Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an information transmission method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, applied to the ventricular assist system shown in fig. 2, where the ventricular assist system includes a ventricular assist device disposed in a body, a controller disposed outside the body, and a monitor. Information may be transferred from any device in the ventricular assist system to any other device. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the steps of:
s302, the sending end sends first information, the first information comprises triggered target transactions, and the target transactions are used for indicating and/or controlling the operation state of the ventricular assist device.
In the embodiment of the application, the ventricular assist device can be a blood pump in medical assist equipment, the blood pump is implanted in a human body and runs at a high speed in the human body, and the controller monitors the running state of the blood pump by receiving running data of the blood pump. Since the data communication of the ventricular assist system needs to meet the requirements of high real-time performance and high safety, the first information transmitted in the ventricular assist system is encapsulated by a self-defined communication protocol. The communication protocol defines fields in the first information and values of the fields, including transactions and transaction identifications, data types, transmission types, data structures, and the like.
The first information is information carrying a target transaction and is used for information interaction in the ventricular assist system. In one embodiment, the first information may be information sent by the controller as a sender to the ventricular assist device, carrying a target transaction triggered by the monitor, for instructing the ventricular assist device to respond to or execute the target transaction. In another embodiment, the first information may be information sent by the ventricular assist device as a sending end to the controller, and carries a target transaction triggered by the ventricular assist device, and the target transaction is displayed in a monitor for monitoring the ventricular assist device.
Wherein the target transaction is used to indicate and/or control an operational state of the ventricular assist device. The operating state is used to define the operating conditions of the ventricular assist device, including the power, rotational speed, flow, voltage, clock, etc. of the ventricular assist device.
In one embodiment, the target transaction includes one or more of a control transaction, a real-time clock transaction, a controller command transaction, a real-time status transaction, a non-real-time status acquisition transaction, a patient configuration transaction, a log read transaction, an authentication transaction, or a power status transaction. The control transaction is used to control the ventricular assist device to operate. Real-time clock transactions are used to exchange real-time clock information, carrying synchronized timestamps. The controller commands transactions for handling asynchronous aperiodic transactions such as clear alarm transactions, mute alarm transactions, initiate data flow transactions, and the like. Real-time status transactions are used to periodically communicate real-time status between components. The non-real-time status acquisition transaction is used to communicate information (e.g., version) built into the system. The patient configuration transaction is used to configure patient-related information and settings. The log read transaction is used to retrieve stored treatment and device status data from the controller. The authentication transaction is used to verify the physically connected devices before allowing communication. The power state transaction is used for the monitor to obtain power information on the controller or the controller to obtain battery information.
In one embodiment, each target transaction includes at least one sub-transaction, e.g., the control transaction includes an operating speed setting sub-transaction, a power setting sub-transaction, and the like. Each sub-transaction corresponds to a transaction identifier, a data type, a transmission type and a data structure. The sending end can package the data triggering the transaction according to the mapping relation and send the data to the receiving end; the receiving end can analyze the information according to the mapping relation after receiving the information to obtain the data of the triggering transaction, and then execute or respond the data.
S304, the receiving end receives the at least one piece of first information and executes or responds to the target transaction according to the at least one piece of first information.
The first information comprises a target transaction used for indicating and/or controlling the operation state of the ventricular assist device, and when the receiving end receives the first information, the receiving end extracts the target transaction from the first information and executes or responds to the target transaction. For example, the target transaction is a real-time clock transaction, and the controller, upon receiving first information carrying the real-time clock transaction, feeds back the real-time clock to the ventricular assist device in response to the first information. For another example, the target transaction is a speed setting transaction, and the ventricular assist device executes the speed setting transaction and adjusts the rotational speed to the value set in the speed setting transaction when receiving the first information carrying the speed setting transaction.
In the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the software architecture in the ventricular assist system includes an application layer, a transport layer, and a bottom layer. The application layer is used for providing parameters and data of transactions, triggering the transactions in the operation process of the magnetic suspension pump, and sending the parameters and data corresponding to the triggered transactions to the transmission layer. The transmission layer is a realization layer of a communication protocol, and at a sending end, the transmission layer reads data from an application program, establishes transmission and converts the transmission into a data packet; and at the receiving end, converting the received data packet into transmission, and writing the data back to the application program according to the transaction parameters. In addition, the transport layer controls the order and integrity of the transmissions and data packets (using cyclic redundancy checks). The bottom layer includes a transmitter and a receiver for transmitting and receiving data packets specified by the custom communication protocol.
