A beverage brewing apparatus, a control method of the beverage brewing apparatus, a control device of the beverage brewing apparatus, and a readable storage medium provided according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a control method of a beverage brewing apparatus is provided, the beverage brewing apparatus including: the pipeline is arranged on the pump body, and the electromagnetic valve is arranged at a liquid outlet of the liquid storage container.
The control method of the beverage brewing equipment comprises the following steps:
step 1002, responding to the cleaning control information, and determining an opening scheme of a plurality of electromagnetic valves;
and 1004, controlling the operation of the electromagnetic valve and the pump body according to the opening scheme.
When a cleaning instruction is received, the pump body is started, clean water in the liquid storage container is pumped into the pipeline by the pump body, and the clean water can flush residual prepared liquid in the pipeline. The clear water is carried into mixing container after the liquid that joins in marriage that remains in with the pipeline erodees, and the user can empty the washing liquid in the mixing container, accomplishes the cleaning process to stock solution container and pipeline.
In the related technology, after clean water is injected into the pipeline, the pipeline is flushed by the gravity of the clean water. In the above embodiment, determining the opening schemes of the plurality of solenoid valves in response to the purge control information includes: determining drink configuration information before the cleaning control information is acquired under the condition that the cleaning control information is the first control information; according to the using scheme of the plurality of liquid storage containers in the drink configuration information; determining opening schemes of a plurality of electromagnetic valves according to the using scheme; wherein the solenoid valve in the open scheme is associated with the reservoir in the use scheme.
In this embodiment, the first control information may be control information for purging a previously used reservoir. According to the drink configuration information, the liquid storage container used for configuring the drink last time can be determined. According to the use information, the corresponding electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened, so that a liquid outlet of the used liquid storage container is communicated with the pipeline, and the liquid storage container can be cleaned in a targeted manner.
In any of the above embodiments, determining an opening schedule for the plurality of solenoid valves in response to the purge control information includes: and controlling the plurality of solenoid valves to be opened when the cleaning control information is the second control information.
In this embodiment, the second control information may be control information for purging all the reservoirs. After long-time using beverage modulation equipment, the user can control whole solenoid valves to open to can wash whole stock solution containers.
In any of the above embodiments, before controlling the operation of the pump body, the method further includes: and responding to the cleaning control information, and controlling a plurality of electromagnetic valves in the beverage brewing equipment to switch the conduction state according to a preset sequence.
In this embodiment, when liquid storage container and pipeline need be cleared up, can switch the on-state of a plurality of solenoid valves according to predetermined order to can wash a plurality of liquid storage containers, branch road pipeline according to predetermined order, improve the flexibility in the cleaning process.

In any of the above embodiments, before controlling the pump body to stop operating, the method further includes: collecting the volume of liquid in the liquid storage container, and determining a second set time length according to the volume of the liquid and the flow of the pump body; and determining the first set time according to the volume of the pipeline, the flow of the pump body and the second set time.

In this embodiment, the time period for completely pumping the liquid in the liquid storage container can be calculated according to the volume of the liquid in the liquid storage container and the flow rate of the pump body. Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, a beverage brewing apparatus is provided, including: a housing 101, a reservoir 108, a mixing container 102, a conduit 109, and a pump body 111. The liquid storage container 108 is arranged in the shell 101, the pipeline 109 is used for communicating the liquid storage container 108 and the mixing container 102, the pump body 111 is connected with the pipeline 109, and the pump body 111 is used for pumping liquid in the liquid storage container 108 into the mixing container 102.
The beverage brewing apparatus provided by the present embodiment is used to brew a wine product, such as a beverage or other alcoholic beverage. The liquid storage container 108 is used for storing prepared liquid, and the pump body 111 pumps the prepared liquid into the mixing container 102 through a pipeline 109. The ingredients and the liquid are injected into the mixing container 102 together, and the ingredients and the liquid are fully mixed in the mixing container 102, which is beneficial to improving the configuration effect of the beverage.
