In the prior art, after a user purchases a commodity, the commodity category needs to be confirmed at a cash register. After confirming that no errors are made, the user scans the two-dimensional code or presents the payment code to complete the payment.
However, the two-dimension code payment method has high requirements on the network, and the payment speed may be slowed down by using the two-dimension code payment under the conditions of dense shopping malls and poor mobile network coverage. In addition, the two-dimensional code is used as a graphic code, so that the risk of malicious copying or remote embezzlement exists, and the safety is low. Moreover, when the number of shopping people is large, the phenomenon that the users queue intensively cannot be improved by using the two-dimensional code payment, so that the shopping efficiency is low, and the user experience is influenced.
In order to solve the problems of the prior art, embodiments of the present application provide a payment method, an apparatus, a device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The payment method can be applied to a shopping scene, and the payment method provided by the embodiment of the application is introduced below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a payment method in which a payment terminal and a first base station interact according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the payment method may specifically include the following steps:
s110, under the condition that the payment terminal is located in a target position area, the payment terminal is connected with a first base station, wherein the target position area is a terminal sensing area covered by a plurality of base stations in a networking mode, and the plurality of base stations comprise the first base station;
s120, the payment terminal sends an order acquisition request to the first base station;
s130, the first base station responds to the order acquisition request and acquires order information corresponding to the payment terminal from the server;
s140, the payment terminal receives order information returned by the first base station;
s150, the payment terminal carries out order payment operation according to the order to be paid corresponding to the order information.
Here, the payment terminal may be a mobile device such as a smart phone, a smart watch, a smart bracelet, and a tablet computer. The base station may be an UWB (Ultra Wide Band) base station, and the payment terminal may be a terminal having an UWB module. The UWB base station may include a plurality of UWB signal receivers and a plurality of standard wireless transceiver devices, where the standard wireless transceiver devices may be devices supporting communication protocols such as WIFI networks, bluetooth communication protocols, and 5G communication protocols. I.e., UWB base stations may communicate over a wireless communication channel. On this basis, the payment terminal can be connected with the first base station through the UWB module.
In addition, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a payment method applied to a payment terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the payment method may specifically include the following steps:
s210, under the condition that the payment terminal is located in a target position area, connection with a first base station is established, wherein the target position area is a terminal sensing area covered by a plurality of base stations in a networking mode, and the plurality of base stations comprise the first base station;
s220, sending an order obtaining request to the first base station, wherein the order obtaining request is used for indicating the first base station to obtain order information corresponding to the payment terminal from the server;
s230, receiving order information returned by the first base station;
and S240, carrying out order payment operation according to the order to be paid corresponding to the order information.
Therefore, under the condition that the payment terminal is located in the target position area, connection is established with the first base station, and the order information corresponding to the payment terminal is obtained through the first base station, so that a user can confirm the order at the payment terminal and complete payment. That is, after the payment terminal is connected to the first base station, the process of the user confirming the order and completing the payment does not need to be completed at the cashier, and only the operation at the payment terminal is needed. Therefore, queuing settlement can be avoided. In addition, as the target position area is an open space with a larger range, more users can be accommodated, and the function of paying by a plurality of users at the same time can be realized. In addition, by the method in the embodiment of the application, the user can avoid queuing, confirm the order and complete payment quickly. Furthermore, shopping efficiency can be improved, and shopping experience is improved.
Specific implementations of the above steps are described below.
In some embodiments, in S210, the first base station that establishes a connection with the payment terminal may be a base station that the payment terminal points to after entering the target location area, or may be a preset certain base station.
As an example, an open physical area may be arranged inside a shopping mall, and by means of the technical characteristics of the UWB device, a plurality of UWB base stations may be set to be networked and superposed to form a UWB sensing area capable of sensing the payment terminal, that is, the target location area in this embodiment.
A schematic diagram of a UWB sensing area provided by one embodiment of the present application may be as shown in fig. 2. In the UWB sensing area, the UWB base station can simultaneously carry out link communication and signal reception with a plurality of payment terminals, and processes complex information requests.
