judging whether the change frequency point neighbor cell can be used for sharing communication or not according to the first sharing base station, a preset sharing base station list and the configuration information, and measuring the change frequency point neighbor cell when the change frequency point neighbor cell can be used for sharing communication; when judging that the frequency changing point neighbor cell cannot be used for sharing communication, not measuring the frequency changing point neighbor cell and sending interruption early warning information to the first sharing base station;
and sending the measurement result to the first sharing base station, and carrying out sharing communication after receiving a first communication instruction sent by the first sharing base station according to the measurement result.
2. The method for sharing communication between multiple operator co-established base stations according to claim 1, wherein determining whether the frequency point changing neighbor cell is available for sharing communication according to the first shared base station, a preset shared base station list, and the configuration information comprises:
acquiring a preset shared base station list from a shared communication database; the shared base station list comprises shared communication cells and corresponding shared frequency point neighbor cell lists;
according to the first shared base station and the configuration information, matching and inquiring whether a corresponding first shared communication cell and a corresponding first shared frequency point neighbor cell list exist in the shared base station list;
if yes, judging that the change frequency point neighbor cell corresponding to the configuration information can be used for sharing communication;
and if the configuration information does not exist, judging that the adjacent cell of the change frequency point corresponding to the configuration information is not available for sharing communication.
3. The shared communication method of multiple operator co-established base stations according to claim 2, wherein before receiving the shared change instruction sent by the first shared base station, the shared communication method further comprises:
a shared communication registration request is sent to a first shared base station for shared communication registration.
4. A shared communication device of a multi-operator co-established base station is characterized in that the shared communication device comprises an instruction receiving unit, a judgment measuring unit and a shared communication unit, wherein,
the instruction receiving unit is used for receiving a sharing change instruction sent by the first sharing base station; the sharing change instruction comprises configuration information of a change frequency point adjacent cell and a change frequency point adjacent cell;
the judging and measuring unit is used for judging whether the change frequency point neighbor cell can be used for sharing communication or not according to the first sharing base station, a preset sharing base station list and the configuration information, and measuring the change frequency point neighbor cell when the change frequency point neighbor cell can be used for sharing communication; when judging that the frequency changing point neighbor cell cannot be used for sharing communication, not measuring the frequency changing point neighbor cell and sending interruption early warning information to the first sharing base station;
the sharing communication unit is used for sending the measurement result to the first sharing base station, and carrying out sharing communication after receiving a first communication instruction sent by the first sharing base station according to the measurement result.
5. The shared communication apparatus of plural operator co-established base stations according to claim 4, further comprising a communication registration unit for transmitting a shared communication registration request to the first shared base station for shared communication registration.
6. The shared communication system of the multi-operator co-established base station is characterized in that the shared communication system comprises a user mobile terminal and a data storage module, wherein the user mobile terminal is in communication connection with the data storage module, the user mobile terminal is used for executing the shared communication method of the multi-operator co-established base station according to any one of claims 1-3, and the data storage module is used for storing a preset shared base station list.
7. The shared communication system of multiple operator co-established base stations according to claim 6, wherein said data storage module is disposed in said user mobile terminal.
