技术领域
本发明属于物联网智能包装技术领域,具体涉及一种定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料及其制造方法。
背景技术
近场通信(Near Field Communication,简称NFC),是一种新兴的技术,使用了NFC技术的设备(例如移动电话)可以在彼此靠近的情况下进行数据交换,是由非接触式射频识别(RFID)及互连互通技术整合演变而来的,通过在单一芯片上集成感应式读卡器、感应式卡片和点对点通信的功能,利用移动终端实现移动支付、电子票务、门禁、移动身份识别、防伪等应用。
立袋是经常使用的包装袋,其提携及搁置均非常便利。随着NFC芯片的成本越来越低,支持NFC功能的手机越来越普及,为NFC技术在产品普及应用创造了良好的前提。通过在产品、包装附上NFC电子标签,消费者即可使用手机自动扫描标签里面的加密产品信息,在了解产品信息的同时,还可追溯产品来源,进行真假鉴别。
传统的带电子标签的包装袋一般是先做好包装袋,然后把独立的电子标签粘贴在包装袋上,其缺点是电子标签外露,容易被更换或损坏,也不美观。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种把电子标签内置于袋体膜层中,从而不易损坏且较为美观的定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料及其制造方法。
本发明提供的一种定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料,依次包括承印层、印刷层、第一胶黏层、增强层、第二胶黏层和热封层;其特征在于:在承印层的预定位置上贴上NFC电子标签,所述NFC电子标签位于承印层和第一胶黏层之间。
进一步的,承印层材料选用PET或BOPP,增强层材料选用PET、BOPA或VMPET,热封层选用材料PE或CPP。
进一步的,承印层的厚度为12-25μm,增强层的厚度为12-25μm,热封层的厚度为50-150μm。
CPP,指的是流延聚丙烯薄膜,也称未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,是塑胶工业中通过流延挤塑工艺生产的聚丙烯(PP)薄膜。该类薄膜与BOPP(双向聚丙烯)薄膜不同,属非取向薄膜。其薄膜表面上可形成优异的清晰度和光洁度。CPP薄膜的主要特性包括:与LLDPE、LDPE、HDPE、PET、PVG等其他薄膜相比,成本更低,产量更高。比PE薄膜挺度更高。水气和异味阻隔性优良。多功能,可作为复合材料基膜。可进行金属化处理。作为食品和商品包装及外包装,具有优良的演示性,可使产品在包装下仍清晰可见。
BOPA,指的是双向拉伸尼龙薄膜(Biaxially oriented polyamide (nylon)film)的英文简称,双向拉伸尼龙薄膜(BOPA)是生产各种复合包装材料的重要材料,BOPA薄膜是以聚酰胺6(尼龙6)为原材料制成的。聚酰胺分子内含有极性酰胺基(-CO-NH-),其中的-NH-基能和-C=O基形成氢键,氢键的形成是聚酰胺具有较高结晶性的重要因素之一,但不是所有聚酰胺中的分子都能结晶,还有一部分非结晶性的聚酰胺分子链中的酰胺基可以与水分子配位,即具有吸水性。聚酰胺6具有以下特性:优异的力学性能、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性;具有自润滑性;耐高温;具有良好的氧气阻隔性、耐穿刺和耐撕裂性。与其他薄膜相比,BOPA薄膜比PE、BOPP薄膜具有更高的强度,比EVOH、PVDC薄膜具有低成本和环保方面的优势,是食品保鲜、保香的理想材料,特别适合于冷冻、蒸煮、抽真空包装,且无毒无害。具体表现在以下几个方面:(1)良好的透明性和光泽度,雾度低,(2)优异的韧性和耐穿刺性,(3)极好的气体(氧气、氮气、二氧化碳)、香味和气味阻隔性,(4)优异的耐油性、耐油脂性和耐化学溶剂性,(5)便于加工,可进行涂敷、金属化处理,或与其他基材复合等,(6)适用温度范围广泛(-60℃-150℃),(7)耐热性强。
VMPET,指的是聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET),多应用于饼干等干燥、膨化食品包装以及一些医药、化妆品的外包装上。镀铝膜既有塑料薄膜的特性,又具有金属的特性。薄膜表面镀铝的作用是遮光、防紫外线照射,既延长了内容物的保质期,又提高了薄膜的亮度,从一定程度上代替了铝箔,也具有价廉、美观及较好的阻隔性能,因此,镀铝膜在复合包装中的应用十分广泛,主要应用于饼干等干燥、膨化食品包装以及一些医药、化妆品的外包装上。
BOPP指的是双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,一般为多层共挤薄膜,是由聚丙烯颗粒经共挤形成片材后,再经纵横两个方向的拉伸而制得。由于拉伸分子定向,所以这种薄膜的物理稳定性、机械强度、气密性较好,透明度和光泽度较高,坚韧耐磨。
PET,指的是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜,熔点:250-255°C,是一种耐久性强、坚固、高韧性、耐潮、耐高温和低温的材料。