As an example, within a UWB sensing area, a payment terminal may communicate point-to-point with a UWB base station. That is, the payment terminal may be connected with the first base station through the UWB module. Through UWB basic station, payment terminal can carry out the information interaction with market backend server. The information interaction can be user identity authentication, payment authorization binding, user order payment, shopping mall activity push notification and the like.
Based on this, in order to improve the security of payment, in some embodiments, after S210 and before S220, the method may further include:
receiving a user information acquisition request sent by a first base station;
responding to a user information acquisition request, and acquiring user information corresponding to the payment terminal;
and sending the user information to the first base station so that the first base station performs identity authentication according to the user information.
Here, the user information may include a user's mobile phone number, a membership card number, and a system model, version, factory key certificate, etc. of the payment terminal. The first base station can verify information such as a mobile phone number, a membership card number, a system model of the payment terminal, a version of the payment terminal, a factory key certificate and the like in the user information, and if the verification is successful, the identity authentication is passed.
In the identity authentication process, the first base station may send a user information acquisition request to the payment terminal, and the payment terminal acquires a mobile phone number input by a user and a system model of the payment terminal, and sends the mobile phone number and the system model of the payment terminal as user information to the first base station, so that the first base station performs identity authentication on the user information according to a pre-stored mobile phone number and a pre-stored factory key certificate. In addition, if the first base station determines that the user is a new user, that is, the mobile phone number and the factory key certificate of the user are not pre-stored therein, the first base station may guide the user to register and configure pre-stored user information.
In other examples, the payment terminal may further include store consumer software, which may bind the user information and the payment card information. Based on the method, when the payment terminal receives the user information acquisition request sent by the first base station, the shopping mall consumer software in the payment terminal can directly send the bound user information to the first base station, so that the first base station can carry out identity authentication on the payment terminal user.
Therefore, the user information is sent to the first base station, so that the first base station carries out identity authentication according to the user information, and the payment safety can be improved.
In some embodiments, in S220, the server may be a server in the back office of the shopping mall. Illustratively, after the user finishes choosing, the counter service personnel can enter the order and the user mobile phone number through the counter machine and upload the order and the user mobile phone number to the market background server. Or the counter service personnel can input the order and the unique identifier of the user payment terminal through the counter machine and upload the order and the unique identifier to the market background server. In addition, after the logging work is finished, counter service personnel can inform a user of entering the UWB sensing area to confirm and pay orders.
As an example, after the user arrives at the UWB sensing area, the first base station within the area may automatically sense the payment terminal and authenticate the user identity. Under the condition that the first base station passes the user identity authentication, the payment terminal can send an order acquisition request to the first base station, so that the UWB base station acquires order information corresponding to the payment terminal according to the user information.
For example, before the first base station obtains the order information corresponding to the payment terminal according to the user information, the first base station may further push an authorization prompt message to the payment terminal to request the user of the payment terminal to authorize the base station to use the mobile phone number of the user. For example, after the user reaches the UWB sensing area, the payment terminal of the user may receive an authorization prompt message "request an authorization mobile phone number", and the user may select authorization in the payment terminal. After the payment terminal is authorized, the first base station can acquire order information corresponding to the user mobile phone number from the server by using the user mobile phone number.
In some embodiments, in S230, after the payment terminal sends the order obtaining request to the first base station, the payment terminal may wait and receive order information returned by the first base station. The order information can be displayed at the payment terminal, and then the user can check the order information.
In some embodiments, in S240, after the user checks the order information without error, the "confirm payment" may be selected at the payment terminal, so as to perform the order payment operation on the order to be paid corresponding to the order information.
Illustratively, the payment terminal can perform information interaction with a shopping mall background, a payment background and a bank background through the UWB base station to complete order payment operation of an order to be paid. Certainly, information interaction can also be performed with a shopping mall background, a payment background and a bank background through communication modes such as a bluetooth communication protocol, a WIFI network and a 5G communication protocol, so as to complete order payment operation of the order to be paid. The communication method used in the final payment process is not limited in this embodiment.
