically, the first processing result represents that the order of the allocation application issued by the CRM system for the call out hall is successfully processed, if the first processing result represents that the processing is successful, the order state of the order corresponding to the first processing result is updated, the order state of the order corresponding to the first processing result represents that the order of the allocation application order issued by the call out hall is the order state, and the order state of the allocation application order issued by the call out hall is updated to be signed in and serial number delivery of the order.
Correspondingly, the first processing result represents that the CRM system fails to process the order of the allocation application sent by the allocation hall, if the first processing result represents that the order is failed to process, the order corresponding to the first processing result is cancelled, the order corresponding to the first processing result represents the order of the allocation application sent by the allocation hall, and the order of the allocation application sent by the allocation hall is cancelled.
Based on the above embodiment, step 120 includes:
if the second processing result is successful, determining the order state of the order corresponding to the second processing result as order ending and serial number for sale;
and if the second processing result is processing failure, determining the order state of the order as to-be-signed, and acquiring the second processing result again until the second processing result is processing success.
Specifically, the second processing result represents that the CRM system successfully processes the signed order, and if the second processing result represents that the CRM system successfully processes the signed order, the order state of the order corresponding to the second processing result is updated, and the order state of the order corresponding to the second processing result represents that the order state of the signed order is the order state of the signed order, and the order state of the signed order is updated to be the order end and serial number for sale.
Correspondingly, the second processing result is processing failure and represents that the CRM system fails to process the signed order, if the second processing result is processing failure, the order state of the order corresponding to the second processing result is updated, the order state of the order corresponding to the second processing result is the order state of the signed order, and the order state of the signed order is updated to the order to be signed; and the third-party monitoring system acquires the second processing result again through the CRM interface, judges the second processing result again until the second processing result indicates that the CRM system successfully processes the signed order, and stops judging.
Based on the above embodiment, in step 130, the synchronizing the order data of the home terminal based on the CRM interface includes:
based on a CRM interface, sending a data synchronization request to the CRM system, and receiving an order data file returned by the CRM system based on the data synchronization request;
and performing integrity verification on the order data file based on a verification unit, if the verification is passed, synchronizing the order data of the local terminal based on the order data file, otherwise, sending the data synchronization request to the CRM system based on the CRM interface again.
Specifically, after the order state of the order is updated, the third-party monitoring system sends a data synchronization request to the CRM system through the CRM interface, the data synchronization request includes information including client order data information, updated data information, and client data information that is requested to be synchronized to the CRM system, and receives an order data file sent by the CRM system, and the order data file is a file containing data synchronization request information and returned by the CRM system according to the sent data synchronization request. And extracting order data corresponding to the order data to be synchronized in the returned order data file according to the order data to be synchronized, and then verifying the order data file through a verifying unit.
Further, when the order data file returned by the CRM system is received, the file integrity of the order data file is verified by the verification unit; if the verification unit passes the integrity verification of the order data, the order data of the CRM system and the order data of the home terminal are synchronized through the CRM interface; if the integrity of the order data is not checked by the checking unit, the data synchronization request can be sent to the CRM system again through the CRM interface, or new data synchronization request information containing the progress information of the downloaded order data file is sent to the CRM system through the CRM interface, and the order data file returned by the CRM system according to the order data synchronization request information sent again is received.
According to the abnormal order processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the data synchronization request is sent to the CRM system, the order data file returned by the CRM system is received, and the integrity of the order data file is verified by the verification unit, so that the order data of the CRM system and the order data of the local terminal are synchronized through the CRM interface, and disorder caused by asynchronous information at the two ends is avoided.
Based on the above embodiment, in step 130, the synchronizing the order data of the home terminal based on the CRM interface further includes:
and if the verification fails, performing clock synchronization on the CRM system and the home terminal based on the CRM interface.
Specifically, when it is verified that the order data file is incomplete, the relative delay Δ T between the waveform data of the respective channels can be calculated j And further performing lead or lag processing on the waveform data output by each channel data generation module between the CRM interface and the local terminal so as to synchronize the waveform data of each channel and finally ensure the output waveform synchronization of each channel.
Furthermore, a clock generator may be disposed inside the data clock phase demodulation module, the relevant clock CLK is used as a sampling clock, the falling edge of the sampling clock is used to sample the rest of the data clocks, the sampling clock outputs "0" when acquiring a low level, and outputs "1" when acquiring a high level, so as to obtain a relevant signal SYNC composed of "0" and "1 j (j =1, 2,. K-1). Wherein, SYNC j Indicating that the sampling clock CLK samples the data clock output by the jth channel.
Then, carrying out a data synchronization request on the sampled information, receiving an order data file returned by the CRM system according to the data synchronization request, and carrying out integrity verification on the order data file by a verification unit; when the order data file is not complete, the number N of data points of the phase difference between the waveform data of the K-1 channel and the waveform data of the Kth channel acquired according to the sampling clock j Calculating a relative delay DeltaT between waveform data of the respective channels j . Wherein, Δ T j Which indicates the relative delay between the waveform data of the data clock control output of the jth channel and the waveform data of the reference data clock control output. According to the relative delay Delta T between the waveform data of each channel j And performing lead or lag processing on the waveform data output by each channel data generation module to synchronize the waveform data of each channel.
