The following describes a document editing method provided in the embodiments of the present application with specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 illustrates an exemplary flowchart of a document editing method provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, a document editing method provided in an embodiment of the present application specifically includes the following steps:
s102: editing instructions for at least one content block in the first online document are received, and the at least one content block is stored in a cloud database in the form of a second online document.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after saving the at least one content chunk in the cloud database in the form of a second online document, the second online document may be considered as a template, a partial template or a partial template constructed based on the content of the at least one content chunk. S104: in response to receiving a call instruction in a third online document, displaying the at least one content chunk at a specified location in the third online document.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a content block is a basic constituent unit of a document, that is, a document is composed of a plurality of content blocks, each of which can be edited, and the content blocks can carry text, pictures, videos, and the like, and the content type is not limited herein.
Fig. 2 shows an exemplary schematic diagram of an information selection page according to an embodiment of the application.
Referring to fig. 2, with respect to step S102, when the user selects at least one content block in the current first online document, for example, the content block may be a partial word selected by using a cursor, the selected information may be saved in the cloud database as a second online document according to an editing instruction, and the second online document is waited to be invoked.
Fig. 3 illustrates an exemplary scenario diagram of multiple-reference partial information according to an embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the editing instruction may be an operation on a control in the page, for example, after a content block is selected or a focus is located on the content block, a first interaction control is displayed at a position associated with the content block, after the first interaction control is selected or the focus is located on the first interaction control, at least one second interaction control is displayed, and the second interaction control is clicked, so that a triggering process of the editing instruction is completed; the editing instruction may also be a combination of one or more shortcut keys, for example, when a part of information in the online document is selected and then the "═ key is triggered by clicking, the action of triggering the" ═ key may be regarded as a saving instruction. The "═ key can link a background function, wake up a first interactive control (e.g., a save tool), call a second interactive control in the online document, e.g., a save template menu, where a save function is set in the save template menu, e.g., the" save as template "function in fig. 2, and when the save function in the save template menu is triggered, can save the selected information as a local template and store the local template in the cloud database. Specifically, when the "save as template" function is clicked, the selected information is saved as a local template, the local template may be stored in the form of a second online document, and the local template may be stored in the cloud database, waiting to be called.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, in response to the focus being at the second interaction control, a first presentation panel is displayed in an associated position of the second interaction control, the first presentation panel containing pictures and/or text for presentation. For example, when a user needs to save part of the content in the document as a template, a second interactive control can be called out through selecting the content and a corresponding process, the template can be saved by clicking the second interactive control, when the focus is positioned on the second interactive control, a first demonstration panel containing the content is displayed at the attachment of the second interactive control, the demonstrated content can comprise one or more of images, videos, moving pictures and texts, and the demonstration panel is used for demonstrating the operation process of saving or using the template for the user; an interactive control, such as a control for opening an associated page or a control for closing a panel, may also be included in the first presentation panel.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, to both guide the user and not unduly distract the user, a display condition of the first presentation panel may be defined, such as displaying the first presentation panel at an associated position of the second interactive control when the second interactive control is first displayed or focus is first positioned on the second interactive control.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, it is determined whether the number of times that the selected information is referred to is greater than a preset reference number threshold, and when the number of times that the selected information is referred to is greater than the preset reference number threshold, it is determined that the information is used with a high frequency, and a user may be guided to store the information as a local template, thereby facilitating subsequent reference operation of the user. At this time, a guide menu can be called, and a template saving menu is called according to the guide menu. The reference may be a copy and paste operation on a content block in a document, or a data reference operation on a content block in a document, where the data reference operation refers to creating another new content block based on the content block, where two content blocks have the same content and establish an association relationship, and when editing the content of one of the content blocks, the content of the other content block is also updated correspondingly, and the data reference operation may be a reference to the content block in the same document, or a reference to the content block across documents. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3, after it is detected that the user refers to a certain piece of information for multiple times, a third interactive control (e.g., a guidance menu) may be triggered according to a preset rule, so as to guide the user to store the information referred for multiple times as a second online document.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when it is detected that a certain piece of information is referred to multiple times, a guide menu is popped up, and the saving template menu is further automatically invoked by the guide menu, when a saving function in the saving template menu is triggered, the selected information is saved as a second online document, the online document may be stored in a form of a document, and the local template may be stored in the template library to wait for being invoked. It should be noted that, after popping up, the guidance menu may also wait for a user instruction instead of automatically invoking the saving template menu, and after receiving the invocation instruction sent by the user, trigger the saving template menu, so that the user saves the selected information as the second online document.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after the selected information is saved as the local template, the local template may be named for the convenience of subsequent calls to the local template.
