In recent years, with the rapid development of internet technology, online office work has gradually appeared. In online offices, certain online documents may be presented to other users so that the other users may view or edit the documents at any time. The existing document display mode is to directly display the content of the document to a user.

In the process of research and practice of the prior art, the inventor of the present invention finds that directly displaying the content of a document to a user, if a plurality of users edit the same content of the document together, there is a risk that the content is covered for a plurality of times, and if some sensitive information exists in the content, there is a risk that the sensitive information is divulged in the displaying process, so that the security of document displaying is greatly reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a document display method, a document display device and a computer readable storage medium, which can improve the security of document display.

A document presentation method comprising:

acquiring a target document corresponding to the identity of the current user, wherein the target document is a shared document which can provide simultaneous or non-simultaneous operation of at least two users with permission;

identifying visible content and hidden content corresponding to the current user in the target document, wherein the visible content is content corresponding to content visible authority of a role of the current user in a target organization; and displaying the visible content in the target document.

Optionally, an embodiment of the present invention may further provide another document display method, including:

acquiring a basic document and document authority setting information corresponding to the basic document, wherein the basic document comprises at least one basic content area;

adjusting the basic content area according to the document authority setting information to obtain a basic document template;

when a document display request sent by a terminal is received, screening target content permission setting information corresponding to an identity carried in the document display request from the document permission setting information;

and setting the content authority of the basic document template according to the target content authority setting information to obtain a target document, and sending the target document to the terminal so that the terminal can display the target document.

For example, the screening unit 503 may be specifically configured to, when a document display request sent by the terminal is received, obtain an identity of a current user in the document display request, and screen content permission setting information corresponding to the identity from the document permission setting information.

For example, the setting unit 504 may be specifically configured to determine the content right of the current user to the base content area of the base document according to the target content right setting information. According to the content authority, a basic content area needing to be set with the content authority is identified in the basic document template, the content authority is set for the basic content area according to the content attribute information in the basic content area, and therefore the target document can be obtained and sent to the terminal, and the terminal can display the target document conveniently.

As can be seen from the above, in this embodiment, after the second obtaining unit 501 obtains the basic document and the document permission setting information corresponding to the basic document, the basic document includes at least one basic content area, the adjusting unit 502 adjusts the basic content area according to the document permission setting information to obtain a basic document template, the screening unit 503 screens out, when receiving a document display request sent by a terminal, target content permission setting information corresponding to the identity carried in the document display request from the document permission setting information, and the setting unit 504 performs content permission setting on the basic document template according to the target content permission setting information to obtain a target document, and sends the target document to the terminal so that the terminal can display the target document; according to the scheme, the target content authority setting information corresponding to the identity of the user is screened out from the document authority setting information, and the authority setting is carried out on the basic document template according to the target content authority setting information, so that the user can only obtain the target document with the content authority corresponding to the identity, the risk that the same content is covered for many times is avoided, sensitive content can be guaranteed to be displayed only for the user with the authority, and therefore the document display safety can be improved.

As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present invention, a target document corresponding to an identity of a current user is obtained, where the target document is a shared document that can provide at least two authorized users for performing operations simultaneously or non-simultaneously, a visible content and a hidden content corresponding to the current user are identified in the target document, where the visible content is a content corresponding to a content visible authority of a role of the current user in a target organization, and then the visible content in the target document is displayed, where the displayed document includes the visible content and the hidden content in the display process of the target document in the scheme, and the visible content is a content corresponding to a content visible authority of a role of the current user in the target organization, and the visible contents of users corresponding to different roles are different in the target document, so as to avoid a risk that the same content is covered for multiple times, and further ensure that sensitive content is only displayed for authorized users, therefore, the safety of document display can be improved.

Claims

1. A document display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

identifying visible content and hidden content corresponding to the current user in the target document, wherein the visible content is content corresponding to content visible authority of a role of the current user in a target organization;

and displaying the visible content in the target document.

2. The document display method of claim 1, wherein the identifying visible content and hidden content corresponding to the current user in the target document comprises:

acquiring content attribute information of the target document;

and identifying the visible content and the hidden content in the target document according to the content attribute information.

3. The document presentation method of claim 2, wherein the target document comprises at least one target content area, and wherein identifying the visible content and the hidden content in the target document according to the content attribute information comprises:

determining first area position information of a content visible area in the target document according to the content attribute information, wherein the content visible area is an area for displaying the visible content;

screening the content visible region in the content region based on the first region position information, and taking the content of the content visible region as visible content;

and determining the content to be hidden in the target document according to the visible content to obtain the hidden content.

4. The document presentation method of claim 2, wherein said presenting said visible content in said target document comprises:

hiding the hidden content in the target document to obtain a document to be displayed;

and displaying the document to be displayed.

5. The document presentation method according to claim 4, wherein the hiding the hidden content in the target document to obtain a document to be presented comprises:

acquiring the position information of the hidden content in a second area of the target document;

according to the second area position, a content invisible area corresponding to the hidden content is screened out from the content area;

and hiding the invisible content area to obtain the document to be displayed.

6. The document presentation method according to claim 1, further comprising, after said presenting said visible content in said target document:

when the current user triggers the visible content, displaying a content processing page of the visible content, wherein the content processing page comprises a content processing control;

and responding to the processing operation of the content processing control, and processing the visible content.

7. The document presentation method of claim 6, wherein said processing the visible content in response to the processing operation of the content processing control comprises:

when the content processing control is an editing control, receiving editing information of the current user on the visible content through the editing control, and processing the visible content according to the editing information;

and when the content processing control is an extended editing control, receiving extended editing information of the visible content and the region corresponding to the visible content, which is obtained by the current user through the extended editing control, and processing the visible content and the region corresponding to the visible content according to the extended editing information.

8. The document presentation method according to claim 1, wherein before obtaining the target document corresponding to the identity of the current user, the method comprises:

displaying a document creation page, wherein the document creation page comprises a document content input control and a document authority setting control;

receiving the document content input through the document content input control to obtain a basic document;

responding to the setting operation of the document authority setting control, setting the document authority of the basic document to obtain document authority setting information of the basic document, and sending the basic document and the document authority setting information to a server;

the obtaining of the target document corresponding to the identity of the current user includes: and acquiring a target document corresponding to the identity of the current user from the server.

The document display method of claim 8, wherein the base document includes at least one base content area, and the setting operation of the document permission setting control in response to the setting operation of the document permission setting control to set the document permission of the base document to obtain the document permission setting information of the base document comprises:

responding to the setting operation of the document authority setting control, and making a target basic content area which determines that a user needs to set the document authority in the basic content area;

displaying a document setting page corresponding to the target basic content area, wherein the document setting page comprises a user authority setting control and a content authority setting control;

responding to the setting operation of the user permission setting control, and determining user information corresponding to the target basic content area;

and responding to the content authority setting control, determining content authority information corresponding to each user in the user information, and taking the user information and the content authority information as document authority setting information of the basic document.

10. The document presentation method according to claim 8, wherein the setting of the document rights of the basic document to obtain the document rights setting information of the basic document further comprises:

when a document authority application request is received, acquiring an application user identity of a user in the document authority application request;

screening target content authority information corresponding to the identity of the application user from preset content authority information;

and updating the document authority setting information according to the application user identity identification and the target content authority information, so that the user corresponding to the application user identity identification has the authority corresponding to the target content authority information for the content in the basic document.
