The comprehensive evaluation results of the evaluated persons are displayed on the evaluation and calibration interface, the comprehensive evaluation results of the performance and the input degree of the evaluated persons such as the Li I, Li II and the like are displayed as shown in fig. 12, an area for the second evaluated person to screen the evaluated persons is displayed on the evaluation and calibration interface, for example, an area corresponding to the ordinary screening is displayed on the right side of fig. 12, and the screening can be performed by inputting information such as member range, directly superior and the like. After the evaluators in the evaluation calibration interface are selected, an evaluation interface as shown in fig. 11 may be displayed, and the selected first evaluators may be evaluated in the evaluation interface, and the evaluation result of the second evaluators for the first evaluators may be used instead of the original comprehensive evaluation result. In some embodiments, the comprehensive evaluation result may be a final evaluation result, that is, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the comprehensive evaluation result of the evaluated person may be finally determined by the second evaluator, so that the correction may be performed if the comprehensive evaluation result is inappropriate.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, further comprising: in response to a screening operation conditioned on a first collaboration event at the ratings calibration interface, determining at least one second ratee comprising the first ratee for participation in the first collaboration event; and displaying the determined comprehensive evaluation result of the second evaluated person.
In some embodiments, the second rater may be the rater with the highest privilege in the rater process for the ratee being. Which has a decision for the overall evaluation result of the evaluated person. The second rater requires reference material when he or she rates the rater (e.g., the first rater). The second evaluator often knows the service level and performance level among the members in a cooperative item, so it can transversely compare the service level and performance level of the members in the first cooperative item by screening out a certain first cooperative item, for example, if lie one performs better than lie two in item 1, and if the comprehensive evaluation result of lie one is found to be lower than lie two by screening out item 1, the comprehensive evaluation result of lie one can be adjusted. In the embodiment, the comprehensive evaluation results of the evaluated persons participating in the same cooperation item are displayed, so that a basis for transverse comparison is provided for adjusting the comprehensive evaluation results.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, there is also provided an information processing apparatus including:
a determination unit configured to determine, in response to a first operation event, at least one collaborating person of the rateed persons as a first rater of the rateed persons based on the collaboration relationship of the rateed persons, wherein the collaborating person and the rateed persons have a collaboration relationship based on commonly-involved collaboration matters;
and the control unit is used for responding to the evaluation operation of the first evaluator on the evaluated person and determining the evaluation result of the first evaluator on the evaluated person.
In some embodiments, the collaborators include: the event principal and at least one of the event participants.
In some embodiments, determining at least one collaborator of the rateees as the first rater of the rateees ahead of the at least one collaborator of the rateees based on the collaborated relationship of the rateees in response to the first operation event comprises: displaying an evaluation list in response to a second operation event on a configuration interface of the evaluation task, wherein the evaluation list comprises one or more list options, and the list options comprise an evaluated person and cooperative persons;
and in response to the selection operation of the first list option, determining the cooperative people in the first list option as first raters of the raters in the first list option.
In some embodiments, in response to the second operational event, displaying, at the configuration interface, the list of evaluations in response to the second operational event includes: in response to the triggering operation of the first control of the configuration interface, determining the cooperation relationship between the evaluated person and the cooperative person based on the cooperation matters of the evaluated person, and displaying a rating list based on the cooperation relationship between the evaluated person and the cooperative person.
In some embodiments, the control unit is further configured to: displaying a first cooperation item associated with the first list option on the configuration interface, and displaying a detail page of the first cooperation item in response to a trigger operation on the first cooperation item displayed on the configuration interface; and displaying the number of people or a list of people who need the first cooperative people as the first raters for rating in a sub-interface of the detail page of the first cooperative item, wherein the first cooperative people are cooperative people in the first cooperative item, and the list of rated people of the first cooperative people is displayed after the number of people is triggered.
