The comprehensive warning device for the outdoor equipment of the distribution network provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a warning module 1 and a power module 2 for providing electric energy for the warning module 1;
the warning module 1 comprises a light warning unit 11, a sound warning unit 12 and an ultrasonic warning unit 13; the light warning unit 11 comprises an LED light source warning lamp board 111 and a timer switch 112 for driving the LED light source warning lamp board 111; the sound warning unit 12 comprises a microwave induction switch 121, a voice chip 122 and a loudspeaker 123 which are connected in sequence; the ultrasonic warning unit 13 comprises a pulse switch circuit 131, and the pulse switch circuit 131 is connected with the voice chip 122;
the voice chip 122 is internally provided with an audio output program, and the audio output program is used for outputting a preset audible warning audio in combination with the switching pulse output by the pulse switching circuit 131 according to the signal of the microwave induction switch 121, and delaying a preset time to output an ultrasonic warning audio.
The timer switch 112 and the pulse switch circuit 131 are connected to the power module 2.
As a specific embodiment, the speaker 123 may be a graphene high impedance horn.
In the embodiment of the invention, the device can realize automatic warning triggering through the light warning unit 11, the sound warning unit 12 and the ultrasonic warning unit 13, and improve the active warning performance. In addition, when the device is warned by external damage, the LED light source warning light board 111 in the light warning unit 11 can provide a lighting function to increase the illumination of the area where the device is located, so as to protect the electric power facilities and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents, construction and personnel electric shock accidents.

The sound pressure level of daily conversation is 65-69dB, while the frequency range of human hearing is 20Hz-20 kHz. By setting the sound pressure level within the range of 70dB-104 dB and the frequency within the range of 20Hz-20kHz, the sound warning for the personnel close to the device can be realized. The sound pressure level of the ultrasonic warning audio is larger than 104 dB, the frequency is within the range of 22kHz-50kHz, animals can be expelled, and the animals cannot be harmed.
The voice chip 122 may be a single chip with excellent performance. In order to ensure the warning performance and the operation stability of the integrated warning device, in a manner that can be implemented, the voice chip 122 is an OTP chip.
The audio output program of the OTP chip can be designed based on the PWM (pulse width modulation) technology, one is preset audible warning audio which can be output through a loudspeaker 123 such as a loudspeaker, the other is ultrasonic warning audio which can be output through the loudspeaker 123, so that two audio frequencies can be output through one voice chip 122, meanwhile, when the audible audio is active, the ultrasonic waves are triggered in a delayed mode after the audible audio is idle, and the power consumption and the volume of the device are reduced. The preset audible alert audio may be, for example, "stop step, high pressure hazard! "the artificial language alerts the audio.
In one implementation, the power module 2 includes a flexible monocrystalline silicon solar panel 21 and a battery pack 22 connected together.

The side of the housing 3 may also be provided with a parameter setting knob 6.
LED light source warning light board 111 is connected in casing 3 bottom, and flexible monocrystalline silicon solar panel 21 installs in the surface of casing 3. By setting the trigger time setting knob, the user can autonomously set the time for triggering the audio when detecting the signal according to the actual use environment of the sound warning unit 12; through the delay time setting knob, a user can set the function closing delay time of the sound warning unit 12 according to actual needs; the distance range triggered by induction can be set by inducing the distance setting knob.
Specifically, by operating the setting knob, the circuit of the microwave inductive switch 121 can be adjusted to set the parameters of the microwave inductive switch 121. For example, by adjusting the trigger time setting knob, the capacitance in the circuit of the microwave inductive switch 121 can be increased or decreased, thereby adjusting the trigger time.
By adjusting the sensing distance setting knob, the resistance value connected in the circuit of the microwave sensing switch 121 can be adjusted. When the resistor is normally connected, the detection distance is reduced; when the resistance is not connected, the detection distance is about 7 meters.
When the resistance debugging device is used, the accessed resistance value can be determined according to the resistance debugging result. For example, when a resistor of about 1m Ω is connected for debugging, the obtained detection distance is about 5 meters, and when the set safety distance is 1.5m, the reserved warning range is determined to be 3 meters, and at this time, a resistor of about 2m Ω can be connected.
By adjusting the delay time setting knob, the output value of the R-CDS (photoresistor-enable control chip) in the circuit of the microwave inductive switch 121 can be adjusted, so that the device is automatically triggered when a human body enters a preset distance range, and the function of delaying preset time to turn off after the human body leaves is realized.
For example, when a human body enters an area within a range of 3m from the device, the voice chip 122 is automatically triggered to output audible warning audio after 3s, and the function is turned off after 5s of delay after the human body leaves, so that the automatic illumination effect that the light is on when the human body comes and the light is dark when the human body goes is realized, unnecessary brightness output is reduced, and the practicability is good.

the warning module comprises a light warning unit, a sound warning unit and an ultrasonic warning unit; the light warning unit comprises an LED lamp strip and a timer switch for driving the LED lamp strip; the sound warning unit comprises a microwave induction switch, a voice chip and a loudspeaker which are connected in sequence; the ultrasonic warning unit comprises a pulse switch circuit, and the pulse switch circuit is connected with the voice chip;
and an audio output program is arranged in the voice chip and used for outputting preset audible warning audio by combining the switch pulse output by the pulse switch circuit according to the signal of the microwave induction switch and delaying preset time to output ultrasonic warning audio.
