The license plate recognition device is a camera, when a vehicle enters the parking lot, the camera shoots the information of the license plate of the vehicle, and the charging module records the information of the license plate. When a vehicle leaves the parking lot, the camera takes a picture of the license plate.
Further, the system also comprises a server which is in communication connection with the field controller. The server is used for storing the vehicle information and the account information and is used as a charging background.
The system has two modes, one is a charging mode; the other is a non-charging mode.

After the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the charging module calculates parking cost according to the parking time of the vehicle and a preset parking price and sends the parking cost to the charging background; and the charging background finds an account stored in the local charging background according to the identity authentication code corresponding to the vehicle, and deducts the parking fee from the account.
And the display device is used for displaying the number of the remaining parking spaces and the serial numbers of the positions of the remaining parking spaces, and is electrically connected with the field controller. The field controller transmits the information of the remaining parking spaces to the display device in a WIFI or wire mode, the display device is a display screen, and the display screen displays the information of the remaining parking spaces to the vehicle owner.
Furthermore, the intelligent terminal is an intelligent mobile phone or a vehicle-mounted computer capable of being plugged with a Bluetooth SIM card.

After deduction is completed, the server sends information to the field controller, and the field controller opens the electric control door through the door control device.
