As shown in fig. 3, the enterprise business system sends an invoice issuing request to an electronic invoice service platform (i.e., an invoice service platform of the embodiment of the present application), and the electronic invoice service platform may receive the invoice issuing request through a front-end system, and then check invoice issuing data in the invoice issuing request; if the verification is passed, scheduling is requested, namely determining tax control equipment corresponding to the enterprise business system sending the invoice issuing request, for example corresponding to corresponding virtual tax control equipment, and calling the corresponding virtual tax control equipment to issue the invoice through a tax control issuing system; and if the billing data is not verified, sending error information to the enterprise business system. The tax control billing system can also judge whether the invoice is successfully made when the invoice is made, if the invoice is successfully made, the invoice can be uploaded to a tax office end, the tax office end sends receiving information feedback to the tax control billing system after receiving the invoice, and then the tax control billing system can determine whether the invoice is successfully uploaded according to the receiving information feedback; if the opening is not successful, an error message may be sent to the enterprise business system.
Further, taking the electronic invoice delivery flow chart shown in fig. 4 as an example, the electronic invoice delivery process of the invoice service platform is described.
As shown in fig. 4, the enterprise business system sends an electronic invoice delivery request to the electronic invoice service platform, and the electronic invoice service platform may receive the electronic invoice delivery request through the front-end system and then request scheduling to query invoice information corresponding to the electronic invoice delivery request. Specifically, requesting scheduling, that is, determining tax control equipment corresponding to an enterprise business system that sends an invoice issuing request, for example, corresponding to corresponding virtual tax control equipment, calling the corresponding virtual tax control equipment through a tax control invoicing system to obtain invoice information corresponding to an electronic invoice delivery request, then obtaining the invoice information through an electronic invoice service system, generating an electronic invoice layout file according to the invoice information, signing, judging whether the electronic invoice layout file is successfully generated, and if so, sending the generated electronic invoice layout file to the enterprise business system; if not, an error message may be sent to the enterprise business system.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application provides an invoice business processing method, which can be applied to the tax-control billing system of the above embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the invoice business processing method includes the following steps:
step S501, receiving a tax control equipment application sent by an enterprise terminal, and sending an auditing request to a tax bureau terminal according to the tax control equipment application;
step S502, if the information that the tax bureau end passes the audit is received, virtual tax control equipment is distributed to the enterprise end;
step S503, if the invoicing service request sent by the front-end system is received and the enterprise end of the invoicing service request corresponds to the virtual tax control device, executing the invoicing service corresponding to the invoicing service request through the virtual tax control device corresponding to the enterprise end.
In specific implementation, the tax control billing system may be based on the national secret tax control server in the above embodiment, and the enterprise terminal may initiate a virtual tax control device application to the national secret tax control server, upload the virtual tax control device application to the tax office terminal through the national secret tax control server, and after the tax office terminal passes the audit, the enterprise may use the virtual tax control device to develop a service. It should be noted that one enterprise may apply for a plurality of virtual tax control devices, which facilitates flexible extension of the virtual tax control devices managed by the invoice service platform. Because the virtual tax control equipment does not occupy space, compared with the traditional tax control equipment, the virtual tax control equipment greatly saves space.
In an optional embodiment, in order to facilitate the access of the traditional tax control device to the invoice service platform, a software and hardware adaptation layer may be added to the tax control billing system, that is, a billing service request received by the front system may perform task routing through the software and hardware adaptation layer, the billing service request of the virtual tax control device calls the virtual tax control device, the billing service request of the traditional tax control device calls the entity tax control device, and the traditional entity tax control device may be accessed to the invoice service platform for use without any change to the software and hardware of the traditional entity tax control device.
Further, the tax-control billing system can also execute the following steps:
if the invoicing service request sent by the front-end system is received and the entity tax control equipment corresponding to the enterprise end sending the invoicing service request is received, the invoicing service request is sent to the entity tax control equipment corresponding to the enterprise end, so that the entity tax control equipment corresponding to the enterprise end executes the invoicing service corresponding to the invoicing service request.
Having described the invoice business processing method of the exemplary embodiment of the present application, next, an electronic device according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application is described.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a structure of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In one embodiment, the electronic device may be a server. The electronic device may be configured as shown in fig. 6, and may include a memory 601, a communication module 603, and one or more processors 602.
A memory 601 for storing computer programs executed by the processor 602. The memory 601 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, a program required for running an instant messaging function, and the like; the storage data area can store various instant messaging information, operation instruction sets and the like.
The memory 601 may be a volatile memory (volatile memory), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the memory 601 may also be a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as a read-only memory (rom), a flash memory (flash memory), a hard disk (HDD) or a solid-state drive (SSD); or memory 601 is any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to such. The memory 601 may be a combination of the above memories.
