Claims (8)

1. A gilding control device for a ceramic metal shell comprises a base (1), a limiting frame (2), a rotary table (3), rotary handles (5) and rotary tables (6), wherein the top of the base (1) is connected with the limiting frame (2), the top of the limiting frame (2) is rotatably connected with the rotary table (3), the outer sides of the rotary tables (3) are uniformly connected with the rotary handles (5) at intervals, the top of the rotary table (3) is rotatably connected with the rotary tables (6) which are used for placing the ceramic metal shell at intervals around the circumferential direction, the gold plating device is characterized by further comprising a first corrugated ring (4), a spraying mechanism (7) and a clamping mechanism (8), wherein the first corrugated ring (4) is rotatably connected to the inner side of the limiting frame (2), the spraying mechanism (7) used for spraying gold plating liquid is arranged on the rear side of the base (1), and the clamping mechanism (8) used for clamping a ceramic metal shell is arranged at the top of the rotary table (3).

The gilding control equipment for the ceramic metal shell according to claim 4, characterized in that the gilding control equipment further comprises a rotating mechanism (10), the rotating mechanism (10) comprises a second corrugated ring (100), guide rods (101), return springs (102), belt pulleys (103), a flat belt (104), a twist rod (105), a connecting ring (106), balls (107), a rotating shaft (108) and a friction wheel (109), the inner side of the base (1) is uniformly connected with the guide rods (101) at intervals, the second corrugated ring (100) is arranged between the guide rods (101) in a sliding manner, the second corrugated ring (100) is in contact with the first corrugated ring (4), the return springs (102) are wound on the guide rods (101), two ends of each return spring (102) are respectively connected with the second corrugated ring (100) and the base (1), the lower part of the rotating disc (6) is connected with the twist rod (105), all slidingtype is equipped with go-between (106) on numb flower pole (105), go-between (106) all are connected with second ripple ring (100) slidingtype, go-between (106) inboard all is connected with ball (107), ball (107) and numb flower pole (105) sliding type are connected, the bottom rear side is rotated in base (1) and is connected with pivot (108), pivot (108) middle part is connected with belt pulley (103), also be connected with belt pulley (103) on the output shaft of servo motor (90), around having flat belt (104) on two belt pulleys (103), pivot (108) top is connected with friction pulley (109), friction pulley (109) and first ripple ring (4) contact.

The gilding control equipment for the ceramic metal shell according to claim 5, characterized in that the gilding control equipment further comprises a fixing mechanism (11), the fixing mechanism (11) comprises a pull rod (110), a clamping rod (111), a return spring (112), a corrugated disc (113), a knob (114) and clamping plates (116), three clamping plates (116) are arranged on the tripod (80) in a sliding manner at uniform intervals, the outer ends of the clamping plates (116) are connected with the pull rod (110), the inner sides of the clamping plates (116) are connected with the clamping rod (111), the return spring (112) is wound on the pull rod (110), two ends of the return spring (112) are respectively connected with the tripod (80) and the pull rod (110), the corrugated disc (113) is rotatably connected in the middle of the tripod (80), the top of the corrugated disc (113) is connected with the knob (114), an annular groove (115) is formed in the middle of the clamping rod (81), an annular groove (115) is also formed in the upper part of the clamping rod (81), the clamping plate (116) is clamped with the annular groove (115) above.
