The present invention provides a data processing method and related apparatus for customs electronic declaration, which aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.

the method comprises the steps of acquiring commodity data, wherein the commodity data to be declared comprise commodity item information and corresponding data thereof;
a source data pointer creating step, wherein various data types and data characteristics of the obtained commodity data are counted and analyzed, and a source data pointer is created according to the commodity data, the data types and the data characteristics;
a pointer mapping recording step, namely matching and checking the source data pointer and the target data declaration pointer, judging whether the source data pointer meets the data requirement corresponding to the target data declaration pointer, if so, generating a pointer mapping record, and if not, feeding back a user mapping failure reason;
a data correction conversion step, wherein the commodity data is subjected to type and characteristic logic verification through the source data pointer and the target data declaration pointer which is mapped with the source data pointer, and if the verification fails, data correction or unit conversion is carried out according to the target data declaration pointer;
and a data reporting processing step, wherein the commodity data is matched with the needle mapping record, verified and submitted to a customs electronic reporting system.

the system comprises a target data declaration pointer creating module, a target data declaration rule verifying module and a target data declaration rule verifying module, wherein the target data declaration pointer creating module is used for acquiring declaration project information of a customs electronic declaration system and whether the declaration project information is matched with a preset declaration rule configuration for verification of the declaration project information;
the commodity data acquisition module is used for acquiring the commodity data, and the commodity data comprises commodity item information and corresponding data thereof;
the creating source data pointer module is used for counting and analyzing various data types and data characteristics of the obtained commodity data and creating a source data pointer according to the commodity data, the data types and the data characteristics;
a pointer mapping record module, configured to check whether the source data pointer matches the target data declaration pointer, and determine whether the source data pointer meets a data requirement corresponding to the target data declaration pointer, so as to generate a pointer mapping record;
the data correction conversion module is used for verifying that the commodity data carries out type and characteristic logic through the source data pointer and the target data declaration pointer mapped with the source data pointer, and can carry out correction or unit conversion on the data;
and the data declaration processing module is used for matching and verifying the commodity data acquired by the commodity data acquisition module with the needle mapping record generated by the pointer mapping record module and submitting the commodity data to a customs electronic declaration system.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention defines the declaration project requirement of the customs electronic declaration end and the data characteristic of the commodity data end in a pointer code mode, and carries out standardization processing and correction conversion on the commodity data of foreign trade enterprises through a pointer mapping method, so that the standardized data can be quickly and accurately butted with the customs electronic declaration, the commodity catalog does not need to be arranged in advance by the enterprises, the occurrence of error filling is avoided, the record and import and export system sheet cost of the enterprises is greatly reduced, the sheet making errors are reduced, and the record and customs risk is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a data processing method for customs electronic declaration includes the steps of:
creating a target data declaration pointer, acquiring declaration item information of a customs electronic declaration system, wherein the declaration item information of the customs electronic declaration system is information to be filled in by customs electronic declaration, the information to be filled in by customs electronic declaration comprises commodity names, HS (high speed coding), metering unit grouping, singleness, commodity classification and the like, checking a preset declaration rule configuration according to the acquired declaration item information of the customs electronic declaration system, and judging whether the preset declaration rule configuration is matched with the preset declaration rule configuration, wherein the preset declaration rule configuration is a preset customs electronic declaration filling data rule, for example: 1. the commodity names need to be consistent; 2. HS codes of commodities need to be consistent; 3. the commodity measurement units are consistent; 4. the difference value between the maximum unit weight and the minimum unit weight of the commodity is in a specified range; 5. the difference value between the maximum unit price and the minimum unit price of the commodity is in a specified range and the like, the latest customs electronic declaration system declaration project information is obtained, whether a preconfigured customs electronic declaration and reporting data rule changes or not is checked, if the preset declaration rule configuration does not match, a user is prompted to modify the unmatched preset declaration rule configuration, if the preset declaration rule configuration matches, a target data declaration pointer is created according to the preset declaration rule configuration, as shown in fig. 3, the target declaration pointer records a project name, a data type, a data characteristic, a position address and a check value, the project name is a project name to be declared, the data type comprises a text, a number and a logic expression, the data characteristic comprises a limitation of filing and coding bits, a limitation rule of filing and reporting texts or a template, the position address is a form position related to customs electronic declaration, and the check value is a check value for checking whether the source data pointer is mapped or not;

