the cloud public platform is at least used for establishing a video and goods transfer account, and is used for disclosing a video buyer purchase order completion digital certificate formed by approval of the video store terminal, approving the video buyer purchase order completion digital certificate signed by the equity store into a video and goods buyer digital certificate and verifying the video and goods buyer purchase order digital certificate applied by the agent terminal.
