A data storage method and an enterprise management system provided according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1, the technical solutions of some embodiments of the present invention are applicable to an enterprise management system installed in an enterprise intranet environment, where the enterprise management system is deployed in a server in the enterprise intranet environment, and the server and other terminal devices in an enterprise establish communication connection through a gateway device to jointly form the enterprise intranet environment. The enterprise management system may be one or more of an Office Automation (OA) management system, a project management system, a production management system, a financial management system, a customer relationship management system, and a purchase, sale, and stock management system, or may be other enterprise management systems. The server is a computer device in communication connection with the gateway device, the server is configured with a hard disk or other readable media, and a storage space of the hard disk or other readable media is used for storing program files and data files of the enterprise management system. In other embodiments of the present invention, in an enterprise with a large data volume and thus a large storage space requirement, one or more dedicated data servers may be installed in the intranet for running database programs and storing database files and other files. The other terminal devices include computer devices such as office computers of enterprise employees, and the hard disk storage space of the office computer is generally used for storing an operating system and necessary program files, and also has enough residual storage space for installing other programs or storing office files, and the residual storage space is in a free and unused state in most cases.
As shown in fig. 2, a first aspect of the present invention provides a data storage method, including:
s110: and receiving a user login request sent by the first terminal equipment. Illustratively, a user accesses the enterprise management system through a browser, inputs an account number allocated to an employee by a manager of the enterprise management system in a login page of the enterprise management system displayed in the browser for login, and after the user clicks a login button, the browser sends a login request of the account number of the employee to a server where the enterprise management system is located.
S120: and when the user login request is successfully verified, confirming whether the first terminal equipment is used for the first time according to the identification information of the first terminal equipment in the user login request. Specifically, the identification information of the first terminal device refers to a unique identifier of the first terminal device in the intranet environment, for example, the identification information may be information such as a terminal device name and a device ID that are uniformly set by a manager of the intranet, or may be IP address information that is uniformly allocated by the gateway device, or physical address information of a network card of the terminal device. And the browser reads the identification information of the first terminal equipment to submit to the enterprise management system before submitting the user login request to the enterprise management system. When the user login request fails to be verified, for example, employee account information or password information input by the user is wrong, the enterprise management system returns a login failure message to the browser, and the login request of the first terminal is rejected.
S130: and when the first terminal equipment is confirmed to be used for the first time, sending a space pre-allocation file generating instruction to the first terminal equipment so as to enable the first terminal equipment to generate a space pre-allocation file for storing an attachment file in the system service operation data. For example, when a new office computer purchased by an enterprise is first used, the enterprise management system sends an instruction to generate a space pre-allocation file to a browser of the office computer after a user logs in the system using the new office computer. Or in other cases, after the original office computer is formatted or the operating system is reinstalled, deleting the original space pre-allocation file of the office computer in the process that the office computer is formatted or the operating system is reinstalled, and sending an instruction for generating the space pre-allocation file to a browser of the office computer when the user logs in the enterprise management system by using the office computer. As shown in fig. 3, the browser does not perform operations of partitioning or splitting the free storage space (i.e., unused space in the drawing) of the office computer into partitions or volumes, but pre-occupies the free storage space of the office computer in the form of writing a file (i.e., the space pre-allocation file) of a specified size, where the space pre-allocation file is composed of preset placeholders, and the placeholders may be NULL (empty characters) or 0, or may be other preset characters.
S140: and receiving the system service operation data submitted by the first terminal equipment, wherein the system service operation data comprises service data and accessory information. The system service operation data refers to data submitted by a user through system service operation performed by the first terminal device, for example, after the user logs in the enterprise management system through a browser, a flow form such as an leave-asking form is filled and submitted on a page provided by the enterprise management system, the service data in the system service operation data is form data of the leave-asking form, and the attachment information is an attachment file uploaded by the user through the leave-asking form.
S150: and storing the attachment file uploaded by the first terminal device in the attachment information into a file storage space. After the enterprise management system receives the system business operation data submitted by a user through a browser, if the system business operation data contains an attachment, the attachment file is stored in a file storage space of a server or a special data server for deploying the enterprise management system. In some cases, the system service operation data submitted by the user through the first terminal device does not include an attachment, for example, the user is a certain approval link of a leave request form, and after receiving a leave request form approval form circulated in the enterprise management system through a browser, the user inputs a text corresponding to an approval result and directly submits the text without uploading the attachment, and at this time, the system service operation data includes form data of the leave request form, but does not include an attachment file. As shown in fig. 3, when the first terminal device submits the system service operation data through the browser, if the service operation data includes an attachment file, the browser uploads the attachment file to the server of the enterprise management system, and simultaneously writes the service number associated with the attachment file, the serial number of the attachment file, the file name of the attachment file, the extension of the attachment file, and the attachment file data into the space pre-allocation file of the first terminal device. The correlation includes submitting the system service operation data of the attachment to a service number of a service operation, and the service number uniquely identifies the service operation in the enterprise management system. Also taking the leave request as an example, when the user creates a leave request through the first terminal device, the enterprise management system may produce a unique single number for the leave request, where the unique single number is a service number of the leave request. Further, each service number may relate to a plurality of system service operation data submitted by different users, each system service operation data may also include a plurality of attachment files, and in order to distinguish the different attachment files corresponding to each service number, the related information further includes a sequence number of each attachment in the service operation corresponding to the service number.