After the beverage is dispensed, the pipeline 109 and the liquid storage container 108 need to be cleaned, so as to avoid the liquid dispensing from remaining in the liquid storage container 108 and the pipeline 109. When the liquid storage container 108 and the pipeline 109 are cleaned, clear water is injected into the liquid storage container 108, then the pump body 111 is started, the pump body 111 pumps the clear water in the liquid storage container 108 into the pipeline 109, and the clear water can flush the residual preparation liquid in the pipeline 109. The clean water flushes the residual preparation liquid in the pipeline 109 and then brings the preparation liquid into the mixing container 102, so that a user can pour the cleaning liquid in the mixing container 102, and the cleaning process of the liquid storage container 108 and the pipeline 109 is completed.
In the related art, after the clean water is injected into the pipeline 109, the pipeline 109 is flushed by the gravity of the clean water. In the invention, the pump body 111 provides power for the clean water, so that the flow speed of the clean water can be increased, the scouring force of the clean water on the inner wall of the pipeline 109 is improved, the cleaning effect on the pipeline 109 is improved, and the interior of the pipeline 109 is cleaned more thoroughly. Moreover, the pump body 111 automatically drives the clean water to wash the inner wall of the pipeline 109, so that the cleaning workload of workers on the pipeline 109 is saved, and time and labor are saved.
The mode of cleaning the interior of the pipeline 109 by driving clean water through the pump body 111 has small change on the beverage preparation equipment, and does not need to greatly improve the structure of the pipeline 109, thereby being beneficial to reducing the difficulty of cleaning the beverage preparation equipment. Because no additional cleaning pipe is needed, the system has simple structure, the complexity of the system is reduced, and the processing cost of the beverage brewing equipment is reduced.
In practical applications, the liquid storage container 108 and the pipeline 109 may be cleaned by using clean water, or the liquid storage container 108 and the pipeline 109 may be cleaned by using cleaning liquid.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the beverage brewing apparatus further includes: the electromagnetic valve 140, the electromagnetic valve 140 is disposed at the liquid outlet of the liquid storage container 108 and/or the pipeline 109, and the electromagnetic valve 140 is used for controlling the communication state between the liquid outlet and the pipeline 109.
In this embodiment, the solenoid valve 140 is capable of controlling the communication between the outlet of the reservoir 108 and the conduit 109. Therefore, the pump body 111 and the electromagnetic valve 140 can be used in a matched mode, the problem that the pump body 111 is accidentally started to pump out the prepared liquid or the cleaning liquid is avoided, and the functional stability of the beverage brewing equipment is improved.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the conduit 109 includes: a main pipe 112 and a plurality of branch pipes 113, a first end of the main pipe 112 being connected to the mixing vessel 102; the liquid storage containers 108 and the branch pipelines 113 are the same in number, the electromagnetic valves 140 are connected with the first ends of the branch pipelines 113 and the main pipeline 112, and the second ends of the branch pipelines 113 are connected with the liquid outlets.
In this embodiment, the number of the liquid storage containers 108 is plural, and the same or different kinds of liquid can be placed in the plural liquid storage containers 108, thereby improving the wine storage capacity of the beverage brewing apparatus. Each reservoir 108 communicates with a main conduit 112 via a branch conduit 113. Each branch pipeline 113 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 140, and the extraction of the liquid in different liquid storage containers 108 can be controlled by controlling the opening number of the electromagnetic valves 140.
When the liquid storage containers 108 and the pipelines 109 need to be cleaned, the electromagnetic valves 140 can be opened simultaneously, so that the liquid storage containers 108, the branch pipelines 113 and the main pipeline 112 can be cleaned at one time. Of course, only one or a part of the solenoid valves 140 may be opened, so as to clean the designated liquid storage container 108 and the branch pipeline 113, thereby improving the flexibility in the cleaning process.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in any of the above embodiments, the method further includes: a balance valve 150, the balance valve 150 being provided with a first opening connected to the second end of the main pipe 112 and a second opening communicating with the outside air.
