Claims (9)

1. A short message management and control system, comprising:
a line access subsystem for receiving the SIP signaling sent by the S-CSCF network element;
the signaling processing subsystem is used for filtering out the short signaling from the SIP signaling and distributing the short signaling to different short message analysis subsystems according to the correlation of the short signaling;
the short message analysis subsystem is used for extracting short message related contents, wherein the short message related contents comprise a short message receiver number, a short message sender number, a short message center number, a coding mode, short message fragments and short message contents;
the service subsystem is used for performing research and judgment processing according to the related content of the short message and sending a research and judgment result to the signaling processing subsystem so that the signaling processing subsystem manages and controls the harmful short message according to the research and judgment result;
the signaling processing subsystem controls the harmful short message according to the research and judgment result specifically includes:
receiving a harmful short message type;
determining whether personalized configuration for processing the harmful short message type exists;
if so, managing and controlling the harmful short messages according to the personalized configuration;
if not, the following process is performed:
constructing a service response message of a short message service message to block and intercept the harmful short message;
or modifying the related content of the short message to perform innocent treatment on the harmful short message;
or constructing a service response message of the short message service message and modifying the information of the short message receiver so as to transfer the harmful short message into a third party detection platform.
2. The sms management and control system of claim 1, wherein the line access subsystem is interconnected with the S-CSCF network element through an ISC interface and with the HSS network element through an Sh standard interface.
3. The sms management system of claim 1, wherein the signaling processing subsystem is further configured to:
repackaging signaling of non-short signaling in the SIP signaling into SIP information, and sending the SIP information to the line access subsystem so that the line subsystem returns the SIP information to the S-CSCF network element;
and generating response information of the short message and sending the response information to the line access subsystem so that the line subsystem returns the response information to the S-CSCF network element.
4. The system for managing and controlling short messages according to claim 1, wherein said service subsystem performs a research and judgment process according to said content related to short messages, specifically comprising:
performing number strategy research and judgment according to the number;
if the number strategy research and judgment result is a normal short message, returning the normal short message type to the signaling processing subsystem;
and if the number strategy research and judgment result is the harmful short message, returning the type of the harmful short message to the signaling processing subsystem.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein when the number policy research result is a suspected harmful short message, the content research of the short message is performed according to the content sample and the harmful short message personalized research model;
if the short message content research and judgment result is a normal short message, returning a normal short message type to the signaling processing subsystem;
and if the short message content research and judgment result is the harmful short message, returning the harmful short message type to the signaling processing subsystem.

The sms management and control system of claim 1, wherein the signaling processing subsystem further encapsulates SIP information after managing the harmful sms according to the determination result, and sends the SIP information to the line access subsystem, so that the line subsystem returns the SIP information to the S-CSCF network element.
7. A short message management and control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving SIP signaling sent by an S-CSCF network element;
filtering out the short message signaling from the SIP signaling, and distributing the short message to different short message analysis subsystems according to the correlation of the short message signaling;
extracting related short message content, wherein the related short message content comprises a short message receiver number, a short message sender number, a short message center number, a coding mode, a short message fragment and short message content;
performing research and judgment processing according to the related content of the short message, and controlling the harmful short message according to the research and judgment result;
wherein, according to the result of judging, manage and control the harmful message, include:
receiving a harmful short message type;
determining whether personalized configuration for processing the harmful short message type exists;
if so, managing and controlling the harmful short messages according to the personalized configuration;
if not, the following process is performed:
constructing a service response message of a short message service message to block and intercept the harmful short message;
or modifying the related content of the short message to perform innocent treatment on the harmful short message;
or constructing a service response message of the short message service message and modifying the information of the short message receiver so as to transfer the harmful short message into a third party detection platform.
8. The utility model provides a short message management and control device which characterized in that includes:
at least one processor;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
the at least one program, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the at least one processor to implement the method of claim 7.
9. Computer readable storage medium, characterized in that it has stored thereon a processor executable program for implementing the method according to claim 7 when being executed by a processor.