And a source data pointer creating step, in which various data types and data characteristics of the acquired commodity data are counted and analyzed, the data types include numerical types, text types, remark types or commodity specific codes, the data characteristics include commodity classification, unit grouping, weight units and the like, after the commodity data are acquired, the commodity data are checked to see whether the lattice data types are consistent and whether the data characteristics such as data length, data format and the like are consistent, if the data types are inconsistent, a user is prompted to modify the data, and a source data pointer is created according to the commodity data, the review data types and the data characteristics, as shown in fig. 4, and the source data pointer records a project name, a data type, data characteristics and a check value. The target data declaration pointer has more position address structures than the source data pointer, other structures are consistent, so that mapping of pointers is realized, and both the target data declaration pointer and the source data pointer are provided with data types and data characteristics to carry out targeted screening, verification or limitation on data; the target data declaration pointers and the source data pointers are set into a plurality of pointers according to the customs electronic declaration project, the pointers have strong pertinence to the declaration project category, and the declaration efficiency and the declaration accuracy are improved.
The target declaration pointer and the source data pointer are both self-defined codes or pointer variables, the self-defined codes or pointer variables refer to NAMETYPEXXX123 as an example, NAME is an item NAME, TYPE is a data TYPE (which can be a letter or a digital code), XXX is a data characteristic, and 123 is a digital check value, the check value is a value obtained by operating the matching degree of the target declaration pointer or the source data pointer and is used for checking whether the target declaration pointer or the source data pointer is matched with a value, a simple single self-defined code can be used as a pointer, mutual identification and mapping of the target declaration pointer and the source data pointer are facilitated, and data processing efficiency is improved; the pointer can also be a pointer variable carried by computer program codes, and a project name area, a data type area, a data characteristic area and a check value area can be defined for the pointer through C language, python language and the like, so that the function of the pointer variable is also realized.
A pointer mapping recording step, in which the source data pointer and the target data declaration pointer are matched and verified, the project name, the data type, the data characteristics and the verification value on the source data pointer and the target data declaration pointer are matched, the verification value is just like a key, the commodity data corresponding to the corresponding project of the electronic form of customs electronic declaration can be realized only by the consistency of the verification of the two pointers, whether the source data pointer meets the data requirement corresponding to the target data declaration pointer (whether the commodity data meets the electronic form filling specification of customs electronic declaration or not) is judged, if so, pointer mapping recording is carried out, and if not, the reason of user mapping failure is fed back; if the source data pointer and the target data declaration pointer cannot be matched, a user is informed to perform manual operation mapping configuration, the user can define mapping operation by self, and one source data pointer and the other target data declaration pointer can be subjected to mapping configuration through manual mapping.
A data correction conversion step, wherein the commodity data is subjected to type and characteristic logic verification through the source data pointer and the target data declaration pointer which is mapped with the source data pointer, and if the verification fails, data correction or unit conversion is carried out according to the target data declaration pointer; converting the commodity data measurement unit into a customs measurement unit; and converting the commodity data into customs declaration commodity data, converting the customs declaration commodity data into customs manual account book filing data, wherein the commodity data can be grouped according to commodity names, HS codes and measuring units, automatically separating commodity classification according to unit weight and unit price range, finally converting the commodity data into customs classification commodity data, and establishing a merging relation between the commodity data and the customs declaration commodity data.