FIG. 4 illustrates an exemplary trigger page view of a fourth interaction control according to embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 4, after triggering an edit instruction for a content block, a fourth interactive control (e.g., a template naming menu) may be invoked to name the second online document by default based on the type of the first content block (also referred to as a block) of the selected information. For example, determining the type of the first piece of content as a text type (e.g., "design complete self-test list" in fig. 3) names the second online document with the first N text characters in the selected information, i.e., the online document may be named "design complete self-test list" by default, where N is a positive integer.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when the type of the first content chunk is determined to be a container type, the online document may be named with the container name of the first content chunk, for example, the container type of the first content chunk is a voting content chunk, and the local template may be named "voting" by default, wherein the container type may further include categories such as highlight chunk, code chunk, table, frame, and the like. It can be understood that the text type content block is a content block that can only input text; the container type content blocks include interactive functions and controls, and the partial container type content blocks include both interactive functions and controls and text input.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after receiving an editing instruction for at least one content block in the first online document, a fourth interactive control may be displayed, and identification information of the at least one content block is entered in the fourth interactive control, where the identification information may be a name corresponding to the content block or a keyword associated with the content block. After determining the identification information of the content block entered in the fourth interaction control, the content block may be saved in the cloud database in the form of a second online document. The document name of the second online document may be the identification information. It should be noted that the name of the second online document may also be set by the user according to the user requirement.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after saving the at least one piece of content in the form of a second online document in the cloud database, a second presentation panel is displayed at a preset location in the page of the first online document, the second presentation panel containing pictures, text, and/or controls for presentation. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, after the second online document has been saved, a second presentation pane is displayed at a predetermined location in the document page, such as the top right or bottom right corner, to guide the user through the use of the local template. The content demonstrated in the second demonstration panel can comprise one or more of images, videos, motion pictures and texts, and the demonstration panel is used for demonstrating the operation flow of saving or using the template to the user; interaction controls, such as controls for opening an associated page or controls for closing a presentation panel, may also be included in the second presentation panel.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a different presentation panel may be presented and provided to the user by determining whether the save template menu was first invoked, and thus whether the current user used the save function of the second online document. For example, when it is determined that the save template menu is first invoked, that is, when the current user first uses the save function of the second online document and determines that the user has a high probability of not mastering the invocation method of the second online document, the template may be presented using a second presentation panel (e.g., a global presentation panel), and the user may access the second online document invocation tutorial by clicking the template using the global presentation panel, or may close the template using the global presentation panel by clicking a "i know" button if the user has mastered the invocation method of the second online document. The template can be awakened again by clicking a 'help' button to use the global demonstration panel, so that the user can be guided to call the local template conveniently.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, in response to the first user sending the edit instruction, the second user sending the call instruction; then a third presentation panel is displayed at a preset location, such as the upper right corner or the lower right corner, in the page of the first online document after displaying at least one piece of content at the specified location in the third online document. The first user for saving the template and the second user for calling the template are different users, and when the second user only calls the saved template but not the template, the third demonstration panel is displayed after the second user calls the template, so that the user is guided to save the template. The third presentation panel contains pictures, text, and/or controls for presentation. For example, the content presented in the third presentation panel may include one or more of images, videos, moving pictures, and texts. The demonstration panel is used for demonstrating the operation flow of saving or using the template to a user; interaction controls, such as controls for opening an associated page or controls for closing a presentation panel, may also be included in the third presentation panel.
Referring to fig. 6, after saving at least one content piece in the form of a second online document in the cloud database, a second presentation panel is displayed; the second presentation panel is used to prompt the user how to invoke the saved template. In order to both guide the user and not disturb the user too much, the display conditions of the second presentation panel may be defined, for example when the user first saves the template by an editing instruction, or when the user has not called the template by a call instruction. ,
FIG. 7 illustrates an exemplary diagram of a document editing scenario according to an embodiment of the present application.
