The anticoagulant adding device for hematology department according to claim 4, further comprising a protection mechanism (13) capable of protecting the blood test tube, wherein the protection mechanism (13) comprises a plastic plate (131), a sliding rod (132) and a fourth elastic member (133), the sliding rod (132) penetrates through the front side of the top of the supporting plate (81), the plastic plate (131) is fixedly arranged at the top of the sliding rod (132), the fourth elastic member (133) is fixedly arranged between the top of the supporting plate (81) and the bottom of the plastic plate (131), and the fourth elastic member (133) is sleeved on the upper portion of the sliding rod (132).
