Intellectual property full chain transaction management platform based on internet includes: the data acquisition terminal is used for acquiring the score and the transaction price of a patent which has been committed, and the data acquisition terminal is used for acquiring the score of a patent to be traded;
the device is characterized by further comprising a server, wherein the server comprises a fitting unit and a calculating unit; the fitting unit is used for obtaining a score-transaction price scatter diagram according to the score and the transaction price of the patent of the transaction, and fitting the score-transaction price scatter diagram to obtain a score-transaction price curve; the calculating unit is used for calculating the transaction price of the patent to be traded according to the score of the patent to be traded and the score-transaction price curve, and recording the transaction price as the market price of the patent to be traded.

The internet-based intellectual property whole chain trading management platform of claim 1, wherein the server comprises a modification unit, the modification unit is configured to modify the market price of the patent to be traded according to a preset modification coefficient to obtain a price change interval, the price change interval is [ 1- δ, 1+ δ ] x the market price of the patent to be traded, and δ is the preset modification coefficient.
3. The internet-based intellectual property full chain trading management platform of claim 1, wherein the server comprises a classification unit for classifying patents to be traded.

The internet-based intellectual property full chain trading management platform of claim 1, wherein the data acquisition terminal is further configured to acquire an offer of a patent to be traded, and the server further comprises an evaluation unit configured to evaluate the cost performance of the patent to be traded according to the position relationship of the offer, the score and the score-deal price curve of the patent to be traded.
5. The Internet-based intellectual property whole chain transaction management platform according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the server comprises a retrieval unit for retrieving a patent to be traded in a patent database according to set retrieval conditions.

The Internet-based intellectual property whole chain transaction management platform as claimed in claim 5, wherein the server comprises a visual unit for visually displaying a plurality of patents to be traded if a plurality of patents to be traded are retrieved from the patent database according to the set retrieval conditions.
7. The internet-based intellectual property full chain trading management platform of claim 4, wherein the server comprises a bargaining unit for the patentee to offer for the patent to be traded, and a counter-offer unit for the customer to counter-offer for the patent to be traded.
8. The internet-based intellectual property full chain trading management platform of claim 7, wherein the bargaining unit is further configured to prompt the market price of the patent to be traded to the patentee and the client when the patentee offers the price to be traded with the client.
9. The internet-based intellectual property whole chain transaction management platform according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a display is connected to the server and used for displaying market price and patent type of the patent to be traded and legal information.
10. An intellectual property full-chain transaction management method based on the Internet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, obtaining the score and the transaction price of the patent which has been transacted, and obtaining the score of the patent to be transacted;
s2, obtaining a score-transaction price scatter diagram according to the score and the transaction price of the patent of the transaction, and fitting the score-transaction price scatter diagram to obtain a score-transaction price curve;
s3, calculating the transaction price of the patent to be traded according to the score of the patent to be traded and the score-transaction price curve, and recording the transaction price as the market price of the patent to be traded;
and S4, simultaneously prompting the market price of the patent to be traded to the patentee and the client, wherein the patentee makes a price for the patent to be traded, and the client makes a counter-offer for the patent to be traded to reach the trade.