In this embodiment, a balancing valve 150 is provided at the end of the main pipe 112, and the switching of the state of the balancing valve 150 enables adjustment of the air pressure within the main pipe 112. A first opening of the balancing valve 150 communicates with the main duct 112 and a second opening of the balancing valve 150 communicates with the outside air. When the first opening and the second opening are not communicated, the tail end of the main pipe 112 is kept in a closed state, and at the moment, the pump body 111 is opened, so that the pump body 111 can pump the liquid preparation or cleaning liquid in the liquid storage container 108 into the mixing container 102. By keeping the end of the main pipeline 109 in a closed state, the pump body 111 can ensure that the liquid preparation or cleaning water in the liquid storage container 108 is completely extracted, and the liquid preparation or cleaning liquid remaining in the liquid storage container 108 is avoided.
After the liquid storage container 108 is cleaned, the state of the balance valve 150 is switched to enable the first opening to be communicated with the second opening, the tail end of the main pipe 112 is communicated with the outside, outside air can be pumped into the main pipe 112, and therefore liquid distribution or cleaning liquid in the main pipe 112 can be pumped into the mixing container 102, and residual liquid distribution or cleaning liquid in the main pipe 112 is avoided. By providing the balancing valve 150 on the main pipe 112, it is beneficial to improve the cleaning effect of the liquid storage container 108 and the main pipe 112.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, in any of the above embodiments, the beverage brewing apparatus further includes: the mounting seat 103, the mounting seat 103 are equipped with and hold chamber, interface and socket, and interface and socket intercommunication hold the chamber, and the interface is connected to the first end of trunk line 112, and the first end of mixing vessel 102 inserts in the socket.
In this embodiment, the receiving chamber communicates between the reservoir 108 and the main conduit 112, and the channel provides the mounting seat 103 between the reservoir 108 and the main conduit 112, without the need to directly connect the main conduit to the reservoir 108, so that the mixing vessel 102 can be easily disassembled. The mixing container 102 and receptacle are configured in a bayonet-type manner, and the reservoir 108 can be removed from the receptacle after dispensing the beverage or after cleaning, to facilitate pouring of the beverage or cleaning solution.
The beverage brewing apparatus further comprises: an ingredient capsule 120, the ingredient capsule 120 being contained within the mounting cavity. The ingredient capsule 120 has a discharge port that communicates with the brew chamber of the mixing container 102 so that ingredients in the ingredient capsule 120 can be injected into the brew chamber.
Specifically, when the beverage needs to be prepared, the ingredient capsule 120 is assembled to the mounting seat 103, and since the ingredients in the ingredient capsule 120 can be injected into the wine mixing cavity, the ingredient preparation process of the wine mixing beverage can be completed only by injecting a proper amount of the preparation liquid into the wine mixing cavity. Then only the wine mixing cavity needs to be shaken, so that the ingredients and the water in the wine mixing cavity are uniformly mixed, and the configuration process of the beverage is quickly completed.
In the process of configuring the beverage, the ingredient capsule 120 is arranged on the beverage preparing device, and the pre-configured ingredients are placed in the ingredient capsule 120, so that the ingredient preparation by a wine dispenser is not needed, the process of preparing the beverage is more convenient, the beverage preparing efficiency can be improved, and the waiting time of a user is shortened. In addition, if the user wants to prepare the beverage by himself, the user can easily complete the preparation of the beverage by using the ingredient capsule 120 even if the user does not have the experience of preparing the beverage, thereby improving the convenience of preparing the beverage for the user.
Batching capsule 120 can be dismantled in mount pad 103, can place different kinds of batching in the different batching capsules 120, and the user can select corresponding batching capsule 120 according to the demand of drinking of oneself.
As shown in fig. 7 and fig. 8, in any of the above embodiments, the method further includes: a driving assembly 104, the driving assembly 104 is disposed on the housing 101, and the driving assembly 104 is used for driving the mixing container 102 and the mounting seat 103 to reciprocate.