In some embodiments, the evaluation process of the evaluated person comprises at least two evaluation links, wherein the first evaluator is a person who evaluates the evaluated person in the first evaluation link; the control unit is further configured to: adding the cooperation personnel of the evaluated person into a candidate evaluator list of at least one other evaluation link except the first evaluation link.
In some embodiments, the control unit is further configured to display at least one candidate rater at an interface of a second rating link of the rater in response to a trigger operation on a rater selection control; responding to the selection operation of the candidate raters, and determining the selected candidate raters as raters of a second evaluation link; among the displayed candidate raters, a mark for representing the cooperative relationship is displayed on the periphery of the candidate raters having the cooperative relationship with the raters, or the mark for representing the cooperative relationship is displayed on the periphery of the candidate raters having the cooperative relationship with the raters and the cooperative items are displayed after the mark is triggered.
In some embodiments, the control unit is further configured to, after determining at least one collaborator of the ratee as a first rater of the ratee in response to the first operation event, create a rating task for rating the ratee for the first rater and display the rating task on a task page of the first rater; responding to the trigger operation of the evaluation task, and displaying a personnel list of the evaluated person; and displaying an evaluation interface of the evaluated person in response to the triggering operation of the evaluated person in the person list.
In some embodiments, the evaluators have associated evaluation interfaces for evaluating the evaluators; displaying at least one of the following items in a appraisal interface of the appraised person: one or more items of evaluation results of the evaluated person in other evaluation links, work content of the evaluated person, work results of the evaluated person and reference information.
In some embodiments, the control unit is further configured to display an evaluation calibration interface in response to the third operation event, and display a comprehensive evaluation result of the evaluated person on the evaluation calibration interface; and in response to the evaluation of the first evaluated person in the evaluation calibration interface by the second evaluated person, taking the evaluation result of the second evaluated person as the comprehensive evaluation result of the first evaluated person to replace the original comprehensive evaluation result of the first evaluated person.
In some embodiments, the control unit is further configured to: in response to a screening operation conditioned on the first collaboration item at the ratings calibration interface, determining at least one second ratee being involved in the first collaboration item, wherein the at least one second ratee comprises the first ratee; and displaying the determined comprehensive evaluation result of the second evaluated person.
For the embodiments of the apparatus, since they correspond substantially to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, wherein the modules described as separate modules may or may not be separate. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
The method and apparatus of the present disclosure have been described above based on the embodiments and application examples. In addition, the present disclosure also provides a terminal and a storage medium, which are explained below.
Referring now to fig. 13, a schematic diagram of an electronic device (e.g., a terminal device or server) 800 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in the drawings is only an example and should not bring any limitation to the functions and use range of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 13, the electronic device 800 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processor, etc.) 801 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)802 or a program loaded from a storage means 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM803, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 800 are also stored. The processing apparatus 801, the ROM 802, and the RAM803 are connected to each other by a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to bus 804.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 805: input devices 806 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; output devices 807 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), speakers, vibrators, and the like; storage 808 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 809. The communication means 809 may allow the electronic device 800 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While the figure illustrates an electronic device 800 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication means 809, or installed from the storage means 808, or installed from the ROM 802. The computer program, when executed by the processing apparatus 801, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium in the present disclosure can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, either in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In some embodiments, the clients, servers may communicate using any currently known or future developed network Protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol), and may interconnect with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communications network). Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the Internet (e.g., the Internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed network.