In addition, after the user finishes payment, the counter is informed by the market background, and the counter service personnel sends the commodity to the UWB sensing area to be handed to the user. The market background can acquire the position information of the user through the positioning function of the UWB base station or through a Bluetooth communication protocol, a WIFI network, a 5G communication protocol and the like.
Based on this, in order to enhance the user experience, in some embodiments, the S240 may specifically include:
receiving a first input used by a user for adjusting the indication direction of the payment terminal;
responding to the first input, and acquiring a first direction indicated by the payment terminal;
under the condition that the first direction is within a first angle range, acquiring first payment information corresponding to the first direction, wherein the first angle range is an angle range corresponding to the first direction in the target position area;
and aiming at the order to be paid corresponding to the order information, carrying out order payment operation according to the first payment information.
Here, the first input may be a user's rotation operation of the payment terminal, for example, rotation along a horizontal plane, to change the orientation of the payment terminal. In addition, the azimuth may have both a direction concept and a position concept, and UWB base stations may be respectively arranged at different azimuths of the UWB sensing area. In addition, different payment information can correspond to different base stations, so that the user rotates the payment terminal, the indication direction of the payment terminal is adjusted, the payment terminal points to different base stations, and selection of different payment information can be achieved.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, different prompt identifiers can be set in different directions corresponding to different base stations in the target position area, so that a user can select to rotate the payment terminal to the corresponding payment information according to the prompt identifiers, and the payment information can be selected.
As an example, the payment information may include at least one of payment method information and offer information, and accordingly, different base stations may correspond to at least one of different payment methods or offers.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 4, 4 payment methods are provided corresponding to 4 positions of the target location area, wherein the payment methods are payment method 1, payment method 2, payment method 3 and payment method 4, and each payment method may correspond to one position.
After the user enters the UWB sensing area, the payment terminal can be connected with the UWB base station and carries out signal interaction. On the basis, the user can rotate the payment terminal according to the prompt identification about the payment mode around the UWB sensing area, so that the indication direction of the payment terminal points to the position corresponding to the payment mode. The indication direction of the payment terminal may be a direction indicated by a signal transmitting terminal of the payment terminal. For example, in fig. 4, if the user wants to select the payment method 2 for payment, the payment terminal shown in fig. 4 may be rotated to the right, and rotated to the position corresponding to the payment method 2 to stop, so that the selection of the payment method 2 may be implemented.
In addition, when the direction indicated by the payment terminal is within the first angle range, the payment mode corresponding to the angle range can be awakened. The first angle range may be an angle range of positive and negative preset angles of the first orientation, where the preset angle may be, for example, 30 °, and may also be other angles, which is not limited herein.
For example, if the base station corresponding to pay mode 2 is arranged in a 45 ° north orientation, the angular range corresponding to pay mode 2 may be between 15 ° and 75 ° north. In this way, when the user rotates the payment terminal to the direction indicated by 15 ° to 75 ° north, the base station corresponding to the payment method 2 can sense and wake up the payment method 2 in the payment terminal as the payment method currently selected by the user.
In another specific example, as shown in FIG. 5, 5 directions corresponding to the target location area provide 5 offers, respectively, for discounts, coupons, scrip, full discounts, and promotions, respectively, each offer may correspond to a direction.
After the user enters the UWB sensing area, the payment terminal can be connected with the UWB base station and carries out signal interaction. On the basis, the user can rotate the payment terminal according to the prompt identification about the preferential activity around the UWB sensing area, so that the indication direction of the payment terminal points to the position corresponding to the preferential activity.
For example, if the base station corresponding to the offer of "full 500 minus 50" is arranged in a 45 ° north direction, the angular range corresponding to the offer may be between 15 ° and 75 ° north. In this way, when the user rotates the payment terminal to the indication direction of 15 ° to 75 ° north, the base station corresponding to the offer can sense the offer, and wake up the offer in the payment terminal as the offer currently selected by the user. On the basis, the payment terminal can carry out transaction amount preferential measurement and calculation by combining information such as current order information, preferential activity prompt payment amount, preferential amount, better order allocation and the like.