With respect to step S104, after receiving the call instruction, any second online document in the template library may be called at any specified position in the current online document. It should be noted that the call instruction may include: a first call instruction, which may be triggered, for example, by the "+" key. Referring to fig. 7, upon receiving the first call instruction, a portion of the second online document in the template library may be exposed. Taking the second online document as a local template, for example, keywords such as titles in the current online document are detected, and the default display of the 5 local templates with the highest relevance to the keywords is used. Or, all the local templates in the template library can be displayed by calling the viewing function in the template library, and any local template can be selected for calling.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a call path of the first call instruction may be determined, and the selected second online document may be displayed at a position in the current online document associated with the call path. For example, taking the second online document as a local template, if the calling path is triggered by a preset control "+" in front of the content block where the focus is located and the local template is called, determining the position of the content block where the focus is located as a position associated with the calling path; or, the call path may be to input a specific trigger character in the content block to trigger and call the local template, and then the position of the cursor for inputting the trigger character is determined as the position associated with the call path, and the call character may be a character such as "@" or "/", which is not limited specifically herein. It is also possible to determine a position where the partial template is presented as a specified position and display the partial template at the position.
FIG. 8 illustrates an exemplary diagram of another document editing scenario according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 8, after receiving the call instruction, a template search menu may be presented, and keyword information corresponding to at least one content block entered at the location of the call instruction may be acquired, and then at least one corresponding content block may be acquired according to the keyword information, and in response to a determination operation on the at least one content block, the at least one content block may be displayed at the location of the call instruction. The keyword information can be input into the search box by utilizing the search function of the template search menu, any second online document is searched, at least one second online document is obtained, and the second online document to be called, which is required to be called by the user, is further determined. For example, taking the second online document as a local template, the local template to be called can be determined by inputting a keyword or a name of the local template required by the user in a fifth interactive control (e.g., a search box) in the template search menu. Further, the position of the cursor in the current online document can be determined, the position of the cursor is determined as a specified position, and the determined local template to be called is called at the specified position for the user to use.
In some optional embodiments, after the second online document is called at the specified position of the current online document, the content in the called second online document may be highlighted so that the user can perform further operations on the second online document, and the inserted different second online documents may be distinguished by highlighting.
In some optional embodiments, when the second online document fails to be called, a prompt box may pop up, for example, a prompt box of "template insertion failure" may pop up to prompt the user that the second online document fails to be called, and the user may recall other second online documents.
In some optional embodiments, after selecting at least one content block, the type of the content block may be determined, and if the type of the content block is determined to be the first type, the entry receiving the editing instruction may be placed in a display state or an active state in the first online document, indicating that the selected at least one content block may be saved as a second online document in the form of a second online document. It should be noted that, if it is determined that the type of the content block is the second type, the entry receiving the editing instruction may be set to a hidden state or an inactive state in the first online document, indicating that the selected at least one content block does not meet the storage requirement and cannot be stored in the form of the second online document.
As can be seen from the above, according to the document editing method, the document editing apparatus, the electronic device and the storage medium provided by the application, the editing instruction for at least one content block in the first online document is received, and the at least one content block is stored in the cloud database in the form of the second online document, so that the second online document which can be used as the local template can be provided for the user, the appeal of the user to the local template is further met, and the user experience is enhanced. And in response to receiving a call instruction in a third online document, displaying the at least one content block at a specified position in the third online document, so that a user can directly insert the stored content of the second online document in a local area of the document, and can freely collocate a plurality of second online documents to edit the whole document, thereby avoiding the problems that the whole document only can use one template and cannot be stored online and/or inserted online, and improving the document editing efficiency and the document editing freedom.
It should be noted that the method of the embodiment of the present application may be executed by a single device, such as a computer or a server. The method of the embodiment can also be applied to a distributed scene and completed by the mutual cooperation of a plurality of devices. In this distributed scenario, one device of the multiple devices may only perform one or more steps of the method of the embodiment of the present application, and the multiple devices interact with each other to complete the method.