Data conversion example: the following conversion relation table of measurement units is established according to the situation
(1) Establishing a general measurement unit conversion table, mainly maintaining conversion relations among standard units with fixed formulas, such as 1kg =1000 g, 1 ton =1000 kg, 1 km =1000 m, 1 km =1000 pieces, and the like. Because the conversion relation of the measurement units is fixed, the measurement units do not need to be manually maintained by a user, and the measurement units can be automatically initialized by a program or solidified in a program algorithm;
(2) The conversion table of the customs standard measurement units corresponding to the internal measurement units of the enterprise is established, for example, 1 set =10, 1 box =25 m, 1kgs = 1kg and the like, and the conversion of the measurement units of the non-customs standard needs to be maintained by the user. For enterprises with fixed products, the conversion rate of the same internal unit is fixed, and the method can be applied to all products with the same measurement unit;
(3) When the conversion rates of the same measurement units are different from one product to another, the conversion base numbers can be maintained in the commodity data, and the customs standard measurement units = base numbers and internal measurement units.
And a data declaration processing step, wherein the commodity data is matched with the needle mapping record, is verified and is submitted to a customs electronic declaration system, the customs electronic declaration system comprises import and export customs record and customs import and export goods declaration, and different target data declaration pointers can be created according to different customs electronic declaration functions.
And the statistical learning function is used for counting mapping records and data declaration conditions of the source data pointer and the target data declaration pointer and providing a processing reference suggestion for next data processing operation, because more mapping records and more declaration data exist, statistical probability reference can be made by performing data processing on the commodity data identified next time, and if an exception is found, a user is prompted that the data declaration records are less in the past and needs manual examination.
A data processing apparatus for customs electronic declaration, comprising:
the system comprises a target data declaration pointer creating module, a target data declaration rule verifying module and a target data declaration rule verifying module, wherein the target data declaration pointer creating module is used for acquiring declaration project information of a customs electronic declaration system and whether the declaration project information is matched with a preset declaration rule configuration for verification of the declaration project information;
the commodity data acquisition module is used for acquiring the commodity data, and the commodity data comprises commodity item information and corresponding data thereof;
the creating source data pointer module is used for counting and analyzing various data types and data characteristics of the obtained commodity data and creating a source data pointer according to the commodity data, the data types and the data characteristics;
a pointer mapping record module, configured to check whether the source data pointer matches the target data declaration pointer, and determine whether the source data pointer meets a data requirement corresponding to the target data declaration pointer, so as to generate a pointer mapping record;
the data correction conversion module is used for verifying that the commodity data carries out type and characteristic logic through the source data pointer and the target data declaration pointer mapped with the source data pointer, and can carry out correction or unit conversion on the data;
and the data declaration processing module is used for matching and verifying the commodity data acquired by the commodity data acquisition module with the needle mapping record generated by the pointer mapping record module and submitting the commodity data to a customs electronic declaration system.
The invention is different from other customs electronic declaration prior arts, such as intelligent commodity classification, text anomaly inspection and cargo information identification and verification, and the prior arts can not realize standardized commodity data processing and can not modify and accurately fill in multiple verifications according to the requirements of a customs electronic declaration system. The invention can understand that by using the pointer technology, water pipes are equivalently customized and modified between an enterprise and a customs electronic declaration, the water pipes are defined according to declaration requirements and data characteristics, the water pipes can be directly communicated only by matching and mapping mutually, if interfaces are different, the data declaration can not be mapped, and introduction errors are avoided, but the traditional method is only to grab project names or category names for matching and automatically filling, if the declaration forms have the same names or data are similar, the wrong filling and the missing filling are easily caused, moreover, after the water pipes are connected, as the water pipes are customized by definition, the data types, the data characteristics and the position addresses of the commodity data running inside are clearly specified, so that feedback can be provided for users as long as the commodity data are deviated, the verification problem is solved through pointer codes, a complex program does not need to be developed and compiled to test and judge, the work efficiency is improved, the flexibility of mapping greatly improves the declaration efficiency, and no matter how the customs electronic declaration system is modified, as long as the pointer mapping records are configured and can be used continuously.
The data processing apparatus for customs electronic declaration can also be a computer program product that can include a computer program that can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, or a computer apparatus that can be executed by a processor of the computer apparatus that reads the computer program from the computer readable storage medium.
