Description

Device for assisting orthodontic expansion to accelerate palate middle seam osteogenesis
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of medical auxiliary instruments, in particular to a device for assisting orthodontic expansion to accelerate palate middle seam osteogenesis.
Background
The upper jaw transverse development deficiency is one of the most common dental maxillofacial development deformity in the clinic of orthodontics, and can cause the malformation manifestations of back tooth regurgitation, front tooth opening, dentition crowding and the like. Rapid maxillary arch expansion is the most common and effective orthodontic means for treating lateral defects of the maxillary, however, research shows that the recurrence rate of the maxillary arch expansion is high, and even if the maxillary arch is maintained for a period of time, the expanded dental arch still tends to return to the original shape, and one of the main reasons is the defect of the osteogenesis rate of the palate middle suture. In addition, long-term retention may lead to problems of increased orthodontic treatment duration, difficulty in oral cleaning, bite trauma, and the like. Therefore, accelerating the osteogenesis of the palate center seam and shortening the holding time of the expansion bow has important significance in the field of orthodontic treatment.
Through vibration, the activities of osteoblasts and osteoclasts can be improved, the metabolic capacity of the osteoblasts and the osteoclasts is enhanced, and the vibration device has application in the aspect of accelerating tooth movement in the field of orthodontic treatment. However, in the related art, no device for orthodontic expansion and acceleration of suture osteogenesis in the palate has been reported.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the application provides an apparatus for assisting orthodontic expansion to accelerate the osteogenesis of the palate midseam, which overcomes the problems of poor curative effect, easy recurrence, large side effect and the like caused by insufficient osteogenesis amount, insufficient osteogenesis density and the like at the palate midseam which is opened after the rapid expansion of the upper jaw.
The application provides a device for assisting orthodontic expansion to accelerate palate midseam osteogenesis, which comprises:
a working head comprising a lip support for supporting the labial side of the maxillary anterior dental area, a palate support for supporting the palate side, a labial ligament groove for supporting the labial ligament, and a vibration motor for generating vibration;
and a host machine at least used for providing electric energy for the vibration motor.
Optionally, the working head is detachably configured on the vibration motor.
Alternatively, the vibration motor is configured to have two motors capable of generating vibrations of the same frequency.
Optionally, the working head further comprises an electronic control module, and at least a storage chip and a Bluetooth chip are arranged in the electronic control module.
Optionally, the whole working head is made of silica gel.
The device for assisting orthodontic expansion and accelerating the osteogenesis of the palate center seam is characterized in that when the device is in operation, a working head is integrally placed in an oral cavity, a lip support is used for supporting the labial side of a maxillary anterior dental region, a palate support is used for supporting the palate side, the working head is used for avoiding teeth, a groove is used for avoiding labial laces, a host is operated, a vibration motor on the working head of the host is used for producing vibration, and therefore the activity of osteoblasts and osteoclasts at the palate center seam is improved through vibration force transmitted to the palate center seam, and the traditional expander can be assisted to exert better expansion effect and retaining effect. The device can be used for simply and quickly expanding the upper jaw, planting nails to assist the upper jaw to expand the upper jaw and surgery to assist the upper jaw to expand the upper jaw, and is used in the expansion process and in the expansion maintaining stage. The method can reduce the holding time of the expansion, shorten the orthodontic correction time, and simultaneously play a role in relieving pain after the expansion.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-3, an apparatus for assisting orthodontic expansion to accelerate suture osteogenesis in the palate provided in an embodiment of the present application comprises a main machine 1 and a working head 2. The host 1 includes a housing 3, a power supply 4, a conductive member 5, an electronic control module 6, a power button 7, a frequency switching button 8, and a plug interface 9. The working head 2 comprises a plug interface 10, a conductive component 11, a lip support 12, a lip lacing groove 13, two vibration motors 13 and a palate support 14. The main machine 1 and the working head 2 are of a plug-in structure, a conductive member 5 is arranged in the plug-in structure of the main machine 1, and when the main machine 1 and the working head 2 are plugged in, electric energy is provided for the vibration motor 13 through the conductive member 11.
The whole working head 2 is made of silica gel material, and vibration motors 13 are respectively arranged at the labial side and palate side palate central seam positions between the upper incisors, and the two vibration motors vibrate simultaneously at the same frequency.
When the device is used, the silica gel working head 2 in the device can be placed on the middle incisors of the upper jaw after the upper jaw expands the arch and forces, the placing position of the working head is adjusted according to the size and the gradient of the middle incisors, the labial palate side of the crown of the middle incisors is not contacted with silica gel during normal placing, and the labial side and the palate side of the square gingiva of the middle incisors are respectively in close contact with the labial bracket and the palate bracket of the working head (figure 5); the power button 7 is pressed down, then the frequency is adjusted through the frequency switching button 8, the initial default vibration frequency is 30Hz, the vibration force is about 0.2N, the minimum value of the vibration frequency can be adjusted to be 20Hz according to the tolerance degree, the maximum value is 50Hz, the micro motor stops rotating when the 2 nd pressing is carried out, and the working head stops vibrating. The device is used for 20 minutes after the expansion of the bow every day, and the daily use time is automatically recorded into a memory chip of the electronic control module 6, so that the use time can be checked through USB or Bluetooth connection.
Example 2