PE,指的是聚乙烯(polyethy lene)薄膜,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良。
本发明提供的一种定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用凹版印刷机在承印层一侧的表面上印刷油墨形成印刷层;
(2)用贴标机在承印层印刷有油墨的一侧表面上定位贴NFC电子标签,得到印刷膜;
(3)用复合机在增强层一侧的表面上涂上胶黏剂形成第二胶黏层,然后与热封层复合,得到基膜;
(4)用复合机在基膜设有热封层的另一侧表面上涂上胶黏剂形成第一胶黏层,然后与印刷膜设有NFC电子标签的一侧表面复合,得到坯膜;
(5)在熟化室中对坯膜进行熟化处理,得到成品包装材料。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中,凹版印刷机的印刷速度为100-400m/min,干燥温度为60-100℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(5)中,熟化温度为40-50℃,时间为48-96h。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明通过把NFC智能电子标签内置于袋体膜层中,具有牢固可靠,隐形美观的优点,能应用于食品、药品、日化等行业的塑塑复合材料包装领域。
(2)由于内嵌了NFC智能电子标签,可一袋一标签,且定位精准;可进行精美图文设计印刷,依靠读写设备,通过大数据来实现一系列的功能,可进行读写数据,可定制专属平台,是智能包装的一种,能满足物联网溯源、区块链防伪、大数据时代动态精准营销的智能需求。

具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例对本发明的构思及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。
(实施例1)
本实施例是一种定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料,如图1所示,依次包括承印层1、印刷层2、第一胶黏层3、增强层4、第二胶黏层5和热封层6;在承印层的预定位置上贴上NFC电子标签7,所述NFC电子标签位于承印层和第一胶黏层之间;如果预定的位置上印刷有油墨,则NFC电子标签位于印刷层和第一胶黏层之间,如果预定的位置没有印刷油墨,则NFC电子标签位于承印层和第一胶黏层之间。
承印层选用PET,增强层选用PET,热封层选用PE。本实施例的承印层选用PET,增强层选用PET,热封层选用PE。承印层的厚度为20μm,增强层的厚度为20μm,热封层的厚度为100μm。
本实施例的制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)用凹版印刷机在承印层一侧的表面上印刷油墨形成印刷层;
(2)用贴标机在承印层印刷有油墨的一侧表面上定位贴NFC电子标签,得到印刷膜;
(3)用复合机在增强层一侧的表面上涂上胶黏剂形成第二胶黏层,然后与热封层复合,得到基膜;
(4)用复合机在基膜设有热封层的另一侧表面上涂上胶黏剂形成第一胶黏层,然后与印刷膜设有NFC电子标签的一侧表面复合,得到坯膜;
(5)在熟化室中对坯膜进行熟化处理,得到成品包装材料。
所述步骤(1)中,凹版印刷机的印刷速度为100m/min,干燥温度为60℃;所述步骤(5)中,熟化温度为40℃,时间为48h。步骤(3)和(4)中,所用胶黏剂是双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,主剂和固化剂的重量配比的优选法范围是100: 50。
(实施例2)
本实施例是一种定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料,和实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:承印层选用PET,增强层选用BOPA,热封层选用PE。
本实施例的承印层选用PET,增强层选用PET,热封层选用PE。本实施例的制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)用凹版印刷机在承印层一侧的表面上印刷油墨形成印刷层;
(2)用贴标机在承印层印刷有油墨的一侧表面上定位贴NFC电子标签,得到印刷膜;
(3)用复合机在增强层一侧的表面上涂上胶黏剂形成第二胶黏层,然后与热封层复合,得到基膜;
(4)用复合机在基膜设有热封层的另一侧表面上涂上胶黏剂形成第一胶黏层,然后与印刷膜设有NFC电子标签的一侧表面复合,得到坯膜;
(5)在熟化室中对坯膜进行熟化处理,得到成品包装材料。
所述步骤(1)中,凹版印刷机的印刷速度为400m/min,干燥温度为100℃;所述步骤(5)中,熟化温度为50℃,时间为96h。
(实施例3)
本实施例是一种定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料,和实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:承印层选用BOPP,增强层选用VMPET,热封层选用CPP。
