a. brushing face and receiving cash: the method comprises the following steps that a user selects a face to pay for a payment, a camera of a face-swiping payment device faces the face of the user, the user can identify and verify the face of the user through front vision, blinking and the like, the identity of the user is determined by a system, a payment bank card number is selected, the user inputs a password or signs and confirms, payment transaction is completed, and money is transferred to a merchant account from the member bank card;

A stock management unit: when the goods shortage early warning exists, the merchant clicks 'goods feeding', the system automatically searches all upstream merchants joining the alliance platform to wholesale the goods, autonomously selects to purchase, can pay in a bank transfer or payment treasure way and the like, pays by using a leading bank card, and enjoys the preferential points and the like; and/or
A disc library checkout unit: the cashier can check the types, the quantity, the number of strokes, the amount of money to be collected and the quantity and the proportion of the member customers at any time; and/or
A financing management unit: after a tax paying merchant logs in a tax bureau official network to obtain the authorization of the tax bureau, applying for loan on a merchant alliance platform on line; directly applying for loan on the online of a merchant alliance platform by a non-taxpaying merchant; loans are subject to trusted payments.
4. The platform of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the member management module comprises a client classification unit, and the clients are classified into four types:
the members and the leading bank customers are all members, and can consume and pay online and also can consume and pay in stores; the face payment is first selected when the user arrives at a shop, the face payment is inconvenient, and the two-dimensional code and other payment modes can be used, so that the user can enjoy the preferential points and the like only by paying through a bank card of a leading bank; the authorized alliance commercial tenant and the purchased goods and/or services are commented and scored;
the VIP member and the high-quality customers who are frequently consumed and screened from the members by the alliance merchant enjoy special discount benefits besides the general member points and other benefits, and the special discount benefits are only limited to the store and/or the chain store;
non-member customers, non-leading bank customers, do not enjoy member preferences such as points, can only check the comments and scores of other people on the commercial tenants and commodities, and do not have the right to do comments and scores; but the terminal downloads the personal version software of the merchant alliance platform, and after registration and login, the terminal can apply for credit card, credit card consumption staging service and personal consumption loan service;
the non-member VIP client selects the high-quality clients frequently consumed from the non-member clients, and enjoys special discount benefits which are limited to the local store and/or the chain store, and does not enjoy member benefits such as points.
5. The platform of claim 4, wherein: the member management module further includes:
credit financing unit: all customers can apply for credit card, credit card special staging business and personal consumption loan business on the platform; a client fills in a personal credit investigation authorization book, an application book, a protocol and the like, signs and confirms, shoots a half-body photograph of a handheld identity card, the front and back sides of an original copy of the identity card and the like, and submits to the system; loans are subject to trusted payments.

6. The platform of claim 1 or 2, wherein:
the integration rule of the integration management module is as follows: unified pricing, namely the prices of the platform, the alliance merchants and the members are consistent in buying, selling, deducting and exchanging points; the proportion is self-determined, namely the proportion of the member points sent by each merchant can be different and is determined according to factors such as the property of the industry and the operation condition of the merchant;
the point management module is used for counting the points and account units and comprises: a platform point account, a merchant point account and a member point account;
the point management module also comprises a point circulation unit, comprising:
1) the merchant purchases and sells points on the platform: the merchant can purchase points from the platform and can exchange redundant points into cash;
2) and (3) point sending by the merchant: the member consumes at the alliance merchant, pay with the bank card of the leading bank, the alliance merchant sends the member certain credit;
3) deducting points during consumption and payment, transferring the points from the point account of the member to the point account of the merchant, and subtracting corresponding payment amount;
4) the member can look up the personal point and exchange the point at any alliance merchant, the member exchanges the point, the point is transferred from the member point account to the merchant point account, and cash is returned to the member's bank card from the merchant's bank account;

in the above formula, [ X ] is a rounding function for obtaining the maximum integer not exceeding X;
the platform is divided into general members, first-star members, second-star members and third-star members according to the number rating of lucky stars obtained by the members and the high and low ranking of the lucky stars at the end of each month, and the number of the members is set according to the proportion of 40%, 30%, 20% and 10%.

10) the cargo intake quantity factor: the upstream wholesale merchant of the platform counts 1 point per 10000 yuan of incoming goods and records the point as j;
11) referral factor: each time a new merchant joining of one family is successfully recommended, 20 points are added, and a customer is successfully recommended to add 2 points with a leading bank card for the first time, and the mark is k;