S160: and writing the service data and the attachment associated information in the attachment information into a database, wherein the attachment associated information comprises the identification information of the first terminal device, the service number of the service data, the attachment serial number, the attachment file name, the attachment file extension name and the address information of the attachment file in the space pre-allocation file. In this embodiment, the first terminal device does not store the address information of the attachment file in the space pre-allocation file, and the information such as the service number, the attachment serial number, the attachment file name, the attachment file extension name, and the like is stored in the space pre-allocation file in an encrypted manner, and the attachment file can be read from the first terminal device only after a browser program that logs in the enterprise management system using a legal user account obtains the address information of the attachment file in the space pre-allocation file from a database of the enterprise management system.
Further, in the above data storage method, after the step of receiving the system service operation data submitted by the first terminal device, the method further includes:
s200: and writing system data into a backup storage space according to a data backup rule preset by a system or receiving a backup operation request of an operator, wherein the system data comprises the service data in the database, the attachment association information and the attachment file in the file storage space. The system data further includes user data, user authority data, user access records, form templates, etc. of the enterprise management system, which are not listed one by one here. In order to ensure the data security of the enterprise management system, a data backup program is provided in a general enterprise management system, and system data is backed up to other data servers or a cloud server.
As shown in fig. 4, the data storage method further includes:
s310: and receiving a data recovery request of an operator to recover the service data and the accessory associated information from the backup storage space to the database. When the enterprise management system has a system failure or hardware damage, which causes a serious data loss situation of the enterprise management system, the system data needs to be recovered from the backup storage space after overcoming the failure problem, such as reinstalling a system program, replacing damaged hardware, such as a hard disk, and the like. In the backup storage space, the space occupied by the service data and the accessory associated information is small, and the recovery speed is high.
S320: and receiving a system service operation data query request submitted by the second terminal equipment. During the data recovery process, the enterprise management system can be used normally, and the recovered part of data can be queried normally.
S330: and acquiring corresponding service data from the database according to the query request and returning the service data to the second terminal equipment. When the amount of the service data and the accessory associated information is also large, in some embodiments of the present invention, the recovery program preferentially recovers the service data and the accessory associated information whose data generation date is closer. The earlier the date is generated, the less likely it is to be used or queried. In other embodiments of the present invention, the recovery procedure preferentially recovers the service data and the accessory associated information thereof, wherein the service state is an unterminated state. By preferentially recovering the service data and the attachment associated information which are generated at a relatively recent date or in an unterminated state, most of the services of the enterprise management system can be recovered to be normally used in a short time.
S340: and receiving a file downloading request of the second terminal equipment for acquiring the attachment file, wherein the file downloading request comprises a service number corresponding to the service data and identification information of the second terminal equipment. When a user logs in the enterprise management system to process a service, the user often needs to download a related file for processing. In the technical scheme of the invention, when a user logs in the enterprise management system through a browser to process a service, after the service data and the attachment associated information of the corresponding service are recovered, the attachment file downloading link in the corresponding service data is displayed on a display interface browsed by the user. After receiving an operation of downloading the attachment file by a user, the browser sends a file downloading request of the attachment file to the enterprise management system, wherein the file downloading request comprises a service number corresponding to service data and identification information of the second terminal device, so that the enterprise management system can execute subsequent processing operation according to the service number and the identification information of the second terminal device.
S350: and acquiring the attachment associated information corresponding to the attachment file according to the service number. And in the process of recovering data by the recovery program, when the recovery program does not start recovering the attachment file from the backup storage space to the file storage space temporarily, the enterprise management system reads the attachment related information corresponding to the file downloading request from the database to locate the attachment file.
S360: and determining whether the identification information of the second terminal equipment is consistent with the identification information of the first terminal equipment in the accessory associated information. And determining whether the second terminal equipment sending the file downloading request and the first terminal equipment uploading the attachment file are the same equipment or not by matching the identification information of the second terminal equipment with the identification information of the first terminal equipment in the attachment associated information.
