the jacking hydraulic rod (24) is arranged inside the plugging compaction cylinder (16) and is connected to the top of the inner side of the hydraulic cylinder casing (19) through a bolt; the secondary plugging disc (25) is connected to the output end of the jacking hydraulic rod (24) through a bolt; the left side anti-spraying plate (26) and the right side anti-spraying plate (27) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the inner part of the anti-spraying clamping cylinder (23).
