Claims (8)

1. An intelligent appointment management system, comprising:
foreground recording equipment and background filing equipment in communication connection with the foreground recording equipment;
the foreground recording equipment is used for recording the operation appointment information and transmitting the operation appointment information to the background filing equipment;
the background filing equipment is used for storing the transferred reserved operation message in a message table;
the unit running on the intelligent reservation management system comprises a setting unit, a grouping unit, a collecting unit and an extracting unit;
the setting unit is used for setting a message table of the surgical appointment information and acquiring the previous surgical appointment information, wherein the previous surgical appointment information comprises a surgical appointment date, a surgical appointment time point, a name of a surgical appointment person and a surgical item of the surgical appointment person;
the grouping unit is used for grouping previous appointment operation messages and constructing linear association among the same group of appointment operation messages;
the acquisition unit is used for executing the timed acquisition of the appointment operation message to the previous appointment operation message by means of the preset time interval, and acquiring the automatic acquisition of the appointment operation message;
the extraction unit is used for extracting the information of the automatic acquisition appointment operation information to form additional appointment operation information, and registering the additional appointment operation information into the information table of the appointment operation information to form an appointment operation information updating table.

The intelligent appointment management system of claim 1 wherein the grouping unit is further configured to perform message extraction on previous appointment surgery messages, and obtain surgery appointment dates and time points, names of surgery appointers, and surgery items of surgery appointers; the operation appointment system is used for forming a corresponding appointment operation message mark according to the operation appointment date, the operation appointment time point, the name of an operation appointment person and the operation item of the operation appointment person; the system is used for performing grouping storage on the appointment operation message according to the appointment operation message mark and constructing an identifier according to the appointment operation message mark.

The intelligent appointment management system of claim 1 wherein the acquisition unit is further configured to identify a refresh time point of each previous appointment procedure message and execute the timing; when the timing time reaches a preset value, the diagnosis result of the operation appointment user is obtained according to the name of the operation appointment user in the previous appointment operation message; the method is used for obtaining the operation price of an operation appointment person, the operation site of the operation appointment person, the operation doctor of the operation appointment person and the mobile phone number of the operation appointment person according to the diagnosis result of the operation appointment person, so that the automatic acquisition appointment operation message is obtained.

The intelligent appointment management system of claim 1 wherein the extraction unit is further configured to automatically collect appointment surgery messages to perform message extraction, extract the surgical items of the latest surgical appointment persons carried therein, and form additional appointment surgery messages therefrom; the system comprises a timing unit, a queue, a surgical operation information acquisition unit and a surgical operation information display unit, wherein the timing unit is used for acquiring a timing sequence of a surgical operation information; and the system is used for comparing the difference between the additional appointment operation message and the previous appointment operation message to form an appointment operation message updating table.
5. A reservation management method of an intelligent reservation management system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
stage 1: recording an appointment operation message in foreground recording equipment and transmitting the appointment operation message to background filing equipment;
and (2) stage: the background filing equipment stores the transferred reserved operation message in a message table; the scheduled surgery message carries the following types of scheduled surgery messages:

stage 3-4: and performing message extraction on the automatically collected appointment operation message to form an additional appointment operation message, and registering the additional appointment operation message into a message table of the appointment operation message to form an appointment operation message updating table.
6. The appointment management method of the intelligent appointment management system of claim 5 wherein the method of grouping previous appointment surgical messages and constructing a linear association among a group of appointment surgical messages comprises:
stage 3-2-1: extracting previous appointment surgery information to obtain surgery appointment date, surgery appointment time, name of surgery appointment person and surgery items of surgery appointment person;
stage 3-2-2: forming a corresponding operation appointment message mark according to the operation appointment date, the operation appointment time point, the name of the operation appointment person and the operation item of the operation appointment person;
stage 3-2-3: and performing grouping storage on the reserved operation message according to the reserved operation message mark, and constructing an identifier according to the reserved operation message mark.

The appointment management method of the intelligent appointment management system according to claim 5, wherein the method for acquiring the automatically acquired appointment surgical message by performing the timed appointment surgical message acquisition on the previous appointment surgical message with the preset time interval comprises:
stage 3-3-1: confirming the refreshing time point of each previous appointment operation message and executing timing;
stage 3-3-2: when the timing duration reaches a preset value, obtaining the diagnosis result of the operation appointment person according to the name of the operation appointment person in the previous appointment operation message;

stage 3-4-1: automatically collecting the appointment operation message to execute message extraction, extracting the operation item of the latest operation appointment person in the appointment operation message extraction device, and forming an additional appointment operation message according to the operation item;
stage 3-4-2: according to the front and back sequences of the time points, the additional appointment operation messages are stored to form an appointment operation message queue;
stage 3-4-3: and comparing the difference between the additional appointment operation message and the previous appointment operation message to form an appointment operation message updating table.