The processor 602 may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs), a digital processing unit, and the like. The processor 602 is configured to implement the invoice service processing method when the computer program stored in the memory 601 is called.
The communication module 603 is used for communicating with the terminal device and other servers.
The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific connection medium among the memory 601, the communication module 603, and the processor 602. In fig. 6, the memory 601 and the processor 602 are connected by a bus 604, the bus 604 is represented by a thick line in fig. 6, and the connection manner between other components is merely illustrative and not limited. The bus 604 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 6, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
The memory 601 stores a computer storage medium, and the computer storage medium stores computer executable instructions for implementing the invoice service processing method according to the embodiment of the present application. The processor 602 is configured to execute the invoice business processing method described above.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer storage medium, wherein computer-executable instructions are stored in the computer storage medium and used for realizing the invoice service processing method described in any embodiment of the application.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated unit in the embodiment of the present application may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media capable of storing program code.
In some alternative implementations, the present application embodiments also provide a computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions to cause the computer device to execute the steps of any one of the invoice business processing methods. For example, a computer device may perform the steps as shown in fig. 5.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The program product of embodiments of the present application may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a computing device. However, the program product of the present application is not limited thereto, and in this document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with a command execution system, apparatus, or device.
A readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable signal medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with a command execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, that is, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.

Claims (10)

1. An invoice service platform, comprising:
the front-end system is used for receiving an invoicing service request sent by an enterprise end and sending the invoicing service request to the tax control invoicing system;
the tax control billing system is used for receiving tax control equipment application sent by an enterprise terminal, sending an auditing request to a tax bureau terminal according to the tax control equipment application, and distributing virtual tax control equipment to the enterprise terminal if the information that the tax bureau terminal passes the auditing is received; and if the invoicing service request sent by the front-end system is received and the enterprise end sending the invoicing service request corresponds to the virtual tax control equipment, executing the invoicing service corresponding to the invoicing service request through the virtual tax control equipment corresponding to the enterprise end.
2. The invoice service platform of claim 1, wherein the tax-controlled billing system is further configured to:
if an invoicing service request sent by the front-end system is received and an entity tax control device corresponding to an enterprise end sending the invoicing service request is received, sending the invoicing service request to the entity tax control device corresponding to the enterprise end so that the entity tax control device corresponding to the enterprise end executes the invoicing service corresponding to the invoicing service request.
3. The invoice service platform of claim 1, wherein the invoice service platform further comprises an electronic invoice service system, the front-end system further to:
receiving an invoice delivery request sent by the enterprise terminal, and sending the invoice delivery request to an electronic invoice service system;
the electronic invoice service system is used for acquiring corresponding invoice information from the tax-control invoicing system according to the invoice delivery request, selecting an invoice format corresponding to the invoice delivery request from a plurality of preset invoice formats, generating an electronic invoice format file according to the acquired invoice information and the selected invoice format, and sending the electronic invoice format file to the enterprise end through the front-end system.
4. The invoice service platform of claim 3, further comprising: a big data analysis system;
and the big data analysis system is used for acquiring invoice service data generated by the tax-control invoicing system in the process of executing invoicing service and carrying out big data analysis on the invoice service data.
5. The invoice service platform of claim 4, wherein the invoice business data includes user data, business operations data;
the big data analysis system is specifically configured to: establishing a user representation according to the user data to determine a target user of the enterprise;
and analyzing the enterprise operation condition according to the enterprise operation data to determine a target operation product and predict the enterprise operation trend.
6. The invoice service platform of claim 4, further comprising: an operation and maintenance monitoring system;
and the operation and maintenance monitoring system is used for respectively acquiring the running states of the front-end system, the tax-control invoicing system, the electronic invoice service system and the big data analysis system and monitoring the running states of all the systems.
7. An invoice business processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a tax control equipment application sent by an enterprise terminal, and sending an auditing request to a tax office terminal according to the tax control equipment application;
if the information that the tax bureau end passes the verification is received, distributing virtual tax control equipment for the enterprise end;
if an invoicing service request sent by a front-end system is received and an enterprise end of the invoicing service request corresponds to a virtual tax control device processing device, executing the invoicing service corresponding to the invoicing service request through the virtual tax control device corresponding to the enterprise end.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
if an invoicing service request sent by the front-end system is received and an entity tax control device corresponding to an enterprise end sending the invoicing service request is received, sending the invoicing service request to the entity tax control device corresponding to the enterprise end so that the entity tax control device corresponding to the enterprise end executes the invoicing service corresponding to the invoicing service request.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that it comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores program code which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 7-8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that it comprises program code for causing an electronic device to perform the steps of the method of any of claims 7-8, when said program code is run on the electronic device.
