the linkage frame (6), the said linkage frame (6) takes the form of U, both ends of the said linkage frame (6) are fixedly connected with said hold-down element (5), the middle part takes the form of level;
the dust removing fan (7), the dust removing fan (7) is movably connected to the middle part of the linkage frame (6), and a dust removing pipe (8) is arranged on the dust removing fan (7) in a communicating manner;
the first driving mechanism is used for driving the dust removal fan (7) to reciprocate along the length direction of the linkage frame (6);
the movable rail (9), the movable rail (9) is horizontally connected to the supporting frame (1), and the length direction of the movable rail (9) is consistent with the length direction of the slitting hole (2);
the movable body (10), the said movable body (10) is connected to the said movable rail (9) movably;
the second driving mechanism is used for driving the movable body (10) to reciprocate along the length direction of the movable rail (9);
