The two rear traveling wheels are connected to two ends of a rear shaft 9, the rear shaft is rotatably connected to a chair frame, a driven sprocket 10 is arranged on the rear shaft, a driving motor 11 is arranged on the chair frame, a driving sprocket 12 is arranged on a power output shaft of the driving motor, and the driving sprocket is connected with the driven sprocket through a transmission chain 13. The front road wheels are steering wheels. The handrail is provided with a supporting plate 20 for supporting the supporting ring. The armrests are connected with the backrest through the supporting plate. The supporting ring comprises a front half ring 22 and a rear half ring 23, the front side of the front half ring is hinged to the top of the backrest through a transverse hinge shaft 24, the left end and the right end of the rear side of the front half ring are hinged to the left end and the right end of the rear half ring through two transverse shaft pins 25 in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the rear half ring is of an arc-shaped rod structure. The supporting plate is provided with a heightening block 52, when the supporting ring is arranged on the supporting plate, the supporting ring is arranged on the supporting plate between the front half ring and the rear half ring, the front end of the rear half ring is arranged on the heightening block, and the upper surface of the front half ring and the upper surface of the rear half ring are positioned on the same surface.

The supporting block is positioned at the front end of the front half ring, and the upper end surface of the supporting block and the upper end surface 27 of the front end of the front half ring are positioned on the same surface.
When the back of a patient sits on the cushion backwards, the feet of the patient are supported on the front foot cushion, the front half ring rotates to the position that the opening end faces forwards through the transverse hinge shaft, the rear half ring rotates to be located in the front half ring, and the head of the patient leans against the rear half ring.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that:
referring to fig. 5 to 9, the present invention further includes an eye applicator 28 located on the back side of the backrest, the eye applicator being located below the connecting plate. The eye applicator includes a reflector 29 with an open end facing the breathing orifice and an infrared LED30 located within the reflector. The infrared LED is provided with a heat sink 31 which is connected to the reflector by a connecting post 32. An air distribution cavity 33 is arranged in the reflector, and an air inlet main pipe 34 is arranged in the air distribution cavity. The wall portion of the light-emitting cover is internally provided with a plurality of air outlet channels 35 distributed along the circumferential direction of the reflector, one end of each air outlet channel is communicated with the air distribution cavity through a communication channel 36, the other end of each air outlet channel penetrates through the upper end face of the reflector to form an air nozzle 37, the air outlet channel is internally provided with an air jet pipe 38 with an inlet end connected with the communication channel in a sealing manner, the air jet pipe is isolated in the air outlet channel to surround an air suction cavity 39 on the periphery of the air jet pipe, the air suction cavity is provided with an air suction channel 40 penetrating through the inner circumferential surface of the reflector, and the inlet end 41 of the air suction channel is positioned below the infrared LED. The suction channel comprises a suction opening 42 in the wall of the suction chamber and a suction duct 43 with an outlet end in sealing abutment with the suction opening, the inlet end of the suction duct constituting the inlet end of the suction channel, the suction duct being located in the reflector. The opening direction line of the outlet of the air suction channel and the opening direction line of the outlet of the air injection pipe form an acute angle. The open end of the reflector is provided with a light-transmitting cover plate 44 which closes the open end of the reflector, the reflector is provided with a plurality of air inlets 45, and the air inlets are positioned above the infrared LED. The inlet holes are sealingly connected to the outlet end of an inlet duct 46, the inlet end 47 of which is located below the reflector. The air jet is in sealed butt joint with an air outlet sleeve 48, the air outlet sleeve is internally and hermetically connected with a partition block 49, a communication hole 50 for communicating the parts of the air outlet sleeve, which are positioned at the two ends of the partition block, is arranged in the partition block, and the distance from the central line of an opening 51 at one end of the communication hole, which faces the air jet, to the central line of the partition block is greater than the distance from the central line of an opening 53 at one end of the air jet, which is far away from the air exhaust hole, to the central line of the partition block.
When cold compress is carried out, cold air is input from the air distribution cavity and then output from the air jet port, and the breathing holes are sprayed to the face and eyes of a patient, so that the cold compress effect is achieved. When carrying out the hot compress, make steam from cloth gas chamber input back from the jet orifice output and the breathing hole sprays patient's face and eyes on, play the effect to surface course hot compress, open infrared ray LED simultaneously and shine on the operation wound to play the effect of deep hot compress. Claims (10)
1. A reversible ophthalmic surgery postoperative care chair comprises a chair frame, front traveling wheels connected to the front side of the lower end of the chair frame, rear traveling wheels connected to the lower side of the rear end of the chair frame, a cushion connected to the chair frame, a backrest positioned behind the cushion, two handrails positioned on the left side and the right side of the cushion, and a pushing hand positioned at the upper end of the rear side of the backrest, and is characterized by further comprising a supporting ring for supporting the face of a patient, wherein the backrest and the cushion are connected together through a connecting rod, two leg avoiding notches positioned on the left side and the right side of the connecting rod are formed between the backrest and the cushion, a rear foot pad is arranged at the rear end of the chair frame, and when the face of the patient is seated on the cushion forwards, the two legs are positioned in the two leg avoiding notches in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the feet are supported on the rear foot pad; the armrest is provided with a supporting plate for supporting the supporting ring, the supporting plate is provided with breathing holes aligned with a space surrounded by the supporting ring, the supporting ring comprises a front half ring and a rear half ring, the front side of the front half ring is hinged to the top of the backrest through a transverse hinge shaft, the left end and the right end of the rear side are correspondingly hinged to the left end and the right end of the front side of the rear half ring through two transverse shaft pins one by one, the rear half ring is of an arc-shaped rod structure, the rear half ring can rotate to the space surrounded by the front half ring by taking the transverse shaft pins as a shaft, and the front half ring is supported on the top end of the backrest when the front half ring rotates to the opening end forwards through the transverse hinge shaft; and when the rear half ring rotates to a space surrounded by the front half ring by taking the transverse shaft pin as a shaft and the front half ring rotates to the opening end forwards by taking the transverse hinge shaft as a position, the rear half ring is supported on the front half ring or the upper end part of the backrest.

