Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for quickly uploading a file to a network disk according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a situation where a file to be transferred is selected from a mobile terminal and quickly uploaded to the network disk, and the method may be executed by a device for quickly uploading a file to a network disk, and may be integrated in a terminal, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 110, detecting whether near field communication connection is established with the terminal, and accessing a file storage directory of the instant chat tool in a file storage directory in the terminal when the connection is established.
In some scenarios, a network disk user may receive various files sent by a client or other relevant people through an instant chat tool in a mobile terminal. And part of files need to be quickly uploaded to the network disk for other team personnel to discuss and modify, so that quick response to the client is realized. It can be seen that uploading a file transferred by a mobile phone to a network disk has a time requirement, and the file needs to be uploaded to the network disk quickly.
In this embodiment, the PC may be provided with a near field communication device for performing near field communication with the mobile terminal to implement data interaction. When the file needs to be uploaded to the network disk, the user can enable the mobile terminal to be close to the PC to achieve near field communication. The file transferred by the instant messaging tool is quickly transferred to the PC, and then the file is uploaded to the network disk by the PC client or in a web mode.
The files uploaded to the network disk are often files that the user has just received and opened a confirmation. And the file is delivered via an instant chat tool. Therefore, files that require fast upload to a network disk are often cached under a specific directory. For example: files transferred through the WeChat are generally cached in/all files/local files/SD card Android/data/com. And searching files needing to be uploaded to the network disk by accessing the specific file storage directory.
And step 120, acquiring the current set-top file from the file storage directory of the instant chat tool.
Files needing to be uploaded to the network disk are files which are opened recently by a user, so that the current set-top file is a transferred file and needs to be uploaded to the network disk quickly. The set-top file can be obtained from a file storage directory of the instant chat tool.
Step 130, judging whether the set-top file is a document file, and downloading the current set-top file and storing the current set-top file in a folder to be uploaded when the set-top file is the document file.
Files needing to be uploaded to a network disk quickly are usually document files, so that whether the current set-top file is a document file needs to be judged firstly. For example, whether or not the document file is determined by a suffix name. And downloading the current set-top file to a PC for storage. Since the file needs to be uploaded to the network disk, it can be saved in the folder to be uploaded. The folder to be uploaded is set by a user according to actual conditions and use habits. Used for storing the files uploaded to the network disk.
Step 140, calling a network disk transmission interface, and uploading the document file to a network disk.
Illustratively, the document file may be uploaded to the network disk through a file interface.
The embodiment accesses a file storage directory of an instant chat tool in a file storage directory in a terminal by detecting whether near field communication connection is established with the terminal or not when the connection is established; acquiring a current set-top file from a file storage directory of the instant chat tool; downloading the current set-top file and storing the current set-top file in a folder to be uploaded; and judging whether the set-top file is a document file, and calling a network disk transmission interface to upload the document file to a network disk when the set-top file is the document file. Through the incoming communication connection, the intention of a user for rapidly uploading a mobile terminal file is judged, and by utilizing the characteristic that the file needing the rapid network disk is the file opened by the user at present, a specific file directory of the file is cached by browsing the mobile terminal side, and the inquiry set-top file is determined to be the file needing to be uploaded to the network disk. And determining a corresponding network disk storage path according to a preset rule, and uploading the file to a specific file directory. The user only needs one-step operation, the mobile terminal file can be quickly uploaded to the specific file directory of the network disk, the time required by the operation is shortened, and the office efficiency of using the network disk is further improved.
In a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the document file may be uploaded to a network disk, which is specifically optimized as follows: and uploading the document file to a shared file storage directory preset by a network disk. Document files that need to be uploaded to a network disk quickly often require multiple people to view and then edit them. Therefore, the file needs to be uploaded to the shared file storage directory, so that other people can conveniently view or edit the file.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for quickly uploading files to a network disk according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps: detecting the change information of the near field communication connection signal intensity of the terminal; correspondingly, uploading the document file to a network disk, and specifically optimizing as follows: and uploading the document file to a personal storage space of the network disk when the change information of the signal intensity is consistent with a preset first signal intensity change trend.
Correspondingly, the method for rapidly uploading the file to the network disk provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 210, detecting whether near field communication connection is established with the terminal, detecting the change information of the signal intensity of the near field communication connection with the terminal, and accessing a file storage directory of the instant chat tool in a file storage directory in the terminal when the connection is established.
In some scenarios, it is inconvenient to view a large file or edit a file using a mobile terminal due to the mobile terminal screen limitation. Meanwhile, the file is relatively important, and therefore, the file needs to be uploaded to a network disk for viewing and editing. But the file cannot be viewed by others and therefore needs to be uploaded to personal space.
In this embodiment, the user may upload the file to the personal space by controlling the distance between the mobile terminal and the PC through a change in signal strength.
Step 220, obtaining the current set-top file in the file storage directory of the instant chat tool.
And step 230, judging whether the set-top file is a document file, downloading the current set-top file when the set-top file is the document file, and storing the current set-top file in a folder to be uploaded.
And step 240, calling a network disk transmission interface, and uploading the document file to a network disk.
And step 250, uploading the document file to a personal storage space of the network disk when the change information of the signal strength is consistent with a preset first signal strength change trend.
The user can adjust the distance between the mobile terminal and the PC by shaking the mobile terminal, so that the connection strength is continuously changed. The user may set a signal variation trend, exemplarily, set a certain connection strength as a strength threshold, compare the connection signal strength with the strength threshold, further obtain a strength variation trend similar to a large-small-large, and match the obtained variation information of the signal strength with a preset first signal strength variation trend, when the matching is consistent, consider that the user's requirement is that the file needs to be uploaded to a personal storage space, and upload the file to a network disk personal storage space.