In this embodiment, the drive assembly 104 is capable of driving the mixing vessel 102 and the mount 103 in a reciprocating motion. After the liquid formulation and ingredients flow into the mixing container 102, the mixing container 102 needs to be shaken to allow the liquid formulation to mix evenly with the ingredients. Since the driving assembly 104 can automatically drive the mixing container 102 for driving, the workload of shaking the mixing container 102 by the user is saved, and the convenience of the user for using the beverage brewing device is improved.
Therefore, when the mixing container 102 is shaken, the mixing container 102 and the mounting seat 103 need to be shaken together, so that the problem of liquid preparation overflow caused by separation of the mixing container 102 and the mounting seat 103 is avoided.
Further, by shaking the mixing container 102, the mixing container 102 can be cleaned, and the liquid preparation can be prevented from remaining in the mixing container 102.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the driving assembly 104 includes: the clamping device comprises a driving part 114, a clamping component 115 and a connecting rod assembly 116, wherein the driving part 114 is arranged on the shell 101; a clamping assembly 115 clamps the second end of the mixing vessel 102; the linkage assembly 116 is connected to the drive portion 114, the clamp assembly 115, and the mount 103.
In this embodiment, the driving portion 114 can drive the connecting rod assembly 116 to operate, and the connecting rod assembly 116 can drive the clamping assembly 115 and the mounting seat 103 to move, so as to drive the mixing container 102 to reciprocate. The clamping assembly 115 can clamp the mixing container 102, so that the mixing container 102 is not easily separated from the mounting seat 103, and stability in beverage preparation and cleaning processes is improved.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the housing 101 includes: a housing 117 and a mounting chamber 118, the mounting chamber 118 being disposed in the housing 117, the reservoir 108 being removably connected to the mounting chamber 118.
In this embodiment, the liquid storage container 108 can be detached from the mounting bin 118, so as to inject a dispensing liquid or a cleaning liquid into the liquid storage container 108, thereby improving the convenience of the user for using the beverage brewing apparatus.
In one possible application, the mounting chamber 118 is a barrel structure with two open ends, and a portion of the mounting chamber 118 extends out of the housing 117, so that the liquid storage container 108 can be seen by a user in the appearance of the beverage brewing apparatus, which is beneficial to improving the aesthetic appearance of the beverage brewing apparatus.
The reservoir 108 is connected to the mounting bin 118 in a plug-in manner.
As shown in connection with fig. 7, 8 and 9, the ingredient capsule 120 includes: the sealing film is used for sealing the discharge hole; the housing 101 further includes: a first tube 106 and a second tube 107, the first tube 106 and the second tube 107 being disposed in the mounting seat 103, a first end of the first tube 106 passing through the sealing membrane, and a second end of the first tube 106 communicating with the mixing container 102. The first end of the second tube 107 passes through the sealing membrane and the second end of the second tube 107 communicates with the conduit 109.
The discharge gate department of batching capsule 120 is provided with the seal membrane, and the seal membrane plays the seal effect to the inner chamber of batching capsule 120, avoids the batching in the batching capsule 120 to take place to reveal. When a beverage needs to be prepared, the ingredient capsule 120 is inserted into the installation cavity, and the first tube 106 and the second tube 107 in the installation cavity can penetrate through the sealing membrane, so that the prepared liquid can drive the ingredients to flow into the mixing container 102 after passing through the ingredient capsule 120.
Specifically, second body 107 is linked together with pipeline 109, and when the batching container assembled in mount pad 103, second body 107 stretched into to the batching container in for join in marriage liquid and can pour into to the batching container in through second body 107, guarantee to join in marriage liquid and can mix with the batching. The first tube 106 is in communication with the mixing container 102, and the liquid preparation and mixing can flow into the mixing container 102 through the first tube 106.
The first tube 106 and the second tube 107 can pierce the sealing membrane and extend into the ingredient capsule 120, so that a user does not need to actively pierce the sealing membrane, the difficulty of using the ingredient capsule 120 by the user is reduced, and the convenience of using the beverage preparation device by the user is further improved.
In any of the above embodiments, the ingredient capsule 120 is threadedly connected to the mounting base 103.