S370: and when the identification information of the second terminal equipment is determined to be consistent with the identification information of the first terminal equipment, sending the attachment association information to the second terminal equipment to enable the second terminal equipment to extract the attachment file from the space pre-allocation file. If the identification information of the second terminal equipment sending the file downloading request is consistent with the identification information of the first terminal equipment uploading the attachment file, namely the second terminal equipment and the first terminal equipment are the same equipment, the attachment file is stored in the space pre-allocation file of the first terminal equipment, and the enterprise management system sends the attachment related information to a browser program of the second terminal equipment, so that the browser program can extract the attachment file in the space pre-allocation file according to the attachment related information.
As shown in fig. 5, in the above data storage method, after the step of receiving a data recovery request from an operator to recover the service data and the accessory related information from the backup storage space to the database, the method further includes:
s410: receiving a user login request sent by a third terminal device;
s420: when the user login request is successfully verified, determining whether the third terminal equipment is used for the first time according to the identification information of the third terminal equipment in the user login request;
s430: when the third terminal device is confirmed not to be used for the first time, reading an attachment file list in a space pre-allocation file of the third terminal device;
s440: matching the file of the attachment file list with the attachment file in the file storage space;
s450: and acquiring a file which does not exist in the attachment file in the file storage space from the third terminal device to restore the file to the file storage space, wherein the system resource occupied by the restoring program is less than a preset value.
In the foregoing embodiment, in the process of recovering data by the recovery program, when any non-first-use terminal device logs in the enterprise management system, the enterprise management system reads an attachment file in the space pre-allocation file in the terminal device through a browser program and recovers the attachment file into the file storage space. Data recovery is performed by a plurality of devices simultaneously, so that the data recovery efficiency can be improved, and the enterprise management system can be recovered to the state before data loss more quickly. Further, when the recovery program recovers the attachment file from any non-first-use terminal device, the system resource occupied by the recovery program on the server is less than a preset value to avoid affecting other business operations of the enterprise management system, so that the recovery program can still accept that enterprise employees log in the enterprise management system through terminal devices such as office computers to perform normal business operations, such as issuing notification notifications, submitting business processes, filling work reports, making work reports, and the like, in the data recovery process. The system resources include one or more of network bandwidth resources, processor resources, memory resources, and disk IO resources of the server.
Further, in the above data storage method, after the step of receiving a data recovery request from an operator to recover the service data and the accessory association information from the backup storage space to the database, the method further includes:
s500: and acquiring files which do not exist in the attachment files in the file storage space from the backup storage space to restore the files in the file storage space, wherein system resources occupied by the restoring program are smaller than a preset value. In this embodiment, the recovery program of the enterprise management system recovers the attached file from the backup storage space and the third terminal device into the file storage space at the same time, thereby increasing the recovery speed of the attached file.
As shown in fig. 6, a second aspect of the present invention provides an enterprise management system, including:
and the login request receiving module is used for receiving a user login request sent by the first terminal device.
And the first-time use confirming module is used for confirming whether the first terminal equipment is used for the first time or not according to the identification information of the first terminal equipment in the user login request when the user login request is successfully verified. And the browser reads the identification information of the first terminal device to submit to the enterprise management system before submitting the user login request to the enterprise management system. When the user login request fails to be verified, for example, employee account information or password information input by the user is wrong, the enterprise management system returns a login failure message to the browser, and the login request of the first terminal is rejected.
And the generation instruction sending module is used for sending a space pre-allocation file generation instruction to the first terminal equipment when the first terminal equipment is confirmed to be used for the first time so as to enable the first terminal equipment to generate a space pre-allocation file for storing an attachment file in system service operation data.
And the service data receiving module is used for receiving the system service operation data submitted by the first terminal equipment, wherein the system service operation data comprises service data and accessory information.
And the attachment file storage module is used for storing the attachment file uploaded by the first terminal device in the attachment information into a file storage space. 3, when the first terminal device submits the system service operation data through the browser, if the service operation data includes an attachment file, the browser uploads the attachment file to the server of the enterprise management system, and at the same time, writes the service number associated with the attachment file, the serial number of the attachment file, the file name of the attachment file, the extension of the attachment file, and the attachment file data into the space pre-allocation file of the first terminal device.
And the service data writing module is used for writing the service data and the attachment associated information in the attachment information into a database, wherein the attachment associated information comprises the identification information of the first terminal device, the service number of the service data, the attachment serial number, the attachment file name, the attachment file extension name and the address information of the attachment file in the space pre-allocation file. In this embodiment, the first terminal device does not store the address information of the attachment file in the space pre-allocation file, and the information such as the service number, the attachment serial number, the attachment file name, the attachment file extension name, and the like is stored in the space pre-allocation file in an encrypted manner, and the attachment file can be read from the first terminal device only after the address information of the attachment file in the space pre-allocation file is obtained from the database of the enterprise management system by using a browser program that logs in the enterprise management system through a legal user account.