The present embodiment adds the following steps: detecting the change information of the signal intensity of near field communication connection with the terminal; correspondingly, uploading the document file to a network disk, and specifically optimizing as follows: and uploading the document file to a personal storage space of the network disk when the change information of the signal intensity is consistent with a preset first signal intensity change trend. The mobile terminal can be controlled to shake according to different requirements of the user, the intention of the user is further judged, and the files are automatically uploaded to the personal storage space of the network disk. The time required by the operation is shortened, and the office efficiency of using the network disk is further improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for quickly uploading files to a network disk according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps: detecting the change frequency of the near field communication connection signal intensity of the terminal; and setting authority for the document file according to the change frequency of the signal intensity.
Correspondingly, the method for rapidly uploading the file to the network disk provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
and 310, detecting the change frequency of the near field communication connection signal strength with the terminal.
In the network disk, different authorities can be set for different files to ensure the safety of the files. Illustratively, the rights of preview, edit, download, etc. can be set for the file, respectively. In this embodiment, preview and edit permissions may be set for the uploaded file.
The user can still automatically set the authority of uploading files by shaking or moving the mobile terminal. For example, the authority may be set for uploading files in a manner of connecting the signal strength change frequency.
And step 320, detecting whether near field communication connection is established with the terminal, and accessing a file storage directory of the instant chat tool in the file storage directory in the terminal when the connection is established.
Step 330, obtaining the current set-top file in the file storage directory of the instant chat tool.
And 340, judging whether the set-top file is a document file, downloading the current set-top file when the set-top file is the document file, and storing the current set-top file in a folder to be uploaded.
And 350, calling a network disk transmission interface, and uploading the document file to a shared file storage directory preset by the network disk.
And step 360, setting authority for the document file according to the change frequency of the signal intensity.
For example, the setting of the authority for the document file according to the change frequency of the signal strength may include: when the change frequency of the signal intensity exceeds a set frequency threshold value, setting editing authority for the document file; and setting preview authority for the document file when the change frequency of the signal intensity is smaller than a set frequency threshold value. When the file needs to be edited cooperatively, the file is urgent, and the file needs to be uploaded to the network disk as soon as possible. Therefore, in this embodiment, the user may shake the mobile terminal quickly so that the frequency of the signal intensity change increases. Therefore, in this case, the editing right is set for the document file. Correspondingly, if other members are only needed to check the file, the user can slowly shake the mobile terminal, so that the signal intensity change frequency is reduced, and correspondingly, the preview authority is set for the document file.
The present embodiment adds the following steps: detecting the change frequency of the near field communication connection signal intensity of the terminal; and setting authority for the document file according to the change frequency of the signal intensity. The user can conveniently and quickly give different authorities to the document files uploaded to the network disk by operating the mobile terminal. Compared with the traditional mode, the method does not need to enter a network disk to select files and then carry out permission giving operation. The complicated operation of authorization is reduced, and the quick authorization of uploading the network disk file is realized. The efficiency of using the net disk to upload files is further improved.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a method for quickly uploading a file to a network disk according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, before calling a network disk transmission interface and uploading the document file to a network disk, the method may further include the following steps: and judging whether the file size exceeds a set transmission size threshold value, adding the document file into an uploading queue when the file size is smaller than the set transmission size threshold value, and setting the highest priority transmission level.
Correspondingly, the method for rapidly uploading the file to the network disk provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 410, detecting whether near field communication connection is established with the terminal, and accessing a file storage directory of the instant chat tool in the file storage directory in the terminal when the connection is established.
Step 420, obtaining the current top file in the file storage directory of the instant chat tool.
And 430, judging whether the set-top file is a document file, downloading the current set-top file when the set-top file is the document file, and storing the current set-top file in a folder to be uploaded.
Step 440, judging whether the file size exceeds a set transmission size threshold, and if the file size is smaller than the set transmission size threshold, adding the document file into an uploading queue and setting the highest priority transmission level.
When the file is uploaded to the network disk, normal network use of a PC (personal computer) is not influenced, and the condition that response is not timely due to too many network disk uploading threads is avoided. Usually, the client sets the maximum number of uploading threads, and when the file is large, the uploading threads are often blocked, thereby causing the uploading failure. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is first determined whether the file exceeds a set transmission size threshold, and if the file is smaller than the set transmission size threshold, the file is added to the upload file queue and set as the highest limited transmission level. So that the document can be uploaded to the network disk as soon as possible.
If the file is larger than the set transmission size threshold value, the file can be split according to the set size, after splitting, multi-thread parallel transmission can be achieved, and the efficiency of uploading the file to the network disk is improved. And a situation that the uploading of the blocking thread fails is not easy to occur.
And 450, calling a network disk transmission interface, and uploading the document file to a network disk.
In this embodiment, before the document file is uploaded to the network disk by calling the network disk transmission interface, the following steps are added: and judging whether the file size exceeds a set transmission size threshold value, adding the file into an uploading queue when the file size is smaller than the set transmission size threshold value, and setting the highest priority transmission level. The uploading files can be classified according to sizes and uploaded, and uploading failure caused by large file blockage is prevented. And ensuring that the file can be quickly uploaded to the network disk.
In a preferred implementation of this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps: and calculating a hash value for each subfile, so that the network disk checks whether to return information needing to be uploaded according to the hash value. After the file is split, the network disk needs to verify whether the uploaded split file block is uploaded, so that a hash value needs to be calculated for each subfile and uploaded to the network disk, and the network disk judges whether the subfile is received through the hash value. And the phenomenon that the uploading efficiency is influenced due to repeated uploading of the subfiles is avoided.