The abnormal order processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention calculates the relative delay delta T between the waveform data of each channel j And performing advance or lag processing on the waveform data output by each channel data generation module to synchronize the waveform data of each channel, finally ensuring the synchronization of the output waveforms of each channel, synchronizing data information, avoiding the asynchronization of the information and the disorder of the information at two ends.
Based on the above embodiment, step 130 includes:
acquiring register data by receiving and sending order data, wherein the register data is stored in a register to which the order data belongs;
and comparing the order data of the local terminal based on the register data, and calibrating the order data based on the comparison result.
Specifically, register data is obtained by sending order data and receiving order data, the register data is the order data stored in the order home location register, the order data stored in the home location register is compared with the order data of the home terminal by sending the order data and receiving the order data, and the order data is calibrated according to the compared result.
The home location register comprises an order synchronization failure unit, an order synchronization judging unit, an order synchronization failure record storage unit and an order synchronization storage success record unit.
Specifically, the order synchronization judging unit acquires order state information of an order database and a main database based on the CRM interface, and then judges whether the order information is synchronized based on the order state information; if the synchronization fails, sending the order information of the synchronization failure to an order synchronization failure record storage unit for data storage; the order synchronization failure record storage unit sends the stored order information which fails in synchronization to the database, the order synchronization failure unit obtains link information of the database and the order information, and the order synchronization judging unit judges whether the order information is synchronous or not.
Sending the state of successful or failed order signing to a CRM interface for data comparison; and sending link information of order information of the order which is operated to be successful or failed by an operator to the database to keep consistency at both ends.
Correspondingly, if the order synchronization judging unit judges that the order information synchronization is successful based on the order state information, the order data which are successfully synchronized are sent to the order synchronization success recording storage unit for data storage, and finally the clock generator collects the order data again at intervals and automatically calibrates the collected order data.
Further, the order synchronization judging unit extracts and compares the order data stored in the order synchronization failure record storage unit with the order data stored in the order synchronization success record storage unit, performs data synchronization again, and repeats the operations until the order data at the two ends of the CRM are completely consistent, so that the data synchronization is successful.
The abnormal order processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can automatically calibrate the order, the consistency of order data at two ends of the CRM is ensured through secondary synchronous calibration, and the labor intensity of manual comparison is reduced.
Based on the embodiment, the CRM system is provided with the anti-override module, and the CRM system processes orders after the transfer application is verified by the anti-override module.
Specifically, the CRM system is provided with an anti-override module, which can avoid repeated operation of external personnel. The execution steps of the anti-unauthorized module comprise:
and step 11, the anti-unauthorized module acquires the service name of the service to be called in the CRM system and acquires a service configuration table corresponding to the service to be called.
Step 12, executing the PKG file every other preset time period to judge whether data information called by the external system from an interface of the CRM system in the current preset time period is synchronized into a preset database; if the data information called from the interface of the CRM platform by the external system in the current preset time period is synchronized into the preset database, acquiring the synchronized data information in the current preset time period; and judging whether the attribute characteristics of all the data information are matched with preset configuration information.
And step 13, if the attribute characteristics of all the data information are not matched with the preset configuration information, executing an alarm process through an alarm module and generating corresponding alarm information.
Step 14, the determining, by the anti-unauthorized module, whether the attribute features of all the data information match the preset configuration information includes: determining each data called the name of the external system of information; judging whether the names of all external systems are in preset configuration information or not; and if the name of the external system is not located in the preset configuration information, judging that the attribute characteristics of the data information are not matched with the preset configuration information.
Step 15, if the name of the external system of each called data information is located in the preset configuration information, obtaining an authorization module code set corresponding to the service to be called according to the service configuration table, and judging whether the operation number calling the service to be called has module authority or not according to the authorization module code set; if yes, go to step 16; if not, ending the anti-unauthorized verification and not allowing to call the service to be called.
Step 16, the anti-override module judges whether the service to be called has an identity authentication anti-bypass identification or not according to the service configuration table; if yes, go to step 17; if not, ending the anti-unauthorized verification and not allowing to call the service to be called.
Step 17, the anti-unauthorized module acquires a user number corresponding to the service to be called and judges whether the user number passes identity authentication; if so, calling the service to be called; if not, ending the anti-unauthorized verification and not allowing to call the service to be called.

and the signal output end of the identity information acquisition module is connected with the main control unit and used for acquiring the identity information of the personnel in the warehouse and then sending the information to the main control unit.
And the main control unit is used for filling the first alarm information into a first preset mail template associated with the corresponding attribute characteristics so as to obtain a first target mail.