Specifically, when a transaction is triggered in the running process of the sending end, the application layer of the sending end acquires data to be sent and sends the data to be sent to the transmission layer. The transmission layer encapsulates data to be sent into first information according to a defined communication protocol, then the first information is sent to bottom layer hardware, and the bottom layer hardware sends the first information to bottom layer hardware equipment of a receiving end through a cable. Correspondingly, the bottom hardware of the receiving end receives first information sent by the bottom hardware of the sending end through a cable, the first information is transmitted to the transmission layer, the transmission layer unpacks the first information according to a communication protocol, effective data are extracted from the first information, and the effective data are transmitted to the application layer to be displayed and/or processed.
For example, when the user sets the speed of the blood pump 1 from the original a to B on the monitor, a pump speed setting transaction is triggered. The application layer of the monitor establishes the process of the pump speed setting transaction, and transmits the pump identification corresponding to the rotating speed B and the blood pump 1 to the transmission layer, the transmission layer establishes a transmission link 1 between the monitor and the blood pump 1 according to the pump identification, converts the rotating speed B set by a user into a data packet 1 in a specified data format, and then the transmission layer transmits the data packet 1 to the bottom layer, and the bottom layer transmits the data packet 1 to the blood pump 1 through the transmission link 1. After receiving the data packet 1, a receiver in the bottom layer of the blood 1 sends the data packet 1 to a transmission layer, the transmission layer reads data (the rotating speed is set to be B) carried by the data packet 1 according to the meaning defined by each predefined field, finally, the pump speed setting affair and the rotating speed B are transmitted to an application layer, and a controller arranged in the blood pump 1 sets the rotating speed to be B according to the pump speed setting affair.
In the above embodiment, the ventricular assist system includes a ventricular assist device disposed in a body, a controller disposed outside the body, and a monitor, where a transmitting end in the ventricular assist system transmits first information, where the first information includes a triggered target transaction, and the target transaction is used to indicate and/or control an operating state of the ventricular assist device. Therefore, the operation state of the ventricular assist device can be obtained according to the first information or the operation of the ventricular assist device is controlled according to the first information, so that information transmission between devices in the ventricular assist system is realized, and the ventricular assist device is controlled or monitored through the transmitted information.
In one embodiment, the first information includes a first field and a second field; the first field is used for indicating the transmission type of the target transaction, the transmission type comprises a bidirectional data transmission type and a sending-only transmission type, the bidirectional data transmission type comprises a sending data type and a receiving data type, and the sending-only transmission type comprises a sending data type; the second field is used to indicate a transaction identification of the target transaction, the transaction identification being used to define the function and/or data that triggers the transaction in the ventricular assist system.
The bidirectional data transmission type is a data transmission type expected to be responded, and when the receiving end receives information sent according to the bidirectional data transmission type, the information needs to be responded. The bidirectional data transmission types include sending acknowledge data (sending data, receiving no data), requesting data from the receiving end (sending no data, receiving data), exchanging data (both sending and receiving data), sending command (both sending and receiving no data). The transmission-only type is a data transmission type for which a response is not expected, and when the receiving end receives the information transmitted according to the transmission-only type, the receiving end does not need to respond to the information.
The transaction identifier may be one or more of a number, a letter, a character, or a special symbol. For example, the transaction identification may be A-01, or the transaction identification may be 1003, etc.
In one embodiment, the type of data sent and the type of data received may be the same or different. For example, the first information sent by the controller includes a speed setting transaction. The transmit data type is T _ PumpSpeed and the receive data type is 0x0006, which is a 16-bit unsigned integer.
In the above embodiment, the first information includes the first field for indicating the transmission type of the target transaction and the second field for indicating the transaction identifier of the target transaction, so that the receiving end can respond to the first information according to the transmission type and the transaction identifier, thereby implementing fine control of the ventricular assist device through the transaction identifier or monitoring the operating state of the ventricular assist device.
In the present application, a data packet format for data transmission is predefined, and the data packet is a minimum unit from a transmission layer, and as shown in fig. 5, the data packet is composed of a command code (OXD 0), a data word, cyclic redundancy, a check value, and carriage return.
Where the cyclic redundancy check value CRC is a 2-byte CRC-16 value calculated with 12 bytes of data, the data word comprising the hardware channel identifier, the header and the payload. Further, the header consists of a transaction identification, a transmission type, and a multi-packet counter.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, S302 further includes the following steps:
s602, according to a mapping relation between a preset transaction and a first value and a second value, determining a target first value and a target second value corresponding to the target transaction, wherein the target first value is a value of a first field, and the target second value is a value of a second field.