Claims (14)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
determining at least one cooperative person of the raters as a first rater of the raters based on the cooperative relationship of the raters in response to a first operation event, wherein the cooperative person and the raters have a cooperative relationship based on commonly involved cooperative matters;
and determining the evaluation result of the first rater for the rateless person in response to the evaluation operation of the first rater for the rateless person.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the collaborators comprise: the event principal and at least one of the event participants.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining at least one collaborator of a ratee as the first rater of the ratee before determining at least one collaborator of the ratee as the first rater of the ratee based on the collaborated relationship of the ratee in response to the first operational event comprises:
displaying an evaluation list in response to a second operation event on a configuration interface of the evaluation task, wherein the evaluation list comprises one or more list options, and the list options comprise a evaluated person and cooperative persons;
and responding to the selection operation of a first list option, and determining the cooperative people in the first list option as first raters of the rateed people in the first list option.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein displaying the list of ratings at the configuration interface in response to the second operational event comprises:
in response to the triggering operation of the first control of the configuration interface, determining the cooperative relationship between the evaluated person and the cooperative person based on the cooperation matters of the evaluated person, and displaying the evaluation list based on the cooperative relationship between the evaluated person and the cooperative person.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
displaying a first cooperation item associated with the first list option on the configuration interface, and displaying a detail page of the first cooperation item in response to a triggering operation of the first cooperation item displayed on the configuration interface;
displaying the number of people or a list of people who need to evaluate the first cooperative people as a first rater in a sub-interface of a detail page of the first cooperative item, wherein the first cooperative people are cooperative people in the first cooperative item, and the list of rated people of the first cooperative people is displayed after the number of people is triggered.
6. The method of claim 1,
the evaluation process of the evaluated person comprises at least two evaluation links, wherein the first evaluator is a person who evaluates the evaluated person in the first evaluation link;
the method further comprises the following steps: and adding the cooperation personnel of the evaluated person into a candidate evaluator list of at least one other evaluation link except the first evaluation link.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
responding to the trigger operation of a control selected by the raters on the interface of the second rating link of the rateed person, and displaying at least one candidate rater;
responding to the selection operation of the candidate raters, and determining the selected candidate raters as raters of the second evaluation link;
wherein, in the displayed candidate raters, an identifier for representing the cooperative relationship is displayed on the periphery of the candidate raters having the cooperative relationship with the ratee, or an identifier for representing the cooperative relationship is displayed on the periphery of the candidate raters having the cooperative relationship with the ratee, and the identifier displays the cooperative item after being triggered.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein determining at least one collaborator of a ratee as a first rater of the ratee in response to the first operational event comprises:
creating an evaluation task for evaluating the evaluated person for the first evaluator, and displaying the evaluation task on a task page of the first evaluator;
responding to the trigger operation of the evaluation task, and displaying a personnel list of the evaluated person;
and displaying an evaluation interface of the evaluated person in response to a triggering operation of the evaluated person in the person list.
9. The method of claim 1,
the appraised person has an associated appraisal interface for appraising the appraised person; displaying at least one of the following items in the appraisal interface of the appraised person: one or more items of the evaluation results of the evaluated person in other evaluation links, the work content of the evaluated person, the work result of the evaluated person and reference information.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a third operation event, displaying an evaluation calibration interface, and displaying a comprehensive evaluation result of the evaluated person on the evaluation calibration interface;
and responding to the evaluation of a first evaluated person in the evaluation calibration interface by a second evaluated person, and taking the evaluation result of the second evaluated person as the comprehensive evaluation result of the first evaluated person to replace the original comprehensive evaluation result of the first evaluated person.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
determining at least one second ratee subject participating in the first collaboration session in response to a screening operation conditioned on the first collaboration session at the ratings calibration interface, wherein the at least one second ratee subject comprises the first ratee subject;
and displaying the determined comprehensive evaluation result of the second evaluated person.
12. An information processing apparatus comprising:
a determination unit configured to determine, in response to a first operation event, at least one collaborating person of a ratee as a first rater of the ratee based on a collaboration relationship of the ratee, wherein the collaborating person and the ratee have a collaboration relationship based on a commonly-involved collaboration item;
a control unit for determining an evaluation result of the first rater for the ratee person in response to an evaluation operation of the first rater for the ratee person.
13. A terminal, comprising:
at least one memory and at least one processor;
wherein the at least one memory is configured to store program code and the at least one processor is configured to invoke the program code stored in the at least one memory to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 11.
14. A computer-readable storage medium for storing program code which, when executed by a computer, causes the computer to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 11.