The reversible ophthalmic postoperative care chair according to claim 1, wherein when the back of the patient sits on the cushion toward the backrest and the front half ring is rotated to open end forward by the transverse hinge shaft, the head of the patient can lean against the rear half ring which is rotated by the transverse shaft pin into the space enclosed by the front half ring.
3. The reversible ophthalmic postoperative care chair according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the holding ring holds only the forehead and the pub of the patient when holding the face of the patient.

The reversible ophthalmic surgical postoperative care chair according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a holding block is provided in the front half ring; when the front half ring rotates to the position that the opening end faces forwards through the transverse hinge shaft and the rear half ring rotates to the position in the front half ring through the transverse shaft, the supporting block supports the rear half ring so that the rear half ring is held in the front half ring.

The reversible ophthalmic surgery postoperative care chair according to claim 1, further comprising an eye applicator located at the back side of the backrest, wherein the eye applicator is located below the connecting plate, the eye applicator comprises a reflecting cover with an opening end facing the breathing hole and an infrared LED located in the reflecting cover, an air distribution cavity is arranged in the reflecting cover, a plurality of air outlet channels distributed along the circumferential direction of the reflecting cover are arranged in the wall portion of the light emitting cover, the air distribution cavity is provided with an air inlet main pipe, one end of the air outlet channel is communicated with the air distribution cavity through a communication channel, the other end of the air outlet channel penetrates through the upper end face of the reflecting cover to form an air nozzle, an air ejector pipe with an inlet end hermetically connected with the communication channel is arranged in the air outlet channel, the air ejector pipe is isolated into an air cavity surrounding the periphery of the air ejector pipe, and the air suction cavity is provided with an air suction channel penetrating through the inner circumferential surface of the reflecting cover, the inlet end of the air suction channel is positioned below the infrared LED.

The reversible ophthalmic surgery postoperative care chair according to claim 5, wherein the open end of the reflector is provided with a light-transmitting cover plate, the light-transmitting cover plate closes the open end of the reflector, the reflector is provided with a plurality of air inlet holes, and the air inlet holes are positioned above the infrared LED.
7. The reversible ophthalmic postoperative care chair according to claim 6, wherein the air inlet hole is hermetically connected with an outlet end of an air inlet pipe, and an inlet end of the air inlet pipe is located below the reflector.

The reversible ophthalmic postoperative care chair according to claim 5, 6 or 7, wherein the suction channel comprises a suction hole in a wall of the suction cavity and a suction tube with an outlet end in sealing butt joint with the suction hole, and an inlet end of the suction tube forms an inlet end of the suction channel and is located in the reflector.

The reversible ophthalmic surgery postoperative care chair according to claim 5, 6 or 7, wherein the air jet is in sealed butt joint with an air outlet sleeve, a partition block is connected in the air outlet sleeve in a sealing manner, a communication hole for communicating the parts of the air outlet sleeve at the two ends of the partition block is arranged in the partition block, and the distance from the central line of the opening at one end of the communication hole facing the air jet to the central line of the partition block is greater than the distance from the central line of the opening at one end of the air jet to the central line of the partition block.