In the present application, a content field of each Transaction or sub-Transaction is predefined, and the content field mainly includes a Transaction identification (Transaction ID), a transmission Type (Transaction Type), a transmission data Type (Tx data Type), and a reception data Type (Rx data Type). When the target transaction triggered by the sending end is determined, the first value and the second value of the target transaction triggered by the sending end can be determined according to the first value and the second value (namely the transaction identification and the transmission type) of the target transaction in the content field. For example, the content field of the predefined speed setting transaction is shown in fig. 7, the transaction identifier of the pump speed setting transaction is 1, the transmission type is bidirectional data transmission, the sending data type of the pump speed setting transaction is T _ PumpSpeed, and the receiving data type is 0x0006 which is a 16-bit unsigned integer. When the target transaction triggered by the sending end is a speed setting transaction, the sending end can know that the first value of the target transaction is the bidirectional transmission type TxRx according to the content field, and the second value is 1.
The first field occupies 1bit, when the value of the first field is 1, the transmission type of the target transaction is represented as a bidirectional transmission type TxRx, and when the value of the first field is 0, the transmission type of the target transaction is represented as a sending-only transmission type TxOnly; or when the value of the first field is 0, it indicates that the transmission type of the target transaction is the send-only transmission type TxOnly, and when the value of the first field is 1, it indicates that the transmission type of the target transaction is the bidirectional transmission type TxRx, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. Further, the second field occupies 8 bits, which 8 bits may be used to indicate the transaction identity.
It should be noted that the first field and the second field in this application may also occupy other numerical bits, for example, the first field occupies 2 bits, the first bit is used to indicate whether the transmission-only type TxOnly is valid, and the second bit is used to indicate whether the bidirectional transmission type TxRx is valid. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the manner of indicating the transaction identifier and the transmission type according to different values.
Specifically, each transaction has a preset content field, and the content field contains the mapping relationship between the transaction and the first value and the second value. When the sending end determines the triggered target transaction, a first value and a second value corresponding to the target transaction can be determined according to the mapping relation in the content field of the target transaction, and then the first value and the second value are written into a first field and a second field of the first information.
S604, generating first information according to the target first value and the target second value.
And the sending end packs the target first value and the target second value, writes the target first value and the target second value into a first field and a second field of the data packet, and generates first information. In one embodiment, the positions of the target first value and the target second value in the first information may be adjusted.
In the above embodiment, the target first value and the target second value corresponding to the target transaction are determined according to the preset mapping relationship between the transaction and the first value and the second value. And generating first information according to the target first value and the target second value. Therefore, the transaction identifier and the transmission type can be encapsulated in the first information according to the customized communication protocol, and the ventricular assist device can be finely controlled or the running state of the ventricular assist device can be monitored through the transaction identifier. And the receiving end can respond to the first information according to the transaction identifier and the transmission type, so that communication among all components in the ventricular assist system is realized.
In one embodiment, S604 specifically includes: determining a target data type of the target transaction according to the target first value and the target second value, wherein the target data type is a sending data type and/or a receiving data type; determining a target data structure corresponding to the target data type according to a mapping relation between the predefined data type and the data structure; first information is generated according to the target data structure.
In the embodiments of the present application, the data type is used to define specific data of the payload in the information and the structure of the data. The data type comprises a sending data type and/or a receiving data type, and the sending data type is used for indicating that the transmission type is data and a data structure carried by a payload of the sending data type; the received data type is used to indicate data and data structures specifically carried by a payload whose transmission type is the received data type. The transmitting end may generate the first information according to a data structure defined based on the transmission data type and/or the reception data type.
The sending end determines a target first value and a target second value according to the triggered target transaction, and determines a target data type of the first information sent at this time according to the target first value and the target second value. For example, when the sending end is a controller and the triggered target transaction is a pump speed setting transaction, the controller determines that the transaction identifier is 1 according to the content field, and the transmission type is a bidirectional data transmission type. And then determining the target data type of the pump speed setting transaction as a sending data type T _ PumpSpeed according to the transaction identification and the transmission type and the sending end of the controller.
Further, the ventricular assist system predefines the data and data format carried by the sending data type or the receiving data type of each transaction or sub-transaction. Therefore, after the sending end determines the target data type of the target transaction, the data carried by the payload corresponding to the target data type and the target data structure of the data are determined according to the mapping relation between the predefined data type and the data structure. And the sending end writes the data into the corresponding fields respectively according to the target data structure to obtain a data packet of a target transaction, and encapsulates the data packet to generate the first information.
In one example, the method further comprises: a receiving end determines a target data type of a target transaction corresponding to a target first value and a target second value according to a preset mapping relation between the transaction and the first value and the second value, wherein the target data type is the sending data type and/or the receiving data type, the target first value is the value of the first field, and the target second value is the value of the second field; determining a target data structure corresponding to the target data type according to a mapping relation between a predefined data type and the data structure; and reading the operation data of the ventricular assist device according to the target data structure.