In this embodiment, the ingredient capsule 120 is provided with external threads and the inner wall of the mounting cavity is provided with internal threads, so that the ingredient capsule 120 can be screwed with the mounting cavity. The ingredient capsule 120 and the mounting seat 103 are assembled in a threaded connection mode, so that the assembly stability of the ingredient capsule 120 is improved, and the ingredient capsule 120 is prevented from being separated from the mounting seat 103. Moreover, the mode of threaded connection can also play a sealed effect, avoids dispensing liquid and batching and takes place to reveal between batching capsule 120 and mount pad 103, need not set up sealed the pad and just can realize sealed function, is favorable to simplifying the structure of product.
In the process of assembling the ingredient capsule 120 to the mounting seat 103, the sealing membrane rotates relative to the first tube 106 and the second tube 107, so that the first tube 106 and the second tube 107 can tear the sealing membrane, the situation that the sealing membrane is not punctured by the first tube 106 and the second tube 107 due to elasticity is avoided, and the functional stability of the beverage brewing device is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the beverage is dispensed, the tube 109 and the reservoir 108 need to be cleaned to avoid dispensing residue in the reservoir 108 and the tube 109. When the liquid storage container 108 and the pipeline 109 are cleaned, clear water is injected into the liquid storage container 108, then the pump body 111 is started, the pump body 111 pumps the clear water in the liquid storage container 108 into the pipeline 109, and the clear water can flush the residual liquid in the pipeline 109. The clean water flushes the residual preparation liquid in the pipeline 109 and then brings the preparation liquid into the mixing container 102, so that a user can pour the cleaning liquid in the mixing container 102, and the cleaning process of the liquid storage container 108 and the pipeline 109 is completed.
In the related art, after the clean water is injected into the pipeline 109, the pipeline 109 is flushed by the gravity of the clean water. In the invention, the pump body 111 provides power for the clean water, so that the flow speed of the clean water can be increased, the scouring force of the clean water on the inner wall of the pipeline 109 is improved, the cleaning effect on the pipeline 109 is improved, and the interior of the pipeline 109 is cleaned more thoroughly. Moreover, the pump body 111 automatically drives the clean water to wash the inner wall of the pipeline 109, so that the cleaning workload of workers on the pipeline 109 is saved, and time and labor are saved.
The mode of cleaning the interior of the pipeline 109 by driving clean water through the pump body 111 has small change on the beverage preparation equipment, and does not need to greatly improve the structure of the pipeline 109, thereby being beneficial to reducing the difficulty of cleaning the beverage preparation equipment. Because no additional cleaning pipe is needed, the system has simple structure, the complexity of the system is reduced, and the processing cost of the beverage brewing equipment is reduced.
In practical applications, the liquid storage container 108 and the pipeline 109 may be cleaned by using clean water, or the liquid storage container 108 and the pipeline 109 may be cleaned by using cleaning liquid.

The terms "mounted," "connected," "fixed," and the like are used broadly and should be construed to include, for example, "connected" may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; "coupled" may be direct or indirect through an intermediary. Claims (14)

1. A control method of a beverage brewing apparatus, characterized in that the beverage brewing apparatus comprises: the device comprises a plurality of liquid storage containers, a plurality of electromagnetic valves, a mixing container, a pipeline and a pump body, wherein the pipeline is connected with the liquid storage containers and the mixing container, the pump body is arranged on the pipeline, and the electromagnetic valves are arranged at a liquid outlet of the liquid storage containers; the control method comprises the following steps:
determining an opening scheme of the plurality of solenoid valves in response to the purge control information;
and controlling the electromagnetic valve and the pump body to operate according to the opening scheme.
2. The control method according to claim 1,
the determining an opening schedule of the plurality of solenoid valves in response to the purge control information includes:
determining beverage configuration information before the cleaning control information is acquired under the condition that the cleaning control information is first control information;
according to the using scheme of the plurality of liquid storage containers in the drink configuration information;
determining an opening scheme of the plurality of electromagnetic valves according to the using scheme;
wherein the solenoid valve in the open scheme is associated with the reservoir in the use scheme.
