Background
The supply chain management system is based on the idea of cooperative supply chain management, and is matched with the service requirements of each entity in the supply chain, so that the operation process is closely matched with the information system, the seamless link of each link is realized, and a leading mode of integrating five flows of logistics, information flow, document flow, business flow and fund flow is formed. The visualization of the whole supply chain, the informatization management, the maximization of the whole benefits and the minimization of the management cost are realized, so that the overall level is improved. The functions of the method comprise:
the system organically combines enterprise management with peripheral enterprise management, solves the communication problem, the data transmission timeliness problem, the data safety problem, the data integrity problem and the like between brand operators and suppliers caused by the conditions of decentralized suppliers, too many product varieties, too frequent orders and the like, integrates the brand operators and upstream resources, and greatly improves the efficiency.
And secondly, the enterprise adopts a supply chain management system, so that the business negotiation time with a supplier can be shortened, and the purchasing cost is greatly reduced. The supplier can also know the application condition of the product through the system and can well make a reasonable replenishment strategy.
And thirdly, by improving the business processing flow with the supplier, the system works in cooperation with the supplier to carry out close information exchange, thereby enhancing the capacity and response speed of managing exceptional events and establishing a stable and long-term partnership with the supplier.
However, for a buyer enterprise, selecting a good buyer often brings about a proper commodity quality, a low price and a good service level, however, how to select a good supplier from numerous and distributed suppliers is a problem that each buyer is considering, but the existing screening mode can only judge whether the buyer is good or not after each buyer enterprise cooperates with the corresponding supplier, and this mode undoubtedly increases the risk of enterprise operation.