After receiving the first information, the receiving end may extract the value of the first field and the value of the second field from the first information, so as to determine, according to a mapping relationship between a predefined transaction and the first value and the second value, the transaction identifier and the transmission type of the target transaction carried by the first information. And then determining the target data type of the target transaction according to the transaction identification and the transmission type. For example, when the target first value of the received first information is TxRx and the target second value is 1, the target transaction of the first information may be determined to be a pump speed setting transaction, and the target data type of the first information may be determined to be T _ PumpSpeed.
The data structure defines which fields are carried in the first information, and the position and the length of each field, so that when the receiving end determines the target data structure, the receiving end can extract data corresponding to the target transaction from the first information according to the target data structure, and further realize monitoring and control of the ventricular assist device.
In one embodiment, the first field and the second field are fields in a header of the first information. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the 7 th bit in the first information header is a first field with a length of 1 bit. The 8-15 bits in the first information header are a second field with a length of 8 bits.
In one embodiment, each transaction has a preset content field, and the content field contains the mapping relationship between the transaction and the first value and the second value. And the receiving end inquires a target transaction corresponding to the target first value and the target second value in the content field.
Specifically, after determining the triggered target transaction, the sending end may determine a transmission type and a transaction identifier according to a content field defined corresponding to the target transaction, further determine data and a data structure of a payload corresponding to the target transaction according to the transmission type and the transaction identifier, and then fill the corresponding data in a corresponding field of a data packet, thereby obtaining the data packet of the target transaction. After receiving the data packet, the receiving end determines the data and data format carried by the payload of the data packet by reading the transmission type and the value of the transaction identifier in the header, and further analyzes specific data according to the data format, thereby realizing data transmission of the left ventricle auxiliary system.
In the above embodiment, the target data type is determined according to the target first value and the target second value extracted from the first information, then the target data structure corresponding to the target data type is determined, and the operation data of the ventricular assist device is read according to the target data structure. Therefore, the receiving end can respond to or execute the operation data read from the first information, and the normal operation of the information auxiliary device is ensured.
In one embodiment, since the ventricular assist system may be upgraded according to user needs, the upgraded ventricular assist system may add extension transactions or require interactive extension fields. Therefore, extension bits may also be reserved in the data structure, and the extension bits are filled with the value of the extension field. Therefore, the data structure can meet the upgrading requirement of the ventricular assist system, and the expandability of the data structure is improved.
In the above embodiment, the target data type of the target transaction is determined according to the target first value and the target second value, the target data structure corresponding to the target data type is determined according to the mapping relationship between the predefined data type and the data structure, and then the first information is generated according to the target data structure. Therefore, the sent data can be encapsulated according to the data structure corresponding to the target transaction aiming at the target transaction, and high real-time performance and high safety of information transmission between the ventricular assist systems are ensured. And the data structure is simple, and the requirements of miniaturization and light weight of the ventricular assist device can be met.
In one embodiment, the first information further comprises a third field for indicating a sequence number of the first information.
After receiving the first information, the receiving end may further perform an ascending order arrangement on the at least one first information according to the third field.
In this application, the data of one transaction may be transmitted in multiple packets, and the sequence number of the first information is used to define the sequence of the first information in the multiple packet transmission, which may be represented by multiple types of data such as binary, octal, or decimal data. For example, the serial number of the first information may be 100 in decimal notation, indicating that the first information is the one hundred data packets in a multi-packet transmission; for another example, the sequence number of the first message may be binary 1110, which indicates that the first message is the fourteenth data packet in the multi-packet transmission.
During multi-packet transmission, if the data volume sent by the sending end is large, the data to be sent can be split and encapsulated in a plurality of data packets for sending. And when the receiving end receives a plurality of pieces of first information which are continuously sent, at least one piece of first information is arranged in an ascending order according to the sequence number according to the third field. Therefore, the effective data carried in the first information can be spliced according to the sending sequence to obtain the data of the target transaction.
Further, since the communication channel may be unstable or congested, a third field for indicating the sequence number of the first information is added to the first information, so that the receiving end can determine whether packet loss occurs in the information transmission process according to the third field, and instruct the sending end to resend the packet loss. Or the receiving end can also judge whether the sending end repeatedly sends the first information according to the third field, and when the sending end repeatedly sends the first information, the repeatedly sent first information is discarded, so that the first information is prevented from being responded for multiple times.
In the above embodiment, by adopting multi-packet transmission and defining the third field to indicate the packet sequence, it is possible to avoid transmission failure caused by an excessively large amount of data transmitted at one time, and improve the efficiency of information transmission. And the receiving end can judge whether packet loss occurs in the information transmission process according to the third field, so that the integrity of information transmission is ensured. Meanwhile, the receiving end can be prevented from wasting resources due to repeated response to the first information.