In another specific example, after the user enters the UWB sensing area, the user may rotate the payment terminal according to the prompt identifier about the payment method around the UWB sensing area, so that the indication direction of the payment terminal is in the position corresponding to the payment method, and then rotate the payment terminal according to the prompt identifier about the discount activity around the UWB sensing area, so that the indication direction of the payment terminal is in the position corresponding to the discount activity. Namely, the user can select the payment mode and the preferential activities in a superposition mode by rotating the payment terminal. Further, a payment method with the maximum benefit can be obtained. In addition, the order of selecting the payment method and the offer is not limited herein.
For example, if the base station corresponding to the offer of "full 500 minus 50" is arranged in the 45 ° north direction, the base station corresponding to the payment means 2 is arranged in the 45 ° north direction. When the user rotates the payment terminal to the indication direction of 15 degrees to 75 degrees, the base station corresponding to the preferential event can sense the preferential event, and awakens the preferential event in the payment terminal as the preferential event currently selected by the user. On the other hand, when the user rotates the payment terminal to the direction indicated by 15 ° to 75 ° north, the base station corresponding to the payment method 2 can sense and wake up the payment method 2 in the payment terminal as the payment method currently selected by the user. Furthermore, the payment terminal may measure the amount of money to be paid based on the "full 500 minus 50" preference, and then pay the amount of money in the payment method 2.
Therefore, under the condition that the first direction is within the first angle range, the first payment information corresponding to the first direction is acquired, so that a user can select a payment mode or preferential activities in a mode of rotating the payment terminal. Under the condition that the user selects the payment mode through rotating the payment terminal, the trouble that the user manually selects the payment mode can be avoided, convenience and interestingness are improved, and user experience is improved. Under the condition that the user selects the preferential activity by rotating the payment terminal, the trouble of manually calculating the preferential amount, the maximum preferential mode and the like can be avoided, the preferential is brought to the user practically, and the user experience is improved.
Based on this, in order to improve convenience of the user operation, in some embodiments, before receiving the first input used by the user to adjust the indication direction of the payment terminal, the method may further include:
displaying payment information corresponding to a plurality of directions according to a plurality of directions preset in the target position area, wherein the plurality of directions are determined by the positions of the plurality of base stations, and the plurality of directions comprise a first direction and a second direction;
acquiring a second direction indicated by the payment terminal;
under the condition that the second direction is within a second angle range, marking second payment information corresponding to a second direction in the displayed payment information respectively corresponding to the plurality of directions, wherein the second angle range is the angle range corresponding to the second direction in the target position area;
after acquiring the first payment information corresponding to the first direction, the method may further include:
the displayed payment information corresponding to each of the plurality of directions is switched to mark first payment information.
Here, the first payment information may be marked by way of enlarged display, bold display, focused display, arrow indication, or the like.
As an example, at a display interface of the payment terminal, a payment information icon and an arrow orientation may be displayed as a reference for adjusting the pointing direction of the payment terminal.
A schematic diagram of selecting a payment method by a rotating payment terminal according to an embodiment of the present application may be shown in fig. 6. In fig. 6, as indicated by the arrow, the current payment method is payment method 3. In addition, payment means 2 is located on the left side of payment means 3. Therefore, if the user wants to change the payment method to payment method 2, the payment terminal may be rotated to the left, and the arrow rotated into the payment terminal points to the payment method 2 to stop.
In this way, the displayed payment information corresponding to the plurality of directions is switched to mark the first payment information, so that the user can switch the payment information according to the prompt information of the payment terminal, and the convenience of user operation is improved.
Based on this, in order to facilitate the user to select the most favorable payment information, in some embodiments, after acquiring the first payment information corresponding to the first orientation, the method may further include:
determining amount information corresponding to the order to be paid according to the first payment information;
and displaying the amount information.
Here, the amount information includes, but is not limited to, amount to be paid information, offer amount information, and amount before offer information.
As an example, the user may compare payment amounts in different payment information by rotating the payment terminal, and select payment information with a smaller payment amount from the different payment information to pay for the order.
