In a further embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises:
the success information acquisition unit is used for acquiring firmware upgrading success information sent by the equipment after upgrading;
and the node map updating unit is used for updating the node map according to the firmware upgrading success information and taking the equipment after upgrading as a new node.
Based on the above embodiment, the present invention also provides a terminal device, and a functional block diagram thereof may be shown in fig. 11. The terminal device comprises a processor, a memory, a network interface and a display terminal which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the terminal device is adapted to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the terminal device includes a computer readable storage medium, an internal memory. The computer readable storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the computer readable storage media. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement the steps of a firmware distribution method. The display end of the terminal equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen; the network interface of the terminal device is used for connecting to a network.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the functional block diagram shown in fig. 11 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the terminal device to which the present inventive arrangements are applied, and that a particular terminal device may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a terminal device is provided, where the terminal device includes a memory, a processor, and a firmware distribution program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and the processor implements the steps of the firmware distribution method as described above when executing the firmware distribution program.
Acquiring a firmware upgrading request sent by equipment to be upgraded, and sending preset firmware information to the equipment to be upgraded according to the firmware upgrading request;
acquiring a node acquisition request sent by equipment to be upgraded, and sending a firmware download link to the equipment to be upgraded according to the node acquisition request;
and acquiring a firmware downloading request sent by the equipment to be upgraded, and sending preset firmware to the equipment to be upgraded according to the firmware downloading request.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, the computer-readable storage medium storing a firmware-distribution program that when executed by a processor implements the steps of the firmware-distribution method as above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above-described embodiment methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program, which may be stored on a computer readable storage medium and which, when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
In summary, the present invention provides a firmware issuing method, apparatus, terminal device and computer readable storage medium, where the method includes: acquiring a firmware upgrading request sent by equipment to be upgraded, and sending preset firmware information to the equipment to be upgraded according to the firmware upgrading request; acquiring a node acquisition request sent by equipment to be upgraded, and sending a firmware download link to the equipment to be upgraded according to the node acquisition request; and acquiring a firmware downloading request sent by the equipment to be upgraded, and sending preset firmware to the equipment to be upgraded according to the firmware downloading request. According to the method and the device for upgrading the CDN server, the preset firmware information is sent to the device to be upgraded, so that the device to be upgraded can acquire an upgrading mode and an upgrading node, and the device to be upgraded can download the preset firmware by sending the firmware downloading link, so that the preset firmware is released to the device to be upgraded, the upgraded device becomes a new node, the process of deploying the CDN server is reduced, and the cost of the server is reduced.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the examples described above, but is capable of modification and variation in light of the above teachings by those skilled in the art, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (8)

1. A firmware distribution method, comprising:
acquiring a firmware upgrading request sent by equipment to be upgraded, and sending preset firmware information to the equipment to be upgraded according to the firmware upgrading request;
acquiring a node acquisition request sent by the equipment to be upgraded, and sending a firmware download link to the equipment to be upgraded according to the node acquisition request;
acquiring a firmware downloading request sent by the equipment to be upgraded, and sending preset firmware to the equipment to be upgraded according to the firmware downloading request;
the sending preset firmware information to the device to be upgraded according to the firmware upgrading request includes:
acquiring current firmware information of the equipment to be upgraded according to the firmware upgrading request;
judging whether the current firmware information is consistent with preset firmware information or not according to the current firmware information;
if not, the preset firmware information is sent to the equipment to be upgraded; the preset firmware information is firmware version information corresponding to stored preset firmware; if yes, prompting the equipment to be upgraded to avoid firmware upgrading;
the sending a firmware download link to the device to be upgraded according to the node acquisition request includes:
acquiring equipment information of the equipment to be upgraded according to the node acquisition request;
judging whether the equipment to be upgraded is preset upgrading equipment or not according to the equipment information; the preset upgrading equipment is a first batch of equipment to be upgraded in a preset area;
if not, acquiring preset downloading node information, and transmitting the preset downloading node information to the equipment to be upgraded;
P2P assistance information is sent to the corresponding downloading node according to the preset downloading node information so as to assist the equipment to be upgraded to download the preset firmware through the corresponding downloading node;
recording the transmission speed of the current node in the process of upgrading the equipment to be upgraded, and generating an adjacency list according to the current node and the corresponding transmission speed; and the adjacency list is a node transmission speed list adjacent to the equipment to be upgraded.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the firmware upgrade request sent by the device to be upgraded, the method further comprises:
and establishing communication connection with the equipment to be upgraded through a wired network or a wireless network.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the determining, according to the device information, whether the device to be upgraded is a preset upgrade device, the method further comprises:
if yes, acquiring a corresponding firmware download link according to the equipment information and the preset firmware information, and sending the firmware download link to the equipment to be upgraded.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the preset firmware to the device to be upgraded according to the firmware download request comprises:
establishing an application layer protocol data link with the equipment to be upgraded according to the firmware downloading request;
and selecting preset firmware corresponding to the firmware download link, and sending the preset firmware to the equipment to be upgraded through the application layer protocol data link so as to distribute the preset firmware to the equipment to be upgraded.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the sending the preset firmware to the device to be upgraded according to the firmware download request, the method further comprises:
acquiring successful firmware upgrading information sent by equipment after upgrading;
and updating a node map according to the firmware upgrading success information, and taking the equipment after upgrading as a new node.
6. A firmware issuing apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises a preset firmware information sending unit, a preset firmware information updating unit and a firmware updating unit, wherein the preset firmware information sending unit is used for obtaining a firmware updating request sent by equipment to be updated and sending preset firmware information to the equipment to be updated according to the firmware updating request;
the firmware download link transmitting unit is used for acquiring a node acquisition request transmitted by the equipment to be upgraded and transmitting a firmware download link to the equipment to be upgraded according to the node acquisition request;
the device comprises a preset firmware sending unit, a firmware updating unit and a firmware updating unit, wherein the preset firmware sending unit is used for obtaining a firmware downloading request sent by the device to be updated and sending preset firmware to the device to be updated according to the firmware downloading request;
the sending preset firmware information to the device to be upgraded according to the firmware upgrading request includes:
acquiring current firmware information of the equipment to be upgraded according to the firmware upgrading request;
judging whether the current firmware information is consistent with preset firmware information or not according to the current firmware information;
if not, the preset firmware information is sent to the equipment to be upgraded; the preset firmware information is firmware version information corresponding to stored preset firmware; if yes, prompting the equipment to be upgraded to avoid firmware upgrading;
the sending a firmware download link to the device to be upgraded according to the node acquisition request includes:
acquiring equipment information of the equipment to be upgraded according to the node acquisition request;
judging whether the equipment to be upgraded is preset upgrading equipment or not according to the equipment information; the preset upgrading equipment is a first batch of equipment to be upgraded in a preset area;
if not, acquiring preset downloading node information, and transmitting the preset downloading node information to the equipment to be upgraded;
P2P assistance information is sent to the corresponding downloading node according to the preset downloading node information so as to assist the equipment to be upgraded to download the preset firmware through the corresponding downloading node;
recording the transmission speed of the current node in the process of upgrading the equipment to be upgraded, and generating an adjacency list according to the current node and the corresponding transmission speed; and the adjacency list is a node transmission speed list adjacent to the equipment to be upgraded.

A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises a memory, a processor and a firmware distribution program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the firmware distribution method according to any of claims 1-5 when executing the firmware distribution program.
8. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium stores a firmware distribution program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the firmware distribution method according to any of claims 1-5.