3. The control method according to claim 1,
the determining an opening scheme of the plurality of solenoid valves in response to the purge control information includes:
and under the condition that the cleaning control information is second control information, controlling the plurality of electromagnetic valves to be opened.
4. The control method according to claim 1, wherein before controlling the pump body to operate, further comprising:
and responding to the cleaning control information, and controlling a plurality of electromagnetic valves in the beverage brewing equipment to switch the conduction state according to a preset sequence.
5. The control method according to claim 4,
the beverage brewing apparatus further comprises: the balance valve is provided with a first opening and a second opening, the first opening is connected with the pipeline, and the second opening is communicated with the outside air;
after controlling the pump body operation, still include:
when the operation time of the pump body reaches a first set time, controlling the pump body to stop operating;
after controlling a plurality of solenoid valves to switch the conducting state according to the preset sequence, the method further comprises the following steps:
controlling the plurality of electromagnetic valves to be switched to an open circuit state and controlling a balance valve in the beverage brewing equipment to be switched to an access state based on the fact that the running time of the pump body reaches a second set time;
wherein the second set duration is less than the first set duration.
6. The control method according to claim 5,
before the control the pump body stops operating, still include:
collecting the volume of liquid in the liquid storage container, and determining the second set time according to the volume of the liquid and the flow rate of the pump body;
and determining the first set time according to the volume of the pipeline, the flow of the pump body and the second set time.

A control device for a beverage brewing apparatus, the beverage brewing apparatus comprising: the device comprises a plurality of liquid storage containers, a plurality of electromagnetic valves, a mixing container, a pipeline and a pump body, wherein the pipeline is connected with the liquid storage containers and the mixing container, the pump body is arranged on the pipeline, and the electromagnetic valves are arranged at a liquid outlet of the liquid storage containers; the control device includes:
a determination module that determines an opening scheme of the plurality of solenoid valves in response to the purge control information;
and the control module controls the electromagnetic valve and the pump body to operate according to the opening scheme.
8. The control device according to claim 7,
the determining module is specifically configured to: determining beverage configuration information before the cleaning control information is acquired under the condition that the cleaning control information is first control information; according to the using scheme of the plurality of liquid storage containers in the beverage configuration information; determining an opening scheme of the plurality of electromagnetic valves according to the using scheme; wherein the solenoid valve in the open scheme is associated with the reservoir in the use scheme.
9. The control device according to claim 7,
the determining module is specifically configured to:
and under the condition that the cleaning control information is second control information, controlling the plurality of electromagnetic valves to be opened.

The control device of claim 7, wherein prior to controlling operation of the pump body, the control module is further configured to: and responding to the cleaning control information, and controlling a plurality of electromagnetic valves in the beverage brewing equipment to switch the conducting state according to a preset sequence.
11. The control device according to claim 10,
the beverage brewing apparatus further comprises: the balance valve is provided with a first opening and a second opening, the first opening is connected with the pipeline, and the second opening is communicated with the outside air;
after controlling the pump body to operate, the control module is further configured to: when the operation time of the pump body reaches a first set time, controlling the pump body to stop operating;
after the plurality of electromagnetic valves are controlled to switch the conduction state according to the preset sequence, the control module is further used for:
controlling the plurality of electromagnetic valves to be switched to an open circuit state and controlling a balance valve in the beverage brewing equipment to be switched to an access state based on the fact that the running time of the pump body reaches a second set time;
wherein the second set duration is less than the first set duration.
12. The control device according to claim 11,
before the control of the pump body stops operating, the determination module is further configured to: collecting the volume of liquid in the liquid storage container, and determining the second set time according to the volume of the liquid and the flow rate of the pump body; and determining the first set time according to the volume of the pipeline, the flow of the pump body and the second set time.
13. A control device for a beverage brewing apparatus, comprising:
a controller and a memory, wherein the memory has stored therein a program or instructions, the controller implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the program or instructions in the memory.
14. A readable storage medium, on which a program or instructions are stored, which when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