In this way, the amount information is displayed, so that the user can compare the amount information and select the minimum payment amount for payment. Therefore, the user can select the most favorable payment information conveniently.
Based on this, in order to recommend payment information with a larger preference to the user, in some embodiments, the method may further include:
determining recommended payment configuration information corresponding to the order to be paid according to the payment information respectively corresponding to the plurality of directions;
and displaying the recommended payment configuration information.
Here, the recommended payment configuration information may be payment information with a larger preference. The recommended payment configuration information can be obtained by combining payment mode information and preferential activity information by the payment terminal.
For example, if there are two payment methods, namely payment method 1 and payment method 2, and there are two offer activities, namely offer activity 1 and offer activity 2, in the payment terminal, there may be four combination methods, namely (payment method 1+ offer activity 1), (payment method 1+ offer activity 2), (payment method 2+ offer activity 1), and (payment method 2+ offer activity 2). On this basis, if the payment amount paid by the payment method 1 is smaller than the payment amount paid by the payment method 2, and the amount of deduction by the benefit activity 1 is larger than the amount of deduction by the benefit activity 2, the combination method of (the payment method 1+ the benefit activity 1) may be determined as the recommended payment configuration information. In this way, by displaying the recommended payment configuration information, payment information with a large preference can be recommended to the user.
In addition, the present application also provides a payment method applied to the first base station, which is specifically referred to the following embodiments.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a payment method applied to a first base station provided in the present application. Referring to fig. 7, the payment method provided by the present application includes the following steps:
s710, under the condition that a payment terminal is detected to exist in a target position area, connection with the payment terminal is established, wherein the target position area is a terminal sensing area covered by a plurality of base stations in a networking mode, and the plurality of base stations comprise the first base station;
s720, receiving an order acquisition request sent by the payment terminal;
s730, responding to the order acquisition request, and acquiring order information corresponding to the payment terminal from the server;
and S740, sending order information to the payment terminal so that the payment terminal can carry out order payment operation according to the order to be paid corresponding to the order information.
Therefore, under the condition that the payment terminal is detected to be located in the target position area, connection is established with the payment terminal, and corresponding order information is sent to the payment terminal, so that a user can confirm an order at the payment terminal and complete payment. Therefore, by the method in the embodiment of the application, the user can avoid queuing, quickly confirm the order and complete payment, and then shopping efficiency can be improved and shopping experience can be improved.
For the related explanation of the above steps, reference may be made to the related parts of the foregoing embodiments, and details are not repeated here.
Based on this, in order to improve the security of payment, in some embodiments, after S710 and before S720, the method may further include:
sending a user information acquisition request to the payment terminal, wherein the user information acquisition request is used for indicating the payment terminal to acquire user information corresponding to the payment terminal;
receiving user information corresponding to the payment terminal;
performing identity authentication on the user information to obtain an authentication result;
acquiring order information corresponding to the payment terminal from the server, wherein the order information comprises:
and under the condition that the authentication result is that the authentication is passed, acquiring order information corresponding to the payment terminal from the server according to the user information.
Here, the user information may include a user's mobile phone number, a membership card number, and a system model, version, factory key certificate, etc. of the payment terminal. The first base station can compare and verify information such as the mobile phone number, the membership card number, the system model, the version, the factory secret key certificate and the like in the user information with pre-stored information, and if the verification is successful, the identity authentication is passed.
On the other hand, in the identity authentication process, if the user is judged to be a new user, the user can be guided to register and the user information can be configured.
Under the condition that the UWB base station passes the user identity authentication, the order acquisition request sent by the payment terminal can be received, and the order information corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user or the departure secret key certificate of the payment terminal is acquired from a server in a business background.
Therefore, the order information corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user is acquired from the server at the back stage of the business place under the condition that the user identity authentication is passed, and the payment safety can be improved.
In order to better describe the whole scheme, specific examples are given based on the above embodiments.
For example, a flowchart of the UWB-based non-inductive payment method as shown in fig. 8. The payment method may include S810-S890, which is explained in detail below.
And S810, the payment terminal enters the UWB sensing area and establishes connection.
