The platform system detects the working state of the suspended electric energy supply equipment from time to time, including detecting, diagnosing and managing the heat storage equipment and the battery, and the battery module must have the following conditions:
(1) the battery box must be sealed, and the requirement in the seal box mainly considers that battery coolant liquid flows and cooling gas structure sets up, and the power of cooling is supplied with by this hanging equipment, and inside can not block up, can influence the mobility of cooling air current and cause the inconsistent of battery module operating temperature to lead to further deterioration of performance.
(2) The battery box shape should reach and arrange the shape with battery module and adapt to, battery module block position corresponds with hot sensing imaging system, detects battery temperature state often, and this hanging device intelligent management system passes through the on-vehicle cooling device of plug electric energy supply and cools down to the battery box, and cooling air or coolant liquid pass around every battery module uniformly, and the existence of "dead zone" and vortex that the incasement can not form guarantees that battery module temperature is even, the performance is unanimous in the course of the work, prevents that individual battery module from damaging early.
(3) The battery box should accomplish the inside and battery insulating, the outside is with the insulation of automobile body, prevents that battery and automobile body insulation resistance are low and influence system's work, avoids taking place unsafe accident.
(4) The arrangement of a system for managing the vignetting of the battery in the car body; in the charging process of the device, the possibility of excessive discharge can not occur, so the selection of a cooling air inlet of the battery energy management system is very important, the cooling liquid or cooling air entering the battery box is ensured to be clean, namely, dustproof and rainproof water is required to enter the battery box, if the dustproof and rainproof measures are not good, dust and dirt and rainwater can enter the battery box, creepage among the battery modules can be caused, the insulation resistance value of the battery box and a vehicle body is reduced, the short circuit of the battery modules can be caused in serious cases, and at the moment, the management system can send an instruction to stop power supply separation instructions.
(5) The temperature continues to rise and reaches the normal working condition which affects the battery module, in order to protect the battery module from being damaged, the platform detects and diagnoses the battery in real time, sends out a grade alarm to inform the mobile phone APP, and an electric energy management system is arranged in the vehicle body and sends out a charging stopping instruction program to a vehicle body charging numerical control connector disc, wherein the program is that; the intelligent charging management system is used for forcibly transmitting an equipment information instruction through the charging separation plug, stopping charging through the intelligent charging management system, implementing white separation of the plug and a vehicle body, and sending notification information to a communication device of a field supervisor and a driver through the information generation of the communication module;

The platform system detects whether the heat storage equipment and the battery pack are normal or not through a double-way electric energy supply line plug and a vehicle joint control system (1012 in the attached drawing 3), and the positive and negative leads of a double-way power line implement constant current and constant voltage power supply electric quantity and temperature state on the vehicle battery pack, and are transmitted to a display by an intelligent sensing system, and the system comprises a system which is connected with an intelligent power supply and charging management system to realize data management and diagnosis programs.
