Abstract
The present invention provides a sticky protective lining comprising: laminated structure and protective structure, laminated structure with protective structure connects, just the equipment inner wall that needs the protection of orientation under the laminated structure user state. The invention has low maintenance cost, simple processing technology and long service life, is used for the groove body or cylinder body protection without rotating parts, and the service life can reach about 10 years; the protective device is used for protecting a barrel or a groove body with a rotating part, the service life can reach about 5 years, the operation rate of the device is greatly improved, and the maintenance cost is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of protection of tank type containers or barrels in mineral processing and chemical industry, in particular to a convenient-to-stick protective lining which is used for wear-resistant protection or acid and alkali resistance and protection in a specific liquid environment.
Background
The cylinder body or the tank body is of a steel plate structure, is not wear-resistant or acid-base-resistant, and is required to be covered with a wear-resistant lining to meet the protection requirement. In a tank body or a container in the fields of chemical engineering and sewage treatment, a stirring tank, a reaction kettle, a reaction tank and the like are commonly required to be covered with a protective lining on the inner wall. Generally, the lining of the equipment is protected by rubber, polyurethane or sprayed with specific coatings, but the materials only have short-term protection, the repair on site after damage is difficult to carry out due to the limitation of process conditions, long maintenance time is needed, the operation rate of the equipment is seriously influenced, and therefore, a protective lining which is convenient to install, good in wear resistance and corrosion resistant is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a convenient-to-paste protective lining which can be replaced at any time, can be detached once being torn off and can be used once being pasted, is convenient to install and maintain, can be completed on site without specific tools or high-temperature and high-pressure environments, and can flexibly adjust the formula and the structural form according to the requirements of site process conditions and acid-base environments.

Further, the laminated structure is made of a magnetic material, the protection structure is made of a flexible material, the laminated structure is solidified in the protection structure, and the laminated structure is magnetized after solidification.
Furthermore, the attaching structure is divided into two types of N and S according to the magnetizing direction, and the attaching structure is arranged in a staggered mode during installation.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the installation is convenient, the adhesive structure is adsorbed on the metal surface to be protected, and a specific tool or a specific technology and environment are not needed, so that the operation can be easily finished; the disassembly is convenient, and after the abrasion reaches a certain degree, the blade can be easily pulled away as long as the blade is used for prying up a small angle; the environment practicability is strong, and the formula and the structure of the attaching structure and the protecting structure are adjusted according to the working condition environment of the cylinder or the tank body to be protected, so that the occasions of wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance and specific chemical solution are played; the protective card has the advantages of low maintenance cost, simple processing technology and long service life, is used for groove body or barrel body protection without rotating parts, can reach about 10 years for barrel body or groove body protection with rotating parts, can reach about 5 years for service life, greatly improves the operation rate of equipment, and saves the maintenance cost.

As shown in fig. 1-1 to 5-5, the present invention provides a convenient adhesive protective lining, which is prepared by solidifying an adhesive structure 2 in a protective structure 1, performing a molding process to perform a positive N magnetization and a negative S magnetization on the half, and making a mark (marking a front mark on a mold), wherein the mark is arranged alternately during installation and can be arranged in various ways in order to reduce installation gaps and achieve a tight protection effect.
As shown in fig. 2-1, 2-2 and 2-3, the attaching structure 2 is made of a magnetic material, and the protecting structure 1 is made of a flexible material. The magnetic material plays a role in fixed installation, is adsorbed on the surface of the metal structure to be protected by utilizing the magnetic field force of the magnetic material, and requires that the protection surface is smooth, and the surface to be protected can be a plane or an arc surface. The magnetic material is ferrite and/or neodymium iron boron, but is not limited to the two types of magnetic materials, and is also not limited to the combination of various magnetic materials, and various formulas can be flexibly adopted according to the field use conditions.
The flexible material has the functions of wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be selected in various ways according to the working conditions on site. The flexible material may be rubber, polyurethane or other rubber plastic material. The rubber is one of wear-resistant rubber, acid-base resistant rubber or seawater resistant rubber. According to different materials and component compositions, the raw materials are made into a mould according to a standard process, pressed and solidified at high temperature, and then cooled and drawn out, and then magnetized by a magnetizing machine.
As shown in fig. 1-1, 1-2 and 1-3, the protective structure 1 is provided with a reinforcing device, which may be one or more grids, but is not limited to a grid structure, and may be provided in a grid structure or a honeycomb structure. The shape of the sticky protective lining can be made into a square or rectangular or honeycomb combination, and N, S can be arranged in a staggered or spaced mode.
The width A of the protective structure 1 is 20-200 mm, the width B of the attaching structure is 10-180 mm, the thickness C of the convenient attaching type protective lining is 10-100mm, the thickness D of the protective structure shell is 5-20 mm, and the protective structure is flexibly designed according to the specific protective surface shape, but is not limited to the size range.
As shown in fig. 4-1 to 5-3, the working principle of the present invention is to utilize the adsorption characteristic of magnetic materials to adsorb on the surface of a steel structure to be protected by magnetic field force, the attaching structures 2 filled with N and S are arranged alternately during installation, each protecting lining is tightly combined, and various arrangement modes can be provided, such as staggered cross arrangement, or horizontal arrangement and vertical arrangement and interval arrangement.

Claims (10)
1. A convenience protective liner comprising: laminated structure (2) and protective structure (1), laminated structure (2) with protective structure (1) is connected, just towards the equipment inner wall that needs the protection under laminated structure (2) user state.
2. A sticky protective lining according to claim 1, wherein the conformable structure (2) is made of magnetic material and the protective structure (1) is made of flexible material, the conformable structure (2) is cured in the protective structure (1), and after curing the conformable structure (2) is magnetized.
3. A sticky protective lining according to claim 2, wherein the conformable structure (2) is of two types N and S according to the direction of magnetization and is staggered when installed.
4. A convenience liner as claimed in claim 2, wherein the magnetic material is ferrite and/or neodymium iron boron.
5. A sticky protective lining as claimed in claim 2, wherein the flexible material is one or more of rubber, polyurethane, rubber and plastic.
6. A handy guard liner as recited in claim 5, wherein said rubber is one of abrasion resistant rubber, acid and alkali resistant rubber, or sea water resistant rubber.
7. A sticky protective lining according to claim 1, wherein the protective structure (1) is provided with stiffening means.
8. A convenience protective lining as claimed in claim 7 wherein the reinforcing means is a grid, the number of which may be one or more.
9. A sticky protective lining according to claim 1, wherein the thickness C of the conformable structure (2) is 10-100 mm.
10. A handy guard liner according to claim 1, wherein the thickness D of the outer shell of the guard structure (1) is 5-20 mm.