Further, in the above-mentioned enterprise management system, the method further includes:
and the system data backup module is used for writing system data into a backup storage space according to a data backup rule preset by a system or receiving a backup operation request of an operator, wherein the system data comprises the service data in the database, the attachment association information and the attachment file in the file storage space. The system data further includes user data, user authority data, user access records, form templates, etc. of the enterprise management system, which are not listed one by one here. In order to ensure the data security of the enterprise management system, a general enterprise management system has a data backup program for backing up system data to other data servers or cloud servers.
Further, in the above-mentioned enterprise management system, the system further includes:
and the service data recovery module is used for receiving a data recovery request of an operator and recovering the service data and the accessory associated information from the backup storage space to the database.
And the query request receiving module is used for receiving a system service operation data query request submitted by the second terminal equipment. During the data recovery process, the enterprise management system can be used normally, and the recovered part of data can be queried normally.
And the service data sending module is used for acquiring corresponding service data from the database according to the query request and returning the service data to the second terminal equipment. When the amount of the service data and the accessory related information is also large, in some embodiments of the present invention, the recovery program preferentially recovers the service data and the accessory related information whose data generation date is closer.
And the download request receiving module is used for receiving a file download request of the second terminal device for acquiring the accessory file, wherein the file download request comprises a service number corresponding to the service data and identification information of the second terminal device.
And the associated information acquisition module is used for acquiring the accessory associated information corresponding to the accessory file according to the service number. And in the process of recovering data by the recovery program, when the recovery program does not start recovering the attachment file from the backup storage space to the file storage space temporarily, the enterprise management system reads the attachment related information corresponding to the file downloading request from the database to locate the attachment file.
An identification information determining module, configured to determine whether the identification information of the second terminal device is consistent with the identification information of the first terminal device in the accessory associated information. And determining whether the second terminal device sending the file downloading request and the first terminal device uploading the attachment file are the same device or not by matching the identification information of the second terminal device with the identification information of the first terminal device in the attachment associated information.
And the associated information sending and sending module is used for sending the attachment associated information to the second terminal equipment when the identification information of the second terminal equipment is determined to be consistent with the identification information of the first terminal equipment, so that the second terminal equipment extracts the attachment file from the space pre-allocation file. If the identification information of the second terminal device sending the file downloading request is consistent with the identification information of the first terminal device uploading the attachment file, namely the second terminal device and the first terminal device are the same device, the attachment file is stored in a space pre-allocation file of the first terminal device, and the enterprise management system issues the attachment association information to a browser program of the second terminal device, so that the browser program can extract the attachment file in the space pre-allocation file according to the attachment association information.
Further, in the enterprise management system, the login request receiving module is further configured to receive a user login request sent by a third terminal device, and the first use confirmation module is further configured to confirm whether the third terminal device is used for the first time according to the identification information of the third terminal device in the user login request when the user login request is successfully verified, where the enterprise management system further includes:
an attachment file reading module, configured to read an attachment file list in a space pre-allocated file of the third terminal device when it is determined that the third terminal device is not used for the first time;
the accessory file matching module is used for matching the file of the accessory file list with the accessory file in the file storage space;
and the attached file recovery module is used for acquiring files which do not exist in the attached files in the file storage space from the third terminal equipment so as to recover the files in the file storage space, and the system resources occupied by the recovery program are smaller than a preset value.
Further, in the enterprise management system described above, the attached file recovery module is further configured to obtain a file that does not exist in the attached files in the file storage space from the backup storage space to recover the attached files in the file storage space, where system resources occupied by the recovery program are smaller than a preset value. In this embodiment, the recovery program of the enterprise management system recovers the attached file from the backup storage space and the third terminal device into the file storage space at the same time, thereby increasing the recovery speed of the attached file.
The invention provides a data storage method and an enterprise management system, wherein a user login request sent by a first terminal device is received, when the user login request is verified successfully, whether the first terminal device is used for the first time is confirmed according to identification information of the first terminal device in the user login request, when the first terminal device is confirmed to be used for the first time, a space pre-allocation file generation instruction is sent to the first terminal device so that the first terminal device generates a space pre-allocation file for storing an accessory file in system service operation data, the system service operation data submitted by the first terminal device is received, the system service operation data comprises service data and accessory information, the accessory file uploaded by the first terminal device in the accessory information is stored in a file storage space, the service data and the accessory associated information in the accessory information are written into a database, the accessory associated information comprises the identification information of the first terminal device, the service number of the service data, the accessory serial number, the accessory file name, the accessory file extension name and the address of the accessory file in the space pre-allocation file, and the problem of high security and high security of the system can be recovered after the system is used.