本实施例的制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)用凹版印刷机在承印层一侧的表面上印刷油墨形成印刷层;
(2)用贴标机在承印层印刷有油墨的一侧表面上定位贴NFC电子标签,得到印刷膜;
(3)用复合机在增强层一侧的表面上涂上胶黏剂形成第二胶黏层,然后与热封层复合,得到基膜;
(4)用复合机在基膜设有热封层的另一侧表面上涂上胶黏剂形成第一胶黏层,然后与印刷膜设有NFC电子标签的一侧表面复合,得到坯膜;
(5)在熟化室中对坯膜进行熟化处理,得到成品包装材料。
所述步骤(1)中,凹版印刷机的印刷速度为250m/min,干燥温度为80℃;所述步骤(5)中,熟化温度为45℃,时间为72h。
(实施例4)
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:所用胶黏剂不同;本实施例所用胶黏剂的组分以质量份数表示法为:聚氨酯100份,异氰酸酯35份,乙酸乙酯4份,硅烷偶联剂9份,钛酸四丁酯0.02份;其中,硅烷偶联剂是乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,钛酸四丁酯用作催化剂。
(实施例5)
本实施例与实施例2基本相同,不同之处在于:所用胶黏剂不同;本实施例所用胶黏剂的组分以质量份数表示法为:聚氨酯100份,异氰酸酯40份,乙酸乙酯5份,硅烷偶联剂8份,钛酸四丁酯0.03份;其中,硅烷偶联剂是乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
(实施例6)
本实施例与实施例3基本相同,不同之处在于:所用胶黏剂不同;本实施例所用胶黏剂的组分以质量份数表示法为:聚氨酯100份,异氰酸酯45份,乙酸乙酯6份,硅烷偶联剂7份,钛酸四丁酯0.04份;其中,硅烷偶联剂是乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
对上述实施例1-实施例6得到的成品进行取样检测,得下表。

由此可见,各实施例的热封层与增强层之间的结合力都达到了国家标准要求的强度,尤其是换用新组分的胶黏剂,可有效增强热封层和增强层之间的剥离力,也即增加了两者的结合强度。
另外对其NFC智能电子标签用智能手机检验测试,均能正确无误读出预设数据,符合设计要求。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本实施例通过把NFC智能电子标签内置于袋体膜层中,具有牢固可靠,隐形美观的优点,能应用于食品、药品、日化等行业的塑塑复合材料包装领域。
(2)本实施例由于内嵌了NFC智能电子标签,可一袋一标签,且定位精准;可进行精美图文设计印刷,依靠读写设备,通过大数据来实现一系列的功能,可进行读写数据,可定制专属平台,是智能包装的一种,能满足物联网溯源、区块链防伪、大数据时代动态精准营销的智能需求。

Claims (8)

1.一种定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料,依次包括承印层(1)、印刷层(2)、第一胶黏层(3)、增强层(4)、第二胶黏层(5)和热封层(6);其特征在于:在承印层的预定位置上贴上NFC电子标签(7),所述NFC电子标签位于承印层和第一胶黏层之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐蒸煮铝箔封口膜,其特征在于:承印层选用PET或BOPP,增强层选用PET、BOPA或VMPET,热封层选用PE或CPP。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐蒸煮铝箔封口膜,其特征在于:承印层的厚度为12-25μm,增强层的厚度为12-25μm,热封层的厚度为50-150μm。
4.一种定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)用凹版印刷机在承印层一侧的表面上印刷油墨形成印刷层;
(2)用贴标机在承印层印刷有油墨的一侧表面上定位贴NFC电子标签,得到印刷膜;
(3)用复合机在增强层一侧的表面上涂上胶黏剂形成第二胶黏层,然后与热封层复合,得到基膜;
(4)用复合机在基膜设有热封层的另一侧表面上涂上胶黏剂形成第一胶黏层,然后与印刷膜设有NFC电子标签的一侧表面复合,得到坯膜;
(5)在熟化室中对坯膜进行熟化处理,得到成品包装材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于:
所述步骤(1)中,凹版印刷机的印刷速度为100-400m/min,干燥温度为60-100℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中,熟化温度为40-50℃,时间为48-96h。
7.根据权利要求4所述的定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于:承印层选用PET或BOPP,增强层选用PET、BOPA或VMPET,热封层选用PE或CPP。
8.根根据权利要求4所述的定位嵌入智能标签的包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于:承印层的厚度为12-25μm,增强层的厚度为12-25μm,热封层的厚度为50-150μm。
