obtaining positioning information of an intelligent money box according to the positioning device, obtaining positioning information of an escort vehicle through the escort vehicle, and obtaining a positioning distance triggering parameter according to the positioning information of the intelligent money box and the positioning information of the escort vehicle;
judging whether the positioning distance triggering parameter meets a preset distance interval or not, and generating a triggering, handing-over and unlocking instruction when the positioning triggering distance meets the preset distance interval and the positioning information of the intelligent money box positioning information and the destination information meets a first distance;

judging whether the matching key and the biological information of the second handover user are verified within the handover unlocking control consensus time interval;
and when the matching key and the biological information of the second handover user are verified within the handover unlocking control consensus time interval, the verification is passed, the basic information and the user to be handed over are shared, and the intelligent money box is opened.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
when the matching key and the biological information of the second handover user are not verified within the handover unlocking control consensus time interval, generating a verification abnormal instruction;