S820, UWB judges the user based on the link device, obtains the user information, carries on the identity verification; and simultaneously acquiring user information and sending the user information to a background for verification.
And S830, after the authentication is completed, the payment terminal requests an order in the sensing area and initiates a transaction.
And S840, inquiring the order from the background according to the user information.
And S850, inquiring and returning order information by the market background.
S860, the payment terminal receives the order confirmation information, the payment terminal rotates the position to select the payment mode, or the payment terminal rotates the position to select the preferential activity, and selects the exemption or discount, and finally initiates the payment.
And S870, the base station receives the finally processed payment information and sends the payment information to a deduction mechanism through a merchant yard.
And S880, receiving the deduction information and sending the deduction information to a bank for transaction processing.
And S890, the bank system deducts money, and the information is returned in the original way after the transaction is completed.
In some specific examples, after the payment terminal enters the UWB sensing area, the UWB base station may sense the payment terminal device through the chip and establish a connection with the payment terminal. After the payment terminal is connected with the UWB base station in the UWB sensing area, the UWB base station can authenticate the identity of the payment terminal and acquire identity information and payment authority information. If the user is judged to be a new user, the user can be guided to register and configure personal information. If the user information can be read, the user information can be sent to a background inquiry user order. After the authentication is completed, the payment terminal can initiate an order payment request and perform payment in the sensing area for the user with the order. In the whole shopping process, after the user finishes purchasing, the counter service personnel can input an order and the mobile phone number of the user through the counter machine, and finally the user enters the UWB sensing area to finish payment.
The UWB base station may receive the user request, and retrieve the user order from the obtained user request and user information, such as the user's mobile phone number, to the shopping mall backend. Furthermore, the market background can inquire the user order according to the user information and return the user order to the payment terminal through the UWB base station. After the payment terminal receives the commodity order information and confirms the order information, order payment can be initiated in the UWB sensing area.
In the order payment process, a user can automatically judge that UWB base stations and prompt identifiers are arranged at different positions of a shopping mall in an UWB sensing area, and the direction of a payment terminal is rotated to select different payment modes. For example, the user mobile payment terminal points to the payment method 2, and the UWB determines that the angle of the user terminal is within a preset azimuth angle, so that the user mobile payment terminal can wake up the azimuth angle to use the payment method 2 as the payment method. Meanwhile, the arrow direction can be displayed on the payment terminal to serve as a direction reference, and if the user changes the terminal direction, other payment modes can be changed. The user can rotate the direction of the mobile phone at will and select different payment modes.
Alternatively, the user may also point to a different angle to automatically select the offer. For example, the user directs the payment terminal to the activity payment of '500 minus 50', and the UWB determines that the angle of the user terminal is within the preset azimuth angle, so that the azimuth angle can be awakened to perform preferential calculation of the transaction amount. The payment terminal can calculate and calculate the transaction amount and the preference by combining the current transaction information, the preference activity prompt payment amount, the preference amount, the better bill-sharing configuration and other information.
Furthermore, the user can select the payment mode pointed by the terminal for settlement, and the terminal can forward the final payment request (including the exempted/discounted order) to the market background through the UWB base station.
After the UWB base station receives the processed user payment request and sends the processed user payment request to the mall background, the mall background can send the payment request to the background of the third-party payment platform. And then, the background of the third-party payment platform receives the deduction information of the payment request and sends the deduction information to the bank background for deduction payment. And finally, the bank system carries out deduction operation and returns deduction information step by step.
Therefore, the payment terminal and the UWB base station are in information communication to obtain order information, payment can be completed on the terminal after a user confirms the payment, and the order information is transmitted to the market background after the payment is confirmed. From the user experience aspect, commodity settlement time is saved, and the shopping experience of the user is improved. From the payment aspect, compare in two-dimensional code and the payment that connects of non-, utilize UWB's position to judge and information transmission has improved payment safety, has stopped the graphic coding and has been maliciously copied and the long-range risk of embezzling, has realized the noninductive discernment payment, has improved mobile payment's security and convenience.
